Description

Body position adjusting device for special patient
Technical Field
The present application relates to the technical field of medical devices, and in particular to a posture adjustment device for a particular patient.
Background
The difficulty of oral treatment procedures has a close relationship with the relative positions of the patient and the physician. The good position can enable the patient to better expose the operation area for doctors, and the operation is convenient. In some special patients or cases, special positions are needed to ensure the safety of the patients, prevent and treat complications or facilitate the operation. For example, in the treatment process of gestational patients, long-time lying in the supine position can cause the venous pressure of the lower cavity of the embryo to cause unsmooth blood reflux and lower body position blood pressure, so that the right buttocks are required to be 10-15cm higher than the left buttocks to give way in treatment, and the complications are avoided. For pregnant women or obese patients, the conventional custom-made oral treatment chairs have larger size, smaller area, low comfort level when the patients visit the doctor, and easy sliding off the dental chairs when the patients do actions such as turning over, so that certain dangerous situations occur.
In addition, in the treatment process of certain upper and lower jaw posterior teeth, the patient needs to open a large mouth and coordinate with actions such as turning, tilting or lowering the head to expose an operation area, so that the treatment is performed. However, the maintenance of these postures unsupported for a long period of time is often painful or not persistent for the patient.
The existing clinical oral treatment chairs can only perform overall rough adjustment on supine amplitude, cannot independently perform fine adjustment among all parts, cannot realize the direction of left and right rotation, and cannot meet the body position requirements of patients in the treatment process.
