The discharging speed can be adjusted by adjusting the rotating speed of the variable frequency motor. The cylinder baffle plays a role in buffering and isolating materials, and a plurality of semicircular holes are formed in the periphery of the baffle plate, so that the materials can uniformly flow into the lower space of the cylinder. The material is discharged from the discharge port and then is sent into the weighing hopper through a chute 23 or a belt. After the required weight of the drum sample 25 is prepared, the pellet sample is put into a drum to manufacture the drum sample.
