In order to make the technical spirit and advantages of the present invention more clearly understood, the applicant will now make a detailed description by way of example, but the description of the examples is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and any equivalent transformation made merely in form, not essentially, according to the inventive concept should be regarded as the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
In the following description, any reference to the directional or azimuthal sense of up, down, left, right, front and rear is not to be construed as a specific limitation on the solution provided by the present invention, since the position state of the drawing being described is defined.
Referring to fig. 1, there is shown a frame 1, a frame traveling wheel 17c is rotatably provided at the bottom of the frame 1 at positions corresponding to four corners, and the frame traveling wheel 17c makes the present invention embody good portability; a to-be-homogenized bobbin input mechanism 2 for inputting a bobbin filled with fibers and to be homogenized is shown, the to-be-homogenized bobbin input mechanism 2 being arranged on a frame 1; a front-end beating and homogenizing mechanism 3 and a rear-end beating and homogenizing mechanism 4 for beating the filling fibers in the bobbins to be uniformly input by the bobbin input mechanism 2 to be uniformly beaten are shown, the front-end beating and homogenizing mechanism 3 and the rear-end beating and homogenizing mechanism 4 are arranged on the frame 1 at positions corresponding to the upper parts of the bobbin input mechanism 2 to be uniformly beaten, and the front-end beating and homogenizing mechanism 3 is positioned on the right side of the rear-end beating and homogenizing mechanism 4.
The technical key points of the technical scheme provided by the invention are as follows: the structure system of the cotton beating machine further comprises a beating and homogenizing bobbin output mechanism 5 for outputting bobbins which are sequentially and uniformly beaten by the front beating and homogenizing mechanism 3 and the rear beating and homogenizing mechanism 4, the beating and homogenizing bobbin output mechanism 5 is arranged on the frame 1 at a position corresponding to the lower part of the bobbin input mechanism 2 to be beaten and homogenizing bobbin output mechanism 5, an input port (an input port of the bobbins after being beaten and homogenized) corresponds to a beating and homogenizing bobbin outlet 232 of the bobbin input mechanism 2 to be beaten and an output port of the beating and homogenizing bobbin output mechanism 5 corresponds to a bobbin feeding port 231 to be beaten and homogenized of the bobbin input mechanism 2 to be beaten and homogenized.
A frame front cross member 11 is fixed to the front upper portion of the frame 1, a frame front wall plate 111 (also referred to as a "frame front seal plate") is fixed to the upper portion of the frame front cross member 11, a frame rear cross member 12 is fixed to the rear upper portion of the frame 1, a frame rear wall plate 121 (also referred to as a "frame rear seal plate") is fixed to the upper portion of the frame rear cross member 12, the top between the frame front and rear wall plates 111, 121 is closed by a wall plate top plate 1112, a frame left extension arm 13a (also referred to as a "frame left extension arm") extends horizontally in front of and behind the left side of the frame 1, a frame right extension arm 13b (also referred to as a "frame right extension arm") extends horizontally in front of and behind the right side of the frame 1, the same applies to the following), the above-mentioned beating bobbin output mechanism 5 is disposed between the frame left expansion arm 13a and the frame right expansion arm 13b, the cotton beating frame supporting plate 13c is fixed between the frame front and rear cross members 11, 12, the above-mentioned front beating mechanism 3 and rear beating mechanism 4 are disposed between the frame front and rear wall plates 111, 121 at positions corresponding to the upper sides of the above-mentioned bobbin input mechanism 2 to be beaten, the above-mentioned cotton beating frame supporting plate 13c corresponds to the lower sides of the above-mentioned front beating mechanism 3 and rear beating mechanism 4, that is, the front beating mechanism 3 and rear beating mechanism 4 are disposed between the frame front and rear wall plates 111, 121 at positions corresponding to the upper sides of the cotton beating frame supporting plate 13 c.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and in conjunction with fig. 2, the preferred but not absolute limited construction of the bobbin input mechanism 2 to be homogenized is as follows: comprises a to-be-beaten uniform bobbin conveying curtain driving roller 21, a to-be-beaten uniform bobbin conveying curtain driven roller 22, a to-be-beaten uniform bobbin conveying curtain 23 and a to-be-beaten uniform bobbin conveying curtain driving roller driving device 24, wherein the front end of the to-be-beaten uniform bobbin conveying curtain driving roller 21 is rotatably supported at the right end of the front frame cross beam 11 through a conveying curtain driving roller front supporting seat 211, the rear end of the to-be-beaten uniform bobbin conveying curtain driving roller 21 is rotatably supported at the right end of the rear frame cross beam 12 through a conveying curtain driving roller rear supporting seat 212, the front end of the to-be-beaten uniform bobbin conveying curtain driven roller 22 is rotatably supported at the left end of the front frame cross beam 11 through a conveying curtain driven roller front supporting seat 221, the rear end of the to-be-beaten uniform bobbin conveying curtain 22 is rotatably supported at the left end of the rear frame cross beam 12 through a conveying curtain driven roller rear supporting seat, the right end of the to-be-beaten uniform bobbin conveying curtain 23 is sleeved on the to-be-beaten uniform bobbin conveying curtain driving roller 21, the left end of the to-be-uniformly-beaten bobbin conveying curtain 23 is sleeved on the to-be-beaten bobbin conveying curtain driven roller 22, the to-be-beaten bobbin conveying curtain driving roller driving device 24 comprises a conveying curtain driving roller driving motor 241, a conveying curtain driving roller driving belt 242 and a conveying curtain driving roller driven driving wheel 243, the conveying curtain driving roller driving motor 241 is fixed on a conveying curtain driving roller driving motor seat 2411, the conveying curtain driving roller driving motor seat 2411 is fixed with the rear side of the right end of the frame 1, a conveying curtain driving roller driving wheel (not shown in the figure) is fixed on the conveying curtain driving roller driving motor shaft of the conveying curtain driving roller driving motor 241, the lower end of the conveying curtain driving roller driving belt 242 is sleeved on the conveying curtain driving roller driving wheel, the upper end is sleeved on the conveying curtain driving roller driven driving wheel 243, the driven driving wheel 243 of the conveying curtain driving roller is fixed at the rear end of the conveying curtain driving roller 21 of the bobbin to be uniformly beaten, and the inner side of the conveying curtain 23 of the bobbin to be uniformly beaten is contacted with the cotton beating frame supporting plate 13 c.
As can be seen from the schematic of fig. 1: the front supporting seat 211 of the conveying curtain driving roller, the rear supporting seat 212 of the conveying curtain driving roller, the front supporting seat 221 of the conveying curtain driven roller and the rear supporting seat 222 of the conveying curtain driven roller are adjustable so as to enable the conveying curtain 23 of the uniformly-to-be-shot bobbin to obtain the tensioning effect required by the process, and the adjustment of the front supporting seat 211 of the conveying curtain driving roller, the rear supporting seat 212 of the conveying curtain driving roller, the front supporting seat 221 of the conveying curtain driven roller and the rear supporting seat 222 of the conveying curtain driven roller belongs to the known technology, so that the applicant does not need to describe the following technology in detail.
As a preferred option, i.e., from the safety point of view, a conveyor belt guard 2421 may be provided at a position corresponding to the conveyor belt 242, and the upper end of the conveyor belt guard 2421 may be connected to the conveyor belt rear support block 212 and the lower end may be connected to the conveyor belt drive motor 241.
As shown in fig. 1, a front roll shaft seat 112 is fixed to the longitudinal direction of the frame front cross member 11 and to a position corresponding to the lower portion of the side of the frame front wall plate 111 facing the frame rear wall plate 121, a rear roll shaft seat 122 is fixed to the longitudinal direction of the frame rear cross member 12 and to a position corresponding to the lower portion of the frame rear wall plate 121 facing the frame front wall plate 111, a platen roller 14 is rotatably provided between the front roll shaft seat 112 and the rear roll shaft seat 122 in a spaced state, the platen roller 14 corresponds to the upper side of the bobbin conveying curtain 23 to be uniformly beaten, the left end of the bobbin conveying curtain 23 is constituted as the bobbin feeding port 231 to be uniformly beaten, and the right end is constituted as the bobbin discharging port 232.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the front and rear beating means 3 and 4 are disposed between the front and rear wall plates 111 and 121 of the frame at positions corresponding to between each two adjacent cotton pressing rollers 14 (this position may also be referred to as "neutral"), the cotton beating frame support plate 13c also corresponds to between each two adjacent cotton pressing rollers 14, the left end of the beating and homogenizing bobbin output means 5 protrudes from the left end of the bobbin conveying curtain 23 to be beaten, and the right end of the beating and homogenizing bobbin output means 5 protrudes from the right end of the bobbin conveying curtain 23 to be beaten.
With continued reference to fig. 1, a cotton pressing power roller 15 and a pair of feeding-in cotton pressing rollers 16 are sequentially disposed between the front and rear cross members 11, 12 of the frame and toward one end of the bobbin feeding port 231 of the bobbin conveying curtain 23, the cotton pressing power roller 15 is rotatably supported on the front roller shaft seat 112 through a cotton pressing power roller front bearing seat 151, the rear end of the cotton pressing power roller 15 is rotatably supported on the rear roller shaft seat 122 through a cotton pressing power roller rear bearing seat 152, and the rear end of the cotton pressing power roller 15 is in driving connection with a cotton pressing power roller driving device 153.
Please refer to fig. 2 in combination with fig. 1, the aforementioned cotton pressing power roller driving device 153 includes a cotton pressing power roller driving motor 1531, a cotton pressing power roller driving belt 1532 and a cotton pressing power roller driven driving wheel 1533, the cotton pressing power roller driving motor 1531 is fixed on a cotton pressing power roller driving motor seat 15311, the cotton pressing branch power roller driving motor seat 15311 is fixed on the rear side of the aforementioned frame 1, a cotton pressing power roller driving wheel (not shown) is fixed on a cotton pressing power roller driving motor shaft of the cotton pressing power roller driving motor 1531, the lower end of the cotton pressing power roller driving belt 1532 is sleeved on the aforementioned cotton pressing power roller driving wheel, the upper end is sleeved on the cotton pressing power roller driven driving wheel 1533, the driven driving wheel 1533 of the cotton pressing power roller is fixed at the rear end of the cotton pressing power roller 15, the pair of feeding cotton pressing rollers 16 are correspondingly above the bobbin conveying curtain 23 to be uniformly beaten, the front ends of the pair of feeding cotton pressing rollers 16 are rotatably supported on the front supporting seat 161 of the feeding cotton pressing rollers, the rear ends of the pair of feeding cotton pressing rollers are rotatably supported on the rear supporting seat 162 of the feeding cotton pressing rollers, the front supporting seat 161 of the feeding cotton pressing rollers and the right end of the front beam 11 of the frame are fixed towards one side of the rear beam 12 of the frame, the rear supporting seat 162 of the feeding cotton pressing rollers and the right end of the rear beam 12 of the frame are fixed towards one side of the front beam 11 of the frame, and the front supporting seats 161 and 162 of the feeding cotton pressing rollers are correspondingly arranged in front and back.
As a preferable embodiment, a cotton pressing power roller driving belt shield 15321 may be provided at a position corresponding to the cotton pressing power roller driving belt 1532.
In this embodiment, a to-be-shot bobbin signal collector 163 is disposed on a side of the feeding-in platen rear support 162 facing the feeding-in platen front support 161, the to-be-shot bobbin signal collector 163 is electrically controlled and connected with an electrical controller 17d disposed on a right end of a front side of the frame 1, and the to-be-shot bobbin signal collector 163 is a photoelectric sensor. The applicant needs to say that: the aforementioned bobbin signal collector 163 should be considered as equivalent if it is disposed on the side of the feed inlet calender front support 161 facing the feed inlet calender rear support 162.
When the to-be-patted bobbin is introduced into the to-be-patted bobbin feeding port 231, a signal is acquired by the to-be-patted bobbin signal acquisition device 163 and fed back to the electric control box 17d, and the electric control box 17d gives a working instruction to the conveying curtain driving roller driving motor 241 and the conveying curtain driving roller driving motor 541 of the conveying curtain driving roller driving device 23 of the to-be-patted bobbin conveying mechanism 2 and the conveying curtain 53 of the conveying curtain driving roller driving device 54 of the to-be-patted bobbin conveying mechanism 5, which will be described in detail below, are electrically connected with the electric control box 17d, so that the conveying curtain driving roller driving motor 241 and the conveying curtain driving roller driving motor 541 of the to-be-patted bobbin conveying mechanism 23 and the conveying curtain 53, which will be described below, are moved. On the contrary, when the to-be-patted even bobbin feeding port 231 is not (not) fed with the to-be-patted even bobbin, the electric control box 17d does not send out the instruction because the to-be-patted even bobbin signal collector 163 cannot collect the signal, and the conveying curtain driving roller driving motor 241 and the output curtain driving roller driving motor 541 are in the stop working state, thereby playing the roles of preventing idle running and saving electric energy consumption.
As shown in fig. 1, a front guide bar slider fixing seat 1111 is fixed in a long side direction of the front frame wall plate 111 toward the side of the rear frame wall plate 121, a rear guide bar slider fixing seat 1211 is fixed in a long side direction of the rear frame wall plate 121 toward the side of the front frame wall plate 111 and at a position corresponding to the front guide bar slider fixing seat 1111, a front shaft seat fixing beam 17a, a rear shaft seat fixing beam 17b and a rear racket power transmission fixing beam 18 are fixed at the top of the front frame 1 and at a position corresponding to between the front frame wall plate 111 and the rear frame wall plate 121 in a state parallel to the long side direction of the front frame wall plate 111 and the rear frame wall plate 121, the racket power transmission fixing beam 18 is positioned between the front shaft seat fixing beam 17a and the rear shaft seat fixing beam 17b, a front racket power driving motor seat 181 is fixed in front of the right end of the racket power transmission fixing beam 18, and a rear racket power driving motor seat 182 is fixed in front of the left end of the racket power transmission fixing beam 18.
Continuing to see fig. 1 in combination with fig. 2 and 3, the front-end homogenizing mechanism 3 includes a set of front slide guides 31, a set of rear slide guides 32, a set of front links 33, a set of rear links 34, a set of front cranks 35, a set of rear cranks 36, a set of crank drive shafts 37, a set of cotton-beating frames 38, and a front-end homogenizing power transmission 39, the set of front slide guides 31 are each slidably engaged with a set of front slide guide sliders 311, the front slide guide sliders 311 are fixed to one side of the front guide slider holders 1211, the number of the set of rear slide guides 32 is equal to the number of the set of front slide guides 31 and is slidably engaged with a set of rear slide guide sliders 321 at positions corresponding to the set of front slide guides 31, the number of the set of front slide guides 321 and the rear guide slider holders 1211 are equal to the number of the set of front slide guides 31, the set of front slide guides 33 are each hinged to one end of the set of front guide rods 31 through a set of crank pins 35 and the set of front guide pins 35 and the set of rear guide rods 32 are hinged to one end of the set of crank pins 35, the set of front guide rods 32 are hinged to one end of the set of the crank pins 35 and the set of rear guide pins 35 are hinged to one end of the set of front guide rods 32 and the rear guide pins 35 are fixed to one end of the set of front guide rods 35, the other end of the crank 36 is then fixed to the rear end of the set of crank drive shafts 37 by a fixing screw equivalent to the above-mentioned fixing screw 352, and the front ends of the set of crank drive shafts 37 are each rotatably supported on a crank drive shaft front support shaft seat 371, while the rear ends of the set of crank drive shafts 37 are each rotatably supported on a crank drive shaft rear support shaft seat 372, and a crank drive shaft drive wheel 373 is also fixed to the front ends of the set of crank drive shafts 37, the above-mentioned crank drive shaft front support shaft seat 371 is fixed to the bottom of the above-mentioned shaft seat front fixing cross member 17a, while the above-mentioned crank drive shaft rear support shaft seat 372 is fixed to the bottom of the above-mentioned shaft seat rear fixing cross member 17b, the number of cotton beating frames 38 is equal to the number of the set of crank drive shafts 37 and corresponds to the above-mentioned cotton beating frame support plates 13c with the above-mentioned waiting bobbins conveying curtain 23 interposed therebetween, the front ends of the cotton beating frames 38 are respectively fixed to the lower ends of the front sliding guide rods 31, while the rear ends are respectively fixed to the lower ends of the rear sliding guide rods 32, the front beating power transmission device 39 comprises a front beating driving motor 391, a front beating driving wheel 392 and a front beating transmission belt 393, the front beating driving motor 391 is electrically connected with the electric control box 17d, the front beating driving motor 391 is fixed to the rear side of the lower end of the front beating driving motor seat 181 (shown in fig. 1), and the front beating driving motor shaft 3911 of the front beating driving motor 391 extends to the front side of the front beating driving motor seat 181, the front beating driving wheel 392 is fixed on the front beating driving motor shaft 3911 at a position corresponding to the front side of the front beating driving motor seat 181, the front evenly-beating transmission belt 393 is in transmission connection with the crank driving shaft transmission wheel 373 and the front evenly-beating driving wheel 392, and is also in transmission connection with a group of front evenly-beating transmission belt tensioning wheels 1811 rotationally arranged on the front side of the front evenly-beating driving motor seat 181; the structure of the aforementioned post-beat-up mechanism 4 is the same as that of the aforementioned pre-beat-up mechanism 3, and the pre-beat-up mechanism 3 and the post-beat-up mechanism 4 alternately move up and down with each other. Fig. 1 shows a case where the front end and the rear end of a group of cotton-swatter frames 38 are respectively fixed to the lower ends of a group of front slide guides 31 and a group of rear slide guides 32 by a cotton-swatter frame fixing base 381.
In the present embodiment, although the number of the front slide guide bar 31 and the rear slide guide bar 32 is shown as three, the number of the front and rear links 33, 34, the front and rear cranks 35, 36, the crank drive shaft 37 and the cotton swatter frame 38 is also shown as three, respectively, it is obvious that the number is not limited, and for example, can be reduced to two or increased to four or more as needed. Furthermore, it can be seen from the schematic representation in fig. 1 and 2 that: the number of the unit combinations of the rear-facing homogenizing mechanism 4 is one less than that of the front-facing homogenizing mechanism 3, but the number of the unit combinations is not limited by the number shown. In addition, the transmission connection relationship between the front-end beat-up belt 393 and the crank drive shaft 373 (three in total), the front-end beat-up driving wheel 392 (three in total), and the front-end beat-up belt tension roller 1811 (three in total) is clearly illustrated in fig. 2, and thus will not be described again.
Referring to fig. 3 in combination with fig. 1 and 2, since the structure of the rear cranks 36 is identical to that of the front cranks 35, only one of the front cranks 35 is shown in fig. 3, and specifically, the front crank adjustment holes 351 are formed in each of the front cranks 35. In the same way, a rear crank adjustment hole is formed in each of the aforementioned rear cranks 36 and at positions corresponding to the front crank adjustment holes 351, and when one end of the aforementioned front link 33 facing the aforementioned front crank 35 is hinged to the aforementioned front crank 35 by the aforementioned front link upper pin 332 at a position corresponding to the front crank adjustment hole 351 and at the same time one end of the aforementioned rear link 34 facing the aforementioned rear crank 36 is hinged to the aforementioned rear crank 36 by the aforementioned rear link upper pin at a position corresponding to the rear crank adjustment hole, the up-down displacement stroke of the aforementioned front slide guide 31 and rear slide guide 32 increases, and vice versa. It can be seen that the hinge points of the front links 33 and the front cranks 35 are adjustable according to the thickness of the uniformly-photographed bobbins, and the position of the hinge points of the rear links 34 and the rear cranks 36 are the same as the position of the hinge points.
A cotton baffle front fixing base 1113 is fixed at a position corresponding to a lower portion of the front guide bar slider fixing base 1111 on a side of the frame front wall plate 111 facing the frame rear wall plate 121, a cotton baffle rear fixing base 1212 is fixed at a position corresponding to a lower portion of the rear guide bar slider fixing base 1211 on a side of the frame rear wall plate 121 facing the frame front wall plate 111, a cotton baffle 113 is fixed between the cotton baffle front fixing base 1113 and the cotton baffle rear fixing base 1212, and the cotton beating frame 38 is located between the cotton baffle 113 and the bobbin conveying curtain 23 to be beaten, wherein: a front sliding guide bar abdication hole 11131 is provided on the front fixing base 1113 of the cotton shield and at a position corresponding to the front sliding guide bar 31 of the above-mentioned group, and a rear sliding guide bar abdication hole 12121 is provided on the rear fixing base 1212 of the cotton shield and at a position corresponding to the rear sliding guide bar 32 of the above-mentioned group.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, the aforementioned bobbin homogenizing machine 5 comprises an output curtain driving roller 51, an output curtain driven roller 52, an output curtain 53 and an output curtain driving roller driving device 54, the front and rear ends of the output curtain driving roller 51 are rotatably supported on the aforementioned frame right-hand expanding arm 13b through output curtain driving roller supporting seats 511, the front and rear ends of the output curtain driven roller 52 are rotatably supported on the aforementioned frame left-hand expanding arm 13a through output curtain driven roller supporting seats 521, and the output curtain driving roller 51 corresponds to the right-side lower part of the aforementioned bobbin conveying roller 21 to be homogenized, while the output curtain driven roller 52 corresponds to the left-side lower part of the aforementioned bobbin conveying roller 22 to be homogenized, the right end of the output curtain 53 is sleeved on the output curtain driving roller 51, the left end of the output curtain 53 is sleeved on the output curtain driven roller 52, the output curtain driving roller driving device 54 comprises an output curtain driving roller driving motor 541, an output curtain driving roller driving belt 542 and an output curtain driving roller driven transmission wheel 543, the output curtain driving roller driving motor 541 is electrically connected with the electric control box 7d and is fixed on the conveying curtain driving roller driving motor seat 2411, an output curtain driving roller driving wheel (not shown in the figure) is fixed on the output curtain driving roller driving motor shaft of the output curtain driving roller driving motor 541, the lower end of the output curtain driving roller driving belt 542 is sleeved on the output curtain driving roller driving wheel, the upper end is sleeved on the output curtain driving roller driven transmission wheel 543, and the output curtain driving roller driven transmission wheel 543 is fixed on the rear end of the output curtain driving roller 51, wherein: the space between the bobbin conveying curtain 23 and the output curtain 53 is formed as a bobbin discharge path 25.
As can be seen from the schematic of fig. 2 and in connection with applicant's description above, the conveyor curtain drive roller drive motor 241 and the outfeed curtain drive roller drive motor 541 described above share a conveyor curtain drive roller drive motor housing 2411. Furthermore, an outfeed curtain drive roller drive belt guard 5421 may be preferably provided at a position corresponding to the outfeed curtain drive roller drive belt 542. The output curtain drive roller support 511 and output curtain driven roller support 521 shown in fig. 1 and 2 and mentioned above are adjustable and are of common general knowledge and will not be described again.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, a homogenizing cylinder surface cleaning mechanism 6 for cleaning the upper and lower surfaces of the homogenizing cylinder is provided on the left side of the frame 1 and at a position corresponding to the aforementioned conveying curtain driven roller 22 of the cylinder to be homogenized.

The applicant explains the working principle of the above-mentioned uniform-beating-tube output mechanism 5, after the output-curtain drive-roller drive motor 541 of the structural system of the output-curtain drive-roller drive device 54 receives the working instruction of the electric control box 17d, it is put into working state, the output-curtain drive-roller drive motor shaft of the output-curtain drive-roller drive motor 541 drives the output-curtain drive-roller drive driving wheel (not shown in the figure) fixed on it, the output-curtain drive-roller drive driving wheel drives the output-curtain drive-roller driven driving wheel 543 through the output-curtain drive-roller driving belt 542 sleeved on it, the output-curtain drive-roller driven driving wheel 543 drives the output-curtain drive roller 51, so that the output curtain 53 forms a circulating moving plane around the output-curtain drive roller 51 and the output-curtain driven roller 52, and the uniformly-beating-tube introduced tube is transferred from the left end to the right end of the output curtain 53. In the foregoing process, since the output opening of the output curtain 53 corresponds to the to-be-patted bobbin feeding opening 231, and since the input opening of the output curtain 53 corresponds to the to-be-patted bobbin discharging opening 232, only one worker is required to operate at the position of the to-be-patted bobbin feeding opening 231, so that the need of introducing the bobbin to be patted into the to-be-patted bobbin conveying curtain 23 and the need of taking the bobbin after being patted out from the right end of the output curtain 53, i.e. the foregoing output opening, can be satisfied.
In the foregoing operation, specifically, in the operation of the bobbin to be beaten inputting mechanism 2, the aforementioned cotton pressing power roller driving device 153 is also in an operation state, the cotton pressing power roller driving motor 1531 electrically controlled and connected with the electrical control box 17d is put into an operation state after receiving an instruction from the electrical control box 17d, the cotton pressing power roller driving motor shaft of the cotton pressing power driving motor 1531 drives the cotton pressing power roller driving transmission wheel fixed thereon, the cotton pressing power roller driving transmission wheel drives the cotton pressing power roller driving belt 1532 connected therewith, the cotton pressing power roller driving belt 1532 drives the cotton pressing power roller driven transmission wheel 1533, the cotton pressing power roller driven transmission wheel 1533 drives the cotton pressing power roller 15, and the cotton pressing power roller 15 cooperates with the bobbin to be beaten conveying curtain 23 to convey the bobbins to be beaten from the bobbin to be beaten feeding inlet 231 to the bobbin to be beaten leading outlet 232. A cotton beating machine as defined in claim 3, wherein said beating and homogenizing bobbin output mechanism (5) comprises an output curtain driving roller (51), an output curtain driven roller (52), an output curtain (53) and an output curtain driving roller driving device (54), the front and rear ends of the output curtain driving roller (51) are respectively rotatably supported on said frame right expansion arm (13 b) through an output curtain driving roller supporting seat (511), the front and rear ends of the output curtain driven roller (52) are respectively rotatably supported on said frame left expansion arm (13 a) through an output curtain driven roller supporting seat (521), the output curtain driving roller (51) corresponds to the lower right side of the to-be-photographed uniform bobbin conveying curtain driving roller (21), the output curtain driven roller (52) corresponds to the lower left side of the to-be-photographed uniform bobbin conveying curtain driven roller (22), the right end of the output curtain (53) is sleeved on the output curtain driving roller (51), the left end of the output curtain (53) is sleeved on the output curtain driven roller (52), the output curtain driving roller driving device (54) comprises an output curtain driving roller driving motor (541), an output curtain driving roller driving belt (542) and an output curtain driving roller driven transmission wheel (543), the output curtain driving roller driving motor (541) is fixed on the conveying curtain driving roller driving motor seat (2411), an output curtain driving roller driving wheel is fixed on an output curtain driving roller driving motor shaft of an output curtain driving roller driving motor (541), the lower end of an output curtain driving roller driving belt (542) is sleeved on the output curtain driving roller driving wheel, the upper end of the output curtain driving belt is sleeved on an output curtain driving roller driven driving wheel (543), and the output curtain driving roller driven driving wheel (543) is fixed at the rear end of an output curtain driving roller (51), wherein: the space between the conveying curtain (23) of the bobbins to be uniformly beaten and the output curtain (53) is formed as a uniform bobbin beating outlet channel (25).

A cotton picker as defined in claim 3, characterized in that a beating bobbin surface cleaning mechanism (6) for cleaning the upper and lower surfaces of the beating bobbins is provided at the left side of the frame (1) and at a position corresponding to the conveying curtain driven roller (22) of the bobbins to be beaten.

The cotton picker as claimed in claim 9, wherein the cleaning mechanism (6) for the surface of the uniformly-beating-cylinder comprises a curtain cover (61), an outer air ejector tube (62), an inner air ejector tube (63) and a dust suction tube (64), wherein the curtain cover (61) is fixed with the left side of the frame (1) at a position corresponding to the length direction of the driven roller (22) of the uniformly-beating-cylinder conveying curtain, the curtain cover (61) enables the driven roller (22) of the uniformly-beating-cylinder conveying curtain to be positioned in a curtain cover cavity (611) of the curtain cover (61), the outer air ejector tube (62) is fixed on a curtain cover end wall (612) of the curtain cover (61) at a position corresponding to the left side of the length direction of the driven roller (22) of the uniformly-beating-cylinder conveying curtain, an outer air ejector tube inlet interface (621) is formed at the front end of the outer air ejector tube (62), the outer air ejector tube inlet interface (622) extends out of the curtain cover end wall (612) and is connected with an air source device, an outer tube (622) is opened on a tube body of the outer tube (62) in a state, an inner tube (63) is fixed with the inner air ejector tube inlet interface (632) at the position corresponding to the length direction of the air ejector tube (631) in the air ejector tube (63), an inner air jet pipe jet hole (633) is formed in the pipe body of the inner air jet pipe (63) in a dense state, the pair of inner air jet pipe supports (631) are fixed with the left side of the frame (1), the dust suction pipe (64) is fixed with the left side of the curtain cover (61) and communicated with the curtain cover cavity (611), and the dust suction pipe (64) is connected with the negative pressure air generating device through a dust suction pipeline.
