When washing hands, the automatic induction door 7 is opened by the induction of medical staff for hand washing operation, the driving mechanism 12 drives the washing roller and the wrist cleaning piece in the hand washing area to rotate, the water source is started to be opened, clean water enters the clean water tank 3602 from the water source interface tube 38, the liquid pump 37 works and extracts disinfectant to enter the clean water tank 3602 to be mixed, then enters the water inlet cavity (the first water inlet cavity 26 or the second water inlet cavity 31) of the washing tank from the water outlet disc 39, the second water guide tube 40 and the first water guide tube 30, then is sprayed into the washing tank in the hand washing area from the water inlet hole (the first water inlet hole 28 or the second water inlet hole 33) of the water inlet cavity to moisten the washing roller and the wrist cleaning piece in the washing tank, and the moistened and rotated washing roller and wrist cleaning piece continuously disinfect and scrub skin to remove dirt, debris and part of hand skin and pathogenic bacteria, eliminating or killing hand-dwelling bacteria and reducing the number of the resident bacteria.
