背景技术
沙发面料是在沙发制造过程中所用到的各种主体覆盖物的统称或者简称,按照原材料成分分类,有全棉的,亚麻的,化纤的。而化纤又有很多种,包括涤纶、腈纶,粘胶,人造丝等,同时很多化纤面料都是几种成分混在一起的。面料在加工成成品后,在面料使用过程中不可避免要遭受到各种摩擦,面料的在摩擦的过程中会受到不同程度上的磨损,而且在实际使用时的耐用性较低,极易发生断裂的状况,抗拉强度较低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述不足,而提供一种设计合理、结构简单、耐拉伸、耐撕裂、透气性好的复合面料。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:一种耐拉伸和撕裂复合面料,包括由经纱和纬纱平纹交织而成的基层,所述经纱采用PTT纤维和尼龙纤维加捻而成,所述纬纱采用PTT纤维和尼龙纤维加捻而成,所述基层上粘合有耐磨层,所述耐磨层的材料为聚氨酯树脂,所述耐磨层内设置有若干透气小孔,所述基层上表面设有若干弧形凸起,所述弧形凸起恰好伸入透气小孔内。经纱和纬纱均采用PTT纤维和尼龙纤维加捻而成,手感柔软,伸缩性强,弹力效果好;添加了耐磨层,使面料的具有很好的耐磨特性;同时为了确保面料的透气性,在耐磨层内设置有若干透气小孔;基层上表面设有若干弧形凸起的设计,加大基层与耐磨层之间接触面积,在保证粘合效果好的同时,耐撕裂度更好。

参见图1,本实施例中的耐拉伸和撕裂复合面料,包括由经纱和纬纱平纹交织而成的基层1,经纱采用PTT纤维和尼龙纤维加捻而成,纬纱采用PTT纤维和尼龙纤维加捻而成,手感柔软,伸缩性强,弹力效果好,基层1上粘合有耐磨层2,耐磨层2的材料为聚氨酯树脂,使面料的具有很好的耐磨特性,耐磨层2内设置有若干透气小孔3,基层1上表面设有若干弧形凸起4,弧形凸起4恰好伸入透气小孔3内,加大基层1与耐磨层2之间接触面积,在保证粘合效果好的同时,相互作用使得耐撕裂度更好。
