Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于制备催化剂的连续焙烧炉,属于化工设备技术领域。根据本发明的连续焙烧炉包括炉体、料舟、进料横推、主推进器、出料横推、回车线及出料返回单元;其中,炉体两端具有进口和出口,炉体的进口端设置有进料平台,进料平台设置有进料横推与主推进器,进料横推用于将料舟推送至主推进器的推头,主推进器通过PLC控制,以固定的间隔时间将料舟由炉体的进口推进炉体内;炉体的出口端设置有出料平台,设置在出料平台处的出料横推将被推出炉体的料舟输送到回车线,料舟在回车线进行下料之后,由出料返回单元的油缸继续推送至进料平台处,对料舟再次加料并送入炉体进行焙烧,形成料舟循环线,并对料舟内的前驱体溶液进行连续焙烧。

一种用于制备催化剂的连续焙烧炉
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制备催化剂的连续焙烧炉,属于化工设备技术领域。
背景技术
常用的碳纳米管制备方法主要有:电弧放电法、激光烧蚀法、化学气相沉积法(碳氢气体热解法)、固相热解法、辉光放电法、气体燃烧法以及催化裂解法等。催化裂解法是在600~1000℃的温度及催化剂的作用下,使含碳气体原料(如氧化碳、甲烷、乙烯、丙烯和苯等)分解来制备碳纳米管的一种方法。该方法在较高温度下使含碳化合物裂解为碳原子,碳原子在过渡金属-催化剂作用下,附着在催化剂微粒表面上形成为碳纳米管。催化裂解法中所使用的催化剂活性组分多为第八族过渡金属或其合金,少量加入Cu、Zn、Mg等可调节活性金属能量状态,改变其化学吸附与分解含碳气体的能力。
使用均相络合溶液作为前驱体,在空气气氛下焙烧分解得到粉末状催化剂,可用于合成特定规格的碳纳米管。不同的催化剂制备工艺要求选择不同类型的焙烧设备;焙烧设备的种类按操作状况可分为间歇式和连续式;按构造可分为厢式、带式、圆筒式、回转式、隧道窑式等。然而,传统的焙烧设备用于焙烧均相络合溶液生产催化剂,存在效率低、产率低等问题,已不能满足制备用于合成碳纳米管的催化剂的工艺要求。
发明内容
为了解决目前存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种用于制备催化剂的连续焙烧炉,根据本发明的连续焙烧炉制备的催化剂用于碳纳米管的合成,本发明所采用技术方案如下:
根据本发明提供的一种用于制备催化剂的连续焙烧炉,包括:炉体、料舟、进料横推、主推进器、出料横推、回车线及出料返回单元;其中,炉体用于对料舟中的前驱体溶液进行连续焙烧,炉体两端具有进口和出口,所述炉体的进口端设置有进料平台,所述进料平台设置有进料横推与主推进器,所述进料横推用于将料舟推送至主推进器的推头,主推进器通过 PLC控制,以固定的间隔时间将料舟由炉体的进口端推进炉体内;所述料舟在炉体中进行加热焙烧并散热降温后,由炉体的出口端被推出,所述炉体的出口端设置有出料平台,设置在出料平台处的出料横推将被推出炉体的料舟输送到回车线,料舟内成品粉末状催化剂通过真空输送机进行负压收集输送至储罐内。料舟在回车线进行下料之后,由出料返回单元的油缸继续推送至进料平台处,对料舟再次加料并送入炉体进行焙烧,形成料舟循环线,并且对料舟内的前驱体溶液进行连续焙烧。
根据本发明的连续焙烧炉,所述炉体内分为加热控温区及保温降温区,所述加热控温区设置有用于控制炉体温度的加热元件,使料舟内的前驱体溶液在稳定的温度环境中进行焙烧,料舟经过加热控温区连续焙烧后被推送到保温降温区;所述保温降温区不设置加热元件,用于高温料舟的散热降温以及炉体低温过渡。
根据本发明的连续焙烧炉,在一种实施方式中,加热元件设置在炉膛上下两侧,上下独立控温;并且加热元件具体采用φ30mm陶瓷管外穿镍铬合金加热丝组成的加热棒。
根据本发明的连续焙烧炉,所述炉体内加热控温区与保温降温区之间采用法兰连接,并且出口法兰与炉管进行焊接固定,确保炉管受热膨胀往进口方向膨胀,其中,炉体是炉管、加热组件、保温材料、框架、外壳的统称;炉管是指炉膛内胆。
根据本发明的连续焙烧炉,进料平台与出料平台的底部为滚轮结构。
根据本发明的连续焙烧炉在使用时,前驱体溶液通过自动加液计量泵加到料舟内,并通过进料横推将料舟送至主推进器的推头置处,由PLC控制主推进器以固定的间隔时间将料舟推进炉体,然后返回至起始位置,对料舟循环线上的料舟再次推进。
根据本发明的连续焙烧炉,炉体内还设置有废气收集罩,所述炉体中在连续焙烧过程产生的氮氧化物、二氧化碳等废气通过废气收集罩进行收集,并采用引风机输送至废气处理塔处理后排放。
根据本发明的连续焙烧炉,所述炉体的内部为不锈钢全马弗结构,并且所述主推进器采用全液压推进系统推送料舟,其中具有精密调速阀调节,料舟的推进速度可实现无极调速,并实现主推快进、慢进与快退;并且料舟的循环线由PLC控制,设有超载卸荷保护系统,使运行更为安全、可靠。并且主推进器对料舟推进的所有动作信号点采用OMRON高精度行程开关,反应灵敏、运行可靠。
本发明的有益效果是:
根据本发明的连续焙烧炉,炉体采用不锈钢马弗炉管结构作为加热和反应区域;并且加热控温区与保温降温区的法兰连接处可对炉体进行固定,炉管受热膨胀往进口方向膨胀,避免炉管随意膨胀变形,增强了设备连接稳定性。
根据本发明的连续焙烧炉在进料平台和出料平台采用横向两组双推匣钵方式,保证了催化剂产量。
根据本发明的连续焙烧炉,所述炉体的内部为不锈钢全马弗结构,并且所述主推进器采用全液压推进系统推送料舟,其中具有精密调速阀调节,料舟的推进速度可实现无极调速,并实现主推快进、慢进与快退;并且料舟的循环线由PLC控制,生产自动化水平得到大幅度提升。
根据本发明的连续焙烧炉还设有超载卸荷保护系统,使运行更为安全、可靠。并且主推进器对料舟推进的所有动作信号点采用OMRON高精度行程开关,反应灵敏、运行可靠。

实施例一:
本实施例提供根据本发明一种用于制备催化剂的连续焙烧炉,如图1所示,包括:炉体 1、料舟10、进料横推5、主推进器6、出料横推7、出料返回单元8及回车线9;其中,炉体1用于对料舟10中的前驱体溶液进行连续焙烧,炉体1两端具有进口和出口,所述炉体 1的进口端设置有进料平台,所述进料平台处设置有进料横推5与主推进器6,所述进料横推5用于将料舟10推送至主推进器6的推头处,所述主推进器6通过PLC控制,以固定的间隔时间将料舟10由炉体1的进口端推进炉体1内;所述料舟10在炉体1中进行加热焙烧并散热降温后,由炉体1的出口端被推出,所述炉体1的出口端设置有出料平台,设置在出料平台处的出料横推7将被推出后的料舟10输送到回车线9,料舟内成品粉末状催化剂通过真空输送机进行负压收集输送至储罐内;料舟10在回车线9进行下料之后,并由出料返回单元8的油缸继续推送至进料平台处,对料舟10再次加料并推送进入炉体1进行焙烧,形成料舟循环线,对料舟10内的前驱体溶液进行连续焙烧。
根据本实施例的连续焙烧炉,结合图2和图3所示,所述料舟10包括料舟外框11,料舟底部加强区域12,及料舟提手13;其中,料舟底部加强区域12采用折弯加强。
根据本实施例的连续焙烧炉,所述炉体1内分为加热控温区2及保温降温区3,所述加热控温区1内设置有用于控制炉体温度的加热元件,使料舟10内的前驱体溶液在稳定的温度环境中进行焙烧,料舟10经过加热控温区连续焙烧后被推送到保温降温区3;所述保温降温区3内不设置加热元件,用于对高温料舟进行散热降温以及炉体内的低温过渡。
根据本实施例的连续焙烧炉,所述加热元件设置在炉膛上下两侧,上下独立控温;并且加热元件具体采用φ30mm陶瓷管外穿镍铬合金加热丝组成的加热棒。

1.一种用于制备催化剂的连续焙烧炉,其特征在于,所述连续焙烧炉包括:炉体、料舟、进料横推、主推进器、出料横推、回车线及出料返回单元;其中,所述炉体用于对料舟中的前驱体溶液进行连续焙烧,所述炉体两端具有进口和出口;
所述炉体的进口端设置有进料平台,所述进料横推与所述主推进器设置在所述进料平台处,所述进料横推用于将所述料舟推送至所述主推进器的推头,所述主推进器将料舟由炉体的进口推进所述炉体内;所述料舟在炉体中进行加热焙烧并散热降温后,由炉体的出口被推出;
所述炉体的出口端设置有出料平台,所述出料横推设置在出料平台处,用于将被推出后的料舟输送到回车线,料舟内成品粉末状催化剂通过真空输送机进行负压收集输送至储罐内;并且料舟在回车线进行下料之后,由所述出料返回单元继续推送至进料平台处,对料舟再次加料并推进炉体内进行连续焙烧,形成料舟循环线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连续焙烧炉,其特征在于,所述炉体内分为加热控温区及保温降温区,所述加热控温区设置有用于控制炉体温度的加热元件,使料舟内的前驱体溶液在稳定的温度环境中进行焙烧;
料舟经过加热控温区连续焙烧后被推送到保温降温区;所述保温降温区不设置加热元件,用于高温料舟的散热降温以及炉体低温过渡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的连续焙烧炉,其特征在于,所述主推进器通过PLC控制,以固定的间隔时间将料舟由炉体的进口端推进炉体内。
