Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of helicopter part manufacturing, in particular to a paint spraying and polishing method for the surface of a helicopter composite material part, which comprises the following steps: pretreating the surface of the part; spraying treatment; spraying inspection; spraying defect treatment, wherein the spraying defect treatment is to clean dust on the surface of the part by using wet cloth and polish the defect position of the surface of the part by grinding plates of 1500 meshes and 2500 meshes in sequence until the defect is eliminated; sequentially processing the surface defect positions of the parts by using a vibration grinding machine and a 3000-mesh foam rubber grinding wheel until the defect positions are polished to be glossy and polished; and (5) polishing, checking and delivering for use. Compared with the prior art, the method for painting and polishing the surface of the composite material part of the helicopter can enable the painting and polishing process of the surface of the composite material part to meet the flight use requirements of the helicopter and has higher quality.

The current composite material technology is rapidly developed, the application of composite materials on helicopters is more and more extensive, the painting task of composite material parts is heavier and heavier, the problems of painting are more and more prominent, and the final painting quality is directly influenced by factors such as poor matrix surface quality, long painting process, high protection requirement, high construction environment requirement and the like. and 3, step 3: inspection of spray coating
Checking whether the surface of the part has the defect of uneven paint spraying, and if so, executing the step 4-7; if not, executing step 5-7;
and 4, step 4: spray defect management
Cleaning dust on the surface of the part by using wet cloth, and sequentially polishing the surface defect positions of the part by 1500-mesh and 2500-mesh grinding sheets until the defect is eliminated;
sequentially treating the surface defect positions of the parts by using a vibration grinding machine and a 3000-mesh foam rubber grinding wheel until the defect positions are polished to be glossy;
and 5: polishing treatment
Cleaning the surface of the part by using wet cloth, coating a small amount of polishing agent on the surface of the dried part by using polyurethane fiber, and polishing the part by using a polishing machine and a foam disc;
and 6: polishing inspection
Checking whether the surface of the part has the defect of uneven polishing or not, and if so, executing the step 5 again; if not, executing step 7;
and 7: and (5) delivering for use.
Preferably, in step 2, the coating is a mixture of paint and a curing agent.
Preferably, in step 2, the sprayed parts are dried at 20 ℃ for 6 hours or 60 ℃ for 30-40 minutes.
Preferably, when the surface of the part is polished in the step 4, the part is firstly placed in water to be soaked for 10-15 minutes.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the paint spraying and polishing method for the surface of the composite material part of the helicopter can enable the paint spraying and polishing process for the surface of the composite material part to meet the flight use requirements of the helicopter and has high quality.

Checking whether the surface of the part has the defect of uneven polishing or not, and if so, executing the step 5 again; if not, executing step 7;
and 7: and (5) delivering for use.
It is noted that, in step 2, the coating is a mixture of paint and a curing agent.
Further, in step 2, the sprayed parts are dried at 20 ℃ for 6 hours or 60 ℃ for 30-40 minutes.
It is worth to be noted that, when the surface of the part is polished in the step 4, the part is firstly placed in water to be soaked for 10-15 minutes.
Through the method, the paint spraying and polishing process of the surface of the composite material part can meet the flight use requirement of the helicopter and has high quality.
