then, an maintainer stands on the supporting block, hydraulic oil in the shell 11 after long-term use is discharged, then an air outlet pipe 24 inserted in the supporting plate 22 is extracted, an air pump 5 is started, inert gas in the air tank 8 is led into the air outlet pipe 24 through an air inlet hose 26, the maintainer holds the air outlet pipe 24 to dry hands of the inert gas, sweat is prevented from remaining on the hands to cause conduction, then the air outlet pipe 24 is aligned to a burnt circuit, the inert gas is utilized to cool the circuit, the inert gas is filled into the shell 11, the circuit in the shell 11 plays a role of isolating air, the circuit is prevented from continuing burning, meanwhile, gas can blow off smoke generated by faults, workers can observe fault positions conveniently, the maintainer maintains and replaces the circuit of the transformer, and the maintenance safety is improved;
finally, a liquid outlet pipe 23 is drawn out from the support plate 22 on the support plate 22, the water pump 6 is started to guide new transformer oil in the oil tank 7 into the shell 11 through the liquid inlet hose 25 and the liquid outlet pipe 23, the convenience of transformer oil replacement and addition is improved, after transformer oil replacement is completed, the top cover 12 and the shell 11 are fixed according to the opposite steps, and the maintenance of the oil immersed transformer is completed.

Claims (4)
1. A lift operation panel for transformer overhauls, its characterized in that: the oil immersed transformer comprises a shell, a top cover, bolts and hanging blocks, transformer oil is filled in the shell, the top cover of the shell is fixed with the top cover through the bolts, and the hanging blocks are fixed on the top surface of the top cover;
the top surface of the trolley is provided with a folding tower of a hydraulic lifting structure, the top end of the folding tower is connected with an organic carriage, the top surface of the carriage is connected with lifting components, two groups of lifting components are symmetrically arranged on the top surfaces of two side walls of the carriage, push-supporting components are inserted in the carriage in a sliding manner, the top surface of the side wall of the trolley is connected with a second push-supporting frame, an oil tank and an air tank are arranged between the folding tower and the second push-supporting frame, the top surface of the oil tank is connected with a water pump, the top surface of the air tank is connected with an air pump, the water pump and the air pump are respectively connected with the push-supporting components through pipelines, and the top surface of the trolley is connected with a stepped plate;
the push-support assembly comprises a first push frame and a support plate, wherein the support plate penetrates through the side wall of the machine box and is inserted into the machine box in a sliding manner, and the top surface of the support plate inserted into the machine box is connected with the first push frame;
the inner wall of the cabin is fixed with a guide rail, the side wall of the supporting plate is provided with a first chute, and the guide rail is inserted into the first chute in a sliding way;
the push-support assembly further comprises a liquid outlet pipe and a liquid inlet hose, the bottom end of the liquid inlet hose is in through connection with the water pump, the other end of the liquid inlet hose penetrates through the machine box to be connected to the inside of the supporting plate, and the liquid outlet pipe is in sliding insertion connection to the inside of the supporting plate and is in through connection with the liquid inlet hose;
the push-support assembly further comprises an air outlet pipe and an air inlet hose, the bottom end of the air inlet hose is in through connection with the air pump, the other end of the air inlet hose penetrates through the machine box to be connected inside the support plate, and the air outlet pipe is in sliding connection inside the support plate and is in through connection with the liquid inlet hose.

A lifting console for transformer service as defined in claim 1, wherein: the lifting assembly comprises a support column, an armrest, a hanging plate, a winding wheel, a motor, a pull rope, a pulley and a hook, wherein the support column is fixed on the top surface of the side wall of a carriage, the top end of the support column is connected with the armrest, the hanging plate is inserted into the armrest, the top surface of the armrest is rotationally connected with the winding wheel, the end surface of the winding wheel is connected with the motor, the top surface of the hanging plate is rotationally connected with the pulley, a through hole is formed in the hanging plate, the through hole is formed in the bottom of the pulley, the pull rope is wound on the outer wall of the winding wheel, the pull rope is connected with the hook through the steering and penetrating through hole of the outer wall of the pulley, and the hook is used for being matched and connected with the hanging block.
3. A lifting console for transformer service according to claim 2, wherein: the hanger plate lateral wall is fixed with the ejector pad, the second spout has been seted up to the handrail lateral wall, the ejector pad slides and pegs graft in the second spout is inside, the ejector pad top surface is connected with the push rod.
4. A lifting console for transformer service as defined in claim 1, wherein: the oil tank and the gas tank are of a stepped structure, and the stepped bottom surface of the stepped plate is attached to the stepped surface of the oil tank and the gas tank.
