In this embodiment, the brand information that the stacking mold box that pushes away the cigarette station to entrying the case before pushing away the cigarette is received and the brand information that case base shaping station was received are proofreaded through entrying the case, ensure that the case base is unanimous with the brand information of stacking mold box when entrying the case and pushing away the cigarette, improve the accuracy of cigarette strip encapsulation case.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, S300 includes:

Specifically, when the brand information received by the stacking mold box of the cigarette pushing station and the box blank forming station is checked to pass, and after the mold box cigarette stack reaches the cigarette pushing station, the terminal 102 acquires the stacking image and the stacking mold box outer package image in the stacking mold box in an image recognition mode, checks the stacking image and the stacking mold box outer package image in the stacking mold box, and judges whether the stacking image in the stacking mold box contains the brand information and the stacking mold box outer package image contains the brand information. If the information is checked to be consistent, waiting for the box blank to be formed; if the information is inconsistent, controlling the cigarette carton packaging box to alarm and stop so as to automatically remove the cigarette stacks or manually process the cigarette stacks in the mould box.

Specifically, after the brand information of the stacking image and the outer packaging image of the stacking mold box in the stacking mold box is verified and the manipulator reaches the top of the box blank grabbing, the terminal 102 acquires the brand image of the storage bin and the forming station image of the box blank in an image recognition mode, verifies the brand image of the storage bin and the forming station image of the box blank, and judges whether the brand image of the storage bin contains the brand information and whether the brand image of the forming station image of the box blank contains the brand information. If the information is collated consistently, the terminal 102 controls the manipulator to grab the box blank; and if the information is inconsistent in correction, informing the worker to process the wrong box blank and controlling the manipulator to grab the box blank again.

Specifically, after the brand images of the storage bins and the images of the box blank forming stations pass the proofreading and the box blank forming, the terminal 102 acquires the images of the stacking mold boxes and the images of the box blank forming stations of the cigarette-pushing stations of the entering boxes in an image recognition mode, proofreads the images of the stacking mold boxes and the images of the box blank forming stations of the cigarette-pushing stations of the entering boxes, and judges whether the images of the stacking mold boxes of the cigarette-pushing stations of the entering boxes contain brand information and the images of the box blank forming stations contain brand information. If the information is verified to be consistent and the condition that the brand information received by the stacking mold box of the carton-entering and cigarette-pushing station before carton-entering and cigarette-pushing is verified to pass the brand information received by the box blank forming station is met, the terminal 102 controls the action of carton-entering and cigarette-pushing; and if the information is inconsistent in correction, informing the worker to process the wrong box blank and controlling the manipulator to grab the box blank again.
In the embodiment, the proofreading images of the cigarette carton packaging box obtained by proofreading the stacking brand, the box blank brand and the brand information of the cigarette pushing station in the box are respectively carried out in an image recognition mode, and the adoption of the image recognition mode improves the efficiency and accuracy of information proofreading of cigarette carton packaging box equipment.
In one embodiment, if no wrong mixed brand information exists in the proofreading image, the visual cigarette box strip-missing review detection is performed on the cigarette strip packaging box, and the obtaining of the strip-missing review image of the cigarette strip packaging box comprises:
if the corrected image does not have mixed and wrong brand information, acquiring an image at the rear part of the cigarette carton packaging box and an image at the front part of the cigarette carton packaging box; and carrying out visual cigarette box strip missing review detection according to the image of the rear part of the cigarette strip packaging box and the image of the front part of the cigarette strip packaging box to obtain a strip missing review image of the cigarette strip packaging box.
Specifically, after the pushing hands of the packaging machine push the stacking mold boxes into the formed box blanks, when the pushing rods return to a certain phase, the equipment for acquiring images receives a trigger signal transmitted by the terminal 102 and enters a shooting state, and when the corresponding infrared light source is also turned on, the terminal 102 acquires infrared images of the cigarette carton packaging box equipment entering the box and pushing cigarette stations. The terminal 102 judges whether the infrared image has a missing strip or not by adopting an image recognition mode, and if the infrared image has the missing strip, the alarm is driven to give an alarm, the packaging box equipment is forcibly stopped, and an operator waits for processing. If the rejecting device is installed, the rejecting device can be informed to reject. Finally, the server 104 stores the missing cigarette re-check image of the cigarette carton packaging box at this time and names the image by using the shooting time.
Alternatively, the device for acquiring the image includes, but is not limited to, a camera, a video camera, and other devices with a photographing function.
In specific application, the visual cigarette box strip-missing review detection can be based on a visual cigarette box strip-missing review system for acquiring a strip-missing review image of a cigarette strip packaging box, and the visual cigarette box strip-missing review detection system comprises: a first infrared CCD (charge coupled device) industrial camera, a second infrared CCD industrial camera, a third CCD industrial camera and an infrared illumination light source. The right infrared CCD industrial camera and the left infrared CCD industrial camera are gigabit Ethernet high-speed interfaces, the light sensing is good in infrared wave band, and 120 frames of high-quality infrared images with the resolution of 640 x 480 per second can be collected. The rear CCD industrial camera uses a high resolution gigabit ethernet camera that can capture 30 frames 1296 x 966 of high quality color images per second. The automatic gain type carton forming machine is arranged in a carton tray and a carton forming area, is not provided with a light source, works in a continuous software triggering mode and an automatic gain mode, and can simultaneously see the appearance of stacked cartons and formed cartons. The infrared illumination light source system is composed of a plurality of infrared LED (light-emitting diode) light sources, serves the CCD cameras at the left and right parts, and lights from the two sides of the smoke box.
Specifically, under an infrared illumination light source, a first infrared CCD industrial camera and a second infrared CCD industrial camera shoot pictures of the front part and the rear part of the cigarette box, and a third CCD industrial camera shoots an instant after each box blank is formed in a box blank forming station. During operation, the infrared illumination light source is in a stroboscopic mode and is used for effectively eliminating the shadow of the cigarette packaging box and enabling the cigarette packaging box to be imaged uniformly.
Further, the terminal 102 receives the image of the front portion of the cigarette rod packaging box, the image of the rear portion of the cigarette rod packaging box, and the image of each box blank at the box blank forming station at the moment after the forming of each box blank in the box blank forming station, and analyzes the images according to the received image of the front portion of the cigarette rod packaging box, the received image of the rear portion of the cigarette rod packaging box, and the received image of each box blank at the box blank forming station at the moment after the forming of each box blank.
In this embodiment, the terminal 102 receives the image for analysis and the visual cigarette box strip missing review detection, so that the high efficiency of strip missing detection can be realized, and the strip missing rate of the cigarette strips in the cigarette strip packaging box after the final packaging is reduced.
In another embodiment, the method for detecting by the visual smoke box strip-missing review detection system further comprises:
after detecting the information of the missing strip reexamination image, the terminal 102 converts the bad cigarette information output when the image is judged to be abnormal and not matched into a sound alarm signal, and simultaneously sends out a signal to stop the work of the sealing and packing box machine and wait for the processing of operators.
Wherein, the step of converting the output bad cigarette message into the sound alarm signal is carried out through an IO control panel, and the IO control panel has an RS232 communication function.
In another embodiment, the IO control board is further configured to receive a push rod in-place signal, convert the push rod in-place signal into a trigger signal for CCD photographing, and drive the light source to perform stroboscopic operation.
In another embodiment, the IO control board can be further interconnected with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) signal of the enclosure device to obtain an operating state of the enclosure device, and can control a false alarm behavior of the enclosure device.
In another embodiment, the visual smoke box strip-missing review detection system further comprises an industrial personal computer.
Specifically, an industrial personal computer is used as the terminal 102, and is configured to merge a human-machine operation interface of the cigarette carton packaging box device and a visual detection program together to run on the machine. On one hand, a friendly man-machine operation interface is provided for a user, on the other hand, image detection is carried out on the obtained proofreading image and the strip-missing review image according to user configuration, which images are unqualified are judged, the IO control panel is instructed to alarm and shut down according to the judgment result, and the PLC control system is informed to remove the smoke box. The industrial personal computer is provided with a large-capacity hard disk, can store the image information of the cigarette carton packaging box for 1 year, and is convenient for a user to carry out historical inquiry.
In another embodiment, upon visual cigarette re-inspection, carton outline inspection may also be performed.
Specifically, when the carton box is sucked from the carton box tray, and at a moment after the carton box is formed, the terminal 102 receives forming information transmitted from an RS232 serial port of an IO control board, captures a frame from a continuous video stream of a rear CCD industrial camera to serve as a visual detection image, judges whether the shape of the formed carton blank is qualified, and simultaneously judges whether the carton box of the carton box tray is placed reversely.
Furthermore, the molding information transmitted from the RS232 serial port of the IO control board is informed to the IO control board by the PLC through a signal wire.
In another embodiment, after the cigarette rod packaging box is packaged, the terminal 102 performs barcode association on the cigarette rod packaging box, and provides traceable history information using a barcode reader.
The bar code reader is used for reading a bar code on the box, and the bar code contains a proofreading image of the cigarette packaging box and a missing bar rechecking image.
Specifically, after the cigarette packaging box is packaged and coded, when the terminal 102 receives the barcode information transmitted from the IO control board connected to the barcode reader, the barcode is associated with the cigarette packaging box proofreading image and the missing-barcode review image, and a function of tracing the corresponding image according to the barcode is provided for the user. When a user or a worker wants to know the proofreading image and the missing strip review image of the cigarette strip packaging box device, the user or the worker can scan the bar code by using a bar code reader to read.
Further, the terminal 102 renames the proofreading image and the missing-strip review image of the cigarette strip packaging box device with the information of the bar code.
In another embodiment, the method for detecting information of the cigarette packaging box further comprises the following steps: the terminal 102 may notify the reject mechanism to reject both missing cartons and cartons without bar codes.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments are shown in sequence as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily executed in sequence as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a part of the steps in the flowcharts related to the above embodiments may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performing the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least a part of the steps or stages in other steps.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the application also provides an information checking device for realizing the information checking method of the cigarette packaging box. The implementation scheme for solving the problem provided by the device is similar to the implementation scheme described in the above method, so specific limitations in one or more embodiments of the information verification device provided below can be referred to the limitations of the information verification method in the foregoing, and details are not described here.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, there is provided an information verification apparatus for a cigarette rod packing box, comprising: information acquisition module, information propelling movement module, image identification module, missing one review module and inspection judge module, wherein:
the information obtaining module 100 is configured to obtain stacking brand information and bunker brand information of a brand to be packaged.
And the information pushing module 200 is used for pushing the stacking brand information and the bin brand information to different stations of the cigarette carton packaging box equipment.
And the image identification module 300 is used for respectively carrying out stack brand correction, box blank brand correction and carton-entering and cigarette-pushing station brand information correction in an image identification mode to obtain a correction image of the cigarette carton packaging box.
The missing piece rechecking module 400 is used for carrying out visual cigarette box missing piece rechecking detection on the cigarette strip packaging box when no wrong mixed brand information exists in the proofreading image, and acquiring a missing piece rechecking image of the cigarette strip packaging box;
and the checking and judging module 500 is used for judging that the information of the cigarette carton packaging box equipment passes the checking when the information of the missing cigarette does not exist in the image of the missing cigarette recheck.
In one embodiment, the information obtaining module 100 is specifically configured to: acquiring stacking brand information of a brand to be packaged; and matching the stacking brand information of the brand to be packaged with the bin brand information to obtain the bin brand information of the brand to be packaged.
In one embodiment, the information pushing module 200 is specifically configured to: pushing stacking brand information of the brand to be packaged to a mold box station; when the stacking die box is conveyed to a box entering and cigarette pushing station and a manipulator gripper grips a box blank, bin brand information of a brand to be packaged is pushed to the manipulator gripper station; when the box blank is formed, brand information of a manipulator gripper station of a brand to be packaged is pushed to a box blank forming station.
In one embodiment, the system further comprises an information proofreading module 250, which is used for proofreading the brand information received by the stacking mold box of the box-entering and cigarette-pushing station and the brand information received by the box blank forming station before box-entering and cigarette-pushing.
In one embodiment, the image recognition module 300 is specifically configured to:
if the brand information received by the stacking mold box of the cigarette entering and pushing station and the box blank forming station passes the proofreading, acquiring a stacking image in the stacking mold box and an outer packaging image of the stacking mold box, and performing the stacking brand proofreading according to the stacking image in the stacking mold box and the outer packaging image of the stacking mold box to acquire a stacking brand proofreading image of the cigarette carton packaging box;
if the stacking brand correction image is normal, acquiring a stock bin brand image and a box blank forming station image, performing box blank brand correction according to the stock bin brand image and the box blank forming station image, and acquiring a box blank brand correction image of the cigarette carton packaging box;
if the box blank brand correction image is normal, acquiring a stacking die box image and a box blank forming station image of the box-entering cigarette-pushing station, performing secondary correction of the box-entering cigarette-pushing station according to the stacking die box image and the box blank forming station image of the box-entering cigarette-pushing station, and acquiring a secondary correction image of the box-entering cigarette-pushing station of the cigarette carton packaging box.
In one embodiment, the missing bar review module 400 is specifically configured to:
if the corrected image does not have mixed and wrong brand information, acquiring an image at the rear part of the cigarette carton packaging box and an image at the front part of the cigarette carton packaging box;
and carrying out visual cigarette box missing rechecking detection according to the image of the rear part of the cigarette packaging box and the image of the front part of the cigarette packaging box to obtain a missing rechecking image of the cigarette packaging box.
In one embodiment, the verification determination module 500 is specifically configured to: and when no mixed and wrong brand information exists in the proofreading image and no missing piece information exists in the missing piece rechecking image, judging that the information of the cigarette carton packaging box equipment passes the verification.
All or part of each module in the information checking device of the cigarette carton packaging box equipment can be realized through software, hardware and combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent of a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 8. The computer device comprises a processor, a memory, a communication interface and a display screen which are connected through a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, a mobile cellular network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of information verification of a cigarette rod enclosure box apparatus. The display screen of the computer device may be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 8 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor that when executing the computer program performs the steps of:
acquiring stacking brand information of a brand to be packaged and stock bin brand information;
pushing the stacking brand information and the bin brand information to different stations of cigarette carton packaging box equipment;
respectively carrying out stack brand correction, box blank brand correction and box entering and cigarette pushing station brand information correction in an image identification mode to respectively obtain correction images of the cigarette carton packaging box;
if no wrong and mixed brand information exists in the proofreading image, performing visual cigarette box strip missing rechecking detection on the cigarette strip packaging box to obtain a strip missing rechecking image of the cigarette strip packaging box;
and if the information of the missing cigarette does not exist in the missing cigarette review image, judging that the information verification of the cigarette packaging box equipment is passed.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: acquiring stacking brand information of a brand to be packaged; and matching the stacking brand information of the brand to be packaged with the bin brand information to obtain the bin brand information of the brand to be packaged.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: pushing the stacking brand information of the brand to be packaged to a mold box station; when the stacking mold box is conveyed to a box entering and cigarette pushing station and a manipulator gripper grips a box blank, pushing the brand information of the storage bin with the brand to be packaged to the manipulator gripper station; and when the box blank is formed, brand information of the manipulator gripper station of the brand to be packaged is pushed to a box blank forming station.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: and before the box is filled and the cigarette is pushed, the brand information received by the stacking mold box of the box filling and cigarette pushing station is collated with the brand information received by the box blank forming station.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of:
if the brand information received by the box blank forming station and the stacking mold box of the box entering and cigarette pushing station passes the proofreading, acquiring a stacking image in the stacking mold box and an outer packaging image of the stacking mold box, and performing the stacking brand proofreading according to the stacking image in the stacking mold box and the outer packaging image of the stacking mold box to acquire a stacking brand proofreading image of the cigarette carton packaging box;

In an embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
In one embodiment, a computer device is further provided, which includes a memory and a processor, the memory stores a computer program, and the processor implements the steps of the above method embodiments when executing the computer program.

Claims (10)

1. An information verification method for cigarette carton packaging box equipment is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring stacking brand information of a brand to be packaged and stock bin brand information;
pushing the stacking brand information and the bin brand information to different stations of cigarette carton packaging box equipment;
respectively carrying out stack brand correction, box blank brand correction and brand information correction of a box entering and cigarette pushing station by adopting an image identification mode to obtain a correction image of the cigarette carton packaging box;
if no wrong mixed brand information exists in the proofreading image, performing visual cigarette box missing piece rechecking detection on the cigarette strip packaging box to obtain a missing piece rechecking image of the cigarette strip packaging box;
and if the information of the missing strip does not exist in the image of the missing strip reexamination, judging that the information verification of the cigarette strip packaging box equipment is passed.
2. The information verification method of cigarette carton packaging box equipment according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the stacking brand information and the bin brand information of the brand to be packaged comprises:
acquiring stacking brand information of a brand to be packaged;
and matching the stacking brand information of the brand to be packaged with the bin brand information to obtain the bin brand information of the brand to be packaged.
3. The information verification method of a cigarette carton packaging box device according to claim 1, wherein the pushing the stack brand information and the bin brand information to different stations of the cigarette carton packaging box device comprises:
pushing the stacking brand information of the brand to be packaged to a mold box station;
when the stacking die box is conveyed to a box entering and cigarette pushing station and a manipulator gripper grips a box blank, pushing the brand information of the to-be-packaged brand of the storage bin to a manipulator gripper station;
and when the box blank is formed, pushing brand information of the manipulator gripper station of the brand to be packaged to a box blank forming station.
4. The information verification method of a cigarette rod packing box apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:
and before the box is filled and the cigarette is pushed, the brand information received by the stacking mold box of the box filling and cigarette pushing station is collated with the brand information received by the box blank forming station.
5. The information verification method of cigarette carton packaging box equipment according to claim 1, wherein the step of respectively performing stack brand verification, box blank brand verification and box entering and cigarette pushing station brand information verification by adopting an image identification mode comprises the following steps of:
if the brand information received by the box blank forming station and the stacking mold box of the box entering and cigarette pushing station passes the proofreading, acquiring a stacking image in the stacking mold box and an outer packaging image of the stacking mold box, and performing the stacking brand proofreading according to the stacking image in the stacking mold box and the outer packaging image of the stacking mold box to acquire a stacking brand proofreading image of the cigarette carton packaging box;
if the stacking brand correction image is normal, acquiring a stock bin brand image and a box blank forming station image, performing box blank brand correction according to the stock bin brand image and the box blank forming station image, and acquiring a box blank brand correction image of the cigarette carton packaging box;
and if the box blank brand correction image is normal, acquiring a stacking mold box image of the box entering and cigarette pushing station and a box blank forming station image, performing secondary correction of the box entering and cigarette pushing station according to the stacking mold box image of the box entering and cigarette pushing station and the box blank forming station image, and acquiring a secondary correction image of the box entering and cigarette pushing station of the cigarette carton packaging box.
6.
