It can be seen from the above embodiments that the present invention is mainly used for processing the card retrieved by the customer after the card is swallowed by the ATM device. Because the card is swallowed and the customer authentication can not be carried out by initiating financial transactions, the customer authentication is carried out by using the history ATM log as the basis to assist the customer to retrieve the card. The invention can utilize ATM log to carry out client authentication in limited scene, and assist client to complete service request.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than presented herein.

Since the principle of the ATM card-swallowing retrieving device for solving the problem is similar to that of the ATM card-swallowing retrieving method, the embodiments of the ATM card-swallowing retrieving device can be referred to as the embodiments of the ATM card-swallowing retrieving method, and the repeated description is omitted.
