Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to a soothing composition and application thereof.
Background
In recent years, because of environmental pollution, working pressure, bad living habits and people receiving new media such as internet to protect skin blindly, relieving skin sensitivity symptoms becomes one of the most urgent skin care requirements. Sensitive muscles are characterized by strong and poorly tolerated skin sensation, invisible phenomena (tingling, burning, tightness) and visible signs (red blood streaks, desquamation, dryness, etc.). The main causes of the skin comprise the damage of the barrier function of the skin and the inflammation state of the epidermis, and the causes mutually promote and affect at the same time, so that the sensitive skin is caused to enter poor circulation and is not easy to be converted into normal skin.
Although a plurality of relieving products with different formulations exist in the market at present, most of the relieving products are mainly compounded by plant extract raw materials of relieving types, the relieving effect is general, in order to ensure that the effect is better, the proportion of the added raw materials is relatively higher, the cost is higher, great challenge is brought to the shelf-life stability of the product, and meanwhile, certain sensitization risk is brought by complex components due to the mixed use of a plurality of plant extracts. Therefore, the prior art has the problems of general relieving effect, poor product stability and certain sensitization risk.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a soothing composition and application thereof. The invention has the characteristics of effectively relieving the effect, improving the stability of the product and effectively reducing the sensitization risk.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a soothing composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-10 parts of peony flower extract, 0.2-5 parts of malachite extract and 0.1-4 parts of tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid.
In the above soothing composition, the peony flower extract is a substance extracted from peony flower by ultrasonic extraction; the extraction process comprises the following steps: freeze drying, pulverizing, sieving, mixing with 50% ethanol solution at a ratio of 1 to 40, and performing ultrasonic extraction at 40 deg.C for 3 times each for 10min; the ultrasonic power is 110-118W, and the frequency is 82-90kHz.
In the above soothing composition, the extraction method of the malachite extract comprises: grinding malachite into powder, adding water, stirring, and oxidizing refractory ore powder by thiobacillus oxydans to obtain leachate; adding chelating agent into the leachate, stabilizing, filtering, and sterilizing and filtering to obtain malachite extract.
Use of a soothing composition in cosmetics, said soothing composition employing the soothing composition as described above.
A cosmetic comprises the above soothing composition, and also comprises humectant, thickener, pH regulator and antiseptic.
The cosmetic comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-25 parts of humectant, 0.05-2 parts of thickener, 0-2 parts of pH regulator, 0.5-2 parts of preservative and relieving composition; the soothing composition comprises 0.5-10 parts of peony flower extract, 0.2-5 parts of malachite extract and 0.1-4 parts of tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid.
In the cosmetic, the humectant is one or a combination of more than two of glycerin, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, polyethylene glycols, methyl glucitol polyether-10, glyceryl polyether-26, 1, 3-butanediol, trehalose, xylitol, betaine, beta-glucan, erythrose, biogum-1, oat beta-glucan, acetyl chitosamine, water-soluble oil and fat, water-soluble silicone oil and sodium hyaluronate.
In the cosmetic, the thickener is one or a combination of more than two of carbomer, acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, xanthan gum, sclerotium rolfsii gum, hydroxyethyl cellulose and sodium polyacrylate.
In the cosmetic, the pH adjuster is one or a combination of two or more of triethanolamine, aminomethyl propanol, arginine, potassium hydroxide, and sodium hydroxide.
In the cosmetic, the preservative is one or a combination of more than two of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1, 2-hexanediol, phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerin.
Compared with the prior art, the invention adopts a certain proportion of the peony flower extract, the malachite extract and the tetrahydro-methylpyrimidine carboxylic acid as the soothing composition, and solves the problem of skin sensitivity from different ways.
Aiming at the inflammatory factors causing skin sensitivity, the peony flower extract and the malachite extract are cooperated to comprehensively reduce the expression of the inflammatory factors and effectively relieve the skin inflammation problem.
Malachite extract reacts against external stress and free radicals produced by the skin itself by increasing the activity of glutathione reductase, an important cellular antioxidant. Glutathione reductase is an important enzyme for eliminating H202 and a plurality of organic hydroperoxides in vivo, and reduces toxic H202 and lipid peroxides into nontoxic hydroxyl compounds by catalyzing glutathione, thereby protecting the structure and function of cell membranes from being damaged and interfered by peroxides and preventing skin from being induced to generate related inflammatory factors. On the other hand, the malachite extract contains trace elements which can perform double protection on skin cells by directly acting on cell protection and activating the regeneration of a natural defense system of the cells, so that the skin is indirectly prevented from being stimulated by the outside to generate inflammation.
Peony, as a traditional Chinese medicine with high medicinal value, contains various bioactive substances including terpenoids, flavonoids, steroids, glycosides, phenols, tannins, volatile oil and the like. The flos Paeoniae extract extracted by ultrasonic low temperature low pressure extraction technology contains higher content of penoniflorin, and can significantly reduce multiple inflammation parameters including TNF-alpha, IL-6 level and proinflammatory mediator level (MCP-1, COX-2, IFN-gamma, TNF-alpha, IL-6 and IL-17). Meanwhile, the composition has the function of inhibiting harmful bacteria of the skin to a certain extent, thereby blocking inflammatory signal transmission caused by skin microecological imbalance.
In the aspect of skin barrier damage, the tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid is a cyclic amino acid derivative generated by an extreme organism to ensure survival in an extreme environment. In aqueous systems, water complexes are formed, which protect and stabilize biomolecules by surrounding cells, enzymes, proteins and other biomolecules by forming a water shell around them. Skin epithelial cells, including extracellular matrix, are exposed to damage stressors (e.g., radiation, particulate matter, cold and heat, etc.), which tend to cause damage to the cell membrane, loss of water and release of stress mediators. The tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid protects and stabilizes cell membranes, reduces oxidative stress and damage, and simultaneously reduces intracellular inflammatory gene expression. On the other hand, the self-defense and repair mechanism is improved by increasing the fluidity of the cell membrane; and by increasing hydration, the skin barrier effect is improved. Clinical trials have shown that after 7 days of treatment with skin care products containing tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid, 1% of tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid reduces TEWL by 28% and redness of the skin by 45% due to its anti-inflammatory and reparative properties, corresponding to the therapeutic results for hydrocortisone.
In addition, the tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid has a certain effect of promoting the stability of active ingredients of the peony extract, the three ingredients are respectively from plant extraction, mineral elements and extreme biological fermentation, and compared with the combination of the three plant extracts, the ingredients are relatively simple and are not simple superposition use of similar core ingredients; the combination of the three active substances in a certain proportion can not only improve the original single value of each component, but also achieve the effects of supplementing each other and promoting each other synergistically.
In conclusion, the invention has the characteristics of effectively relieving the effect, improving the product stability and effectively reducing the sensitization risk.

385 volunteers meeting the test conditions were selected by a dermatologist and evenly divided into 11 groups, in this order, examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-7.
The using method comprises the following steps: the samples were applied to the face after rinsing every morning and evening for 4 weeks. The volunteers were tested for return visits at 0 day, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks at the time of use, respectively.
The test results were as follows:
table 3 test results using 1 week time:
table 4 results of 2 week testing using
TABLE 5 use of 3 week test results
Table 6 using 4 week test results
Through the test results of four different cycles of comparative example 1 to example 4, it was found that as the concentration of the peony flower extract, malachite extract and the addition of the tetrahydro-methylpyrimidine carboxylic acid increases, the absolute values of the decrease in TEWL value and hemoglobin become larger, indicating that the soothing effect on the skin is enhanced as the three components in the composition increase. However, it was found that the TEWL values and the absolute reduced hemoglobin values of examples 3 to 4 were not as great as those of examples 1 to 3, indicating that the concentrations of the components have a certain threshold value for the skin effect within a certain range, and that too high or too low values may have an effect on the effect.
By comparing example 1 with comparative examples 1-4, it was found that the absolute value of the reduction in TEWL value for a single equivalent amount of ingredient was lower than for the three ingredient composition, except for comparative example 4. The composition is shown to maintain the skin barrier more effectively than the single herb flower extract, malachite extract. The barrier effect of a considerable amount of single tetrahydromethylpyrimidine carboxylic acid is better than that of the composition, but the price cost is far higher than that of the composition. Meanwhile, the absolute value of the reduction of hemoglobin of comparative examples 1 to 4 is lower than that of example 1, which shows that a considerable amount of the composition is more effective in reducing skin inflammation than the single component.
By comparing example 1 and comparative example 5, the soothing effect of the equivalent amount of the peony flower extract and the malachite extract was weaker than the composition. Comparative example 1 and comparative examples 6-7 found that the absolute value of TEWL reduction was somewhat improved over equivalent compositions when the absolute value of heme reduction was combined with one of the two components, the peony flower extract and the malachite extract, but the absolute value of heme reduction was not as high as for equivalent compositions and the cost was much higher than for equivalent compositions.
Stability test, stability tests were performed on the facial masks prepared in examples 1-4 and comparative examples 2-7 of the present invention.
Cold resistance test: taking a proper amount of the product, placing the product in a sample bottle, sealing the sample bottle, placing the sample bottle in a refrigerator at the temperature of-16 ℃, sampling every 7 days, continuously inspecting for 3 months, and observing appearance change.
Heat resistance test: and taking a proper amount of product, placing the product in a sample bottle, sealing the sample bottle, placing the sample bottle in a 50 ℃ oven, sampling and observing every 7 days, continuously inspecting for 3 months, and observing appearance change.
And (3) illumination test: and taking a proper amount of product, placing the product in a sample bottle, sealing the sample bottle, placing the sample bottle in an ultraviolet illumination box, sampling and observing every 7 days, continuously inspecting for 3 months, and observing appearance change.
The detection results show that the products prepared in examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-7 have no change in appearance after high-temperature and low-temperature tests, which shows that the active combination of the cosmetic is reasonably selected, and the compositions with different concentrations can be in a stable state in a matrix system.
