Description

Segmented construction method for panoramic cab of container ship
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ship construction, in particular to a container ship panoramic cab sectional construction method.
Background
In order to reduce the cost of single-container transportation of container ships, more and more liner companies tend to build and transport ultra-large container ships with the improvement of ocean-going ship discharge standards, the maximum container carrying capacity of the container ships can reach 24000 boxes, and the width of the ship can reach about 60 meters. The cab is used as a command and control part of a ship, a good visual field is generally required, the cab is arranged on the highest deck of an upper building, in order to shorten a blind area at the front end as much as possible, the existing ultra-large container ship is arranged in a panoramic cab, namely, platforms extending from two sides are all designed in a closed mode and are connected with a middle cab to form a complete cab, and independent control consoles are arranged on two sides respectively, so that the use effects of high control moderate performance and wide visual field are achieved. However, for the segmented structure of the cab, the original width of 30 meters is increased by 1 time, besides the surrounding wall plate and a small number of upright post structures, the structure without the bulkhead below the top plate is used as a support, but according to the prior art, the segmented structure is divided into a single segment or left and right symmetric segments, and for the current segmented construction of the panoramic cab, the following defects exist:
1. if single subsection division is adopted, the subsection width can reach 60 meters, and shipyards at home and abroad generally do not have subsection construction sites with the width of 60 meters.
2. If left and right symmetrical division is adopted, the requirements for building the sectional width can be basically met, but each section is in a pistol shape, the gravity center is deviated to one side in the sectional transportation and turning-over processes, the hanging ring cannot be arranged, and considerable potential safety hazards also exist when the upper portal frame is placed.
3. The driving control station is generally arranged in the middle of the panoramic cab, and if the existing left and right symmetrical dividing form is adopted, the driving control station is pre-embedded before the segmentation is closed, so that the construction of large segmented joints is definitely performed right above the driving control station, the protection materials of the driving control station are increased, the risk of damage to the driving control station caused by welding construction exists, and the potential safety hazard is large.
4. If the left and right symmetrical division is adopted, because of the lack of the middle bulkhead structural support, the channel steel with longer size needs to be added for reinforcement in the construction and turning-over hoisting process of the segment, so that the construction precision control difficulty is increased, and the deformation control is not facilitated.
