Claims (8)

1. The utility model provides a lift operation panel for transformer overhauls which characterized in that: the oil immersed transformer comprises a shell, a top cover, a bolt and a hanging block, wherein transformer oil is filled in the shell, the top cover is fixed on the top surface of the shell through the bolt, and the hanging block is fixed on the top surface of the top cover;
the top surface of the trolley is provided with a folding tower of a hydraulic lifting structure, the top end of the folding tower is connected with a carriage, the top surface of the carriage is connected with lifting components, the lifting components are symmetrically arranged in two groups on the top surfaces of two side walls of the carriage, pushing and supporting components are inserted in the carriage in a sliding mode, the top surface of one side wall of the trolley is connected with a second pushing frame, an oil tank and an air tank are arranged between the folding tower and the second pushing frame on the top surface of the trolley, the top surface of the oil tank is connected with a water pump, the top surface of the air tank is connected with an air pump, the water pump and the air pump are respectively connected with the pushing and supporting components through pipelines, and the top surface of the trolley is connected with a step plate.

The lifting operation platform for overhauling the transformer as recited in claim 1, wherein: the lifting component comprises a supporting column, a handrail, a hanging plate, a winding wheel, a motor, a pull rope, a pulley and a hook, the supporting column is fixed on the top surface of the side wall of the cage, the handrail is connected to the top end of the supporting column, the hanging plate is inserted into the handrail, the winding wheel is rotatably connected to the top surface of the handrail, the motor is connected to the end face of the winding wheel, the pulley is rotatably connected to the top surface of the hanging plate, a through hole is formed in the hanging plate and is arranged at the bottom of the pulley, the pull rope is wound on the outer wall of the winding wheel, the pull rope turns to the direction through the outer wall of the pulley and penetrates through the through hole to be connected with the hook, and the hook is used for being connected with the hanging block in a matched mode.

A lifting operating platform for transformer overhaul according to claim 2, wherein: the side wall of the hanging plate is fixedly provided with a push block, the side wall of the handrail is provided with a second sliding groove, the push block is inserted into the second sliding groove in a sliding mode, and the top face of the push block is connected with a push rod.

The lifting operation platform for overhauling the transformer as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the push support component comprises a first push frame and a supporting plate, the supporting plate penetrates through the side wall of the cage and is inserted into the cage in a sliding mode, and the top face, inserted into the cage, of the supporting plate is connected with the first push frame.

A lifting operating platform for transformer overhaul according to claim 4, wherein: the inner wall of the cage is fixedly provided with a guide rail, the side wall of the supporting plate is provided with a first sliding groove, and the guide rail is inserted in the first sliding groove in a sliding manner.

A lifting operating platform for transformer overhaul according to claim 5, wherein: the push support assembly further comprises a liquid outlet pipe and a liquid inlet hose, the bottom end of the liquid inlet hose is communicated with the water pump, the other end of the liquid inlet hose penetrates through the cage to be connected to the inside of the supporting plate, and the liquid outlet pipe is inserted into the inside of the supporting plate in a sliding mode and is communicated with the liquid inlet hose.

A lifting operating platform for transformer overhaul according to claim 6, wherein: the push support assembly further comprises an air outlet pipe and an air inlet hose, the bottom end of the air inlet hose is communicated with the air pump, the other end of the air inlet hose penetrates through the cage to be connected to the inside of the supporting plate, and the air outlet pipe is inserted into the inside of the supporting plate in a sliding mode and is communicated with the liquid inlet hose.
8. The lifting operation platform for overhauling the transformer as recited in claim 1, wherein: the oil tank and the gas tank are of stepped structures, and the stepped bottom surface of the stepped plate is attached to the stepped surface of the oil tank and the gas tank.
