It should be noted that the structural schematic diagram of the electronic device is merely an example, and more or fewer devices may be specifically included, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a data management method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and the data management method is applied to a server in a data management system, where the data management system includes the server and at least one mobile terminal, the server is in communication connection with the at least one mobile terminal, and the at least one mobile terminal includes a first mobile terminal of a target user, as shown in fig. 2, the data management method includes the following steps:
s201, the server responds to an acquisition instruction of the target user from the first mobile terminal for the target operation guide, and outputs the target operation guide to the first mobile terminal.
The target operation guide comprises at least one preconfigured operation item, the at least one operation item forms a complete evidence chain in a finished state, and the target operation guide is used for the first mobile terminal to display a first interface, and the first interface comprises the at least one operation item.
In a specific implementation, the server may be the server 110 shown in fig. 1A, and the first mobile terminal may be the terminal 120 shown in fig. 1A.
In a specific implementation, before step S201, the data management method may further include: and responding to an operation guide viewing instruction from a target user of the first mobile terminal, and outputting at least one operation guide in a preset resource library to the first mobile terminal, wherein the at least one operation guide comprises a target operation guide, the at least one operation guide is used for displaying an operation guide selection interface of the first mobile terminal, and the operation guide selection interface comprises the at least one operation guide.
Specifically, the at least one operation guide may be displayed in a category in the operation guide selection interface. The classification can correspond to different business scenarios, for example, the classification can include "human resources" and "personal legal affairs", and further, the "human resources" classification can be further subdivided into "recruitment and employment", "on-duty management", "post adjustment", "salary", "assigned company system", "out-of-job", and the like; the "personal law" may be further subdivided into "folk loan", "house lease", "second-hand buy and sell", and the like, and the server may display at least one guidance category through the operation guidance selection main interface, and output, to the first mobile terminal, at least one candidate operation guidance corresponding to a category selection instruction in response to the category selection instruction from the target user of the first mobile terminal, the at least one candidate operation guidance including the target operation guidance. That is, when the target user executes the work, the target user may acquire the operation guidance that is pre-configured, and execute the work according to the operation guidance.
In a specific implementation, the data management system may further include a preset resource library, and the at least one operation guidance may be stored in the preset resource library, where the preset resource library may be a resource library in the server, or when the data management system includes other servers, the resource library may also be a resource library in other servers. The server can also respond to a resource configuration instruction of a user from the mobile terminal, acquire the resource uploaded by the user, and store the resource uploaded by the user into a preset resource library so as to update the preset resource library.
S202, the server acquires an operation record generated by the target user from the first mobile terminal aiming at the at least one operation item.
In a specific implementation, at least one operation item has a logical connection, and the server may output the at least one operation item according to the operation of the target user and a preset output sequence of the operation item, that is, after different users select the same target operation guide, the executed operation items may have differences.
For example, at least one selectable item configured in one operation item corresponds to different scenes in the same work content, the target user may select the selectable item according to the actual situation, and the next operation item output after selecting different selectable items may be different. After the user operates at least one operation item, the server may store an operation record generated by the user, where the operation record may include information related to work execution of the target user, such as identity information of the target user, an operation item executed by the target user, and time for completing execution of the operation item.
S203, the server saves the operation record.
In a specific implementation, the data management system may further include a log library, and the server may store and manage the log file through the log library.
In the embodiment of the application, a server firstly responds to an acquisition instruction of a target user from a first mobile terminal for a target operation guide, the target operation guide is output to the first mobile terminal, the target operation guide comprises at least one operation item which is pre-configured, then an operation record generated by the target user from the first mobile terminal for the at least one operation item is acquired, and finally the operation record is saved. Wherein at least one operation item forms a complete chain of evidence in the finished state. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the server can provide the operation guide for forming the complete evidence chain for the user, and can store the operation record of the user, which is beneficial to storing the complete and effective evidence chain for the user when the user handles the transaction.
In one possible example, the operational record includes at least one of: a selected target selectable item, a selected target associated file, a selected target associated person, and a target associated person to perform a project among the at least one preconfigured selectable item.
In a specific implementation, the at least one operation item may include at least one of the following items: selecting operation aiming at least one preset selectable item, file association operation, related personnel selecting operation and related personnel needing to execute item selecting operation.
The server acquires an operation record generated by a target user from the first mobile terminal for at least one operation item, wherein the operation record can comprise at least one of the following items: in response to a selection instruction from a target user of the first mobile terminal for the preconfigured at least one selectable item, acquiring a selected target selectable item from the first mobile terminal; responding to a selection instruction of a target associated file of a target user from a first mobile terminal, and acquiring the selected target associated file from the first mobile terminal; responding to a target associated person selection instruction of a target user from a first mobile terminal, and acquiring a selected target associated person from the first mobile terminal; and responding to a target associated personnel execution item selection instruction of a target user from the first mobile terminal, and acquiring a target associated personnel execution item from the first mobile terminal.
The server can acquire the first operation item from at least one operation item according to the associated file selection instruction, and associate the target associated file with the first operation item.
That is, the target user selects the target operation guideline and may select at least one selectable item preconfigured based on an actual scene while performing work according to the target operation guideline; the target associated file can be selected and associated with any operation item in the target operation guide, and when the work item is viewed subsequently, the corresponding file can be viewed; or selecting target associated personnel in the operation items and selecting items to be executed by the target management personnel. The stored operation record may include information related to a specific application scenario, an associated file, and an associated person, that is, the operation record records a specific process of the user performing work, and subsequently, if the operation flow is viewed, it can be known what scenario the target user performs when performing work, and other people participating in the work and work related files can also be viewed.
It can be seen that, in this example, the operation record includes information related to the target user performing a specific task, for example, at least one of a selected target selectable item, a selected target associated file, a selected target associated person, and a project that the target associated person needs to perform is selected from at least one of preconfigured at least one selectable item, which is beneficial to improving the integrity of the saved data.
In one possible example, the operation record includes: the selected target associated file; the target associated file is obtained through the following modes: responding to a file selection instruction of the target user from the first mobile terminal, and acquiring the target associated file from a cloud database, wherein the file uploaded by the target user is stored in the cloud database; or, in response to a file uploading instruction of the target user from the first mobile terminal, receiving the target associated file uploaded by the target user from the first mobile terminal; or, the target associated file is generated in response to a file creation instruction of the target user from the first mobile terminal.
The data management system can further comprise a cloud database used for storing file data uploaded by users.
That is to say, when the target user executes work according to the operation items in the operation guide and wants to associate files in the operation items, the target user may select a file that is uploaded to the cloud database for storage by himself or directly upload a local file stored in the first mobile terminal, or directly create a new file online.
In a specific implementation, the data management system includes a preset resource library, when a file template is stored in the preset resource library, the file creation instruction may carry an identifier of the file template, and the generating, by the server, the target associated file in response to the file creation instruction of the target user from the first mobile terminal may specifically be: and the server responds to the file creating instruction, acquires a target file template from a preset resource library according to a file template identifier carried in the file creating instruction, acquires modified data uploaded by the target user, and generates the target associated file according to the modified data and the target file template.
That is, the data management system may also provide the user with a pre-defined repository of file templates. The document template may include standard document templates (e.g., legal document templates such as entry contracts, departure certificates, labor contracts, and confidentiality agreements) related to a plurality of different service scenarios, and the target user may first obtain the document template from the resource repository, and then modify the template to generate the target associated document. For example, when the target user is an enterprise personnel manager, and needs to create a third-page entry contract to be associated with one operation item in the operation guidance, the target user may directly select an entry contract template from the resource library, and then modify the template (for example, fill in entry time, company name, employee name, and the like) to create the third-page entry contract. The standard document template is beneficial to improving the working efficiency of users and is beneficial to reducing the creation of documents without legal effectiveness by users.
In addition, the files stored in the cloud database and the local files uploaded by the user in real time can also be generated according to the file template. The server can also manage the files stored in the cloud database according to the user instruction, and can store the file management operation log of the user into a log library. For example, the file management may include acquiring a file uploaded by a user and storing the file in a cloud database when a file uploading instruction is received; when a file uploading instruction carrying a file model identification is received, the file model is acquired from a preset resource library according to the file model identification, a target uploading file is generated according to modification data uploaded by a user and the acquired file model, and the target uploading file is stored in a cloud database. The information stored in the cloud database includes uploaded files, and also includes information such as an uploader, uploading time, file classification of each file, and a user can check the information of a certain file and also can search the file by screening the information.
As can be seen, in this example, the operation record includes the selected target associated file, and the target associated file may be stored in the cloud database, or may be uploaded or created by the user in real time, which is beneficial to improving the flexibility of data acquisition.
In one possible example, the operation record includes: the selected target associated personnel and the item to be executed by the target associated personnel are provided, the at least one mobile terminal comprises a second mobile terminal of the target associated personnel, and the item to be executed is signed by a file; the method further comprises the following steps: responding to a file signing instruction of the target associated personnel from the second mobile terminal, and acquiring the identity verification information of the target associated personnel; performing identity verification on the target associated personnel according to the identity verification information; and if the verification result represents that the identity verification passes, updating the state of the first file corresponding to the file signing instruction.
The document signing instruction may include a document approval instruction and other user confirmation instructions for the document.
In a specific implementation, the target user may involve interaction with other personnel when executing the operation item, and needs other personnel to execute work, at this time, the target user may select the target associated personnel and the item that the target associated personnel need to execute, and the operation record may include corresponding personnel and item information.
For example, the operation item executed by the target user is to send a contract to zhang san sign, the server may output candidate personnel data and optionally executable item data to the first mobile terminal, the candidate personnel data and the optionally executable item data are used for the first mobile terminal to display an associated personnel selection interface and a target associated personnel item execution required interface, the user may select zhang san as a target associated personnel and sign as a target associated personnel item execution required interface in the two interfaces, and the server sends the to-be-signed contract to a second mobile terminal of zhang san according to the user selection. At this time, if the server detects the file signing operation of Zhang III, the server performs identity verification on the user, if the identity verification is passed, the file state can be changed from pending to signed, and in addition, the server can also record the time when the file is in different states, for example, the time when the target user sends the file to Zhang III, the corresponding file state is unprocessed, the time when the Zhang III signing is completed, and the corresponding file state is signed, so that the recording of different time nodes in the file processing flow is realized.
The identity authentication may be associated with a third party authority such as a public security identity authentication system, or may ensure that the user performs operations such as confirmation, signing and the like by receiving an authentication code, and when the third party authority identity authentication system is associated, the acquired identity authentication information may be fingerprint or face information and the like, and the identity authentication information may be sent to the third party authority to directly acquire an authentication result, or the original identity data acquired from the third party authority may be compared with the identity authentication information to obtain an authentication result.
The original identity data can also comprise identity information authenticated during user registration, specifically, the authentication can comprise personal authentication and enterprise authentication, the personal real-name authentication can adopt a human face core (namely, optical Character Recognition (OCR) of an identity card, in-vivo detection, human face Recognition and the like) + manual auditing mode, and after receiving the authentication information, the server sends the authentication information to a corresponding auditor for auditing and obtains an auditing result from the auditor; the enterprise real-name authentication can adopt a manual checking mode. After the real-name authentication is passed, the system can be connected with a China financial authentication center (CFCA) to generate a corresponding electronic certificate and an electronic signature (used for signing the user file).
That is, the user may be an individual or a business employee. And under the condition that the user belongs to the staff in the enterprise, the accounts of all the staff in the enterprise can be sub-accounts of the enterprise account. In this case, a document to be signed and confirmed on behalf of the enterprise can be signed with enterprise authentication information after authentication by an administrator authorized within the enterprise. In addition, when receiving the employee management instruction and the organization management instruction of the target user, the server can manage the enterprise employee data, the enterprise organization architecture data and the job position data under the condition that the target user is detected to have the authority corresponding to the instruction. That is, in addition to signing documents, the enterprise manager may also manage corporate employees or organization architecture, for example, send enterprise account join invitations to other users according to employee invitation instructions of target users.
In addition, the server can send a file signing item mail for evidence storage through an electronic mailbox when sending the file to Zhang III signing according to the target associated person selected by the target user and the project which the target associated person needs to execute, so as to ensure the effectiveness of the evidence, wherein the file sent to Zhang III signing can be used as the target associated file.
For the situation that other people do not need to execute the work, the user does not select the project which needs to be executed by the target related personnel, and the operation record does not include the information of the project which needs to be executed by the target related personnel. For example, the target user is a business personnel manager, the operation guide is to issue a leave notification, and the operation guide includes operation item 1: upload vacation notification, action item 2: selecting company staff, operation item 3: when the vacation notification is sent to all employees, the target user only needs to select all employees in the company on the related personnel selection interface after uploading the vacation notification and select to send the vacation notification to all employees, and the target related personnel can select not to execute the project interface.
It should be noted that, when the server manages the file in the cloud database according to the user instruction, the server may also send the file to other users for signing according to the user instruction, and update the state information of the file in the cloud database after signing.
As can be seen, in this example, the operation record includes the selected target associated person and the item to be executed by the target associated person, and when the item to be executed is a file signing instruction, the server verifies the user identity and updates the file state after the verification is passed, which is beneficial to ensuring the validity of the data.
In one possible example, the operation record includes: a completion status of each of the at least one operation item; the method further comprises the following steps: performing risk assessment on the operation records according to the completion state of each operation item; and outputting early warning information when the risk evaluation result represents that the operation record has risks.
In a specific implementation, each operation item in the at least one operation item may include preconfigured attribute information, for example, when the operation item is an operation item that must be executed, the attribute information includes: a must-execute item; otherwise, the attribute information includes: items are not necessarily executed.
After the target user obtains the target operation guide and executes work according to at least one operation item in the target guide, each operation item may correspond to two states, one is that the user makes the item according to the guide and corresponds to a completion state; the other is that the user does not do the item, corresponding to an incomplete state. And performing risk assessment on the flow of the work executed by the user, namely performing risk assessment according to the completion state of each operation item in the operation guide. Specifically, the operation item to be detected whose attribute information is the necessary execution item can be obtained, and risk assessment is performed according to the proportion (i.e., the incomplete proportion) of the incomplete operation item to be detected in the operation item to be detected to the total operation item to be detected. If all the operation items to be detected in the operation record are in the completion state, the operation record is 'no risk', otherwise, the risk evaluation result is a risk evaluation coefficient (namely, the risk exists) determined according to the uncompleted proportion, and early warning information needs to be output.
In specific implementation, each user may obtain different target operation guides for multiple times, one workflow is completed each time according to an operation item in the target operation guide, and each workflow corresponds to one operation record. The server can perform statistics and classification on the workflow with the risk in the plurality of workflows completed by the target user according to the risk evaluation result of the operation record corresponding to each workflow, send data to the first mobile terminal of the target user, display a work management interface through the mobile terminal, and highlight information such as the number of the workflows with the risk.
As can be seen, in this example, the operation record includes the completion status of each operation item in the at least one operation item, and the server may further perform risk assessment on the operation record according to the completion status of each operation item; when the risk evaluation result represents that the operation record has risks, early warning information is output, and a user can be prompted before litigation occurs, so that the user can take measures to prevent the risks, and the reliability of stored data is improved.
In one possible example, the target operational guideline further comprises: a preconfigured legal resource associated with any one of the at least one action item, the legal resource comprising at least one of: legal document template, legal problem case analysis and legal basis.
In a specific implementation, the legal resource may be data stored in a preset resource library in the data management system, and may be uploaded to the preset resource library by a user with authority, such as a lawyer.
The operation guide included in the preset resource library can also be configured by a user with a configuration authority, the server can generate the operation guide according to the configuration instruction of the legal professional with the authority, the configured operation guide is issued according to the issuing instruction, and after the operation guide is issued, other users can acquire the operation guide from the resource library. In the operation guide configuration process, the server can set the classification of the operation guide according to the user instruction, and can also associate legal resources to specific operation items in the operation guide, so that the user who acquires the operation guide can view or use the operation items when executing the operation items.
In addition, when the legal resources are uploaded to the preset resource library by the user, the legal resources can be classified and checked according to different service scenes, so that other subsequent users can classify and check the legal resources conveniently. For example, the server receives a resource obtaining instruction that a user carries keyword information, and obtains legal bases corresponding to the keywords from a preset resource library, wherein the legal bases corresponding to the keywords are legal bases related to a service scene corresponding to the keywords, and are not whole related legal regulations. If the user searches for the single-party work contract, one or more specific legal provisions related to the subject can be obtained from at least one legal provision, but not one or more complete legal provisions, so that more accurate and complete legal provisions are provided.
As can be seen, in this example, the target operation guideline further includes: a preconfigured legal resource associated with any one of the at least one action item, the legal resource comprising at least one of: the legal document template, the legal problem case analysis and the legal basis are adopted, so that the target user can obtain the relevant legal resources while obtaining the operation guide, and the comprehensiveness of the output data is improved.
In one possible example, the at least one mobile terminal includes a third mobile terminal of the first user, and after saving the operation record, the method further includes: and responding to an acquisition instruction of the first user from the third mobile terminal for the operation record, and outputting the operation record to the third mobile terminal, wherein the first user is a user with the operation record acquisition authority.
In a specific implementation, the first user may be a legal professional, or may be a superior of the target user, and may assign a right to view the operation record of the target user to the first user. In consideration of the traditional scenario, most of the management and evaluation of legal affairs by the responsible personnel and the outside consultants of the enterprise depend on the feedback of specific operators, and the information provided by the specific operators often omits important information or is distorted due to the subjective cognition of the specific operators, and meanwhile, the timeliness and the integrity of the transaction processing cannot be maintained, so that the misjudgment and delay on the legal affair processing are finally caused, and the right for directly viewing the operation records of the user can be provided for the users.
The lawyer can directly obtain the comprehensive and real data of the user, so that the problem that the lawyer counselor guiding work is obstructed because the user cannot provide the real comprehensive data or the user speaks the situation to ignore details and hide the fact is solved, a counselor guiding tool is provided for the lawyer, and the communication between an external lawyer and a company or an individual is more objective, timely, comprehensive and convenient.
Meanwhile, the file consulting authority which is the same as that of lawyers is distributed for the company leader, so that the company leader can directly call and consult the specific situation of the staff executing work, and further supervise and manage the daily legal work of the company. For example, the inside leader wants to know about the execution of a certain job, and can directly call and view the operation record corresponding to the job, so that the information such as the execution progress and the related staff can be known. And the mode that the staff reports to the leader is not needed to supervise the work, so that the method is more convenient and the learned information is comprehensive and real.
As can be seen, in this example, the server may further output the operation record to the third mobile terminal in response to an acquisition instruction for the operation record from the first user of the third mobile terminal, where the first user is a user having an operation record acquisition right, and is beneficial to ensuring timeliness and flexibility of acquiring data by the first user.
