Abstract

用热收缩塑料制成的封套(1)紧密包封一种底物的装置,该封套在其纵向边缘上具有加厚的边缘段(2、3),在封套(1)套在底物上以后,将一块夹板(4、5)推到边缘段(2、3),此夹板在热收缩之前和热收缩过程中以及热收缩以后都夹紧在封套(1)的纵向边缘上,在使用二或多块夹板(4、5)时,加厚边缘段(2、3)两侧接头部位紧贴一个被两块夹板(4、5)包住的S形部件(6、7)。

Description

一种底物的紧密包封装置
本发明涉及一种底物的紧密包封装置。
在包封例如电缆接头、管子接头等时常采用热收缩的封套。这种封套的纵向边缘加厚,在封套装在要包封的底物上以后,将一块横截面大致为C形的金属夹板推到加厚边缘范围,C形夹板的敞开间隙设计成使加厚的边缘范围在热收缩时不可能从夹板拉出。这样用一条带子就能实现管形的包封。
在很长的包封段时,夹板的推动由于很高的摩擦力而造成严重的问题,特别是由于在运输过程中和在推动时夹板都可能弯曲,致使夹板推动更成问题。
所以业已提出了将两块夹板从包封段的相反两端推到加厚部位,但这在热收缩时可能在夹板接头部位出现问题。
欧洲专利EP0223424提出首先大致在包封段的中点上在加厚的边缘范围内设置一个卡箍,此卡箍可从包封段的一端推到加厚部位或从上方通过加厚部位卡紧,然后从两端将夹板推到加厚部位,并位于卡箍上方,使夹板之间的分离部位被卡箍搭接上。由于夹板一方面应紧密包住边缘加厚部位,另一方面卡箍又加大了边缘加厚处的横截面,所以,这里夹板在卡箍上推动时会出现困难。
本发明旨在改进上述公知的装置,克服推动时产生的困难、简化夹板接头部位搭接部件的安装并降低该装置的总费用。
这个目的是通过下述技术方案来实现的:在使用二或多块夹板时,加厚边缘段两侧接头部位紧贴一个被两块夹板包住的S形部件。
通过两个S形部件使该装置的操作明显简化。S形部件可紧贴在边缘加厚部位并可用手指抓住。然后将第一块夹板推到S形部件的两端,并推入第二块夹板直至它与第一块夹板对接为止。最后将夹板固定在边缘加厚部位之间的S形部件上。
安装的另一种可能性是,首先将一块夹板放在它的最终位置上并将S形部件推到边缘加厚部位和夹板之间的大致一半的部位,然后将第二块夹板推到边缘加厚部位和S形部件上。S形部件可用价廉的卷边加工成型。
下面结合图1至图3所示的实施例来详细说明本发明。
图1表示一种底物包封装置的一段侧视图。封套1用热收缩塑料制成并具有加厚的边缘区2和3,一块夹板4或5可从封套1的任一端推到加厚边缘区上。夹板4和5开有槽口6,以使夹板4和5易于弯曲。在夹板4和5的接头部位,夹板4和5下方设置有两个S形的部件7和8,此部件沿接头部位的两侧延伸并连接夹板4、5的接头处。部件7和8用不锈钢制作,且其纵向边缘范围的轮廓与封套1的轮廓一致。
图2表示封套1纵向边缘范围的一个截面。从图中清楚看出,部件7和8紧贴在封套1上,而且部件7和8的一部分分别包住边缘加厚部2和3,而其另一部分则紧贴在封套1的外表面上。为了防止在收缩时损坏封套1,部件7和8的边缘区向外弯起。
图3表示部件7或8的一个视图。部件7或8都具有第一曲段9和第二曲段10,其中第一曲段9的曲率半径小于第二曲段10的曲率半径。
曲段9和曲段10的曲率半径设计成与夹板4或5的相应区段的曲率半径接近一致。
部件7或8用带材卷边制成,而且带材用厚度大约为0.2毫米的不锈钢,在卷边后切断成大约50毫米的长度。

Claims (6)

1.用热收缩塑料制成的封套(1)紧密包住一种底物的装置,该封套在纵向边缘上具有加厚的边缘段(2、3),在封套(1)套在被包封的底物上后,将一块夹板(4、5)推到边缘段(2、3)上,此夹板在热收缩之前和热收缩过程中以及热收缩以后都夹紧在封套(1)的纵向边缘上,其特征是,在使用二或多块夹板(4、5)时,加厚边缘段(2、3)两侧接头部位紧贴一个被两块夹板(4、5)包住的S形部件(7、8)。
2.按权利要求1的装置,其特征是,S形部件(7、8)具有第一曲段(9)和向相反方向弯曲的第二曲段(10),其中第一曲段的曲率半径小于第二曲段的曲率半径。
3.按权利要求2的装置,其特征是,第二曲段(9)的曲率半径设计成使第一曲段(9)在热收缩之前、在热收缩过程中和在热收缩以后都紧贴在边缘范围内。
4.按权利要求2或3的装置,其特征是,第二曲段(10)的曲率半径几乎等于夹板(4、5)紧贴在第二曲段(10)的区段的曲率半径。
5.按权利要求1至4的装置,其特征是,S形部件(7、8)用不锈钢制作。
6.按权利要求1至5任一项的装置,其特征是,在S形部件(7、8)的第二曲段(10)上连接呈直线延伸的第三区段。
