背景技术
沙发面料是在沙发制造过程中所用到的各种主体覆盖物的统称或者简称，按照原材料成分分类，有全棉的，亚麻的，化纤的。面料在加工成成品后，在面料使用过程中不可避免要遭受到各种摩擦，面料的在摩擦的过程中会受到不同程度上的磨损，而且在实际使用时的耐用性较低，极易发生断裂的状况，抗拉强度较低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述不足，而提供一种设计合理、结构简单、耐拉伸、耐撕裂的仿棉绒复合面料。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是：一种仿棉绒耐撕裂复合面料，包括基布层和面布层，所述基布层与面布层通过粘结层连接，所述粘结层为单层的粘结点组成，均匀点涂在基布层和面布层之间，粘结点的形状为圆形，所述基布层上还粘结有PU皮层，基布层与PU皮层之间通过涂覆的水溶性聚氨酯粘胶剂粘结，所述面布层为经纱及纬纱交织而成，所述面布层的经纱和纬纱均为涤纶纤维，起绒面由面布层的经纱起绒而成；所述基布层为经纱及纬纱交织而成，所述基布层的经纱和纬纱均采用PTT纤维和尼龙纤维加捻而成。
作为优选，所述起绒面的起绒长度为0.7-0.9mm。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有以下优点和效果：1、多层结构保证了面料具有良好的耐撕裂度，在面布层起绒手感好；2、基布层的经纱和纬纱均采用PTT纤维和尼龙纤维加捻，伸缩性强，弹力效果好；3、粘结层由单层的粘结点构成，通过胶点转移的方式均匀点涂在涂覆，粘结牢固。

参见图1，本实施例中的仿棉绒耐撕裂复合面料，包括基布层1和面布层2，基布层1与面布层2通过粘结层3连接，粘结层3为单层的粘结点6组成，均匀点涂在基布层1和面布层2之间，粘结点6的形状为圆形，基布层1上还粘结有PU皮层4，基布层1与PU皮层4之间通过涂覆的水溶性聚氨酯粘胶剂粘结，面布层2为经纱及纬纱交织而成，面布层2的经纱和纬纱均为涤纶纤维，起绒面5由面布层2的经纱起绒而成；基布层1为经纱及纬纱交织而成，基布层1的经纱和纬纱均采用PTT纤维和尼龙纤维加捻而成。
本实施例起绒面的起绒长度为0.7-0.9mm。
