In this embodiment, referring to fig. 9, a fourth motor 360 is fixedly disposed below the plate 310, and one end of the swing arm 321 is fixedly connected to an output end of the fourth motor 360; a connecting shaft extending downwards is fixedly arranged at the other end of the swing arm 321; and a strip-shaped groove is arranged on the upper surface of the push rod 322, and the connecting shaft is inserted in the strip-shaped groove.
Based on the above structure, the rotation of the motor shaft of the fourth motor 360 will drive the push rod 322 to move along the length direction of the guide slot 311.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the length of the push rod 322 is set to be greater than that of the frame 610, and the insertion blocks 3221 or the insertion slots 3222 are disposed at two ends of the push rod 322, so that the push rod 322 can be inserted end to form a square frame matching the periphery of the frame 600.
In a specific structure, as shown in fig. 10, if the length of the push rod 322 is equal to the length of the frame 610, if the frame 610 is deviated, it is difficult for the push rod 322 to center the frame 610. Referring to fig. 2, the two welding units 400 of the present embodiment respectively include a welding gun driving assembly, and a welding gun 430 connected to the welding gun driving assembly; driven by the torch drive assembly, the torch 430 can be raised and lowered relative to the frame 610 and moved along the length of the interface.
In a specific structure, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 6, the welding gun driving assembly of the present embodiment includes second air cylinders 410 fixed below the plate body 310, respectively, a fixing plate is fixed on an air cylinder rod of the second air cylinders 410, and the second air cylinders 410 can drive the fixing plate to lift relative to the plate body 310; the fixing plate is provided with a third cylinder 420, the welding gun 430 is fixedly arranged on a cylinder rod of the third cylinder 420, and the third cylinder 420 can drive the welding gun 430 to move along the length direction of the interface. The welding gun 430 is specifically a welding gun 430 of a laser welding machine, and the welding gun 430 is connected to the laser welding machine through a pipeline.
Since the welding surface of the partial frame 610 is not a flat surface, the welding torch driving unit according to the present embodiment can be applied to welding various frames 610.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the welding platform of the present embodiment further includes a pushing unit 700, and a frame collection box 800 disposed at one side of the welding platen 200, wherein the pushing unit 700 has a pushing plate 730 capable of pushing the frame 600 into the frame collection box 800.
Referring to fig. 13, the welding platform of this embodiment further includes two lifting units disposed on two opposite sides of the collection box, and the two lifting units respectively include a rotating shaft 910 rotatably disposed on the base 100 and a pushing plate 920 fixedly disposed on the periphery of the rotating shaft 910, and the pushing plate 920 can rotate to lift up each frame 600 in the frame collection box 800, so that the next frame 600 can be inserted into the lower portion of each frame 600.
In brief, after the welding of the frame 600 is completed, the welding platen 200 of the embodiment can be lowered to be opposite to the pushing unit 700, and the pushing plate 730 of the pushing unit 700 pushes the frame 600 into the frame collection box 800. And the two lifting units can lift each frame body 600 already in the frame body collection box 800 so that a new frame body 600 can be inserted into the frame body collection box 800.
In a specific structure, referring to fig. 12, the pushing unit 700 of the present embodiment includes a fifth motor, and a fifth screw 710 connected to the fifth motor; a guide shaft 720 opposite to the fifth screw 710 is fixedly arranged on the base 100; the pushing plate 730 of the present embodiment is screwed to the fifth lead screw 710 and can slide on the guide shaft 720.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the frame collection box 800 of the present embodiment includes a bottom plate and a plurality of vertical posts fixed on the bottom plate; be equipped with on the double-phase opposite side of this bottom plate and supply push pedal 920 to rotate breach 810 that passes, when using, can place this framework collecting box 800 on base 100 to make two breachs 810 relative with two push pedals 920.
The working process of the lifting unit of this embodiment is shown in fig. 13, when the rotating shaft 910 rotates, the pushing plate 920 can drive the pushing plate 920 to rotate, the pushing plate 920 can support each frame 600 from the bottom of each frame 600 in the frame collection box 800, and at this time, a new frame 600 can be inserted into each frame 600; the push plate 920 continues to rotate to separate from each frame 600 until each frame 600 is rotated again to support each frame 600, and the process is repeated in sequence to complete the collection of each frame 600 in the frame collection box 800.
In order to prevent the push plate 920 from scratching the frame body, a roller may be rotatably disposed at an end of the push plate 920, and the push plate 920 may be covered with a soft material such as rubber from the roller and the bottom surface of the support frame body 600.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 12 and 13, the other opposite side of the welding platen 200 with respect to the side provided with the pushing unit 700 is provided with a guide plate 930; the guide plate 930 is provided on the base 100 in a retractable manner, and is slidable in a direction approaching the welding platen 200, so that the frame 600 can slide on the guide plate 930 into the frame collection box 800.
Still referring to fig. 13, in the present embodiment, a protrusion 931 is provided on an upper surface of the guide plate 930, and a first wedge surface 932 and a second wedge surface 933 which are oppositely arranged are provided on the protrusion 931; when the guide plate 930 slides in the contraction direction, the bottom wall surface of the frame collection box 800 can press the first wedge surface 932, so that the guide plate 930 is contracted below the frame collection box 800; after the protrusion 931 extends out of the frame body collection box 800, the frame body 600 can slide into the frame body collection box 800 through the second wedge surface 933.
In brief, the guide plate 930 of the present embodiment can slide in a direction approaching the welding platen 200, and the welded frame 600 can slide into the frame collection box 800 on the welding platen 200; the guide plate 930 of the present embodiment can also be slid and retracted to the lower side of the frame collection box 800 to avoid the frame storage 330.
The provision of the projection 931 allows the guide plate 930 to be stored below the storage box of the housing 600, and the housing 600 can be guided by the projection 931 so that the housing 600 can be inserted into the housing collection box 800. If the projection 931 is not provided, it is obvious that if the guide plate 930 is retracted below the frame body collection box 800, the surface of the guide plate 930 must be lower than the frame body collection box 800, and in this case, it is difficult to push the frame body 600 into the frame body collection box 800 for collection, and in the present embodiment, the projection 931 is provided so that the height point of the projection 931 is flush with the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the frame body collection box 800, and the frame body 600 can be guided so as to enter the frame body collection box 800.
The whole work flow of the aluminum alloy door and window welding platform of the embodiment is as follows:
a preparation stage:
placing each frame storage part 330 on the corresponding transfer mechanism 350 by the worker, and moving the frame storage part 330 to the lower part of the material loading hole 301 by the transfer mechanism 350;
the frame collection box 800 is put in place by the worker;
the working stage is as follows:
the pushing-up parts 340 respectively push up one frame 610 from the loading hole 301 to the upper part of the plate body 310;
the swing arm 321 drives the push rods 322 to push the corresponding frames 610 to make the frames 610 abut against the positioning surface, and each push rod 322 encloses a frame matched with the periphery of the frame body 600, and at the moment, the splicing of each frame 610 is completed;
the pressing plate 540 moves downwards to press the frame 610 tightly;
the welding platen 200 drives the spliced frames 610 to descend, so that the frames 610 are positioned between the two welding units 400;
the upper side interface is welded by the higher welding unit 400, and the lower side interface is welded by the lower welding unit 400;
the welding platen 200 drives each frame 610 to rotate, and the two welding units 400 respectively complete the welding of each interface;
the pressing plate 540 first ascends, then moves in a direction away from the frame 610, and then moves downwards until the positioning plate 550 is driven to descend to be not higher than the welding platen 200;
on the plate body 310 adjacent to the frame collecting box 800, the transfer mechanism 350 drives the frame storage part 330 to move away;
the guide plate 930 moves in a direction to approach the welding platen 200;
the pushing unit 700 pushes the welded frame 610 into the frame collection box 800;
the guide plate 930 is retracted, the frame storage 330 is reset, and the next frame 600 is welded.

driven by the swing arms (321), the corresponding push rods (322) push the frame (610) to the welding bedplate (200), and the push rods (322) are sequentially inserted end to end through the insertion blocks (3221) and the insertion grooves (3222) to form a square frame matched with the periphery of the frame body (600); fixing each frame (610) through the frame fixing unit (500), driving each frame (610) to descend between the two welding units (400) by the welding bedplate (200), and respectively welding interfaces on the upper side and the lower side of the two adjacent frames (610) by the two welding units (400);
the welding platen (200) is provided with a frame collecting box (800) and a pushing unit (700) which are arranged on two opposite sides of the welding platen (200) in a separated mode, and the pushing unit (700) is provided with a pushing plate (730) capable of pushing a frame (600) into the frame collecting box (800);
the lifting device is characterized by further comprising lifting units which are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the frame body collecting box (800), wherein each lifting unit comprises a rotating shaft (910) which is rotatably arranged on the base (100) and a push plate (920) which is fixedly arranged on the periphery of the rotating shaft (910); the push plate (920) can rotate to support each frame body (600) in the frame body collection box (800) so that the next frame body (600) can be inserted into the lower portion of each frame body (600).

The welding platform for the aluminum alloy doors and windows according to claim 1, wherein the plate body (310) is provided with a feeding hole (301), a frame storage part (330) is arranged below the feeding hole (301), and the frame storage part (330) is provided with a storage cavity for stacking the frames (610);

when the guide plate (930) slides in the contraction direction, the bottom wall surface of the frame collection box (800) can press the first wedge surface (932), so that the guide plate (930) is contracted below the frame collection box (800); after the protrusion (931) extends out of the frame collecting box (800), the frame (600) can slide into the frame collecting box (800) through the second wedge surface (933).

the frame fixing unit (500) further comprises a second driving device (530) arranged on the bearing plate (520), and a pressing plate (540) connected with an output end of the second driving device (530), wherein the pressing plate (540) is driven by the second driving device (530) and can press or release the corresponding frame (610).
7. The al-alloy door and window welding platform of claim 6, further comprising a positioning plate (550) supported on the bearing plate (520) through an elastic member (560), wherein the positioning plate (550) has a positioning surface capable of clamping the rim (610) with the push rod (322);
the pressure plate (540) is provided with a pressing surface which is positioned above the positioning plate (550) and driven by the second driving device (530), the pressure plate (540) is provided with a first stroke which moves downwards to press the frame (610), and a second stroke which presses the positioning plate (550) downwards so that the pressure plate (540) and the positioning plate (550) are not higher than the welding bedplate (200).
8. The al-alloy door and window welding platform according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein two welding units (400) respectively comprise a welding gun driving assembly and a welding gun (430) connected with the welding gun driving assembly;
driven by the welding gun driving assembly, the welding gun (430) can be lifted relative to the frame (610) and can move along the length direction of the interface.
