Further, as shown in fig. 1-3, the loading mechanism 3 includes several groups of loading plates 31 disposed on the conveyor belt 11 and used for receiving feed pellets, several groups of storage tanks 32 disposed on the loading plates 31 and matched with the feed pellets, waste holes 33 disposed at the bottom of the storage tanks 32, and several groups of drain holes disposed on the conveyor belt 11 and corresponding to the positions of the waste holes 33, and the waste holes 33 are used for discharging waste generated by punching the feed pellets.

Further, as shown in fig. 1-2 and fig. 6-8, the transport assembly 41 includes a bracket 411 provided on the carriage 1 and a chain 412 provided on the bracket 411 and rotating in synchronization with the conveyor belt 11;
the hole pressing assembly 42 comprises a plurality of groups of lifting rods 421 which are arranged on the chain 412 in a penetrating and sliding manner through mounting seats, the lower end parts of the lifting rods 421 are provided with annular cutters and correspond to the positions of the waste holes 33, elastic pieces 422 which are arranged between the upper end parts of the lifting rods 421 and the chain 412 and used for resetting the lifting rods 421, driving rails 423 which are arranged on the support 411 and used for driving the lifting rods 421 to descend through hanging rods, and rolling wheels 424 which are arranged at the upper end parts of the lifting rods 421 and roll along the driving rails 423, the driving rails 423 are composed of horizontal parts and pressing parts on two sides, and the rolling wheels 424 at the upper ends of the lifting rods 421 roll along the pressing parts of the driving rails 423, so that the lifting rods 421 can descend to punch feed particles in the storage grooves 32.
The limiting assembly 43 includes a hanger plate 431 disposed on the bracket 411 and contacting with the upper end of the loading plate 31, and a plurality of groups of bar-shaped holes 432 formed on the hanger plate 431 and used for the lifting rods 421 to pass through.
In this embodiment, through the cooperation of the hole pressing assembly 42 and the transmission assembly 41, on one hand, the transmission assembly 41 carries the hole pressing assembly 42 to move synchronously with the material loading mechanisms 3 on the conveyor belt 11, so that the hole pressing assembly 42 corresponds to the material storage groove 32 of the material loading plate 31, the hole pressing assembly 42 is convenient to punch the feed particles in each material loading mechanism 3 respectively, on the other hand, the hole pressing assembly 42 can punch the feed particles automatically, the hole pressing assembly 42 can reset automatically, the hole pressing assembly 42 can be recycled alternately, the feed particles in the material loading mechanisms 3 can be punched continuously, and batch production of feeds can be realized; in detail, when the feed particles carried by the carrier plate 31 on the conveyor belt 11 sequentially pass through the position of the punching mechanism 4, the conveying assembly 41 carries the hole pressing assembly 42 to rotate synchronously with the conveyor belt 11, so that the lifting rod 421 is driven to descend by the driving rail 423, the annular cutter at the lower end of the lifting rod 421 punches the end part of the feed particles in the storage tank 32, waste materials generated by punching the feed particles are discharged from the waste material hole 33, and then the lifting rod 421 is lifted and reset by the elastic force of the elastic piece 422, so that the annular cutter at the lower end of the lifting rod 421 is convenient to recycle again.
Further, as shown in fig. 1-2 and fig. 4-5, the first granule extruding mechanism 2 includes a first granulator 22 disposed on the conveying frame 1 through a first vertical plate 21, a first cutter 23 disposed on the first vertical plate 21 and located below the first granulator 22 for cutting off the feed granules, and a blanking assembly 24 disposed on the first vertical plate 21 through an L-shaped support plate for adjusting the dropping speed of the feed granules, wherein the functions and structures of the first granulator 22 and the second granulator 5 are all of the prior art, and are not repeated herein;
the blanking assembly 24 includes a plurality of groups of blanking channels 241 penetrating through the L-shaped support plate and corresponding to the positions of the storage tanks 32, a blanking hopper 242 arranged at the upper end of the blanking channels 241 and used for receiving feed particles, a plurality of groups of driving wheels 243 rotatably arranged at two sides of the blanking channels 241 and used for driving the feed particles to fall down through shafts, and a first stepping motor 244 arranged on the first vertical plate 21 and used for driving one shaft to rotate, wherein one end of the shaft on the same side of the blanking channels 241 penetrates through the L-shaped support plate and synchronously rotates through a belt, and the shafts on two sides of the blanking channels 241 are reversely rotated through gear transmission.
In this embodiment, by matching the first granulator 22 and the blanking component 24, the dropping speed of the feed particles produced by the first granulator 22 can be adjusted, so that the dropping frequency of the feed particles is the same as the moving speed of the material carrying plate 31 on the conveying belt 11, and the feed particles produced by the first granulator 22 can be ensured to drop into the material storage groove 32 of the material carrying plate 31 correspondingly in sequence; in detail, the feed produced by the first granulator 22 is cut into particles sequentially by the first cutter 23, so that the feed particles fall into the blanking channel 241 from the blanking hopper 242, and meanwhile, the first stepping motor 244 synchronously accelerates the falling of the feed particles by means of the shaft lever, the belt and the gear transmission, so that the feed particles accurately and completely fall into the storage groove 32 of the material carrying plate 31 sequentially, and the extruding operation of the feed is completed.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 9-12, the second granule extruding mechanism 5 comprises a second granulator 52 arranged on the conveying frame 1 through a second vertical plate 51, a second cutter 53 arranged on the second vertical plate 51 and positioned below the second granulator 52 for cutting off the traditional Chinese medicine granules, a plurality of groups of material receiving channels 54 arranged on the second vertical plate 51 through connecting plates and used for receiving the traditional Chinese medicine granules, a coating channel 55 horizontally arranged at the lower end part of the material receiving channel 54 and used for coating the traditional Chinese medicine granules with coating liquid, a speed regulating channel 56 vertically arranged at one end part of the coating channel 55 and used for regulating the dropping speed of the traditional Chinese medicine granules, and a baffle 57 arranged on the conveying frame 1 and used for limiting the traditional Chinese medicine granules from leaking from the waste hole 33;
the two sides of the coating channel 55 are rotatably provided with a plurality of groups of coating rollers 551 through rotating shafts, the connecting plate is provided with a liquid storage box 552 filled with coating liquid, the liquid storage box 552 is respectively communicated with the upper end parts of the coating rollers 551 through a guide pipe, the rotating shafts positioned at the same side of the coating channel 55 synchronously rotate through belts, the rotating shafts positioned at the two sides of the coating channel 55 rotate in opposite directions through gear transmission, and the bottom of the coating channel 55 is provided with a second stepping motor 553 for driving one rotating shaft through an extension plate;
the two side surfaces of the speed regulating channel 56 are provided with a plurality of groups of speed regulating wheels 561 through rotating rods, the rotating rods positioned on the same side of the speed regulating channel 56 synchronously rotate through belts, the rotating rods positioned on the two sides of the speed regulating channel 56 rotate in opposite directions through gear transmission, and the outer side wall of the speed regulating channel 56 is provided with a third stepping motor 562 for driving one rotating rod.
In the embodiment, the second granulator 52 and the coating channel 55 are matched, so that the traditional Chinese medicine granules produced by the second granulator 52 can be coated, the traditional Chinese medicine granules are conveniently adhered in the central holes of the feed granules, the traditional Chinese medicine granules are prevented from being separated from the feed, and the production quality of the pig feed is improved; in detail, when the conveyor belt 11 carries perforated feed particles under the speed regulating channel 56, the Chinese medicinal particles produced by the second granulator 52 are cut into particles sequentially through the second cutter 53, so that the Chinese medicinal particles fall into the material receiving channel 54, then the liquid coating rollers 551 on two sides of the coating channel 55 rapidly coat and horizontally convey the Chinese medicinal particles into the speed regulating channel 56 in a second stepping motor 553, a belt and gear transmission mode, and meanwhile, the speed regulating wheels 561 in the speed regulating channel 56 rapidly fall into the central holes of the feed particles in a third stepping motor 562, the belt and gear transmission mode, so that the speed regulating wheels 561 can ensure that the Chinese medicinal particles accurately and completely fall into the central holes of the feed particles in sequence, and then the Chinese medicinal particles adhere into the feed particles through coating liquid, thereby completing the work of embedding the Chinese medicinal particles into the feed.
Further, as shown in fig. 1-2, a waste collection mechanism 6 is provided on the carriage 1 for collecting waste generated by punching of the feed pellets;
the waste collection mechanism 6 comprises a waste box 61 arranged on the conveying frame 1 and located at a position right below the driving rail 423, and a drawer 62 which is arranged in the waste box 61 in a matching sliding manner and is used for collecting waste generated by punching of feed particles.
In the embodiment, through the cooperation of the waste collection mechanism 6 and the punching mechanism 4, on one hand, the waste generated by punching the feed can be discharged from the feed carrying mechanism 3, so that the feed punching work is ensured to be successfully completed, on the other hand, the waste generated by punching the feed can be collected and reused, the raw material waste of pig feed is reduced, and the production cost of enterprises is reduced; in detail, the punching mechanism 4 discharges the waste generated by punching the feed from the waste hole 33 of the carrier plate 31, so that the waste falls into the drawer 62 of the waste box 61 from the leak hole on the conveyor belt 11, and the waste can be taken out for reuse by pulling out the drawer 62.

It should be noted that, in the process that the conveyor belt 11 carries the finished feed to the lower part of the conveying frame 1, a part of the feed in the feed carrying mechanism 3 falls into the feed discharging channel 72 under the action of self weight, then another part of the feed in the feed carrying mechanism 3 falls onto the conveyor belt 71 under the action of self weight, and the conveyor belt 71 carries the feed into the feed discharging channel 72, so as to complete the feed discharging work.
Example III
A preparation method of a pig feed added with Chinese herbal medicine for health care comprises the following steps:
step one, a batching procedure, wherein the feed consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of grains, 10-20 parts of traditional Chinese medicines and 5-10 parts of coating liquid; the grains consist of 65-70 parts by weight of corn and 30-35 parts by weight of bean cake, and are crushed and uniformly mixed and then put into a first granulator 22 for standby; the traditional Chinese medicine is prepared from 25-30 parts by weight of fructus forsythiae, 15-20 parts by weight of coptis chinensis, 5-8 parts by weight of rhizoma dryopteris crassirhizomae, 6-10 parts by weight of roasted ephedra herb, 3-6 parts by weight of agastache rugosus, 10-15 parts by weight of radix isatidis, 5-10 parts by weight of earthworm, 8-12 parts by weight of rheum officinale and 5-10 parts by weight of liquorice, firstly, mixing the traditional Chinese medicines, crushing the mixed materials to obtain mixed crushed materials, then adding strains and water into the mixed crushed materials for fermentation, drying the fermented materials at a low temperature, crushing the fermented materials, uniformly mixing the crushed materials with baking soda to obtain traditional Chinese medicine powder, and putting the traditional Chinese medicine powder into a second granulator 52 for standby; the coating liquid adopts aqueous acrylic resin solution, and the coating liquid is put into a liquid storage box 552 for standby; wherein the strain is bacillus subtilis, the fermentation temperature is 35-50 ℃, the fermentation humidity is 40-60%, the fermentation time is 10-70 hours, the low-temperature drying temperature is 40-60 ℃, and the low-temperature drying time is 20-60 minutes, so that the feed capable of reducing ammonia nitrogen emission in a pig farm is prepared, and the feed has the health care effect of preventing and treating chicken influenza;
step two, a granulating process, namely extruding grains into feed by a first granulator 22, sequentially cutting the feed into feed particles by a first cutter 23, and enabling the feed particles to fall down through driving wheels 243 on two sides of a material channel 241 in an accelerated manner, so that the feed particles accurately and correspondingly fall into a material loading mechanism 3 in sequence;
step three, a punching process, namely sequentially passing through a punching mechanism 4 by carrying a carrying mechanism 3 on a conveyer belt 11, and sequentially punching the ends of feed particles in the carrying mechanism 3 by the punching mechanism 4;
step four, a medicine embedding procedure, namely sequentially cutting the traditional Chinese medicine strips generated by the second granulator 52 into particles through the second cutter 53 by the conveying belt 11 carrying the material carrying mechanism 3 through the second grain extruding mechanism 5, enabling the traditional Chinese medicine particles to fall into the material receiving channel 54, enabling the liquid coating rollers 551 on two sides of the coating channel 55 to rapidly coat the traditional Chinese medicine particles and horizontally convey the traditional Chinese medicine particles into the speed regulating channel 56, and enabling the coated traditional Chinese medicine particles to rapidly fall into a central hole of the feed particles by the speed regulating wheel 561 in the speed regulating channel 56;
step five, in the discharging process, in the process that the conveyor belt 11 carries the finished feed to the lower part of the conveying frame 1, part of the feed in the feed carrying mechanism 3 falls into the discharging channel 72, and the other part of the feed in the feed carrying mechanism 3 falls onto the carrier belt 71, and the carrier belt 71 carries the feed into the discharging channel 72, so that the discharging work of the feed is completed.

the two sides of the coating channel are rotatably provided with a plurality of groups of coating liquid rollers through rotating shafts, the connecting plate is provided with liquid storage boxes filled with coating liquid, the liquid storage boxes are respectively communicated with the upper ends of the coating liquid rollers through guide pipes, the rotating shafts on the same side of the coating channel synchronously rotate through belts, the rotating shafts on the two sides of the coating channel are mutually rotated in opposite directions through gear transmission, and the bottom of the coating channel is provided with a second stepping motor for driving one rotating shaft through an extending plate;
