A cooking apparatus, a control method thereof, a storage medium, and an electronic device according to embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a control method of a cooking apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the control method of the cooking apparatus includes the steps of:
s11, obtaining the cookware information of the cooking device.
Specifically, the pot information may include at least one of a material (e.g., iron, aluminum, alloy, etc.), a specification of the pot, a cooking procedure, and a frequency of use corresponding to each cooking procedure, wherein the specification includes at least one of a volume, a length, a shape, a weight, and a thickness. Above-mentioned pan information can be preserved and preset the position like cooking device on the memory of predetermineeing to cooking device can obtain this cooking device's pan information from above-mentioned predetermined position when needs cook. For example, if the cookware information is at least one of the material, specification, and cooking procedure of cookware, the cookware information may be obtained in advance and stored in a preset memory, and the cooking device may obtain the cookware information stored in the preset memory when the cooking device needs to cook; if the cookware information further comprises the use frequency corresponding to each cooking program, a cooking program-use frequency corresponding relation table can be set in a preset memory, and then the cooking device can acquire the cookware information stored in the preset memory from the preset memory when the cooking is needed, and after the cooking is finished, the use frequency of each cooking program is calculated according to the cooking program used in the cooking, and the cooking program-use frequency corresponding relation table is updated according to the calculation result.
And S12, determining corresponding anti-sticking cooking parameters according to the cooker information.
Specifically, the cooking device can be in communication connection with the cloud server, and after the cooking device acquires the pot information of the cooking device, the cooking device can acquire anti-sticking pot cooking parameters corresponding to the pot information in a preset cooking control library by using the cloud server according to the pot information; the preset cooking control library may be, for example, a cooking control library stored in the cloud server.
Optionally, a cookware information-antisticking cookware cooking parameter correspondence table may be stored in the preset cooking control library. Specifically, initial anti-sticking cooking parameters corresponding to the cooker information can be obtained in advance, and a cooker information-anti-sticking cooking parameter correspondence table is established in a preset cooking control library by using the initial anti-sticking cooking parameters. The initial anti-sticking cooking parameters in the preset cooking control library are obtained by training a preset amount of sample data (such as deep neural network algorithm training) through the cloud server by using a machine learning algorithm, wherein the sample data comprises the cooking pot information and the anti-sticking cooking parameters corresponding to the cooking pot information; above-mentioned sample data can be a large amount of sample data that contain information such as pan material, specification, antiseized pot culinary art parameter. From this, can realize utilizing big data learning's mode to obtain initial antiseized pot culinary art parameter to the antiseized pot culinary art parameter that the accuracy corresponds with pan information is obtained. Or, similarity calculation can be carried out on the sample data of the preset amount, and the initial anti-sticking cooking parameters can be obtained according to the calculation result; for example, the similarity of anti-sticking pot cooking parameters corresponding to different pot information in sample data can be calculated by a preset algorithm, anti-sticking pot cooking parameters with the similarity larger than a preset similarity threshold value are obtained, pot information corresponding to the anti-sticking pot cooking parameters is obtained, a pot information interval is obtained according to the pot information, and the anti-sticking pot cooking parameters corresponding to the pot information are fitted to obtain initial anti-sticking pot cooking parameters corresponding to the interval. Therefore, the initial anti-sticking pot cooking parameters can be obtained in a similarity calculation mode, and the anti-sticking pot cooking parameters corresponding to the pot information can be quickly obtained.
If pan information is at least one of material, specification, the culinary art procedure of pan, then cooking device can send the pan information that acquires to high in the clouds server, and the high in the clouds server visits predetermined culinary art control library according to this pan information to according to the pan information in the predetermined culinary art control library-antiseized pot culinary art parameter corresponding relation table acquire with this pan information antiseized pot culinary art parameter that corresponds.
If the cookware information further comprises the use frequency corresponding to each cooking program, the cooking device can send the acquired cookware information to the cloud server, the cloud server accesses the preset cooking control library according to the cookware information and acquires the anti-sticking cookware cooking parameters corresponding to the cookware information according to the cookware information-anti-sticking cookware cooking parameter corresponding relation table in the preset cooking control library, and then the anti-sticking cookware cooking parameters are acquired by combining the corresponding relation table and the use frequency corresponding to each cooking program. For example, if the cookware information sent by the cooking device to the cloud server includes the materials and specifications of cookware and the use frequency corresponding to each cooking program, the cloud server accesses the correspondence table according to the materials and specifications of the cookware to obtain anti-sticking cookware cooking parameters corresponding to the materials and specifications; if only acquire a set of antiseized pot culinary art parameter, then confirm this antiseized pot culinary art parameter for the antiseized pot culinary art parameter that corresponds with this pan information, if acquire multiunit antiseized pot culinary art parameter, then acquire a plurality of culinary art procedures that correspond with this multiunit antiseized pot culinary art parameter to match with the frequency of utilization that above-mentioned each culinary art procedure corresponds according to this a plurality of culinary art procedures, confirm the antiseized pot culinary art parameter that corresponds for the antiseized pot culinary art parameter that corresponds with this pan information with the result that the matching obtained.
From this, can realize obtaining corresponding antiseized pot culinary art parameter from predetermined culinary art control library according to pan information. And because the cookware information also comprises the use frequency corresponding to each cooking program, special service can be provided for a specific cookware according to the frequency of the cooking program used by the cookware, so that the use experience of a user is further improved.
And S13, controlling the cooking device according to the anti-sticking cooking parameters.
From this, can realize obtaining anti-sticking pot culinary art parameter according to pan information, and then control the culinary art parameter according to anti-sticking pot culinary art parameter to prevent to take place to glue pot phenomenon at the culinary art in-process, promote user's use and experience.
Optionally, after cooking is completed, evaluation information for the pan sticking condition of the pan can be received, and then the evaluation information, the pan information and the corresponding stick-proof pan cooking parameters are sent to the cloud server, so that the cloud server corrects the pan information-stick-proof pan cooking parameter correspondence table in the preset cooking control library according to the evaluation information, the pan information and the corresponding stick-proof pan cooking parameters; for example, the cloud server adopts a preset training algorithm to train according to the evaluation information, the cookware information and the anti-sticking cookware cooking parameters corresponding to the cookware information, so as to correct the anti-sticking cookware cooking parameters in the preset cooking control library, so that the preset cooking control library can continuously correct the cookware information-anti-sticking cookware cooking parameter corresponding relation table stored in the preset cooking control library to correct, and the service can be better provided for the cooking device.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, before acquiring the pot information of the cooking apparatus, the method for controlling the cooking apparatus further includes:
and S31, receiving a cooking instruction.
Specifically, before cooking, the user may give a cooking instruction to the cooking appliance, so that the cooking appliance receives the cooking instruction. For example, a touch panel may be provided on the cooking apparatus, so that a user can give cooking instructions to the cooking apparatus on the touch panel; cooking instructions can also be given to the cooking device through a terminal device such as a smart phone which is paired with the cooking device.
And S32, confirming that the cooking program corresponding to the cooking instruction comprises a pot sticking prevention step.
Specifically, the cooking apparatus may be provided with a plurality of cooking modes, each of which corresponds to one cooking program, so that the user may give a corresponding cooking instruction to select the cooking program by selecting the cooking mode. After the cooking device receives the cooking instruction, the cooking instruction can be analyzed, and whether the cooking program corresponding to the cooking instruction comprises the step of preventing the pot from being stuck is judged.
As an example, the cooking apparatus may have stored therein a cooking program 1: cooking stage 1 "cut" → cooking stage 2 "boil"; and cooking program 2: cooking stage 1 "cut" → cooking stage 2 "fry". Wherein the cooking stage 2 "frying" in the cooking program 2 includes a step of sticking prevention of the pan. Therefore, if the cooking instruction given by the user corresponds to the cooking program 2, the cooking device judges that the cooking program comprises an anti-sticking pot step, and the pot information of the cooking device is obtained.
Optionally, the user may also select the cooking program of the current cooking as the custom cooking program before starting cooking through the cooking instruction. If the user selects the customized cooking program, the user can customize the number of cooking stages contained in the cooking program, the cooking mode of each cooking stage, and whether the cooking stage corresponding to the specific cooking mode comprises the step of preventing the pot from being stuck.
As an example, the user may select a cooking manner of a cooking stage on the touch panel before the cooking stage is started; the cooking device can pre-store a corresponding relation table of cooking modes and whether the anti-sticking pan is required; the cooking device can further search the corresponding relation table according to the current cooking mode input by the user so as to judge whether the step of preventing the pot from being stuck is needed under the cooking mode; the correspondence table is preset by a merchant when the cooking device leaves a factory, and certainly, the user can also adjust the correspondence table according to the actual needs of the user. For example, if in a cooking process, a user wants the current cooking program to be cut → fried, the user firstly inputs a cooking instruction to select the cooking mode to be cut, the cooking device searches a corresponding relation table stored in the cooking device, the cooking stage of determining the cooking mode to be cut does not include a step of preventing the pot from being stuck, and the cooking device normally operates to finish the cooking stage; and then after the cooking stage that the cooking mode is 'cut' is finished, the user inputs that the cooking mode is 'fry', then the cooking device searches the corresponding relation table stored by the cooking device, and the cooking stage that the cooking mode is 'fry' is determined to comprise the step of preventing the pot from sticking. Optionally, an "anti-sticking pot" option frame may be disposed on the touch panel, so that a user may select and check the option frame when selecting a cooking mode of a cooking stage; and after confirming that the option box is checked, the cooking device judges that the cooking stage comprises a step of preventing the pot from sticking.
Therefore, the cooker information of the cooking device can be acquired under the condition that the cooking program comprises the step of preventing the cooker from being stuck.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, before controlling the cooking apparatus according to the cooking parameters of the anti-stick pan, the method for controlling the cooking apparatus further includes:
s41, confirming that the cooking program runs to the step of preventing the pot from sticking.
Specifically, along with the operation of the cooking program, the cooking device continuously monitors the current step of the cooking program, and when the step that the cooking program operates to the anti-sticking pot step is monitored, the cooking device is controlled according to anti-sticking pot cooking parameters.
Therefore, the control method can obtain the anti-sticking cooking parameters suitable for the current cooking pot, and when the anti-sticking cooking step is executed, the cooking device is controlled according to the anti-sticking cooking parameters, so that the pot can be effectively prevented from sticking, the pot can be conveniently cleaned, and the user experience is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the anti-stick cooking parameter includes a first temperature, a second temperature, a first time, a second time, and a third time, and as shown in fig. 4, the controlling the cooking device according to the anti-stick cooking parameter may include:
s21, controlling the cooking device to heat the pot to a first temperature within a first time, and controlling the cooking device to maintain the first temperature for a second time.
And S22, controlling the cooking device to stop heating.
S23, when the temperature of the pot is reduced to the second temperature, the cooking device is controlled to maintain the second temperature for a third time.
From this, can carry out the process of controlling according to antiseized pot culinary art parameter through the aforesaid, effectively prevent the emergence of gluing the pot phenomenon.
As an example, the cooking apparatus may acquire a cooking time corresponding to a cooking program before starting cooking with the cooking program including the pot sticking prevention step, in which the time corresponding to the pot sticking prevention step is a default time. After the first time, the second time and the third time are obtained, the cooking time can be adjusted through the default time corresponding to the step of correcting the anti-sticking pot, and the adjusted cooking time is displayed, so that the user can clearly determine the time required by current cooking. Therefore, the cooking program can be adjusted adaptively according to the anti-sticking cooking parameters, and the adjustment result is displayed for the user, so that the use experience of the user is further improved.
A control method of the cooking apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail with reference to fig. 5 to 7 by a specific example.
As shown in fig. 5, a large amount of anti-sticking cooking parameters of cookware made of different materials (such as iron, aluminum and alloy) can be obtained, and then the anti-sticking cooking parameters of cookware made of different materials are trained to obtain an anti-sticking characteristic curve of an iron pan, an anti-sticking characteristic curve of an aluminum pan and an anti-sticking characteristic curve of an alloy pan (i.e., anti-sticking cooking parameters), as shown in fig. 6.
Furthermore, the anti-sticking characteristic curve is packaged into a standardized database, the database is used as an initial cooking control library, and the initial cooking control library is stored in the cloud server.
As shown in fig. 7, after determining a cooking program by the cooking instruction, the cooking appliance determines that an anti-sticking pot step is included in the cooking program; and then acquire this cooking device's pan information, specifically be the material of pan. And then visit the initial culinary art control storehouse of high in the clouds server storage in the high in the clouds server according to the material of pan in order to obtain the antiseized pot characteristic curve that corresponds with this cooking device's material to regard it as the antiseized pot algorithm operation result curve that is specifically used for control, thereby control cooking device according to this result curve.
