In some embodiments, the pushing assembly 64 may be configured as shown in fig. 2, 4, and 5. Referring to fig. 2, 4 and 5, the pushing assembly 64 includes a slide rod 641, a rotary disc 642, a connecting arm 643 and a second driver 644. The sliding rod 641 is slidably disposed on the mounting bracket 61 along the sliding direction of the sliding sleeve 62, and one end of the sliding rod 641 is connected to the sliding sleeve 62; the rotary table 642 is rotatably arranged on the mounting frame 61, and a connecting shaft which is parallel to the axis of the rotary table 642 and is eccentrically arranged is arranged on the rotary table 642; one end of the connecting arm 643 is hinged to the other end of the sliding rod 641, and the other end of the connecting arm 643 is hinged to the connecting shaft; the second driving member 644 is disposed on the mounting frame 61, and a driving end of the second driving member 644 is in transmission connection with the rotating shaft of the rotating disc 642 for driving the rotating disc 642 to rotate. One end of the sliding rod 641 is connected to the sliding sleeve 62 for driving the sliding sleeve 62 to move together. The second driving member 644 is a motor and is fixedly mounted on the mounting frame 61, a driving end of the second driving member 644 is in transmission connection with the rotary disc 642 to drive the rotary disc 642 to rotate, and a connecting shaft on the rotary disc 642 drives the sliding rod 641 to reciprocate so as to realize vibration of the jujube trees.
In this embodiment, a buffer for buffering an interaction force between the sliding rod 641 and the sliding sleeve 62 is further disposed between the sliding rod 641 and the sliding sleeve 62.
In some embodiments, the sliding rod 641 may have a structure as shown in fig. 4 and 5. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a second elastic member 65 for buffering the force applied by the sliding rod 641 to the sliding sleeve 62 is further disposed between the sliding rod 641 and the sliding sleeve 62. The second elastic member 65 is a spring, one end of the second elastic member 65 abuts against the end of the sliding rod 641, and the other end of the second elastic member 65 abuts against the sliding sleeve 62, so that when the resistance of the sliding rod 641 by the sliding sleeve 62 is large, the second elastic member 65 can play a certain buffering role. Preventing damage to the slide 641 or the connecting arm 643 or the sliding sleeve 62 during vibration.
In some embodiments, the sliding sleeve 62 may be configured as shown in fig. 4 and 5. Thereby adjusting the cushioning force of the second elastic member 65. The proper buffering force can be selected for the jujube trees with different ages, so that the vibration force can be reasonably adjusted.
Alternatively, the slide rod 641 is provided with a guide portion at an end thereof adjacent to the slide sleeve 62, the guide portion is of a cylindrical structure, and an end of the second elastic member 65 abuts against the guide portion. The connecting ring is provided with a slide guide hole in sliding fit with the guide portion, and the second elastic member 65 is located in the slide guide hole, so that the connecting ring can play a role in adjusting the buffer force between the slide rod 641 and the slide sleeve 62 and a role in guiding the relative position between the slide rod 641 and the slide sleeve 62.
In some embodiments, the accommodating unit 5 may be configured as shown in fig. 2 and 6. Referring to fig. 2 and 6 together, the containing unit 5 includes a material delivery box 51, a material box 52, and a screw blade 53. The material conveying box 51 is arranged below the collecting box 2, and the feeding end of the material conveying box 51 is communicated with the blanking port of the collecting box 2; the material box 52 is arranged below the discharge end of the material conveying box 51 and used for collecting the Chinese dates; the spiral conveying paddle 53 is rotatably arranged in the conveying box 51 and is used for conveying the Chinese dates from the feeding end of the conveying box 51 to the discharging end of the conveying box 51. The screw conveying propeller 53 is arranged along the length direction of the material conveying box 51, and the cross section of the bottom of the material conveying box 51, which is vertical to the length direction of the material conveying box 51, is in a circular arc shape. The Chinese dates falling into the material conveying box 51 by the screw conveying propeller 53 can be completely conveyed into the material box 52. The bottom of the material conveying box 51 is composed of a plurality of reinforcing steel bars arranged at intervals, and the length direction of the reinforcing steel bars is parallel to the length direction of the spiral conveying propeller 53. And the gap between two adjacent steel bars is smaller than the size of the Chinese date. When the Chinese dates are conveyed in the conveying box 51, some leaves and residual branches falling along with the Chinese dates fall on the ground through the gaps between two adjacent reinforcing steel bars, and the function of filtering impurities in the Chinese dates is achieved.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the gap between two adjacent steel bars gradually decreases from the feeding end to the discharging end of the feeding box 51, so that under the condition that the dates and the branches and leaves fall down together, the branches and leaves can be clamped at the gap between the two steel bars, and the dates are pushed to move by the screw conveying paddles 53 and are separated from the branches and leaves. Impurities other than dates collected in material tank 52 may be further reduced.
