the first hinge member is hinged with one side of the second support plate (120) and is used for enabling the first support plate (110) to rotate around a first rotation shaft;
the second hinge member is hinged with the first support plate A (111) and is used for enabling the first support plate A (111) to rotate around a second rotation shaft;
wherein, the contained angle alpha between first rotation axis and the second rotation axis satisfies: alpha is more than 0 and less than or equal to 90 degrees;
the device further comprises a driving assembly, wherein the driving assembly comprises a first driving unit and a second driving unit, and the first driving unit is used for realizing the change of an included angle between the first supporting plate (110) and the second supporting plate (120); the second driving unit is used for realizing the change of an included angle between the first supporting plate A (111) and the first supporting plate B (112);
the first driving unit comprises a rotating shaft (210), a matched gear (220) fixedly connected with the rotating shaft (210), and a driving wheel (230) which is meshed with the matched gear (220) to realize the rotation of the rotating shaft (210) along the axis of the driving wheel; the rotating shaft (210) is also sleeved with a first shaft sleeve (240), and the first shaft sleeve (240) is connected with the first supporting plate (110) through a first connecting rod (251); the first shaft sleeve (240) is provided with internal threads, the rotating shaft (210) is provided with external threads, and when the driving wheel (230) drives the rotating shaft (210) to rotate, the external threads are meshed with the internal threads, so that the first shaft sleeve (240) moves along the axial direction of the rotating shaft (210);

the second driving unit comprises a supporting seat, and the supporting seat comprises a connecting section and a limiting section (312); the connecting section is fixedly connected with the first supporting plate B (112), and the limiting section (312) bears the first supporting plate A (111) and is used for limiting the first supporting plate A (111) to rotate under the action of self gravity;
the second driving unit further comprises a telescopic cylinder (320), and when the first driving unit drives the first supporting plate (110) to rotate, the first shaft sleeve (240) is close to the telescopic cylinder (320) along the axial direction of the rotating shaft (210); the telescopic cylinder (320) is provided with a triggering structure at one side close to the first shaft sleeve (240), the triggering structure comprises two electric connection points (321) which are arranged at intervals, and the electric connection points (321) are communicated with the telescopic cylinder (320) through a power supply circuit; one side of the first shaft sleeve (240) close to the telescopic cylinder (320) is provided with a conducting strip, when the first shaft sleeve (240) moves to the farthest end far away from the matched gear (220) along the axial direction of the rotating shaft (210), the conducting strip is in contact with the electric connection point (321) to realize the communication of the power supply circuit, so that the telescopic cylinder is driven to stretch and retract, and the first supporting plate A (111) is driven to rotate.

The assisted breathing apparatus for heart failure based patient use according to claim 1, wherein the second support plate (120) is a telescopic plate, the second support plate (120) being capable of effecting a relative distance change between the hinged side of the second support plate (120) and the first support plate (110) and the opposite side by adjustment.
