本发明涉及除草剂组合物,公开了一种含稳定剂的除草组合物,该组合物为可分散油悬浮剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:2.0份的苯唑草酮,20~30份的三嗪类除草剂,1.0~1.5份的有机胺稳定剂;还包含有助剂,助剂由以下重量份的组分组成:7.0份十二烷基苯磺酸钙,7.0份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚NP‑7,1.0份EL‑20蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,0.3份有机膨润土,55.2~57.7份油酸甲酯。本发明解决了现有技术中苯唑草酮在与三嗪类除草剂复配后易分解的缺陷,有效的延长了含有苯唑草酮的复配除草剂的有效期。

技术领域
本发明涉及除草剂组合物,具体涉及一种含稳定剂的除草组合物。
背景技术
苯唑草酮是苯甲酰吡苯唑草酮除草剂,化学名称:[3-(4,5-二氢-1,2-噁唑-3-基)-4-甲酰基-0-甲苯基](5-羟基-1-甲基吡唑-4-基)甲酮,经由植物的根、幼苗和叶吸收,通过抑制质体醌生物合成中的4-羟基苯基丙酮酸酯双氧化酶(4-HPPD),间接影响类胡萝卜素的合成,干扰叶绿体的合成和功能,最终导致严重的白化(由于叶绿素的降解)。发明人进行含有苯唑草酮复配可分散油悬浮剂系列制剂深入研究过程中,发现苯唑草酮与三嗪类除草剂制成可分散油悬浮剂后,54℃热储14天后稳定性大幅度下降,苯唑草酮分解率>90%,产品有效期短,严重影响了复配效果,导致产品药效降低,影响除草效果。为解决该可分散油悬浮剂稳定性问题,急需寻找一种含稳定剂的可分散油悬浮剂除草组合物。

本发明的目的在于提供一种含稳定剂的除草组合物。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用技术方案为:
一种含稳定剂的除草组合物,该组合物为可分散油悬浮剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:2.0份的苯唑草酮,24.0~26.0份的三嗪类除草剂,1.0~1.5份的有机胺稳定剂。
优选的,所述的含稳定剂的除草组合物由以下重量份的组分组成:2.0份的苯唑草酮,24.0~26.0份的三嗪类除草剂,1.5份的有机胺稳定剂。
优选的,所述的含稳定剂的除草组合物还包含有助剂,助剂由以下重量份的组分组成:7.0份十二烷基苯磺酸钙,7.0份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚NP-7,1.0份EL-20蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,0.3份有机膨润土,55.2~57.7份油酸甲酯。
优选的,所述的三嗪类除草剂包括莠去津、特丁津中的一种。
优选的,所述的有机胺稳定剂为三乙胺、三乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺中的一种。
进一步的,所述的有机胺稳定剂为三异丙醇胺。

加工方法简述:将原料投入剪切釜混合均匀后,转入砂磨机细磨至物料合格,制得可分散油悬浮剂,出料包装。

数据分析:
通过表1的数据可以看出,本发明的组合物在添加了稳定剂三异丙醇胺后苯唑草酮在与三嗪类除草剂复配,其稳定性显著增加,并达到标准要求的在54±2℃,14天储存条件下分解率在5.0%以内。相应的也显著增加了复配组合物的储藏有效期。

2.如权利要求1所述的含稳定剂的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述含稳定剂的除草组合物由以下重量份的组分组成:2.0份的苯唑草酮,24.0~26.0份的三嗪类除草剂,1.5份的有机胺稳定剂。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的含稳定剂的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述含稳定剂的除草组合物还包含有助剂,所述助剂由以下重量份的组分组成:7.0份十二烷基苯磺酸钙,7.0份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚NP-7,1.0份EL-20蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,0.3份有机膨润土,55.2~57.7份油酸甲酯。
4.如权利要求1所述的含稳定剂的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述三嗪类除草剂为莠去津或特丁津。
5.如权利要求1所述的含稳定剂的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述有机胺稳定剂为三乙胺、三乙醇胺或三异丙醇胺中的一种。
6.如权利要求5所述的含稳定剂的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述有机胺稳定剂为三异丙醇胺。
