In a possible implementation, the card-inserting device of the intelligent counter further comprises: a plurality of second card slots; each second card slot is provided with a corresponding card slot identifier; the service handling device further comprises: and the fourth processing module is used for sending the data to a second mobile phone bank corresponding to each second bank card identifier acquired from the second card slot: confirming information whether to take the card; and feeding back: the bank card corresponding to the second handset bank without taking the card is locked in the corresponding second card slot, so that a user without taking the card can directly utilize the corresponding bank card locked in the second card slot to handle the business, and after the business is handled, the second card slot is unlocked from locking the bank card; and (3) feedback: the second mobile phone bank for taking the card sends second card taking reminding information; the second card-taking reminding information comprises a card slot identifier of a second card slot in which the second card-taking reminding information corresponds to the second bank card identifier.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, wherein a computer program is stored in the computer readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the service handling method of the intelligent counter is realized.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer program product, where the computer program product includes a computer program, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the method for handling services in the intelligent counter is implemented.
In the embodiment of the invention, the bank card identification of each bank card inserted by each user through the card inserting device of the intelligent counter and the insertion time corresponding to each bank card identification are obtained; generating a queuing serial number corresponding to each bank card identifier and a sequence of the queuing serial numbers according to the insertion time corresponding to each bank card identifier; determining user identifications corresponding to the bank card identifications according to the bank card identifications, and sending corresponding queuing serial numbers and the number of the users waiting in the front to a mobile phone bank of each user according to the user identifications corresponding to the bank card identifications; according to the sequence of each queuing serial number, when each queuing serial number is turned, sequentially sending queuing serial number updating information to the current turning queuing serial number and the mobile phone bank corresponding to the queuing serial number which is not turned; the queuing sequence number updating information comprises the number of the users waiting before updating, the queuing sequence number of the current round and the queuing sequence number of the next round; and when the user identification uploaded by the current service handling user corresponds to the current queuing number, handling the service for the current service handling user. Therefore, the queuing condition of the intelligent counter can be updated to the user in time through the mobile banking, the user does not need to wait in a queue in the intelligent counter area for a long time, the user experience is improved, and the user information safety of the user currently handling the business at the intelligent counter is further protected.

Claims (12)

1. A business handling method of an intelligent counter is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring bank card identifiers of bank cards inserted by users through card inserting devices of intelligent counters and inserting moments corresponding to the bank card identifiers;
generating a queuing number corresponding to each bank card identifier and a sequence of the queuing numbers according to the insertion time corresponding to each bank card identifier;
determining user identifications corresponding to the bank card identifications according to the bank card identifications, and sending corresponding queuing serial numbers and the number of the users waiting in the front to the mobile phone banks of the users according to the user identifications corresponding to the bank card identifications;
according to the sequence of each queuing serial number, when each queuing serial number is turned, sequentially sending queuing serial number updating information to the current turning queuing serial number and the mobile phone bank corresponding to the queuing serial number which is not turned; the queuing sequence number updating information comprises the number of the users waiting before updating, the queuing sequence number of the current round and the queuing sequence number of the next round;
and when the user identification uploaded by the current service handling user is determined to correspond to the queuing number which is currently in turn, handling the service for the current service handling user.
2. The transaction method of claim 1, wherein the card insertion means of the intelligent counter comprises: a plurality of first card slots; each first card slot is provided with a corresponding card slot identifier;
after sending the corresponding queuing serial number and the number of the users waiting before to the mobile phone bank of each user, the method further comprises the following steps:
sending first card-taking reminding information to a first mobile phone bank corresponding to each first bank card identification acquired from a first card slot; the first card-taking reminding information comprises a card slot identifier of a first card slot in which the first card-taking reminding information corresponds to the first bank card identifier.
3. The service handling method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein when it is determined that the user identifier uploaded by the current service handling user corresponds to the currently-turned queuing number, handling the service for the current service handling user comprises:
receiving a business handling request submitted by a current business handling user through inserting a bank card into a card inserting device of an intelligent counter or scanning an identity card in the intelligent counter;
determining a user identifier of a current service handling user according to the service handling request;
and when the user identification uploaded by the current service handling user is determined to correspond to the queuing number which is currently in turn, handling the service for the current service handling user.
4. The transaction method of claim 2, wherein the card insertion device of the smart counter further comprises: a plurality of second card slots; each second card slot is provided with a corresponding card slot identifier;
after sending the corresponding queuing number and the number of the users who wait before to the mobile phone banks of the users, the method further comprises the following steps:
and sending the data to a second handset bank corresponding to each second bank card identification acquired from the second card slot: confirming information whether to take the card;
and (3) feeding back: the bank card corresponding to the second handset bank without taking the card is locked in the corresponding second card slot, so that a user without taking the card can directly use the corresponding bank card locked in the second card slot for transaction when transacting business, and after the transaction is completed, the second card slot is unlocked from the bank card;
and (3) feedback: the second mobile phone bank of the card taking sends second card taking reminding information; the second card-taking reminding information comprises a card slot identifier of a second card slot in which the second card-taking reminding information corresponds to the second bank card identifier.
5. The business transaction method of claim 4, further comprising:
and (3) feedback: the second mobile phone bank which does not take the card sends a face information acquisition prompt so that the user who does not take the card uploads first face information to the intelligent counter through the intelligent counter or a corresponding second mobile phone bank;
generating an incidence relation between the first face information and a corresponding second bank card identifier;
when determining that the user identification uploaded by the current service handling user corresponds to the queuing number which is currently in turn, handling the service for the current service handling user, the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a service handling request uploaded by a current service handling user; the service handling request carries a card slot identifier corresponding to a locked bank card uploaded by a current service handling user;
acquiring a second bank card identifier corresponding to a card slot identifier uploaded by a current business handling user;
determining the user identification of the current business handling user according to the second bank card identification corresponding to the card slot identification uploaded by the current business handling user;
when the user identification of the current business handling user is determined to correspond to the current queuing number, second face information of the current business handling user is collected, and when the second face information is consistent with first face information associated with a second bank card identification corresponding to a slot identification uploaded by the current business handling user, the current business handling user handles business for the second bank card identification corresponding to the slot identification uploaded by the current business handling user.
6. A business handling device of an intelligent counter, comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring bank card identifications of all bank cards inserted by all users through the card insertion devices of the intelligent counters and insertion moments corresponding to all the bank card identifications;
the queuing serial number generation module is used for generating a queuing serial number corresponding to each bank card identifier and the sequence of each queuing serial number according to the insertion time corresponding to each bank card identifier;
the first processing module is used for determining user identifications corresponding to the bank card identifications according to the bank card identifications, and sending corresponding queuing serial numbers and the number of users waiting in front to the mobile phone banks of the users according to the user identifications corresponding to the bank card identifications;
the second processing module is used for sending queuing serial number updating information to the currently-turned queuing serial number and the mobile phone bank corresponding to the queuing serial number which is not turned according to the sequence of each queuing serial number when each queuing serial number is turned; the queuing sequence number updating information comprises the number of the users waiting before the updating, the queuing sequence number currently in turn and the queuing sequence number next in turn;
and the service handling module is used for handling the service for the current service handling user when the user identification uploaded by the current service handling user is determined to correspond to the current queuing serial number.
7. The transaction arrangement of claim 6, wherein the card insertion means of the intelligent counter comprises: a plurality of first card slots; each first card slot is provided with a corresponding card slot identifier;
the service handling device further comprises: the third processing module is used for sending first card-taking reminding information to a first mobile phone bank corresponding to each first bank card identification acquired from the first card slot; the first card-taking reminding information comprises a card slot identifier of a first card slot in which the first card-taking reminding information corresponds to the first bank card identifier.

The business handling device according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the business handling module is specifically configured to receive a business handling request submitted by a current business handling user by inserting a bank card into the card insertion device of the smart counter or scanning an identity card at the smart counter;
determining a user identifier of a current service handling user according to the service handling request;
and when the user identification uploaded by the current service handling user is determined to correspond to the queuing number which is currently in turn, handling the service for the current service handling user.
9. The transaction arrangement of claim 8, wherein the smart counter card insertion arrangement further comprises: a plurality of second card slots; each second card slot is provided with a corresponding card slot identifier;
the service handling device further comprises: and the fourth processing module is used for sending the data to a second mobile phone bank corresponding to each second bank card identifier acquired from the second card slot: confirmation information whether to take the card;
and feeding back: the bank card corresponding to the second handset bank without taking the card is locked in the corresponding second card slot, so that a user without taking the card can directly utilize the corresponding bank card locked in the second card slot to handle the business, and after the business is handled, the second card slot is unlocked from locking the bank card;
and (3) feedback: the second mobile phone bank of the card taking sends second card taking reminding information; the second card taking reminding information comprises a card slot identification of a second card slot where the second card taking reminding information corresponds to the second bank card identification.
10. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of any one of claims 1 to 5 when executing the computer program.
