本发明涉及一种混合动力系统,包括发动机、功率分流系统以及变速器,功率分流系统分别与发动机和变速器相连接,功率分流系统包括第一电机行星机构和第二电机行星机构,相对于传统技术中将第一电机和第二电机串联在发动机与变速器之间,本申请通过将第一电机与第一外齿圈直接连接和第二电机与第二外齿圈直接连接,使混合动力系统的集成化程度更高,轴向尺寸较小。本申请通过将第二电机行星机构的第二太阳轮与第一电机行星机构的第一行星架连接,使功率分流系统的集成化程度更高,轴向尺寸较小。本申请的混合动力系统,具有电机驱动、发动机驱动、混合驱动、再生制动等多种重要混动功能模式。

本发明涉及汽车动力系统技术领域,尤其涉及一种混合动力系统。
背景技术
随着汽车动力系统技术的发展,出现了混合动力系统,以满足用户的多元化需求。相关技术中,商用车的混合动力系统的整体结构复杂、轴向尺寸较大、重量大、成本高。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对现有技术中商用车的混合动力的整体结构复杂、轴向尺寸较大、重量大、成本高的问题,提供一种整体结构简单、轴向尺寸较小、重量低、成本低的混合动力系统。
一种混合动力系统,包括发动机、功率分流系统以及变速器,所述功率分流系统与所述发动机的动力输出端相连接,所述功率分流系统包括:
第一电机行星机构,包括第一外齿圈、第一行星架、第一太阳轮、第一行星轮、第一换挡元件和第一电机,所述第一外齿圈连接于所述第一电机的转子,所述第一行星轮分别与所述第一太阳轮和所述第一外齿圈啮合连接,所述第一行星轮转动连接于所述第一行星架,所述第一换挡元件可滑动地设置于所述第一行星架与所述第一太阳轮之间,以将所述第一行星架与所述第一太阳轮连接或断开;
第二电机行星机构,与所述第一电机行星机构同轴设置,且包括第二外齿圈、第二行星架、第二太阳轮、第二行星轮、第二换挡元件和第二电机,所述第二外齿圈连接于所述第二电机的转子,所述第二行星轮分别与所述第二太阳轮和所述第二外齿圈啮合连接,所述第二行星轮转动连接于所述第一行星架,所述第二太阳轮与所述第一行星架连接,所述第二换挡元件可滑动地设置于所述第二行星架与所述第二太阳轮之间,以将所述第二行星架与所述第二太阳轮连接或断开,其中,所述第一换挡元件和所述第二换挡元件均包括同步器或滑动齿套;
所述变速器包括第一输入轴、第二输入轴和第一输出轴,所述第二输入轴套设在所述第一输入轴上,所述第一输入轴的一端与所述第一太阳轮同轴连接,另一端与所述第一输出轴传动连接;所述第二输入轴的一端与所述第二行星架相连,另一端与所述第一输出轴传动连接;所述第一输入轴和所述第二输入轴均被配置为能够与所述发动机、所述第一电机和所述第二电机中的至少之一传动连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述混合动力系统还包括固定齿座和第三换挡元件,所述第三换挡元件可滑动地设置在所述第一行星架与所述固定齿圈之间,以将所述第一行星架与所述固定齿座连接或断开。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一电机行星机构和所述第二电机行星机构的结构和尺寸均相同。
在其中一个实施例中,所述变速器还包括传动装置,所述传动装置包括第一中间轴,所述第一输入轴上固设有第一输入齿轮,所述第一中间轴上依次设置有第一减速齿轮、三挡空套齿轮、一三挡换挡元件、一挡空套齿轮,所述三挡空套齿轮和所述一挡空套齿轮相对于所述第一中间轴空转,所述第一输入齿轮和所述第一减速齿轮啮合,以将所述第一输入轴的动力传递到所述第一中间轴上,所述一三挡换挡元件可滑动地设置于所述三挡空套齿轮与所述一挡空套齿轮之间,以使所述第一中间轴借助于所述一三挡换挡元件择一地与所述三挡空套齿轮和所述一挡空套齿轮中的其中之一连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述传动装置还包括第二中间轴,所述第二输入轴上固设有第二输入齿轮,所述第二中间轴上依次设置有第二减速齿轮、四挡空套齿轮、二四挡换挡元件、二挡空套齿轮,所述四挡空套齿轮和所述二挡空套齿轮相对于所述第二中间轴空转,所述第二输入齿轮和所述第二减速齿轮啮合,以将所述第二输入轴的动力传递到所述第二中间轴上,所述二四挡换挡元件可滑动地设置于所述四挡空套齿轮与所述二挡空套齿轮之间,以使所述第二中间轴借助于所述二四挡换挡元件择一地与所述四挡空套齿轮和所述二挡空套齿轮中的其中之一连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一输出轴上依次设置有五挡换挡元件、三四挡固连齿轮、一二挡固连齿轮,所述三四挡固连齿轮和所述一二挡固连齿轮固设于所述第一输出轴,所述一二挡固连齿轮分别与所述一挡空套齿轮、所述二挡空套齿轮啮合,所述三四挡固连齿轮分别与所述三挡空套齿轮、所述四挡空套齿轮啮合,所述五挡换挡元件设置于所述第一输出轴前端,以将所述第一输入齿轮和所述第一输出轴连接或断开。
在其中一个实施例中,所述一三挡换挡元件、所述二四挡换挡元件、所述五挡换挡元件均采用滑动齿套结构;
所述三挡空套齿轮与所述四挡空套齿轮结构和尺寸均相同,所述一挡空套齿轮与所述二挡空套齿轮结构和尺寸均相同。
在其中一个实施例中,所述混合动力系统还包括第一副箱,所述第一副箱包括第一副箱太阳轮、第一副箱外齿圈、第一副箱行星架、第一副箱行星轮、第一副箱换挡机构、第二输出轴,所述第一副箱太阳轮与所述第一输出轴相连,所述第一副箱行星轮分别与所述第一副箱太阳轮和所述第一副箱外齿圈啮合连接,所述第一副箱行星轮转动连接于所述第一副箱行星架,所述第一副箱换挡元件可滑动地设置于所述第一副箱外齿圈和所述第一副箱行星架之间,以使所述第二输出轴借助于所述第一副箱换挡机构择一地与所述第一副箱外齿圈和所述第一副箱行星架中的其中之一连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述混合动力系统还包括第二副箱,所述第二副箱包括第三输入齿轮、第三中间轴、第四中间轴、第二输出轴,所述第一输入轴上固设有第三输入齿轮,所述第三中间轴上依次设置有第三减速齿轮、第一固连齿轮,所述第四中间轴上依次设置有第四减速齿轮、第二固连齿轮,所述第二输出轴上依次设置有第二副箱换挡机构、第二副箱空套齿轮,所述第二副箱空套齿轮相对于所述第二输出轴空转,所述第三减速齿轮和所述第四减速齿轮均与所述第三输入齿轮啮合连接,所述第一固连齿轮和所述第二固连齿轮均与所述第二副箱空套齿轮啮合连接,所述第二副箱换挡机构可滑动地设置于所述第三输入齿轮与所述第二副箱空套齿轮之间,以使所述第二输出轴借助于所述第二副箱空套齿轮择一地与所述第三输入齿轮和所述第二副箱空套齿轮中的其中之一连接。

上述混合动力系统,包括发动机、功率分流系统以及变速器,功率分流系统分别与发动机和变速器相连接,功率分流系统包括第一电机行星机构和第二电机行星机构,第一电机行星机构的第一外齿圈连接于第一电机的转子,第二电机行星机构的第二外齿圈连接于第二电机的转子,相对于传统技术中将第一电机和第二电机串联在发动机与变速器之间,本申请通过将第一电机与第一外齿圈直接连接和第二电机与第二外齿圈直接连接,使混合动力系统的集成化程度更高,轴向尺寸较小。
本申请通过将第二电机行星机构的第二太阳轮与第一电机行星机构的第一行星架连接,使功率分流系统的集成化程度更高,轴向尺寸较小。
本申请的第一换挡元件和第二换挡元件包括同步器或滑动齿套,相对于传统技术中在行星机构中设置离合器换挡,本申请的混合动力系统整体结构简单、轴向尺寸较小、重量低、成本低。
本申请的混合动力系统,通过采用双电机功率分流系统调整挡位,变速器实现不同速比,变速器集成电机行星机构,实现与发动机并联、串联动力耦合,同时,降低了电机的扭矩需求,实现了电机的低成本、轻量化。
本申请的混合动力系统,变速器可根据整车工况和发动机、电机特性进行匹配和设置,从而得到一种可以使发动机和电机并联、串联动力耦合,实现发动机和电机全工况下工作在高效区间的混合动力系统,提升了整车燃油经济性。
本申请的混合动力系统,具有电机驱动、发动机驱动、混合驱动、再生制动等多种重要混动功能模式。

参阅图1,图1示出了本发明混合动力系统第一实施例的结构示意图,本发明一实施例提供了的一种混合动力系统,包括发动机1、功率分流系统3以及变速器4,功率分流系统3与发动机1的动力输出端相连接,功率分流系统3包括第一电机行星机构31和第二电机行星机构32。
第一电机行星机构31包括第一外齿圈311、第一行星架312、第一太阳轮313、第一行星轮314、第一换挡元件315和第一电机,第一外齿圈311连接于第一电机的转子,第一行星轮314分别与第一太阳轮313和第一外齿圈311啮合连接,第一行星轮314转动连接于第一行星架312,第一换挡元件315可滑动地设置于第一行星架312与第一太阳轮313之间,以将第一行星架312与第一太阳轮313连接或断开。
第二电机行星机构32与第一电机行星机构31同轴设置,且第二电机行星机构32包括第二外齿圈321、第二行星架32、第二太阳轮323、第二行星轮324、第二换挡元件325和第二电机,第二外齿圈321连接于第二电机的转子,第二行星轮324分别与第二太阳轮323和第二外齿圈321啮合连接,第二行星轮324转动连接于第一行星架312,第二太阳轮323与第一行星架312连接,第二换挡元件325可滑动地设置于第二行星架32与第二太阳轮323之间,以将第二行星架32与第二太阳轮323连接或断开,其中,第一换挡元件315和第二换挡元件325均包括同步器或滑动齿套。
变速器4包括第一输入轴41、第二输入轴42和第一输出轴45,第二输入轴42套设在第一输入轴41上,第一输入轴41的一端与第一太阳轮313同轴连接,另一端与第一输出轴45传动连接;第二输入轴42的一端与第二行星架32相连,另一端与第一输出轴45传动连接;第一输入轴41和第二输入轴42均被配置为能够与发动机1、第一电机和第二电机中的至少之一传动连接。
本申请的混合动力系统包括发动机1、功率分流系统3以及变速器4,功率分流系统3分别与发动机1和变速器4相连接,功率分流系统3包括第一电机行星机构31和第二电机行星机构32,第一电机行星机构31的第一外齿圈311连接于第一电机的转子,第二电机行星机构32的第二外齿圈321连接于第二电机的转子,相对于传统技术中将第一电机和第二电机串联在发动机1与变速器4之间,本申请通过将第一电机与第一外齿圈311直接连接和第二电机与第二外齿圈321直接连接,使混合动力系统的集成化程度更高,轴向尺寸较小。
本申请通过将第二电机行星机构32的第二太阳轮323与第一电机行星机构31的第一行星架312连接,使功率分流系统3的集成化程度更高,轴向尺寸较小。
本申请的第一换挡元件315和第二换挡元件325包括同步器或滑动齿套,相对于传统技术中在行星机构中设置离合器换挡,本申请的混合动力系统整体结构简单、轴向尺寸较小、重量低、成本低。
本申请的混合动力系统,通过采用双电机功率分流系统3调整挡位,变速器4实现不同速比,变速器4集成电机行星机构,实现与发动机1并联、串联动力耦合,同时,降低了电机的扭矩需求,实现了电机的低成本、轻量化。
本申请的混合动力系统,变速器4可根据整车工况和发动机1、电机特性进行匹配和设置,从而得到一种可以使发动机1和电机并联、串联动力耦合,实现发动机1和电机全工况下工作在高效区间的混合动力系统,提升了整车燃油经济性。
本申请的混合动力系统,具有电机驱动、发动机1驱动、混合驱动、再生制动等多种重要混动功能模式。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,混合动力系统还包括固定齿座33和第三换挡元件35,第三换挡元件35可滑动地设置在第一行星架312与固定齿圈之间,以将第一行星架312与固定齿座33连接或断开。
需要说明的是,第一换挡元件315、第二换挡元件325及第三换挡元件35通过换挡动作,可实现发动机1驱动、电机驱动等模式的自由切换。如图2所示,图2是本发明混合动力系统第一实施例发动机1驱动模式一挡动力流示意图,在发动机1驱动模式下,第三换挡元件35通过换挡动作将第一行星架312与固定齿座33断开,即第一行星架312可旋转,第一换挡元件315通过换挡动作将第一行星架312与第一太阳轮313相连,第二换挡元件325通过换挡动作将第二行星架32与第二太阳轮323断开,发动机1的动力经第一行星架312传递到第一太阳轮313再传递至第一输入轴41上,第一输入轴41再将动力传递至变速箱内最终实现不同挡动力输出。如图7所示,图7是本发明混合动力系统第一实施例第一电机驱动模式动力流示意图,第三换挡元件35通过换挡动作将第一行星架312与固定齿座33连接,即将第一行星架312固定,第一换挡元件315通过换挡动作将第一行星架312与第一太阳轮313断开,第一电机的动力通过第一外齿圈311、第一行星轮314将动力传至第一太阳轮313,进而传至第一输入轴41,第一输入轴41再将动力传递至变速箱内最终实现不同挡动力输出。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,第一电机行星机构31和第二电机行星机构32的结构和尺寸均相同。
可以理解的是,第一电机行星机构31和第二电机行星机构32采用相同零部件,减少了零部件品种,降低了生产成本。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,变速器4还包括传动装置,传动装置包括第一中间轴43,第一输入轴41上固设有第一输入齿轮411,第一中间轴43上依次设置有第一减速齿轮431、三挡空套齿轮432、一三挡换挡元件435、一挡空套齿轮433,三挡空套齿轮432和一挡空套齿轮433相对于第一中间轴43空转,第一输入齿轮411和第一减速齿轮431啮合,以将第一输入轴41的动力传递到第一中间轴43上,一三挡换挡元件435可滑动地设置于三挡空套齿轮432与一挡空套齿轮433之间,以使第一中间轴43借助于一三挡换挡元件435择一地与三挡空套齿轮432和一挡空套齿轮433中的其中之一连接。
可以理解的是,一三挡换挡元件435通过换挡动作,可实现一档和三档的不同挡位的动力输出,例如在发动机1驱动模式下一档和三挡的挡位自由切换。具体地,请结合图2和图4,图2是本发明混合动力系统第一实施例发动机1驱动模式一挡动力流示意图,图4是本发明混合动力系统第一实施例发动机1驱动模式三挡动力流示意图,在发动机1驱动模式下,第三换挡元件35通过换挡动作将第一行星架312与固定齿座33断开,即第一行星架312可旋转,第一换挡元件315通过换挡动作将第一行星架312与第一太阳轮313相连,第二换挡元件325通过换挡动作将第二行星架32与第二太阳轮323断开,发动机1的动力经第一行星架312传递到第一太阳轮313再传递至第一输入轴41上,第一输入轴41再将动力传递至变速箱内的第一输入齿轮411,第一输入齿轮411和第一减速齿轮431啮合,以将第一输入轴41的动力传递到第一中间轴43上,一三挡换挡元件435与一挡空套齿轮433相连,一挡空套齿轮433和一二挡固连齿轮454啮合,以将第一中间轴43的动力传递至第一输出轴45输出。同理,如图4所示,当一三挡换挡元件435与三挡空套齿轮432相连,三挡空套齿轮432和三四挡固连齿轮453啮合,以将第一中间轴43的动力传递至第一输出轴45输出。可以理解的是,正是由于变速器4内不同的啮合齿轮副的减速比不同,可实现不同速比,进而实现不同挡位的切换。
在一些实施例中,传动装置还包括第二中间轴44,第二输入轴42上固设有第二输入齿轮421,第二中间轴44上依次设置有第二减速齿轮441、四挡空套齿轮442、二四挡换挡元件445、二挡空套齿轮443,四挡空套齿轮442和二挡空套齿轮443相对于第二中间轴44空转,第二输入齿轮421和第二减速齿轮441啮合,以将第二输入轴42的动力传递到第二中间轴44上,二四挡换挡元件445可滑动地设置于四挡空套齿轮442与二挡空套齿轮443之间,以使第二中间轴44借助于二四挡换挡元件445择一地与四挡空套齿轮442和二挡空套齿轮443中的其中之一连接。
可以理解的是,同理,二四挡换挡元件445通过换挡动作,可实现二档和四档的不同挡位的动力输出,例如在发动机1驱动模式下二档和四挡的挡位自由切换。具体地,请结合图3和图5,图3是本发明混合动力系统第一实施例发动机1驱动模式二挡动力流示意图,图5是本发明混合动力系统第一实施例发动机1驱动模式四挡动力流示意图,在发动机1驱动模式下,第三换挡元件35通过换挡动作将第一行星架312与固定齿座33断开,即第一行星架312可旋转,第一换挡元件315通过换挡动作将第一行星架312与第一太阳轮313断开,第二换挡元件325通过换挡动作将第二行星架32与第二太阳轮323连接,发动机1的动力经第一行星架312传递到第二太阳轮323再传递至第二行星架32上,进而传递至第二输入轴42上,第二输入轴42再将动力传递至变速箱内的第二输入齿轮421,第二输入齿轮421和第二减速齿轮441啮合,以将第二输入轴42的动力传递到第二中间轴44上,二四挡换挡元件445与二挡空套齿轮443相连,二挡空套齿轮443和一二挡固连齿轮454啮合,以将第二中间轴44的动力传递至第一输出轴45输出。同理,如图5所示,当二四挡换挡元件445与四挡空套齿轮442相连,四挡空套齿轮442和三四挡固连齿轮453啮合,以将第二中间轴44的动力传递至第一输出轴45输出。可以理解的是,正是由于变速器4内不同的啮合齿轮副的减速比不同,可实现不同速比,进而实现不同挡位的切换。
在一些实施例中,第一输出轴45上依次设置有五挡换挡元件455、三四挡固连齿轮453、一二挡固连齿轮454,三四挡固连齿轮453和一二挡固连齿轮454固设于第一输出轴45,一二挡固连齿轮454分别与一挡空套齿轮433、二挡空套齿轮443啮合,三四挡固连齿轮453分别与三挡空套齿轮432、四挡空套齿轮442啮合,五挡换挡元件455设置于第一输出轴45前端,以将第一输入齿轮411和第一输出轴45连接或断开。
可以理解的是,五挡换挡元件455通过换挡动作,可实现五档的动力输出,具体地,请结合图6,图6是本发明混合动力系统第一实施例发动机1驱动模式五挡动力流示意图,在发动机1驱动模式下,第三换挡元件35通过换挡动作将第一行星架312与固定齿座33断开,即第一行星架312可旋转,第一换挡元件315通过换挡动作将第一行星架312与第一太阳轮313连接,第二换挡元件325通过换挡动作将第二行星架32与第二太阳轮323断开,发动机1的动力经第一行星架312传递到第一太阳轮313再传递第一输入轴41上,第一输入轴41再将动力传递至变速箱内的第一输入齿轮411,此时,一三换挡元件和二四换挡元件是断开的状态,五挡换挡元件455设置于第一输出轴45前端,当五挡换挡元件455将第一输入齿轮411和第一输出轴45连接后,第一输入轴41的动力传递至第一输出轴45输出。
如前所述,图2-图6是本申请混合动力系统第一实施例发动机1驱动模式不同挡位的动力流示意图,本申请通过多个换挡元件可以实现发动机1驱动模式下一挡至五挡的挡位切换。本申请通过多个换挡元件还可以实现发动机1驱动、电机驱动等模式的自由切换。请参阅图7和图8,图7是本发明混合动力系统第一实施例第一电机驱动模式动力流示意图,图8是本发明混合动力系统第一实施例第二电机驱动模式动力流示意图,如图7所示,第三换挡元件35通过换挡动作将第一行星架312与固定齿座33连接,即将第一行星架312固定,第一换挡元件315通过换挡动作将第一行星架312与第一太阳轮313断开,第一电机的动力通过第一外齿圈311、第一行星轮314将动力传至第一太阳轮313,进而传至第一输入轴41,第一输入轴41再将动力传递至变速箱内的第一输入齿轮411,第一输入齿轮411和第一减速齿轮431啮合,以将第一输入轴41的动力传递到第一中间轴43上,一三挡换挡元件435与三挡空套齿轮432相连,三挡空套齿轮432和三四挡固连齿轮453啮合,以将第一中间轴43的动力传递至第一输出轴45输出。同理,当一三挡换挡元件435与一挡空套齿轮433相连,一挡空套齿轮433和一二挡固连齿轮454啮合,以将第一中间轴43的动力传递至第一输出轴45输出。同理,当五挡换挡元件455将第一输入齿轮411和第一输出轴45连接,第一输入轴41的动力传递至第一输出轴45输出。本申请通过多个换挡元件可以实现第一电机驱动模式下一挡、三挡、五挡的挡位切换。
如图8所示,第三换挡元件35通过换挡动作将第一行星架312与固定齿座33连接,即将第一行星架312固定,第二换挡元件325通过换挡动作将第二行星架32与第二太阳轮323断开,第二电机的动力通过第二外齿圈321、第二行星架32将动力传至第二输入轴42,第二输入轴42再将动力传递至变速箱内的第二输入齿轮421,第二输入齿轮421和第二减速齿轮441啮合,以将第二输入轴42的动力传递到第二中间轴44上,同理,后续的动力传递路径与二、四挡换挡方式与前述原理相同,于此不再赘述。本申请通过多个换挡元件可以实现第二电机驱动模式下二挡、四挡的挡位切换。
本申请还通过将发动机1驱动模式和电机驱动模式任意排列组合,可以实现多种混合驱动模式。例如,第一换挡元件315连接,第三换挡元件35断开,第一太阳轮313和第一行星架312共同旋转,此时,发动机1的动力和第一电机的动力在第一太阳轮313处混合,混合后的动力再共同输入至第一输入轴41,同理,可以实现发动机1的动力和第二电机的动力混合模式及发动机1的动力和第一电机、第二电机的动力混合模式,上述设计,使得发动机1能够与电机混合驱动,具有更好的混动效果。
本申请还通过将电机驱动的动力流改变传递方向,即车辆动力经变速器4的输出轴传递到中间轴,经行星减速机构最终传递到电机内发电,实现再生制动。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,一三挡换挡元件435、二四挡换挡元件445、五挡换挡元件455均采用滑动齿套结构,三挡空套齿轮432与四挡空套齿轮442结构和尺寸均相同,一挡空套齿轮433与二挡空套齿轮443结构和尺寸均相同。
可以理解的是,将变速器4的多个换挡元件分别采用相同零部件,可以减少零部件品种,降低生产成本,变速器4的两个中间轴上,一挡空套齿轮433与二挡空套齿轮443采用相同零部件,三挡空套齿轮432与四挡空套齿轮442采用相同零部件,尺寸和结构一致的空套齿轮均与同一固连齿轮相啮合,即可实现多挡位速比,可降低变速器4内齿轮副的总数量,缩短混合动力系统的轴向长度,降低重量和成本。
在一些实施例中,第一电机和第二电机为油冷电机,以降低电机重量、满足电机轻量化的需求。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,混合动力系统还包括减震器2,减震器2设置于发动机1和功率分流系统3之间,以将发动机1输出扭矩减震,进而防止扭矩冲击或波动带来的传动系统可靠性问题或驾驶舒适性问题。
在另一些实施例中,如图9所示,图9是本发明混合动力系统第二实施例的结构示意图,本实施例的混合动力系统包括发动机1、减震器2、功率分流系统3、变速器4,与第一实施例不同的是,本实施例还包括第一副箱5,可进一步减速增扭,提升整车重载适应能力,具体地,第一副箱5包括第一副箱太阳轮51、第一副箱外齿圈52、第一副箱行星架53、第一副箱行星轮54、第一副箱换挡机构55、第二输出轴64,第一副箱太阳轮51与第一输出轴45相连,第一副箱行星轮54分别与第一副箱太阳轮51和第一副箱外齿圈52啮合连接,第一副箱行星轮54转动连接于第一副箱行星架53,第一副箱5换挡元件可滑动地设置于第一副箱外齿圈52和第一副箱行星架53之间,以使第二输出轴64借助于第一副箱换挡机构55择一地与第一副箱外齿圈52和第一副箱行星架53中的其中之一连接。
可以理解的是,第一副箱行星架53为第一副箱5的动力输出端,当第一副箱5在低速挡工作时,第一副箱换挡机构55将第一副箱外齿圈52固定,第一副箱太阳轮51的动力经第一副箱行星轮54减速增扭从第一副箱行星架53输出。当第一副箱5在高速挡工作时,第一副箱换挡机构55将第一副箱外齿圈52与第一副箱行星架53相连,第一副箱太阳轮51带动第一副箱行星轮54整体转动输出。
在另一些实施例中,如图10所示,图10是本发明混合动力系统第三实施例的结构示意图,本实施例的混合动力系统包括发动机1、减震器2、功率分流系统3、变速器4,与第一实施例不同的是,本实施例还包括第二副箱6,可进一步减速增扭,提升整车重载适应能力,具体地,第二副箱6包括第三输入齿轮61、第三中间轴62、第四中间轴63、第二输出轴64,第一输入轴41上固设有第三输入齿轮61,第三中间轴62上依次设置有第三减速齿轮621、第一固连齿轮622,第四中间轴63上依次设置有第四减速齿轮631、第二固连齿轮632,第二输出轴64上依次设置有第二副箱换挡机构642、第二副箱空套齿轮641,第二副箱空套齿轮641相对于第二输出轴64空转,第三减速齿轮621和第四减速齿轮631均与第三输入齿轮61啮合连接,第一固连齿轮622和第二固连齿轮632均与第二副箱空套齿轮641啮合连接,第二副箱换挡机构642可滑动地设置于第三输入齿轮61与第二副箱空套齿轮641之间,以使第二输出轴64借助于第二副箱空套齿轮641择一地与第三输入齿轮61和第二副箱空套齿轮641中的其中之一连接。
可以理解的是,当第二副箱6在低速挡工作时,第二副箱换挡机构642换到低挡位置,第二副箱空套齿轮641与第二输出轴64相连,第三输入齿轮61动力经第三中间轴62上的第三减速齿轮621、第四中间轴63上的第四减速齿轮631分别和第一固连齿轮622、第二固连齿轮632啮合,最后从第二副箱空套齿轮641减速增扭输出。当第二副箱6在高速挡工作时,第二副箱换挡机构642将第三输入齿轮61与第二输出轴64相连,第三输入齿轮61带动第二输出轴64整体转动输出。
本发明的混合动力系统,通过采用双电机功率分流系统3调整挡位,两个输入轴与对应的中间轴减速比不同,实现不同速比,变速器4的两个中间轴分别集成一个高速电机加行星减速机构,实现与发动机1并联、串联动力耦合,同时,降低了电机的扭矩需求,实现了电机的低成本、轻量化。
本发明的混合动力系统,齿轮的传动比可根据整车工况和发动机1、电机特性进行匹配和设置,由于发动机1可使用全部挡位,单个电机可使用部分挡位,从而得到一种可以使发动机1和电机并联、串联动力耦合,实现发动机1和电机全工况下工作在高效区间的混合动力系统,提升了整车燃油经济性。
本发明的混合动力系统,具有电机驱动、发动机1驱动、混合驱动、再生制动等多种重要混动功能模式。商用车在实际运行中,一般为空载、满载等多种行驶质量状态,高速、低速等多种行驶速度状态,例如,某车辆空载时与满载时,质量相差很大,低速工况和高速工况对动力的需求差异很大。应用本发明的混合动力系统,当重载起步或爬坡、需求大扭矩,或中高速巡航、需求大功率时,采用双电机或发动机1电机并联驱动模式,中低速平路行驶、扭矩和功率需求不大时,采用纯电机驱动模式,本发明不同功能模式可以满足多种工况策略下的整车行驶需要,进一步提升了整车燃油经济性。而且,匹配双电机使系统具备串联驱动功能,使某一电机驱动车辆起步及低速或中速行驶,发动机1驱动另一电机发电给蓄电装置充电或者给驱动电机供电,可以满足车辆在市区或其他低速工况下长期行驶的需求。
以上实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种混合动力系统,其特征在于,包括发动机、功率分流系统以及变速器,所述功率分流系统与所述发动机的动力输出端相连接,所述功率分流系统包括:
第一电机行星机构,包括第一外齿圈、第一行星架、第一太阳轮、第一行星轮、第一换挡元件和第一电机,所述第一外齿圈连接于所述第一电机的转子,所述第一行星轮分别与所述第一太阳轮和所述第一外齿圈啮合连接,所述第一行星轮转动连接于所述第一行星架,所述第一换挡元件可滑动地设置于所述第一行星架与所述第一太阳轮之间,以将所述第一行星架与所述第一太阳轮连接或断开;
第二电机行星机构,与所述第一电机行星机构同轴设置,且包括第二外齿圈、第二行星架、第二太阳轮、第二行星轮、第二换挡元件和第二电机,所述第二外齿圈连接于所述第二电机的转子,所述第二行星轮分别与所述第二太阳轮和所述第二外齿圈啮合连接,所述第二行星轮转动连接于所述第二行星架,所述第二太阳轮与所述第一行星架连接,所述第二换挡元件可滑动地设置于所述第二行星架与所述第二太阳轮之间,以将所述第二行星架与所述第二太阳轮连接或断开,其中,所述第一换挡元件和所述第二换挡元件均包括同步器或滑动齿套;
所述变速器包括第一输入轴、第二输入轴和第一输出轴,所述第二输入轴套设在所述第一输入轴上,所述第一输入轴的一端与所述第一太阳轮同轴连接,另一端与所述第一输出轴传动连接;所述第二输入轴的一端与所述第二行星架相连,另一端与所述第一输出轴传动连接;所述第一输入轴和所述第二输入轴均被配置为能够与所述发动机、所述第一电机和所述第二电机中的至少之一传动连接;
其中,所述变速器还包括传动装置,所述传动装置包括第一中间轴,所述第一输入轴上固设有第一输入齿轮,所述第一中间轴上依次设置有第一减速齿轮、三挡空套齿轮、一三挡换挡元件、一挡空套齿轮,所述三挡空套齿轮和所述一挡空套齿轮相对于所述第一中间轴空转,所述第一输入齿轮和所述第一减速齿轮啮合,以将所述第一输入轴的动力传递到所述第一中间轴上,所述一三挡换挡元件可滑动地设置于所述三挡空套齿轮与所述一挡空套齿轮之间,以使所述第一中间轴借助于所述一三挡换挡元件择一地与所述三挡空套齿轮和所述一挡空套齿轮中的其中之一连接;
其中,所述传动装置还包括第二中间轴,所述第二输入轴上固设有第二输入齿轮,所述第二中间轴上依次设置有第二减速齿轮、四挡空套齿轮、二四挡换挡元件、二挡空套齿轮,所述四挡空套齿轮和所述二挡空套齿轮相对于所述第二中间轴空转,所述第二输入齿轮和所述第二减速齿轮啮合,以将所述第二输入轴的动力传递到所述第二中间轴上,所述二四挡换挡元件可滑动地设置于所述四挡空套齿轮与所述二挡空套齿轮之间,以使所述第二中间轴借助于所述二四挡换挡元件择一地与所述四挡空套齿轮和所述二挡空套齿轮中的其中之一连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述混合动力系统还包括固定齿座和第三换挡元件,所述第三换挡元件可滑动地设置在所述第一行星架与所述固定齿圈之间,以将所述第一行星架与所述固定齿座连接或断开。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述第一电机行星机构和所述第二电机行星机构的结构和尺寸均相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述第一输出轴上依次设置有五挡换挡元件、三四挡固连齿轮、一二挡固连齿轮,所述三四挡固连齿轮和所述一二挡固连齿轮固设于所述第一输出轴,所述一二挡固连齿轮分别与所述一挡空套齿轮、所述二挡空套齿轮啮合,所述三四挡固连齿轮分别与所述三挡空套齿轮、所述四挡空套齿轮啮合,所述五挡换挡元件设置于所述第一输出轴前端,以将所述第一输入齿轮和所述第一输出轴连接或断开。
5.根据权利要求4所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述一三挡换挡元件、所述二四挡换挡元件、所述五挡换挡元件均采用滑动齿套结构;
所述三挡空套齿轮与所述四挡空套齿轮结构和尺寸均相同,所述一挡空套齿轮与所述二挡空套齿轮结构和尺寸均相同。
6.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述混合动力系统还包括第一副箱,所述第一副箱包括第一副箱太阳轮、第一副箱外齿圈、第一副箱行星架、第一副箱行星轮、第一副箱换挡机构,所述第一副箱太阳轮与所述第一输出轴相连,所述第一副箱行星轮分别与所述第一副箱太阳轮和所述第一副箱外齿圈啮合连接,所述第一副箱行星轮转动连接于所述第一副箱行星架,所述第一副箱换挡机构可滑动地设置于所述第一副箱外齿圈和所述第一副箱行星架之间,以使所述第二输出轴借助于所述第一副箱换挡元件择一地与所述第一副箱外齿圈和所述第一副箱行星架中的其中之一连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述混合动力系统还包括第二副箱,所述第二副箱包括第三输入齿轮、第三中间轴、第四中间轴、第二输出轴,所述第一输入轴上固设有第三输入齿轮,所述第三中间轴上依次设置有第三减速齿轮、第一固连齿轮,所述第四中间轴上依次设置有第四减速齿轮、第二固连齿轮,所述第二输出轴上依次设置有第二副箱换挡机构、第二副箱空套齿轮,所述第二副箱空套齿轮相对于所述第二输出轴空转,所述第三减速齿轮和所述第四减速齿轮均与所述第三输入齿轮啮合连接,所述第一固连齿轮和所述第二固连齿轮均与所述第二副箱空套齿轮啮合连接,所述第二副箱换挡机构可滑动地设置于所述第三输入齿轮与所述第二副箱空套齿轮之间,以使所述第二输出轴借助于所述第二副箱空套齿轮择一地与所述第三输入齿轮和所述第二副箱空套齿轮中的其中之一连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述第一电机和所述第二电机为油冷电机。
