Claims (8)
1. A microbial agent for livestock and poultry manure compost is characterized by comprising the following components: bacillus subtilis, azotobacter vinelandii, paecilomyces lilacinus, bacillus coagulans, trichoderma harzianum, streptomyces microflavus, trichoderma reesei, organophosphorus bacteria, potassium bacteria, and Rhizobium astragalis;
the microbial agent for the livestock and poultry manure compost is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 2.0-3.0 parts of bacillus subtilis, 2.6-3.7 parts of azotobacter vinelandii, 1.8-2.4 parts of paecilomyces lilacinus, 3.3-4.0 parts of bacillus coagulans, 2.1-3.1 parts of trichoderma harzianum, 4.0-4.2 parts of streptomyces microflavus, 0.6-0.8 part of trichoderma, 0.3-0.4 part of organophosphorus bacteria, 0.3-0.4 part of potassium bacteria and 0.5-1.0 part of rhizobium sinense.

The microbial agent for livestock and poultry manure compost according to claim 1, which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 2.0 parts of bacillus subtilis, 2.6 parts of azotobacter vinelandii, 1.8 parts of paecilomyces lilacinus, 3.3 parts of bacillus coagulans, 2.1 parts of trichoderma harzianum, 4.0 parts of streptomyces microflavus, 0.6 part of trichoderma, 0.3 part of organophosphorus bacteria, 0.3 part of potassium bacteria and 0.5 part of rhizobium purpureum.
3. The microbial agent for livestock and poultry manure compost according to claim 1, which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 2.5 parts of bacillus subtilis, 3.0 parts of azotobacter vinelandii, 2.1 parts of paecilomyces lilacinus, 3.6 parts of bacillus coagulans, 2.6 parts of trichoderma harzianum, 4.1 parts of streptomyces microflavus, 0.7 part of trichoderma, 0.35 part of organophosphorus bacteria, 0.35 part of potassium bacteria and 0.7 part of rhizobium purpureum.

The microbial agent for livestock and poultry manure compost as claimed in claim 1, which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 3.0 parts of bacillus subtilis, 3.7 parts of azotobacter vinelandii, 2.4 parts of paecilomyces lilacinus, 4.0 parts of bacillus coagulans, 3.1 parts of trichoderma harzianum, 4.2 parts of streptomyces microflavus, 0.8 part of trichoderma, 0.4 part of organophosphorus bacteria, 0.4 part of potassium bacteria and 1.0 part of rhizobium purpureum.
5. The microbial inoculant for compost of livestock and poultry manure as claimed in claim 1, wherein said streptomyces microflavus is mainly fermented from liquid culture medium of soybean cake powder, glucose, calcium hydrochloride and sodium chloride.
6. The microbial inoculant for livestock and poultry manure compost as claimed in claim 5, wherein the soybean cake powder content is 3g, the glucose content is 3g, the calcium hydrochloride content is 0.5g, and the sodium chloride content is 0.4g.
7. The microbial inoculant for composting livestock and poultry manure of claim 1, wherein said azotobacter vinelandii and said potassium bacteria are both cultured on Ashby medium, said trichoderma is cultured on potato sucrose medium, said organophosphorus bacteria is cultured on lecithin medium, and said rhizobium sinense is cultured on yeast juice sucrose medium.
8. The microbial inoculant for composting livestock and poultry manure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1, strain culture: respectively inoculating bacillus subtilis, azotobacter vinelandii, paecilomyces lilacinus, bacillus coagulans, trichoderma harzianum, streptomyces microflavus, trichoderma, organophosphorus bacteria, potassium bacteria and rhizobium astragalii into respective culture medium for culture;
s2, preparing a bacterial liquid; putting the various strains cultured in the step S1 into a medicine bottle of a seed culture medium in a slant inoculation mode, and performing individual culture by using a liquid culture medium to obtain a bacterial liquid of the strains;
s3, mixing bacterial liquid; uniformly putting the various bacterial liquids prepared in the step S2 into a fermentation tank filled with seeds, and stirring and mixing to obtain a composite seed liquid;
s4, preparing a composite bacterial liquid; inoculating all the seed liquid in the step S3 into a seed tank filled with a fermentation culture medium for fermentation culture to obtain a compound bacterial liquid;
s5, preparing a biological agent: drying and spraying the compound bacterial liquid obtained in the step S4 to obtain a finished product biological agent;
s6, packaging and warehousing: and (5) adding the finished product biological agent in the step S5 into a filling machine, packaging the finished product biological agent into a container by using the filling machine, and storing the packaged finished product biological agent in a warehouse.
