step three, after the skin-sensing surface decorative plate 11 is inserted in place, the proximity switch 15 acts, the controller controls the second electromagnetic switch valve 19 and the first electromagnetic switch valve 18 to act, the combined air bag 9 is inflated, the air bag 92 can squeeze the stress supporting plate 6 in the process of expanding the air bag 92, the guide roller 5 is contracted inwards, the guide roller 5 is separated from the skin-sensing surface decorative plate 11, the air bag 92 is contacted with the skin-sensing surface decorative plate 11, and the air bag 92 is clamped;
step four, the time delay relay is operated once after a plurality of seconds, the time is determined according to the inflation time of the air bag 92, the controller controls the first electromagnetic switch valve 18 to be closed, and the air bag 92 stops air intake;
step five, when the skin-sensing surface decorative plate 11 needs to be moved out, dragging the skin-sensing surface decorative plate 11, enabling the proximity switch 15 to act, controlling the second electromagnetic switch valve 19 to be closed by the controller, controlling the exhaust valve 22 to be opened, deflating the air bag 92, and enabling the guide roller 5 to extend out; the skin-feel surface decorative sheet 11 is continuously dragged and pulled out entirely.
The sensing distance of the proximity switch 15 can be set to be smaller, and because the pressure between the air bag and the skin-sensing surface decorative plate 11 is not large, an operator can drag the skin-sensing surface decorative plate 11, and once the skin-sensing surface decorative plate 11 drags a little distance, the proximity switch 15 can sense a signal and act once. The proximity switch 15 may be replaced by a travel switch.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and the scope of the present invention should be defined by the claims, including the equivalents of the technical features in the claims. I.e., equivalent replacement modifications within the scope of this invention are also within the scope of the invention.
Claims (7)
1. A skin sense face curing means for decorative board which characterized in that: the skin-touch type skin-touch panel comprises a storage outer frame (1), wherein a skin-touch panel slot (2) is formed in the storage outer frame (1), guide roller sliding grooves (3) are formed in the side walls of two sides of the skin-touch panel slot (2), guide roller mounting plates (4) are arranged in the guide roller sliding grooves (3), a plurality of guide rollers (5) are arranged on one end face of each guide roller mounting plate (4), a stress supporting plate (6) is arranged on the other end face of each guide roller mounting plate (4), and the guide roller mounting plates (4) are arranged in the guide roller sliding grooves (3) through elastic mechanisms; the side wall of the guide roller chute (3) is provided with a strip-shaped notch (7), the strip-shaped notch (7) is communicated with an air bag placing cavity (8), a combined air bag (9) is arranged in the air bag placing cavity (8), the air bag placing cavity (8) is provided with an air nozzle penetrating hole (10), and an air nozzle of the combined air bag (9) is used for penetrating out from the air nozzle penetrating hole (10); the combined air bag (9) is connected with an air source through a pipeline; the combined air bag (9) is used for pushing the stress supporting plate (6) to shrink inwards after being inflated, and simultaneously clamps the skin-feel surface decorative plate (11); a plurality of dry gas blowing holes (12) are arranged in the storage outer frame (1), and the dry gas blowing holes (12) are communicated with a dry gas source through a pipeline;
the combined type air bag (9) comprises a hard hollow column (91), the structure of the hard hollow column (91) is matched with the air bag placing cavity (8) and the strip-shaped notch (7), two air bags (92) are symmetrically arranged at the top of the hard hollow column (91), the air bags (92) are positioned in the guide roller sliding grooves (3), and the air bags (92) are positioned between the stress supporting plate (6) and the skin-feel surface decorative plate (11); the end of the hard hollow column (91) is provided with an air tap (93).

A care device for a skin-feel face decorative sheet according to claim 1, characterized in that: the storage outer frame (1) is of a concave structure, concave openings of the storage outer frame (1) are arranged towards the horizontal direction, the number of the skin sensing panel slots (2) is two, the two skin sensing panel slots (2) are symmetrically arranged up and down, and guide roller sliding grooves (3) are symmetrically arranged on two side walls of each skin sensing panel slot (2); the drying gas blowing holes (12) are arranged at the side parts of the skin-sensing surface decorative plate (11) in two rows.

A care device for a skin-feel face decorative sheet according to claim 2, characterized in that: a proximity switch (15) is arranged between the two rows of drying gas blowing holes (12), and the proximity switch (15) is used for checking the position of the skin-feel surface decorative plate (11); the proximity switch (15) is electrically connected with the controller, the controller is electrically connected with the first electromagnetic switch valve (18) and the second electromagnetic switch valve (19) respectively, the first electromagnetic switch valve (18) and the second electromagnetic switch valve (19) are respectively arranged on two gas delivery pipes, the two gas delivery pipes are respectively connected with the combined type air bag (9) and the purging pipe (16), and the other ends of the two gas delivery pipes are connected with the dry gas supply device; the purging pipe (16) is arranged on the storage outer frame (1), a cavity through which gas flows is arranged in the storage outer frame (1), and the cavity is communicated with the dry gas blowing hole (12); an exhaust valve (22) is arranged at the air tap of the combined air bag (9), and the exhaust valve (22) is electrically connected with the controller.
4. A care device for a skin-feel face decorative sheet according to claim 3, wherein: the drying gas supply device comprises a dryer (20) and a blower (21), and the dryer (20) and the blower (21) are electrically connected with the controller.
5. A care device for a skin-feel face decorative sheet according to claim 3, wherein: the first electromagnetic switch valve (18) is connected with the controller by adopting a time delay relay.
6. A care device for a skin-feel face decorative sheet according to claim 1, characterized in that: the end part of the air bag placing cavity (8) is detachably provided with a sealing plate (17).
7. A care device for a skin-feel face decorative sheet according to claim 1, characterized in that: the elastic mechanism comprises a guide rod (13) connected with the pushing stress supporting plate (6), the guide rod (13) is slidably arranged in the jack, and a spring (14) is sleeved outside the guide rod (13).
