The dust remover is a key part for ventilation and dust removal, aims to suck dust-containing airflow into the dust remover when the quality requirement of the airflow in the working environment is difficult to meet only by ventilation and dust removal or other dustproof measures, and removes dust in the airflow by a wet or dry dust removal technology to purify air. The dust characteristic has very big influence to dust remover dust collection efficiency, and current dust remover mostly only has a dust removal mode, and operation process is loaded down with trivial details simultaneously, can't satisfy the needs of production place dust characteristic dynamic change, and then leads to dust collection efficiency to reduce, maintenance cost and cost of labor height. Therefore, the invention provides a novel dust self-adaptive dry-wet collaborative dust removal method to realize the full-environment application of the dust remover.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects, a dry-wet collaborative dust removal method with self-adaptive dust characteristics is provided. a. an intelligent control module is erected outside the dust remover and comprises an intelligent programmable controller 15 and a data processor 10, a dust characteristic sensor 5 is arranged at the front end of the dust remover and is connected with the data processor 10 through a communication cable 6, an electric guide plate 7 is arranged at a dust-containing airflow inlet of a dust removing area 2, the dust removing area is divided into a dry dust removing section 16 and a wet dust removing section 17, the dry and wet collaborative dust removing sections respectively adopt filtration type dust removal and cyclone type dust removal, and the dust remover provides driving force for the movement of internal dust-containing airflow through a dust removing fan 11;
b. when dissipated dust occurs in a workplace, the dust removal fan 11 is started to suck dust-containing air flow into the dust remover, when the dust-containing air flow passes through the dust characteristic collection area 1 at the front end of the dust remover, the dust characteristic sensor 5 collects parameters of particle size, concentration and humidity of the dust, and the dust characteristic sensor transmits data to the data processor 10 through the communication cable 6;

In the invention, the electric guide plate 7 can rotate at 0-150 degrees, and the outermost side of the electric guide plate can be tightly attached to the outer walls of two sides of the expansion opening of the dust remover.
In the invention, the dust characteristic parameters, the dust removal mode and the dust removal working parameters can be displayed on the LED digital screen and manually adjusted.
In the invention, the intelligent control module is connected with the dust removal fan 11 through the communication cable 6, and the intelligent programmable controller 15 can select a dust remover power control program according to dust characteristic parameters to automatically adjust the fan power.
Furthermore, the control program of the intelligent programmable controller can determine the optimal dust removal mode and the relationship between the dust removal parameters and different dust characteristic parameters through laboratory experiments to realize programming.
The invention has the characteristics and advantages that:
the dust characteristic self-adaptive dry-wet collaborative dust removal method has the characteristics of high dust removal efficiency, wide adaptive environment and the like. Compared with the traditional ventilation dust removal technology, the intelligent control terminal combines two dust removal modes of dry dust removal and wet dust removal, which have the widest application range, the simplest structure and the better dust removal effect, overcomes the bottleneck that the existing dust remover only has a single dust removal mode and is single in applicable scene, and can realize high-efficiency treatment on dust with different characteristic parameters.
The invention adopts the intelligent programmable controller to connect with all main components of the dust remover, realizes the automatic regulation and control of dust removal parameters and dust removal modes through dust characteristic data monitoring, program selection and instruction transmission, can reduce the complexity and the extensive nature of manual regulation and control, and effectively improves the dust control efficiency of a workplace.
The invention divides the interior of the dust remover into a dry dust removing section and a wet dust removing section, adopts the intelligent programmable controller to realize the intelligent regulation and control of the dust removing mode, adopts different dust removing modes aiming at dust with different characteristic parameters, fully exerts the advantages of the different dust removing modes and reduces the influence of the dust characteristics on the dust removing efficiency.

d. the electric guide plate 7 receives the control signal to start action, when the particle size of the dust is smaller and the humidity is higher, the guide plate closes the opening of the dry dust removal section 16 to guide the dust-containing air flow to the wet dust removal section 17, and when the particle size of the collected dust is larger and the humidity is lower, the guide plate closes the opening of the wet dust removal section 17 to guide the dust-containing air flow to the dry dust removal section 16;
e. when the wet dust removal section 17 is started, the intelligent programmable controller 15 selects a water spray control program according to dust concentration parameters, the electromagnetic valve 14 automatically adjusts the size of the valve after receiving a command, the water supply pipe 13 supplies water to the nozzle 9, static water in a working place is used as the driving force of the nozzle, the water pressure is monitored in real time through the installed digital pressure gauge 12, fog drops sprayed out of the nozzle 9 capture dust, and fresh air purified through spraying flows out of a dust production area through the exhaust pipeline 4.
f. Three layers of full-section filter materials 8 are arranged in the dry dust removal section 16, dust-containing air flows through the dry dust removal section 16 under the action of driving force provided by the dust removal fan 11, a part of dust is intercepted by the filter materials 8, a part of dust is intercepted in multiple layers and then is reduced in speed, the dust is settled in the dry dust removal section 16, and fresh air flows out of a dust production area through the exhaust pipeline 4.

A dust characteristic self-adaptive dry-wet collaborative dust removal method is characterized by comprising the following steps: after dust is collected by the dust collector, dust-containing air flows through the dust characteristic collection area 1, a dust characteristic sensor 5 arranged at the front end of the dust collector transmits dust characteristic parameters to an intelligent control module of the dust collector, and the intelligent control module selects a dry dust collection mode or a wet dust collection mode according to collected dust characteristic data; the front end of the dust removing area 2 of the dust remover is provided with an electric guide plate 7 which divides the dust removing section into a dry dust removing section 16 and a wet dust removing section 17; the intelligent control module is connected with the electric guide plate 7 and controls the electric guide plate to guide the dust-containing air flow to the dry dust removal section 16 or the wet dust removal section 17 according to the dust removal mode control program; meanwhile, the dust removal fan 11 and the electromagnetic valve 14 of the water supply pipe are connected with the intelligent control module, and working parameters are adjusted in real time according to the collected dust characteristics. The intelligent control module mainly comprises an intelligent programmable controller 15, a data processor 10 and a communication cable 6, wherein the intelligent programmable controller 15 and the data processor 10 are connected with a dust characteristic sensor 5, an electric guide plate 7, a water supply pipe electromagnetic valve 14 and a dust removal fan 11 through the communication cable 6.
