现有技术的筋角木复合弓采用牛角层、中间胎层(由木材或者竹材制作)、牛筋弓臂外层的三层材质结构,牛角层采用水牛角切割牛角外侧面的月牙圆弧形的角片,经过打磨平整和刮槽后采用鱼膘胶或皮膘胶与弓胎粘结,再采用绳索紧密绑扎固定,由于传统筋角木复合弓使用的是天然膘胶作为粘合剂,它的粘结固化周期较长,所以需要静置10~15天左右才能干透固化至最高强度。牛筋弓臂外层采用牛背筋或牛蹄筋经过採割、清洗脱油,晒干、砸散、撕丝,再采用鱼膘胶或皮膘胶与弓胎粘结,再反复多次铺贴,直至筋丝厚度与弓胎厚度一致。由于使用了天然膘胶作为粘合剂,膘胶的干燥固化周期又相对较长的原因造成现有技术的筋角弓,取材难度大,取材周期长,取材成本高,工艺过程漫长、工艺繁杂、操作难度大、制作成本高。一把筋角弓的制作周期在一年以上。

所述仿筋角弓的材料配方用于制作高仿筋角弓,所述高仿筋角弓采用3MCA40H胶水和聚碳酸脂片在弓胎背侧弓臂面胶粘紧固贴合设置聚碳酸脂片仿角层,并用夹压工具夹紧弓胎和聚碳酸脂片仿角层,使其粘黏至严丝合缝,再在弓胎正面弓臂上严丝合缝胶粘紧固层叠贴合设置涤纶纤维布仿筋纤维层,所述聚碳酸脂片仿角层采用单层结构,厚度根据弓胎厚度和成弓后所需拉力大小设定,所述涤纶纤维布仿筋纤维层采用涤纶纤维或0.13毫米厚度的涤纶纤维布与GCC135环氧树脂胶水层叠贴合胶粘紧固设置,每6-8层0.13毫米厚度的涤纶纤维布和GCC135环氧树脂胶水层复合粘固形成1mm厚度的涤纶纤维布仿筋纤维层,根据所述弓胎的厚度选择三次或四次铺到对应弓胎厚度,所述弓胎与所述聚碳酸脂片仿角层、涤纶纤维布仿筋纤维层的厚度比为1:1:1。

步骤三、粘固仿筋纤维层:在所述聚碳酸脂片仿角层的对侧弓臂面采用涤纶纤维或0.13毫米厚度的涤纶纤维布与GCC135环氧树脂胶水层叠贴合胶粘紧固设置涤纶纤维布仿筋纤维层,采用涤纶纤维布时,需要把纤维布的两头剪去一块斜角,并抽出修剪的所述斜角的横向纤维,使其在后期与环氧树脂融合时,不至于因为有横向纤维丝脱落粘连,导致纤维布和弓胎之间有异物,或者缠乱后续铺贴的纤维布,每6-8层0.13毫米厚度的涤纶纤维布和GCC135环氧树脂胶水层复合粘固形成1mm厚度的涤纶纤维布仿筋纤维层,通常采用7层复合粘固形成1mm厚度,根据所述弓胎的厚度选择三次或四次铺设至对应的弓胎厚度,每次铺纤维层操作时间1小时左右,每次间隔24小时;
步骤四、修胶垢和纤维瑕丝:对初步制作完成的弓体进行表面精细化处理,对粘贴聚碳酸脂片过程中产生的胶垢和铺设纤维层时产生的瑕丝进行刮、挫、打磨、补胶、擦胶、抛光处理,达到表面整洁干练;
步骤五、精挫弦耳、解弓上弦:在弓梢上挫出挂弦的弦耳,挫好弦耳后,需要解弓,采用解弓杆把弓梢从紧凑的对触状态撑开,使弓臂的反向弯曲伸直,静置1小时,再采用木工夹子把弓把夹在桌子或解弓板上把弓臂末端掰直,静置1小时左右,然后采用解弓工具拿子反曲弓臂,静置1小时后上弦;
步骤六、调弓:调正上弦弓梢,调整上下弓臂的弓档大小,调弓的方法是采用热风枪烤弓臂的仿筋层,使弓臂的侧向拧力弱化,同时根据弓梢的正偏,偏了就反方向掰正定位,冷却定型。
进一步地,所述涤纶纤维或0.13毫米厚度的涤纶纤维布的延展率为10%-15%。完成所述一种仿筋角弓的材料配方的实施。
当然,本发明还可以有其他多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可以根据本发明做出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种仿筋角弓的材料配方,其特征在于:
所述仿筋角弓的材料配方的组份为:涤纶纤维丝和/或涤纶纤维丝布、竹或木材质弓胎、聚碳酸酯片、GCC135环氧树脂、3MCA40H胶水;
所述仿筋角弓的材料配方用于制作高仿筋角弓,所述高仿筋角弓采用3MCA40H胶水和聚碳酸脂片在弓胎背侧弓臂面胶粘紧固贴合设置聚碳酸脂片仿角层,并用夹压工具夹紧弓胎和聚碳酸脂片仿角层,使其粘黏至严丝合缝,再在弓胎正面弓臂上严丝合缝胶粘紧固层叠贴合设置涤纶纤维布仿筋纤维层,所述聚碳酸脂片仿角层采用单层结构,厚度根据弓胎厚度和成弓后所需拉力大小设定,所述涤纶纤维布仿筋纤维层采用涤纶纤维或0.13毫米厚度的涤纶纤维布与GCC135环氧树脂胶水层叠贴合胶粘紧固设置,每6-8层0.13毫米厚度的涤纶纤维布和GCC135环氧树脂胶水层复合粘固形成1mm厚度的涤纶纤维布仿筋纤维层,根据所述弓胎的厚度选择三次或四次铺到对应弓胎厚度,所述弓胎与所述聚碳酸脂片仿角层、涤纶纤维布仿筋纤维层的厚度比为1:1:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种仿筋角弓的材料配方,其特征在于,所述高仿筋角弓的制作方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、制作弓胎:采用木板或竹板,精刨平整,贴弓把,插粘弓梢修磨预形变区,沾水热烤竹木弓胎使其软化反曲呈圆弧O形或曲线C型的弓胎;
步骤二、粘固仿角层:取适量3MCA40H胶水涂满所述弓胎的背面弓臂面,将聚碳酸酯片与所述弓胎的背面弓臂面充分粘合,采用A字夹、压力钳、木工G夹、或传统走绳等夹压工具对所述聚碳酸酯片和弓胎的弓臂粘黏部位均匀施加压力60分钟左右,以达到弓胎与所述聚碳酸酯片之间严丝合缝,并使胶水充分固化粘合形成粘结一体的聚碳酸脂片仿角层;
