Detailed Description
Example 1: comprises 1 part of vitamin C; vitamin B1,5 parts; 5 parts of vitamin B2; 5 parts of vitamin B6; 2 parts of folic acid; 1 part pantothenic acid; 1 part of biotin, 1 part of cobalamin, 2 parts of zinc, 4 parts of vitamin A, 1 part of vitamin E and the balance of ethanol solution.
Example 2: comprises 1 part of vitamin C; vitamin B1,8 parts; 8 parts of vitamin B2; 6 parts of vitamin B, 8 parts; 2 parts of folic acid; 1 part of pantothenic acid; 1 part of biotin, 1 part of cobalamin, 2 parts of zinc, 4 parts of vitamin A, 1 part of vitamin E and the balance of ethanol solution.
Example 3: comprises 1 part of vitamin C; 10 parts of vitamin B1; 10 parts of vitamin B2; 10 parts of vitamin B6; 2 parts of folic acid; 1 part pantothenic acid; 1 part of biotin, 1 part of cobalamin, 2 parts of zinc, 4 parts of vitamin A, 1 part of vitamin E and the balance of ethanol solution.
A method for preparing an antibacterial agent, comprising the steps of:
s1, uniformly mixing vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, folic acid, pantothenic acid, biotin, cobalamin, zinc, vitamin A and vitamin E1 in proportion;
s2, adding the mixed medicinal materials into an ethanol solution, heating to 20-40 ℃, and then soaking for 0.2 hour; filtering to obtain the required liquid medicine.
And S3, soaking the chip in the liquid medicine, taking out the chip after soaking, and drying the chip to obtain the medicament chip.
The application of the preparation method of the antibacterial agent is that the powdery agent obtained in S1 is uniformly spread on a chip, and then the chip is implanted into a sanitary towel or a paper diaper.
Preferably, 2-2.5 mg of the powder medicament is spread on the chip with the ratio of the powder medicament to the chip being 1 square centimeter.
An application of the preparation method of the antibacterial agent is that the agent chip obtained in the step S3 is implanted into a sanitary towel or a paper diaper.
Specifically, when the medicament chip is applied to the sanitary towel, the non-woven fabric is uniformly soaked in the antibacterial agent, the medicament chip is processed into a whole roll of novel antibacterial core body with the width of 2.0-4.0 cm or 3.0-6.0 cm through processes of drying, cutting and the like, the medicament core body is put into a production line of various sanitary products such as the sanitary towel, the core body with the length of 8-30 cm is automatically cut by equipment on the production line and fixed at the middle position below the surface layer of the sanitary product according to different product types, and then the medicament chip is produced according to the normal production process of the sanitary product.
Meanwhile, the prepared antibacterial liquid can be uniformly sprayed on the surface layer material of the sanitary product directly contacting with the skin of the human body by spraying equipment in the production process of the sanitary product. The spraying is performed after the sanitary product is formed by pressing. The antibacterial effect is optimized. And then packaging the sprayed sanitary product honey bees. Generally, the amount of the antimicrobial agent to be sprayed is about 0.1g to 0.6g depending on the type of sanitary product.
The invention relates to various sanitary products prepared by using the additive in sanitary napkins, panty liners, baby diapers and paper diapers for old people. The follow-up survey of 2 months on the unnamed 40 female volunteers proves that the effects of removing peculiar smell, pruritus, swelling, pain and other inflammations caused by bacteria for a long time, increasing comfort, improving the sleep quality at night in the menstrual period and other menstrual period syndromes are obvious. Has quick effect of treating red buttocks of infants and can effectively resist anaphylactic symptoms!
