本发明涉及绳带技术领域,具体指一种一体成型绳带及其制作工艺。该绳带包括绳带主体和绳带头,所述绳带主体为纺织纱线编织而成,包括中空主体层和间隔填充于主体层内部的填充层,所述中空主体层的编织纱线包括交织的化学复丝纱线和热熔丝,所述填充层的编织纱线包括膨体纱;所述绳带头与绳带主体的中空主体层一体连接,且绳带头的编织纱线经过热压定型从而使得绳带头的纱线部分热熔固化连接。本发明的绳带的绳带头与绳带主体一体编织,且通过热压工艺可以将绳带头固化,不仅可以起到防止绳带主体纱线脱落的效果,并且绳带头与绳带主体一体编织,仅需热压固化,无需额外的塑料片或者金属片对其进行固定,工艺更加简单且环保。

本发明涉及绳带技术领域,具体指一种一体成型绳带及其制作工艺。
背景技术
绳带包括鞋带、帽绳、腰带绳等产品,鞋带主要用于绑住鞋子内、外帮面,装饰帮面,调节鞋子松紧度,保证脚踝安全性等,广泛应用于各类运动鞋、休闲鞋、正装皮鞋,帽绳则多用于带帽卫衣、运动服等用以装饰或者调节帽口,腰带绳多用于裤类产品的腰部松紧调节和固定,为方便绳带的鞋带孔、帽绳孔、腰带绳孔等中穿过,绳带两端设置上硬质绳带头,目前的绳带头包括以下几种:一是将具有见状逆止片的金属片包裹在绳带的端头并压合在一起;二是将塑料片涂覆粘合剂并将其包裹住绳带端头并压合在一起。目前上述方式及其结合是应用较广的方式,但其存在工序复杂、使用粘合剂等化学助剂对生产人员的健康带来隐患等问题,因此提供一款生产安全且工艺简单的绳带是十分必要的。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出一种一体成型绳带,该绳带包括绳带主体和绳带头,所述绳带主体为纺织纱线编织而成,包括中空主体层和间隔填充于主体层内部的填充层,所述中空主体层的编织纱线包括交织的化学复丝纱线和热熔丝,所述填充层的编织纱线包括膨体纱;所述绳带头与绳带主体的中空主体层一体连接,且绳带头的编织纱线经过热压定型从而使得绳带头的纱线部分热熔固化连接。
进一步的,所述绳带主体由不少于八股的偶数股的空心管编织而成。
进一步的,所述绳带为采用经编编织工艺形成的筒状结构。
进一步的,所述填充层为提花针形成的提花结构。
进一步的,所述填充层为织针编织形成的浮线结构。
进一步的,所述绳带主体为涤纶高弹纱、热熔丝1:1交织而成。
进一步的,所述化学复丝纱线的纤维为皮芯结构,包括皮层和芯层,且皮层的熔点温度低于芯层的熔点温度。
进一步的,所述皮层为共聚酰胺,芯层为聚烯烃,所述皮层的熔点为90-130℃,所述芯层的熔点为130℃-190℃。
进一步的,所述化学复丝纱线的纤维的皮层以缠绕芯层的方式形成皮芯结构。
作为本发明的第二方面,一种如上所述的一种一体成型绳带的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)准备纺织机台和编织纱线,并设定编织工艺,编织纱线包括化学复丝纱线、热熔丝和膨体纱;
(2)通过编织工艺将化学复丝和热熔丝编织成空心绳带,且在绳带的空心腔内采用膨体纱线间隔进行提花或浮线编织以间隔填充空心绳带;或将膨体纱线置入空心的绳带中;
(3)将编织的绳带按长度裁剪后,将绳带两端进行热压固定形成绳带头。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1绳带的绳带头与绳带主体一体编织,且通过热压工艺可以将绳带头固化,不仅可以起到防止绳带主体纱线脱落的效果,并且绳带头与绳带主体一体编织,仅需热压固化,无需额外的塑料片或者金属片对其进行固定,工艺更加简单且环保。
2绳带主体的主体层间隔填充有填充层,填充层一方面起到支撑作用,使得制成的绳带立体感更好,且手感更佳饱满,另外,间隔填充的主体层会形成间隔性空腔和填充区,当该绳带被用作鞋带时,打结位于空腔处时,则形成打结凹陷点,其不容易散脱,该结构相较于在鞋带外层做凹凸感的鞋带,其外观整体性影响较小,风格不受限制。

实施例1
本实施例提出一种一体成型绳带,如图1-2所示,该绳带包括绳带主体1和绳带头2,所述绳带主体1为纺织纱线编织而成,包括中空主体层和间隔填充于主体层内部的填充层3,填充层3包括空腔区30和填充区31,所述中空主体层的编织纱线包括交织的化学复丝纱线和热熔丝,所述填充层3的编织纱线包括膨体纱;所述绳带头2与绳带主体1的中空主体层一体连接,且绳带头2的编织纱线经过热压定型从而使得绳带头2的纱线部分热熔固化连接。
作为本实施例的一种实现方式,所述绳带主体1为不少于八股的偶数股的空心管编织而成,所述绳带主体1为涤纶高弹纱、热熔丝1:1交织而成,在本实施例中,所述填充层3为直接置入的膨体纱结构。填充层3也可以是普通纱线,例如涤纶高弹丝或者涤纶低弹丝等,但蓬松效果不如膨体纱。除膨体纱外,其还可以采用蜈蚣纱、花式纱等较为蓬松结构的纱线,以起到良好的填充作用。
本实施的绳带的编织工艺示例性的可以为:
(1)准备纺织机台和编织纱线,并设定编织工艺,编织纱线包括化学复丝纱线、热熔丝和膨体纱;
其中,机台的准备具体包括以下步骤:
①准备经纱并确定经纱条数,将每根经纱依次穿过为拉经机上的瓷扣和分纱板;优先使用拉经机一边的瓷扣;拉经机一边的瓷扣数小于经纱条数时,则将经纱分于拉经机的两边瓷扣摆放,各边经纱数量相同;每根经纱对应一个瓷扣和分纱板的一个齿,各经纱之间不交叉;
②将干净的盘头安装在拉经机的盘头轴上;
③将经纱平整均匀地排放在拉经机的伸缩扣上,经纱在伸缩扣上排布的宽度等于盘头内杠的长度;
④以相同的松紧度将经纱缠满盘头的内杠,调试拉经机运行速度以使所有经线以相同的松紧度拉经;
(2)通过针织编织工艺将化学复丝和热熔丝编织成空心绳带,且在绳带的空心腔内采用膨体纱线间隔进行提花或浮线编织以间隔填充空心绳带;
其中,编织工艺具体包括:
①将盘头安装于织机上,安装纬纱,纬纱方向朝向织机前方,将便绳套在盘头两侧的槽中;
②按从左至右或从右至左的顺序将经纱依次穿过分纱板、停经片、棕片和钢筘;
③启动织机以完成织造,得到管状的空心织带;
④将膨体纱直接插入空心管中,其也可以借助硬质空心管将膨体纱输送至所述位置进行填充。
(3)将编织的绳带按长度裁剪后,将绳带头2进行热压固定。
其示例性的可以是:采用具有上下模具的定型设备,其中下模具或上模具固定,另一模具可上下移动,上下模具的内表面可均通过加热板或加热棒加热,生产时,将绳带本体置于两模具之间,其中以模具上下移动使得两模具挤压接触,对绳带两端进行热压固化形成硬质的绳带头2。其热压温度可以根据热熔丝和化学复丝纤维的熔点温度而定,即可实现热熔丝和化学复丝热熔粘合的温度即可。
实施例2
本实施例提出一种一体成型绳带,该绳带包括绳带主体1和绳带头2,所述绳带主体1为纺织纱线编织而成,包括中空主体层和间隔填充于主体层内部的填充层3,填充层3包括空腔区30和填充区31,所述中空主体层的编织纱线包括交织的化学复丝纱线和热熔丝,所述填充层3的编织纱线包括膨体纱;所述绳带头2与绳带主体1的中空主体层一体连接,且绳带头2的编织纱线经过热压定型从而使得绳带头2的纱线部分热熔固化连接。所述绳带为采用经编编织工艺形成的筒状结构。在本实施例中,所述填充层3为提花针形成的提花结构或浮线结构。
本实施的绳带的编织工艺示例性的可以为:
(1)准备纺织机台和编织纱线,并设定编织工艺,编织纱线包括化学复丝纱线、热熔丝和膨体纱;其中,纺织机台为贾卡双针床经编机,该经编机具有至少六把地梳梳栉和两把半贾卡梳栉,其中八把梳栉按前针床至后针床的排列位置依次是梳栉GB1、梳栉GB2、梳栉GB3、贾卡梳栉JB4.1、贾卡梳栉JB4.2、梳栉GB5、梳栉GB6、梳栉GB7;该经编机包括前针床和后针床;
(2)通过针织编织工艺将化学复丝和热熔丝编织成空心绳带,且在绳带的空心腔内采用膨体纱线间隔进行提花或浮线编织以间隔填充空心绳带;其中,针织编织工艺具体包括:
对梳栉进行穿纱,其中梳栉GB1、GB3和GB6穿纱为化学复丝纱线,其与地梳梳栉穿纱热熔丝,贾卡梳栉穿纱膨体纱;梳栉GB1以二穿三空的方式进行穿纱,在前针床垫纱成圈,其垫纱组织为1-0/1-1/1-2/1-1//;梳栉GB2以二穿三空的方式进行穿纱,在前针床垫纱成圈,其垫纱组织为1-2/1-1/1-0/1-1//;梳栉GB3以一穿一空和一穿二空的方式进行穿纱,其垫纱组织为1-1/0-1/1-1,0-1//;在前后针床轮流垫纱成圈,梳栉GB5以一穿一空和一穿二空的方式进行穿纱,在前后针床轮流垫纱成圈,其垫纱组织为1-0/1-1/1-0/1-1//;梳栉GB6以二穿三空的方式进行穿纱,其垫纱组织为1-1/1-0/1-1/1-2//,梳栉GB7以二穿三空的方式进行穿纱,其垫纱组织为1-1/1-2/1-1/1-0//。贾卡梳栉JB4.1和贾卡梳栉JB4.2满穿,在前针床或后针床走衬纬组织,形成浮线结构,进而形成填充区31。

作为本实施例的一种优选方式,所述皮层4为共聚酰胺,芯层5为聚烯烃,所述皮层4的熔点为90-130℃,所述芯层5的熔点为130℃-190℃。如图3-4所示,其可以是纺丝形成的皮芯层结构,也可以是以包缠结构形成的皮芯结构。

10.一种如权利要求1-9任一所述的一种一体成型绳带的制作工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)准备纺织机台和编织纱线,并设定编织工艺,编织纱线包括化学复丝纱线、热熔丝和膨体纱;
(2)通过编织工艺将化学复丝和热熔丝编织成空心绳带,且在绳带的空心腔内采用膨体纱线间隔进行提花或浮线编织以间隔填充空心绳带;或将膨体纱线置入空心的绳带中;
(3)将编织的绳带按长度裁剪后,将绳带两端进行热压固定形成绳带头。
