The weighing sensor 232 in this embodiment is a resistance strain type weighing sensor 232, and the working principle of the resistance strain type weighing sensor 232 is that the elastic member 231 generates elastic deformation under the action of external force, so that the resistance strain gauge adhered to the surface of the elastic member also generates deformation along with the elastic deformation, after the deformation of the resistance strain gauge, the resistance value of the resistance strain gauge changes (increases or decreases), and then the resistance change is converted into an electrical signal (voltage or current) through a corresponding measuring circuit, thereby completing the process of converting the external force into the electrical signal. It should be noted that, the weighing sensor 232 is a mature technical means in the field, and in this embodiment, the model of the weighing sensor 232 and the connection relationship in the circuit are not described in detail.
Specifically, the elastic member 231 in this embodiment is a spring, which has low cost and good elasticity, and can further save cost.
Optionally, the oven further includes a control device, the control device is electrically connected with the weighing device 200 and the warning device 300, when the oven dries different products, a weight preset value corresponding to the oven is set in the control device, when the control device detects that the weighed weight on the tray 110 is not matched with the preset weight value, the control device transmits an electric signal to the warning device 300, the warning device 300 sends a warning to prompt an operator to check the quantity of the products in the oven, so that the condition that the products forget to dry due to manual omission is avoided, and the quality of the products is affected.
It should be noted that, the control device in this embodiment may be a centralized or distributed controller, for example, the control device may be a single-chip microcomputer, or may be a distributed multi-chip microcomputer, where a control program may be run, so as to compare the actual total weight weighed by the weighing device 200 with the theoretical total weight.
Further, the warning device 300 includes a warning lamp electrically connected to the control device, and the warning lamp blinks when the weight of the product 1000 to be dried on the tray 110 does not reach the preset weight value, so that an operator can more intuitively understand that the product 1000 to be dried in the tray 110 is leaked.
Preferably, the warning device 300 further includes a buzzer alarm electrically connected to the control device, where the buzzer alarm sounds when the weight of the product 1000 to be dried on the tray 110 does not reach a preset weight value, and the alarm and the light flash together prompt the operator to more intuitively know whether the product 1000 to be dried on the tray 110 is leaked or not.
Preferably, a plurality of trays 110 are arranged in the oven body 100, the trays 110 are distributed at equal intervals, the oven is guaranteed to be capable of baking a plurality of products 1000 to be dried at one time, each tray 110 is connected with a weighing device 200, and each weighing device 200 is electrically connected with a warning device 300, so that detection of each layer of trays 110 is guaranteed.
