step five, when the skin-feeling face decoration plate 11 needs to be moved out, the skin-feeling face decoration plate 11 is dragged, the proximity switch 15 acts, the controller controls the second electromagnetic switch valve 19 to be closed, and controls the exhaust valve 22 to be opened, the air bag 92 is deflated, and the guide roller 5 extends out; the skin-touch panel 11 is continuously pulled and completely pulled out.
The sensing distance of the proximity switch 15 can be set to be a small distance, and since the pressure between the air bag and the skin-touch face decoration plate 11 is not large, an operator can drag the skin-touch face decoration plate 11, once the skin-touch face decoration plate 11 drags a little distance, the proximity switch 15 can sense a signal and act once. The proximity switch 15 may be replaced by a travel switch.

A skin feel face curing means for decorative board which characterized in that: comprises a storage outer frame (1), a skin-feel panel slot (2) is arranged on the storage outer frame (1), guide roller sliding grooves (3) are respectively arranged on the side walls of the two sides of the skin-feel panel slot (2), guide roller mounting plates (4) are arranged in the guide roller sliding grooves (3), one end face of the guide roller mounting plate (4) is provided with a plurality of guide rollers (5), the other end face of the guide roller mounting plate (4) is provided with a stressed supporting plate (6), and the guide roller mounting plate (4) is mounted in the guide roller chute (3) through an elastic mechanism; the side wall of the guide roller chute (3) is provided with a strip-shaped notch (7), the strip-shaped notch (7) is communicated with an air bag placing cavity (8), a combined air bag (9) is arranged in the air bag placing cavity (8), the air bag placing cavity (8) is provided with an air tap through hole (10), and the air tap of the combined air bag (9) is used for penetrating out of the air tap through hole (10); the combined air bag (9) is used for being connected with an air source through a pipeline; the combined air bag (9) is used for pushing the stressed supporting plate (6) to contract inwards after being inflated, and simultaneously clamping the skin-feel surface decorative plate (11); a plurality of dry gas blowing holes (12) are arranged in the storage outer frame (1), and the dry gas blowing holes (12) are communicated with a dry gas source through pipelines.

A maintenance device for a skin feel panel according to claim 1, characterized in that: the storage outer frame (1) is of a concave structure, concave openings of the storage outer frame (1) are arranged in the horizontal direction, the number of the skin-feel panel slots (2) is two, the two skin-feel panel slots (2) are arranged in an up-and-down symmetrical mode, and guide roller sliding grooves (3) are symmetrically formed in two side walls of each skin-feel panel slot (2); the dry air blowing holes (12) are arranged in two rows at the side part of the skin-touch surface decorative plate (11).

A maintenance device for a skin feel panel according to claim 2, characterized in that: a proximity switch (15) is arranged between the two rows of drying air blowing holes (12), and the proximity switch (15) is used for checking the position of the skin-feel surface decorative plate (11); the proximity switch (15) is electrically connected with the controller, the controller is respectively electrically connected with the first electromagnetic switch valve (18) and the second electromagnetic switch valve (19), the first electromagnetic switch valve (18) and the second electromagnetic switch valve (19) are respectively arranged on two gas pipes, the two gas pipes are respectively connected with the combined type air bag (9) and the purging pipe (16), and the other ends of the two gas pipes are connected with a dry gas supply device; the purging pipe (16) is arranged on the storage outer mould frame (1), a cavity for gas circulation is arranged in the storage outer mould frame (1), and the cavity is communicated with the dry gas blowing hole (12); an exhaust valve (22) is arranged at the air tap of the combined air bag (9), and the exhaust valve (22) is electrically connected with the controller.
4. A maintenance device for a skin feel panel according to claim 3, characterized in that: the drying air supply device comprises a dryer (20) and a blower (21), and the dryer (20) and the blower (21) are electrically connected with the controller.
5. A maintenance device for a skin-touch panel as defined in claim 3, wherein: the first electromagnetic switch valve (18) is connected with the controller by adopting a time delay relay.

The maintenance device for a skin-touch panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the combined type air bag (9) comprises a hard hollow column (91), the structure of the hard hollow column (91) is matched with the air bag placing cavity (8) and the strip-shaped notch (7), two air bags (92) are symmetrically arranged at the top of the hard hollow column (91), the air bags (92) are positioned in the guide roller sliding groove (3), and the air bags (92) are positioned between the stressed supporting plate (6) and the skin-feeling surface decorative plate (11); an air nozzle (93) is arranged at the end part of the hard hollow column (91).
7. The maintenance device for a skin-touch panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the end part of the air bag placing cavity (8) is detachably provided with a sealing plate (17).
8. The maintenance device for a skin-touch panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the elastic mechanism comprises a guide rod (13) connected with the pushing stress supporting plate (6), the guide rod (13) is slidably arranged in the jack, and a spring (14) is sleeved outside the guide rod (13).
9. A method of using a maintenance device for a skin feel panel according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the steps of:
firstly, connecting an air nozzle (93) and a purging pipe (16) on each storage outer frame (1) with an air transmission main pipe by adopting independent pipelines, wherein each storage outer frame (1) is correspondingly provided with a first electromagnetic switch valve (18), a second electromagnetic switch valve (19) and a proximity switch (15), the air transmission main pipe is connected with a drier (20), a blower (21) is used for supplying air uniformly, and the drier (20) is used for drying the air;
step two, when the skin-feel surface decoration plate (11) needs to be stored, the skin-feel surface decoration plate (11) is used for being inserted from the side part of the skin-feel panel slot (2), the guide roller (5) is contacted with the skin-feel surface decoration plate (11), and the guide roller (5) rolls to facilitate the skin-feel surface decoration plate (11) to be smoothly inserted into the skin-feel panel slot (2);
step three, after the skin-feel surface decoration plate (11) is inserted in place, the proximity switch (15) acts, the controller controls the second electromagnetic switch valve (19) and the first electromagnetic switch valve (18) to act, the combined type air bag (9) enters air, the air bag (92) can extrude the stressed supporting plate (6) in the expansion process of the air bag (92), the guide roller (5) contracts inwards, the guide roller (5) is separated from the skin-feel surface decoration plate (11), the air bag (92) is contacted with the skin-feel surface decoration plate (11), and the air bag (92) is clamped;
step four, the time delay relay acts once after several seconds, the time is determined according to the inflating time of the air bag (92), the controller controls the first electromagnetic switch valve (18) to be closed, and the air bag (92) stops air intake;
step five, when the skin-touch face decoration plate (11) needs to be moved out, the skin-touch face decoration plate (11) is dragged, the proximity switch (15) acts, the controller controls the second electromagnetic switch valve (19) to be closed, the exhaust valve (22) to be opened, the air bag (92) is deflated, and the guide roller (5) stretches out; the skin-touch surface decorative plate (11) is continuously dragged and is completely drawn out.
