As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a gastroscope cleaning and sterilizing apparatus comprising:
the box body 1 is provided with a box cover 2 at the top, an equipment cavity and an operation cavity at the inside, wherein the operation cavity is provided with a liquid inlet 3 and a liquid outlet 4;
the tensioning structure comprises a pair of traction shafts 5 and a pair of traction motors 7, wherein the traction shafts 5 are symmetrically arranged at the middle lower part of the working cavity along the left-right direction, the traction shafts 5 are horizontally arranged along the front-back direction, grooves are formed in the traction shafts 5, fixed sockets are formed in the grooves, the traction motors 7 are symmetrically arranged in the equipment cavity, and one end parts of the traction shafts 5 extend into the equipment cavity and are fixedly connected with output shafts of the traction motors 7 respectively;
the suspension structure comprises a pair of suspension assemblies, a disinfection spray pipe 8 and a drying spray pipe 9, wherein the suspension assemblies are symmetrically arranged at the upper part of the working cavity along the left-right direction, the suspension assemblies comprise a pair of suspension shafts 10, a transmission belt and a suspension motor 11, the suspension shafts 10 are symmetrically arranged in the working cavity along the front-back direction, the transmission belt is sleeved on the suspension shafts 10, the suspension motor 11 is arranged in the equipment cavity, one end part of one suspension shaft 10 stretches into the equipment cavity and is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the suspension motor 11, the pair of suspension motors 11 rotate at the same direction and the same rotation speed to enable the pair of transmission belts to synchronously reciprocate along the front-back direction, the disinfection spray pipe 8 is arranged at the lower half part of the transmission belt, the drying spray pipe 9 is arranged at the upper half part of the transmission belt, the disinfection spray pipe 8 is communicated with a liquid pump through a liquid guide hose, and the drying spray pipe 9 is communicated with a gas cylinder through a gas guide hose.

The hanging shafts 10 and the driving belts form hanging points on one side (left side or right side), the hanging motor 11 drives one hanging shaft 10 to rotate and drives the driving belts on the side to rotate, the hanging motors 11 on the two sides rotate in the same direction and the driving belts on the two sides rotate in the same direction (along the front-back direction), so that the disinfection spray pipe 8 and the drying spray pipe 9 positioned on the driving belts synchronously move, and the disinfection spray pipe 8 and the drying spray pipe 9 are preferably arranged in a front-back manner, therefore, when the two are synchronously moved, the disinfection spray pipe 8 is not positioned under the drying spray pipe 9, the contact area of the gastroscope pipe and the dry sterile air is increased, and because the two are in a moving state during operation, a liquid guide hose or an air guide hose is arranged to increase the freedom of a pipeline, and most nozzles on the disinfection spray pipe 8 and the drying spray pipe 9 are arranged to be downwards in an umbrella shape.
When in use, the invention mainly comprises three stages: the first stage is a soaking and cleaning stage, the liquid inlet 3 is filled with multienzyme washing liquid to approach or to pass through the traction shaft 5, the pair of traction motors 7 drive the pair of traction shafts 5 to rotate oppositely (the left traction shaft 5 is clockwise, the right traction shaft 5 is anticlockwise), so that the gastroscope tube is stretched and soaked in the multienzyme washing liquid, the second stage is a disinfection spraying stage, the liquid outlet 4 is used for draining the multienzyme washing liquid, the one traction motor 7 firstly drives the one traction shaft 5 to rotate to wind the whole gastroscope tube, then the pair of traction motors 7 drive the pair of traction shafts 5 to rotate in the same direction (the steering is opposite to the winding stage), so that the gastroscope tube is in a real-time tensioning state, meanwhile, the suspension motor 11 drives the suspension shaft 10 to rotate, so that the disinfection spraying pipe 8 reciprocates in the front-rear direction, the nozzle sprays deionized water firstly, the liquid outlet 4 is used for draining deionized water, the hypochlorous acid solution with the concentration of 100-400mg/L is sprayed again, the hypochlorous acid solution is obtained by the sodium hypochlorite solution and hydrochloric acid reaction, the pair of traction shafts 5 can be repeatedly realized, the third stage is a rinsing stage, the drying motor drives the liquid outlet 4 to rotate in the same direction, and the real-time is sprayed out of the sterile spraying pipe, and the air is in the same direction as the suction pipe is driven by the suction motor 10 to rotate, the suction nozzle is in the real-time, the state, the suction pipe is in the state of drying state, and the suction pipe is in the drying state, and the drying state is in the drying state of the air.

in the pair of power structures, a pedal is sleeved on one eccentric auxiliary shaft 18, the pair of eccentric auxiliary shafts 18 are respectively in belt transmission with a pair of transmission shafts 19, and the pair of transmission shafts 19 are meshed through a pair of transmission gears.

2. The gastroscope cleaning and disinfecting device of claim 1, wherein the number of grooves is multiple, and each groove is provided with a fixed socket.
3. The gastroscope cleaning and disinfecting device of claim 1, wherein the bottom of the case is provided with universal wheels.
4. The gastroscope cleaning and disinfecting apparatus of claim 1, wherein a split seal door is further provided in the working chamber above the hanging structure, the split seal door being driven by the power structure to open or close the working chamber.

in the disinfection spraying stage, the liquid draining port drains multienzyme washing liquid, the pair of traction motors drive the pair of traction shafts to rotate in the same direction to enable the gastroscope tube to be in a real-time tensioning state, meanwhile, the drying air spraying tube is closed, the suspension motor drives the suspension shaft to rotate to enable the disinfection spraying tube to reciprocate along the front-back direction, the disinfection spraying tube sprays deionized water under the action of a liquid pump, and after the liquid draining port drains deionized water, the hypochlorous acid solution with the concentration of 100-400mg/L is sprayed;
