Further, as shown in fig. 1-3, the material loading mechanism 3 includes a plurality of sets of material loading plates 31 disposed on the conveyor belt 11 and used for receiving feed particles, a plurality of sets of material storage slots 32 disposed on the material loading plates 31 and matched with the feed particles, a waste hole 33 disposed at the bottom of the material storage slots 32, and a plurality of sets of leak holes disposed on the conveyor belt 11 and corresponding to the waste hole 33, wherein the waste hole 33 is used for discharging waste materials generated by punching the feed particles.
In the embodiment, through the matching of the material carrying mechanism 3 and the punching mechanism 4, on one hand, the conveying belt 11 drives the material carrying mechanism 3 and the punching mechanism 4 to synchronously rotate, so that the punching mechanism 4 sequentially and automatically punches the end part of the feed particles in the material carrying mechanism 3, the automation is better, the feed can be processed in batches, on the other hand, waste materials generated by punching of the feed particles are conveniently discharged, the waste of the raw materials of the feed is reduced, and when the punching mechanism 4 punches and resets the feed particles, the limiting component 43 prevents the feed particles from being taken out of the material carrying mechanism 3, the whole punching work of the feed is smoothly completed, the structural linkage is better, and the punching efficiency of the feed particles is improved; in detail, when the material carrying plate 31 on the conveying belt 11 carries the feed particles to sequentially pass through the position of the punching mechanism 4, the conveying assembly 41 drives the hole pressing assembly 42 to synchronously rotate with the conveying belt 11, so that the hole pressing assembly 42 sequentially punches the end parts of the feed particles in the material carrying plate 31, waste materials generated by punching the feed particles are discharged from the waste holes 33, and the punching work on the feed particles is sequentially completed.
Further, as shown in fig. 1-2 and fig. 6-8, the transmission assembly 41 includes a bracket 411 disposed on the conveying frame 1 and a chain 412 disposed on the bracket 411 and rotating synchronously with the conveying belt 11;
the hole pressing assembly 42 comprises a plurality of groups of lifting rods 421 which are arranged on the chains 412 in a penetrating and sliding manner through mounting seats and provided with ring cutters at the lower end parts and correspond to the waste hole 33 in position, elastic pieces 422 which are arranged at the upper end parts of the lifting rods 421 and between the chains 412 and used for resetting the lifting rods 421, driving tracks 423 which are arranged on the supports 411 through suspension rods and used for driving the lifting rods 421 to descend, and rollers 424 which are arranged at the upper end parts of the lifting rods 421 and roll along the driving tracks 423, wherein the driving tracks 423 are composed of horizontal parts and downward pressing parts at two sides, and the rollers 424 at the upper ends of the lifting rods 421 roll along the downward pressing parts of the driving tracks 423, so that the lifting rods 421 can descend to punch the feed particles in the storage grooves 32.
The limiting assembly 43 comprises a hanging plate 431 arranged on the bracket 411 and contacted with the upper end of the material carrying plate 31, and a plurality of groups of strip-shaped holes 432 arranged on the hanging plate 431 and used for the lifting rod 421 to pass through.
In the embodiment, through the matching of the arranged hole pressing component 42 and the transmission component 41, on one hand, the transmission component 41 carries the hole pressing component 42 to move synchronously with the material loading mechanism 3 on the conveying belt 11, so that the hole pressing component 42 correspondingly corresponds to the position of the material storage groove 32 of the material loading plate 31, which is convenient for the hole pressing component 42 to punch the feed particles in each material loading mechanism 3 in sequence, on the other hand, the hole pressing component 42 can punch the feed particles automatically, and the hole pressing component 42 can reset automatically, so that the hole pressing component 42 can be used alternately and circularly, the feed particles in the material loading mechanism 3 can be punched continuously, and the feed can be produced in batches; in detail, when the material carrying plate 31 on the conveying belt 11 carries the feed particles to sequentially pass through the position of the punching mechanism 4, the conveying assembly 41 drives the hole pressing assembly 42 to synchronously rotate with the conveying belt 11, so that the lifting rod 421 is driven by the driving rail 423 to descend, the ring cutter at the lower end of the lifting rod 421 punches the ends of the feed particles in the material storage tank 32, waste materials generated by punching the feed particles are discharged from the waste material hole 33, then the lifting rod 421 is lifted by the elastic force of the elastic member 422 to reset, and the ring cutter at the lower end of the lifting rod 421 is conveniently recycled.
Further, as shown in fig. 1-2 and fig. 4-5, the first pelletizing mechanism 2 includes a first pelletizer 22 disposed on the conveying frame 1 through a first vertical plate 21, a first cutter 23 disposed on the first vertical plate 21 and located below the first pelletizer 22 for cutting off feed pellets, and a blanking assembly 24 disposed on the first vertical plate 21 through an L-shaped support plate and used for adjusting the falling speed of the feed pellets, and functions and structures of the first pelletizer 22 and the second pelletizer 5 are all prior art and are not described herein again;
the blanking assembly 24 includes a plurality of groups of blanking channels 241 penetrating through the L-shaped support plate and corresponding to the position of the material storage slot 32, a blanking hopper 242 disposed at the upper end of the blanking channel 241 and used for receiving feed particles, a plurality of groups of driving wheels 243 disposed at two sides of the blanking channel 241 through rotation of shaft rods and used for driving the feed particles to fall, and a first stepping motor 244 disposed on the first vertical plate 21 and used for driving one shaft rod to rotate, wherein one end of the shaft rod located at the same side as the blanking channel 241 penetrates through the L-shaped support plate and rotates synchronously through a belt, and the shaft rods located at two sides of the blanking channel 241 rotate in opposite directions through gear transmission.
In the embodiment, the first granulator 22 and the blanking assembly 24 are arranged to cooperate with each other, so that the falling speed of the feed particles produced by the first granulator 22 can be adjusted, the falling frequency of the feed particles is the same as the moving speed of the material carrying plate 31 on the conveyor belt 11, and the feed particles produced by the first granulator 22 can be ensured to sequentially and correspondingly fall into the material storage groove 32 of the material carrying plate 31; in detail, the fodder produced by the first granulator 22 is cut into granules in sequence by the first cutter 23, so that the fodder granules fall from the blanking hopper 242 into the blanking channel 241, and meanwhile, the first stepping motor 244 accelerates the fall of the fodder granules synchronously by the driving wheels 243 on both sides of the blanking channel 241 through a shaft lever, a belt and a gear transmission mode, so that the fodder granules accurately and completely fall into the stock tank 32 of the material carrying plate 31 in sequence, and the fodder is extruded.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 9 to 12, the second granule extruding mechanism 5 includes a second granulator 52 disposed on the conveying frame 1 through a second vertical plate 51, a second cutter 53 disposed on the second vertical plate 51 and located below the second granulator 52 for cutting off the traditional Chinese medicine granules, a plurality of groups of material receiving channels 54 disposed on the second vertical plate 51 through connecting plates and used for receiving the traditional Chinese medicine granules, a coating channel 55 horizontally disposed at the lower end of the material receiving channel 54 and used for coating the traditional Chinese medicine granules with a coating liquid, a speed regulating channel 56 vertically disposed at one end of the coating channel 55 and used for regulating the falling speed of the traditional Chinese medicine granules, and a baffle 57 disposed on the conveying frame 1 and used for limiting the traditional Chinese medicine granules from leaking out of the waste material hole 33;
two side surfaces of the coating channel 55 are rotatably provided with a plurality of groups of liquid coating rollers 551 through rotating shafts, the connecting plate is provided with a liquid storage box 552 filled with coating liquid, the liquid storage box 552 is respectively communicated with the upper ends of the liquid coating rollers 551 through a guide pipe, the rotating shafts positioned on the same side of the coating channel 55 synchronously rotate through a belt, the rotating shafts positioned on two sides of the coating channel 55 are mutually reversely rotated through gear transmission, and the bottom of the coating channel 55 is provided with a second stepping motor 553 for driving one rotating shaft through an extending plate;
the two side surfaces of the speed regulating channel 56 are provided with a plurality of groups of speed regulating wheels 561 through rotation of rotating rods, the rotating rods positioned on the same side of the speed regulating channel 56 rotate synchronously through belts, the rotating rods positioned on the two sides of the speed regulating channel 56 rotate in opposite directions through gear transmission, and the outer side wall of the speed regulating channel 56 is provided with a third stepping motor 562 used for driving one rotating rod.
In the embodiment, the second granulator 52 and the coating channel 55 are matched, so that the traditional Chinese medicine particles produced by the second granulator 52 can be coated, the traditional Chinese medicine particles are conveniently adhered to the central holes of the feed particles, the traditional Chinese medicine particles are prevented from being separated from the feed, and the production quality of the pig feed is improved; in detail, when the feed particles carrying the holes on the conveyor belt 11 pass through the lower part of the speed regulating channel 56, the traditional Chinese medicine particles generated by the second granulator 52 are cut into particles by the second cutter 53 in sequence, so that the traditional Chinese medicine particles fall into the material receiving channel 54, then the liquid coating rollers 551 on two sides of the coating channel 55 rapidly coat and horizontally convey the traditional Chinese medicine particles into the speed regulating channel 56 in a second step motor 553, a belt and gear transmission mode, and meanwhile, the speed regulating wheel 561 in the speed regulating channel 56 enables the coated traditional Chinese medicine particles to fall into the central holes of the feed particles in a rapid and complete manner in the third step motor 562, the belt and gear transmission mode, so that the traditional Chinese medicine particles can accurately and completely fall into the central holes of the feed particles in sequence, and then the traditional Chinese medicine particles are adhered into the feed particles through the coating liquid, and the work of embedding the traditional Chinese medicine particles into the feed is completed.
Further, as shown in fig. 1-2, the feed feeder also comprises a waste collecting mechanism 6 which is arranged on the conveying frame 1 and is used for collecting waste generated by punching feed particles;
the waste collecting mechanism 6 comprises a waste box 61 arranged on the conveying frame 1 and located at a position right below the driving rail 423, and a drawer 62 which is arranged in the waste box 61 in a matching sliding mode and used for collecting waste generated by punching feed particles.
In the embodiment, the waste collecting mechanism 6 and the punching mechanism 4 are matched, so that on one hand, waste generated by punching of the feed can be discharged by the material carrying mechanism 3, the feed punching work is guaranteed to be completed smoothly, on the other hand, the waste generated by punching of the feed can be collected and recycled, the raw material waste of the pig feed is reduced, and the production cost of an enterprise is reduced; in detail, the waste material produced by punching the fodder by the punching mechanism 4 is discharged from the waste material hole 33 of the carrying plate 31, so that the waste material falls into the drawer 62 of the waste material box 61 from the leaking hole on the conveying belt 11, and the drawer 62 is pulled out to take out the waste material for reuse.

further, as shown in fig. 1-2, the feeding device further comprises a discharging mechanism 7 disposed on the conveying rack 1 and used for receiving the finished feed, wherein the discharging mechanism 7 comprises a carrying belt 71 disposed below the conveying rack 1 and used for receiving and carrying the finished feed, and a discharging channel 72 disposed at one end of the carrying belt 71.
It is worth mentioning that, the conveyor belt 11 carries the finished feed to move to the process below the conveyor frame 1, so that a part of the feed in the loading mechanism 3 falls into the discharge channel 72 due to the action of the dead weight, then the other part of the feed in the loading mechanism 3 falls onto the carrying belt 71 due to the action of the dead weight, and the carrying belt 71 carries the feed into the discharge channel 72 to complete the discharge work of the feed.
EXAMPLE III
A preparation method of a health-care pig feed added with Chinese herbal medicines comprises the following steps:
step one, a batching procedure, wherein the feed is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of grain, 10-20 parts of traditional Chinese medicine and 5-10 parts of coating liquid; the grain is composed of 65-70 parts by weight of corn and 30-35 parts by weight of bean cake, and is put into the first granulator 22 for standby after being crushed and mixed uniformly; the traditional Chinese medicine is composed of ingredients with the weight parts of 25-30 parts of fructus forsythiae, 15-20 parts of coptis chinensis, 5-8 parts of rhizoma dryopteris crassirhizomae, 6-10 parts of mix-fried ephedra, 3-6 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb, 10-15 parts of isatis root, 5-10 parts of earthworm, 8-12 parts of rheum officinale and 5-10 parts of liquorice, the traditional Chinese medicines are firstly mixed and then crushed to obtain mixed crushed materials, then strains and water are added into the mixed crushed materials for fermentation, the fermented materials are dried at low temperature, the crushed fermented materials are then uniformly mixed with baking soda to obtain traditional Chinese medicine powder, and the traditional Chinese medicine powder is put into a second granulator 52 for standby application; the coating solution is a water-based acrylic resin solution and is put into the liquid storage box 552 for standby; wherein the strain is bacillus subtilis, the fermentation temperature is 35-50 ℃, the fermentation humidity is 40-60%, the fermentation time is 10-70 hours, the low-temperature drying temperature is 40-60 ℃, and the low-temperature drying time is 20-60 minutes, so that the feed capable of reducing ammonia nitrogen emission in a pig farm is prepared, and the health-care effect of preventing and treating chicken flu is achieved;
step two, a granulating procedure, namely extruding grains into feed by a first granulator 22, cutting the feed into feed particles by a first cutter 23 in sequence, and accelerating the feed particles to fall by driving wheels 243 on two sides of a material channel 241 so that the feed particles accurately and correspondingly fall into the material loading mechanism 3 in sequence;
step three, a punching process, namely, the conveying belt 11 carries the material carrying mechanism 3 to sequentially pass through the punching mechanism 4, and the punching mechanism 4 sequentially punches the end parts of the feed particles in the material carrying mechanism 3;
step four, in the medicine embedding process, the conveying belt 11 carries the material carrying mechanism 3 to sequentially pass through the second granule extruding mechanism 5, the traditional Chinese medicine strips generated by the second granulator 52 are sequentially cut into granules by the second cutter 53, the traditional Chinese medicine granules fall into the material receiving channel 54, the liquid coating rollers 551 on two sides of the coating channel 55 quickly coat the traditional Chinese medicine granules and horizontally convey the traditional Chinese medicine granules into the speed regulating channel 56, and meanwhile, the speed regulating wheel 561 in the speed regulating channel 56 enables the coated traditional Chinese medicine granules to quickly fall into the central holes of the feed granules;
and fifthly, a discharging process, wherein in the process that the conveyor belt 11 carries the finished feed and moves to the lower part of the conveyor frame 1, one part of the feed in the material carrying mechanism 3 falls into the discharging channel 72, the other part of the feed in the material carrying mechanism 3 falls onto the carrying belt 71, and the carrying belt 71 carries the feed into the discharging channel 72 to finish the discharging work of the feed.

the punching mechanism comprises a conveying frame, a conveying assembly, a punching assembly and a limiting assembly, wherein the conveying frame is provided with the conveying assembly which rotates synchronously with the conveying belt and is arranged in a penetrating and sliding mode, the conveying assembly is provided with the punching assembly which is used for sequentially punching feed particles in the loading mechanism, and the limiting assembly is used for limiting the punching assembly to take the feed particles out of the loading mechanism.

The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feeding mechanism comprises a plurality of feeding plates disposed on the conveyor belt for receiving the feed particles, a plurality of storage troughs disposed on the feeding plates and matching with the feed particles, a waste hole disposed at the bottom of the storage trough, and a plurality of discharge holes disposed on the conveyor belt and corresponding to the waste hole, wherein the waste hole is used for discharging the waste generated by punching the feed particles.

The health-care pig feed preparation system with the added Chinese herbal medicines as claimed in any one of claims 1 or 2, wherein the transmission assembly comprises a bracket arranged on the conveying frame and a chain arranged on the bracket and rotating synchronously with the conveying belt;
the punch pressing assembly comprises a plurality of groups, a lifting rod, an elastic piece, a driving rail and a roller, wherein the groups are arranged on the chain in a penetrating and sliding mode through mounting seats, the lifting rod corresponds to the waste hole in position, the upper end portion of the lifting rod is arranged between the chains, the elastic piece is used for resetting the lifting rod, the driving rail is arranged on the support and used for driving the lifting rod to descend, and the roller is arranged at the upper end portion of the lifting rod and rolls along the driving rail.

The system for preparing pig feed with Chinese herbal medicines for health care according to any one of claims 2 or 3, wherein the limiting assembly comprises a hanging plate which is arranged on the bracket and is in contact with the upper end of the material carrying plate, and a plurality of groups of strip-shaped holes which are arranged on the hanging plate and are used for a lifting rod to pass through.

The pig feed preparation system with the added Chinese herbal medicines for health care according to any one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the first pelleting mechanism comprises a first pelleting machine which is arranged on the conveying frame through a first vertical plate, a first cutter which is arranged on the first vertical plate and is positioned below the first pelleting machine for cutting off feed particles, and a blanking assembly which is arranged on the first vertical plate through an L-shaped support plate and is used for adjusting the falling speed of the feed particles;
the blanking assembly comprises a plurality of groups of blanking channels which penetrate through the L-shaped support plate and correspond to the storage groove in position, a blanking hopper which is arranged at the upper end of the blanking channel and used for receiving feed particles, a plurality of groups of driving wheels which are arranged on two sides of the blanking channel through shaft rods in a rotating mode and used for driving the feed particles to fall, and a first stepping motor which is arranged on the first vertical plate and used for driving one shaft rod to rotate, wherein one end of the shaft rod which is positioned on the same side of the blanking channel penetrates through the L-shaped support plate and synchronously rotates through a belt, and the shaft rods which are positioned on two sides of the blanking channel rotate in opposite directions through gear transmission.

The system for preparing pig feed with Chinese herbal medicine health care added according to any one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the second pellet extruding mechanism comprises a second pelletizer arranged on the conveying frame through a second vertical plate, a second cutter arranged on the second vertical plate and located below the second pelletizer for cutting off Chinese herbal medicine particles, a plurality of groups of receiving channels arranged on the second vertical plate through connecting plates and used for receiving Chinese herbal medicine particles, a coating channel horizontally arranged at the lower end of the receiving channel and used for coating liquid on the Chinese herbal medicine particles, a speed regulating channel vertically arranged at one end of the coating channel and used for regulating the falling speed of the Chinese herbal medicine particles, and a baffle arranged on the conveying frame and used for limiting the Chinese herbal medicine particles from leaking out of a waste material hole;
the coating channel is characterized in that a plurality of groups of coating rollers are rotatably arranged on two side surfaces of the coating channel through rotating shafts, liquid storage boxes filled with coating liquid are arranged on the connecting plate and are respectively communicated with the upper end parts of the coating rollers through guide pipes, the rotating shafts positioned on the same side of the coating channel synchronously rotate through a belt, the rotating shafts positioned on two sides of the coating channel are driven by gears to rotate in opposite directions, and a second stepping motor for driving one rotating shaft is arranged at the bottom of the coating channel through an extending plate;
the two side surfaces of the speed regulating channel are provided with a plurality of groups of speed regulating wheels through rotation of the rotating rods, the rotating rods positioned on the same side of the speed regulating channel rotate synchronously through belts, the rotating rods positioned on two sides of the speed regulating channel rotate in opposite directions through gear transmission, and the outer side wall of the speed regulating channel is provided with a third stepping motor for driving one rotating rod.

The system for preparing pig feed with Chinese herbal medicine health care added according to claim 1, further comprising a waste collecting mechanism disposed on the conveying rack for collecting waste generated by punching feed particles and a discharging mechanism disposed on the conveying rack for receiving finished feed.

The system for preparing pig feed with Chinese herbal medicine health care added according to any one of claims 3 or 7, wherein the waste collection mechanism comprises a waste box disposed on the carriage at a position right below the driving rail and a drawer slidably disposed in the waste box for collecting waste generated by punching feed particles.
9. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the discharge mechanism comprises a carrying belt disposed under the carrier for receiving and carrying the finished fodder, and a discharge passage disposed at one end of the carrying belt.
10. The preparation method of the health-care pig feed with the Chinese herbal medicines added according to any one of claims 1 to 9, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
