Abstract
The invention discloses a multistage chemical-biological combined deodorization system, which comprises a water washing tower, an alkaline washing tower, an oxidation tower, a biological filter and a discharge chimney, wherein the water washing tower is connected with the oxidation tower through a pipeline; the water washing tower, the alkaline washing tower, the oxidation tower, the biological filter and the discharge chimney are sequentially connected through a connecting pipeline; and a high-pressure fan is arranged on the connecting pipeline between the biological filter and the discharge chimney. The invention realizes thorough deodorization by arranging the water washing tower, the alkaline washing tower, the oxidation tower, the biological filter and the discharge chimney, so that the odor is treated by the water washing tower, the alkaline washing tower, the oxidation tower, the biological filter and the discharge chimney in sequence, the whole deodorization system has simple structure and convenient operation, and not only can effectively treat high-concentration and ultrahigh-concentration odor to ensure that the odor reaches the first-level discharge standard or the concentration (dimensionless) of a discharge outlet is less than 1000, but also can effectively reduce the treatment cost.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention discloses a multi-stage chemical-biological combined deodorization system, comprising: a water washing tower 1, an alkaline washing tower 2, an oxidation tower 3, a biological filter 4 and a discharge chimney 5; the water scrubber 1, the alkaline scrubber 2, the oxidation tower 3, the biological filter 4 and the discharge chimney 5 are connected in sequence through a connecting pipeline 6; a high-pressure fan 7 is arranged on a connecting pipeline 6 between the biological filter 4 and the discharge chimney 5; the bottom of the washing tower 1 is provided with a collecting pipeline 9, when in use, odor enters the water washing tower 1 from the bottom through the collecting pipeline, water is sprayed down from the top of the water washing tower 1 to remove odor causing substances dissolved in water, the odor after water washing enters the alkaline washing tower 2 from the bottom through the connecting pipeline 6, alkali liquor is sprayed down from the top to remove acidic odor causing substances by utilizing an acid-base neutralization absorption principle, the odor after acid-base neutralization enters the oxidation tower 3 to oxidize and remove odor causing substances such as mercaptan, thioether and the like, the odor concentration is greatly reduced after oxidation, the odor causing substances which are difficult to degrade are oxidized into odor causing substances which are easy to biodegrade and enter the biological filter 4, the odor causing substances are decomposed into carbon dioxide and water through microorganisms to realize thorough deodorization and reach the emission standard, and the gas is discharged through the high-pressure fan 7 and the discharge chimney 5, the whole deodorization system has simple structure and convenient operation, not only can effectively treat high concentration and ultrahigh concentration, but also can effectively reduce the treatment cost, so that the odor reaches the first-level emission standard (inorganization discharge standard) or the discharge port concentration (dimensionless than 1000 (with organization), and the treatment cost can be effectively reduced.
In the present embodiment, each of the connecting pipes 6 is provided with a gas detection meter 8 for detecting the concentrations of hydrogen sulfide, ammonia and odor.
In the present embodiment, the water washing tower 1 includes a first tower body 11; a layer of first filler 12 is arranged inside the first tower body 11; a group of first atomizing and spraying devices 13 are arranged above each layer of the first filler 12; a first circulating water tank 14 is arranged outside the first tower body 11; the first circulating water tank 14 is connected with a first spraying pipeline 15; each group of the first atomizing and spraying devices 13 is connected with a first spraying pipeline 15.
