The invention discloses a public bus access hole seat device which comprises a pair of vehicle body mounting plates arranged at left and right intervals, a pair of U-shaped channel steels arranged on the pair of vehicle body mounting plates, a seat body fixedly connected with the pair of U-shaped channel steels and a door-shaped movable pull rod arranged on the inner sides of the pair of U-shaped channel steels, wherein the front end parts of the pair of U-shaped channel steels can be connected to the pair of vehicle body mounting plates in a turnover mode through a hinge assembly, a pair of pull rod tail end limiting hole seats are arranged on the pair of vehicle body mounting plates and can be matched with the movable pull rod in an insertion mode, the movable pull rod can be disengaged from the pair of pull rod tail end limiting hole seats when being pulled, and the seat body can be opened in a relative turnover mode around the hinge assembly after being disengaged so as to expose an access hole below the seat body. This device can realize the seat body upset, give way seat lower part or rear end access hole position when pulling out movable pull rod under the maintenance condition, realizes the maintenance convenience.

Passenger seats installed in the region of an access opening are arranged in the vehicle aiming at a suspension system in the front wheel cover region and the rear wheel cover region and an engine system in a rear engine cabin. With reference to fig. 1 to 6, the seat device for the bus access hole comprises a first damping plastic pad 1 (which is 2 pieces), a second damping plastic pad 3 (which is 2 pieces), a first U-shaped channel steel 2, a second U-shaped channel steel 12, a first vehicle body fixing mounting plate 5 and a second vehicle body mounting plate 16 (which are bilaterally symmetrical), and a movable pull rod 4, wherein a front limit hole seat 9, a middle limit hole seat 14 and a rear limit hole seat 15 of the pull rod limit the vertical displacement of the movable pull rod 4, so that the horizontal position of the seat is locked, and the movable pull rod 4 is pulled forward, so that the seat can be turned.
In the right side of the device in figure 1, a pull rod front limiting hole seat 9 is welded with a second U-shaped channel steel 12 into a whole through a cushion block 8, the pull rod front limiting hole seat 9 is in clearance fit with a movable pull rod 4, and the movable pull rod 4 can move back and forth in the pull rod front limiting hole seat 9.
In the left side of the device in fig. 1, another pull rod front limiting hole seat 9 is welded with the first U-shaped channel steel 2 into a whole through another cushion block 8, the pull rod front limiting hole seat 9 is in clearance fit with the movable pull rod 4, and the movable pull rod 4 can move back and forth in the pull rod front limiting hole seat 9.
A limiting hole seat 14 in a pull rod is welded with the first U-shaped groove steel plate 2 into a whole through a cushion block 13, the limiting hole seat 14 in the pull rod is in clearance fit with the movable pull rod 4, and the movable pull rod 4 can move back and forth in the limiting hole seat 14 in the pull rod.
And a limiting hole seat 14 in the other pull rod is welded with the second U-shaped groove steel plate 12 into a whole through another cushion block 13, the limiting hole seat 14 in the pull rod is in clearance fit with the movable pull rod 4, and the movable pull rod 4 can move back and forth in the limiting hole seat 14 in the pull rod.
A pull rod tail end limiting hole seat 15 and the first fixed mounting plate 5 are welded into a whole, the pull rod tail end limiting hole seat 15 is in plug-in fit with the movable pull rod 4, and the movable pull rod 4 can move back and forth in the pull rod rear limiting hole seat 15.
The other pull rod tail end limiting hole seat 15 and the second fixed mounting plate 16 are welded into a whole, the pull rod tail end limiting hole 15 is in inserting fit with the movable pull rod 4, and the movable pull rod 4 can move back and forth in the pull rod tail end limiting hole 15;
the front limit hole seat 9, the middle limit hole seat 14 and the tail limit hole seat 15 of the pull rod ensure the coaxiality during welding, and the movable pull rod 4 can be pulled freely and smoothly.
The hinge lug 6 comprises 6 hinge lugs, wherein three hinge lugs are connected with the first fixed mounting plate 5 and the second U-shaped channel steel 12 into a whole through the hinge 7 to form a hinge assembly, and similarly, the other three hinge lugs are connected with the second fixed mounting plate 16 and the first U-shaped channel steel 2 into a whole through the hinge 7 to form another hinge assembly.
On the right side of the device, the middle hinge lug 6 and the first fixed mounting plate 5 are welded into a whole, the left hinge lug and the right hinge lug 6 on the two sides and the second U-shaped channel steel 12 are welded into a whole, and the three hinge lugs are in clearance fit with the shaft 7, so that the fixed mounting plate 5 and the U-shaped channel steel 12 can rotate relatively.
On the left side of the device, the middle hinge lug 6 and the second fixed mounting plate 16 are welded into a whole, the two left and right hinge lugs 6 on the two sides and the U-shaped channel steel 2 are welded into a whole, and the three hinge lugs are in clearance fit with the shaft 7, so that the fixed mounting plate 16 and the U-shaped channel steel 2 can rotate relatively.
The upper parts of the first U-shaped channel steel 2 and the second U-shaped channel steel 12 are provided with four connecting holes which are connected with the seat body 20 and are U-shaped channel steel, and the hole distance L and the hole width W can be adjusted according to different seats.
The spring 10 is located between the front limiting hole seat 9 of the movable pull rod 4 and the spring limiting pin 11, the spring moving space is limited through the front limiting hole 9 of the pull rod and the spring limiting pin 11, as shown in fig. 1, the spring is in a normal loosening state, the movable pull rod 4 extends into the rear limiting hole seat 15 of the pull rod, when the movable pull rod 4 is pulled forwards, the spring is continuously extruded, when the spring compression amount reaches the maximum value, the movable pull rod 4 is pulled out from the rear limiting hole 15 of the pull rod and still located in the limiting hole 14 of the pull rod, the action of stretching the movable pull rod 4 is guaranteed, meanwhile, the seat backrest is pulled, the relative rotation of the seat body and the fixed mounting plate is realized, and the seat overturning function is realized.
As shown in fig. 2, the first vibration-damping plastic pad 1, the second vibration-damping plastic pad 3 and the first fixing and mounting plate 5 are integrally mounted; similarly, another first damping plastic pad 1, another damping plastic pad 3 and the second fixing and mounting plate 16 are integrally mounted. The first fixed mounting plate 5 and the second fixed mounting plate 16 are connected into a whole through the movable pull rod 4, as shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 2, 6 vehicle body fixing connection holes are formed in the first fixing mounting plate 5 and the second fixing mounting plate 16, so that the entire seat device is connected to the vehicle body.
During installation, as shown in fig. 5, the seat body is connected with four holes in the upper parts of the U-shaped channel steel 2 and the U-shaped channel steel 12 into a whole through fasteners 21 such as bolts, and after the seat and the lower part device are correctly placed on the vehicle body according to the positioning size, holes are punched and tapped on the embedded steel plate of the vehicle body according to 6 positioning holes in the fixed mounting plate, and then the embedded steel plate is fastened by using M8 bolts with flat pads and elastic pads.
As shown in fig. 1, under normal conditions, the spring is in a normal relaxed state, the movable pull rod 4 extends into the pull rod rear limit hole seat 15, and the seat is installed in a ready state, such as a normal passenger seat for passengers to sit; when the movable pull rod 4 is pulled forwards to continuously extrude the spring, when the compression amount of the spring reaches the maximum value, the movable pull rod 4 is pulled out from the rear limiting hole seat 15 of the pull rod and still is positioned in the limiting hole 14 of the pull rod, the action of stretching the movable pull rod 4 is ensured, and meanwhile, the seat backrest is pulled, the relative rotation of the seat body relative to the fixed mounting plate is realized, the lower part of the seat or the position of a rear end access hole is avoided by overturning the seat body, and the maintenance convenience is realized.

the front end parts of the U-shaped channel steels can be connected to a pair of vehicle body mounting plates in a turnover mode through a hinge assembly, a pair of pull rod tail end limiting hole seats are arranged on the vehicle body mounting plates and can be matched with the movable pull rods in an inserted mode,
the movable pull rod can be disengaged from the limiting hole seats at the tail ends of the pair of pull rods when pulled, and the seat body can be turned and opened around the hinge assembly relatively after the disengagement so as to expose an access opening below the seat body.
