Abstract
The invention discloses a retaining wall structure and a construction method thereof, wherein the retaining wall structure comprises: the supporting piles are arranged along the circumferential direction of the foundation pit, and crown beams are formed by pouring the upper parts of the supporting piles; one end of the embedded steel bar is anchored in the crown beam, and the other end of the embedded steel bar extends above the crown beam; and the retaining wall body is poured above the crown beam, and the other end of the embedded steel bar is anchored in the retaining wall body. The invention solves the problems of time and labor waste, high construction cost and long construction period of the existing retaining wall.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a retaining wall construction including: a plurality of supporting piles 1, planting bars 2 and a retaining wall body 3.
In this embodiment, a plurality of support piles 1 are arranged in one turn in the circumferential direction of the foundation pit. And the crown beam 11 is formed on the upper parts of the plurality of supporting piles 1 in a pouring way. The crown beam is provided with a circle along the circumferential direction of the foundation pit and is a closed loop.
One end of the embedded bar 2 is anchored in the crown beam 11, and the other end of the embedded bar 2 extends to the upper part of the crown beam 11.
The retaining wall body 3 is cast over the crown beam 11. In this embodiment, the retaining wall body is a concrete retaining wall body. The other end of the planting bar 2 is anchored in the retaining wall body 3.
In a preferred embodiment, a waterproof curtain 4 is arranged outside the plurality of supporting piles 1. The waterproof curtain 4 is provided with a circle of closed loop along the circumferential direction of the foundation pit.

The invention provides a construction method of a retaining wall structure, which comprises the following steps:
s1: and pouring a plurality of supporting piles 1 along the circumferential direction of the foundation pit, and pouring the upper parts of the plurality of supporting piles 1 to form crown beams 11.
S2: and implanting the embedded bars 2 into the upper part of the crown beam 11, so that one ends of the embedded bars 2 are anchored in the crown beam 11, and the other ends of the embedded bars 2 extend to the upper part of the crown beam 11.
S3: and pouring the retaining wall body 3 above the crown beam 11, so that the other end of the embedded bar 2 is anchored in the retaining wall body 3.
The retaining wall structure fully utilizes the supporting piles and the crown beams which are good and stable in stress condition, and the retaining wall body is poured between the crown beams, so that the retaining wall structure has the characteristics of simple construction, safe stress, attractive appearance and the like, and not only can reduce deformation and settlement of components, but also can save cost.

1. A retaining wall construction, comprising:
the supporting piles are arranged along the circumferential direction of the foundation pit, and crown beams are formed by pouring the upper parts of the supporting piles;
one end of the embedded steel bar is anchored in the crown beam, and the other end of the embedded steel bar extends above the crown beam; and
the retaining wall body is poured above the crown beam, and the other end of the embedded steel bar is anchored in the retaining wall body.
2. A retaining wall construction according to claim 1, characterized in that a waterproof curtain is driven outside a plurality of the support piles, the waterproof curtain being provided in a circle in a circumferential direction of the foundation pit.
3. A retaining wall construction according to claim 1, characterized in that the crown beams are arranged in a circle in the circumferential direction of the foundation pit, and inner supports are installed at the inner sides of the crown beams.
4. A retaining wall construction according to claim 3 wherein the inner support is a concrete support.
5. A retaining wall construction according to claim 1, characterized in that the top of the soil mass outside the retaining wall body is cast with a hardened reinforcing layer, which is flush with the top of the retaining wall body.
6. A retaining wall construction according to claim 5, characterized in that the retaining wall is provided on the side of the crown beam remote from the foundation pit.
7. A construction method of a retaining wall structure according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by comprising the steps of:
pouring a plurality of supporting piles along the circumferential direction of the foundation pit, and pouring the upper parts of the supporting piles to form crown beams;
implanting a planting bar at the upper part of the crown beam, so that one end of the planting bar is anchored in the crown beam, and the other end of the planting bar extends to the upper part of the crown beam;
and pouring a retaining wall body above the crown beam, so that the other end of the embedded bar is anchored in the retaining wall body.
