本发明涉及一种环保水性蓝白锌喷漆及其制备方法,由下列重量份的原料制成:水性乳液树脂35‑45%;去离子水30‑35%;迪高710分散剂0.3‑1%;迪高270润湿剂0.3‑0.8%;迪高4100消泡剂0.3‑0.8%;水性铝浆5‑10%;银浆排列XH‑19 0.5‑2%;水溶蓝色粉0.2‑0.5%;银粉乳化膏0.5‑1%;氮气1‑5%;丙丁烷15‑20%。本发明具有0 VOC、高效、干燥速度快、附着力强高硬度的特点,可以达到真正意义上的水性环保,完全具备替换现有的油性蓝白锌喷剂。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保水性蓝白锌喷漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
物件暴露在空气中容易发生氧化,往往采用在物件表面增加一层保护涂层。锌和铝在空气中氧化产生一层致密的保护膜——氧化锌和氧化铝,所以现有技术中往往选用锌和铝作为物件表面的保护涂层以阻止物件被氧化,在电镀的过程中往往进一步选择蓝白锌作为保护涂层,物件表面的局部损伤经常造成保护涂层失效,导致物件本身的金属局部腐蚀或塑料局部老化等,物件难以保持美观,因此及时对物件表面的保护涂层维护十分重要。
现有的蓝白锌喷漆主要包括水性和油性两种,为了提高油漆的硬度及干燥速度,市面主流的蓝白锌喷漆都是溶剂型的蓝白锌,含有一定的有毒物质,无法达到真正意义上的环保要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种强度高、附着力好、安全环保、完全符合0 VOC的环保水性蓝白锌喷漆及其制备方法。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种环保水性蓝白锌喷漆,由下列重量份的原料制成:
水性乳液树脂 35-45%
去离子水 30-35%
迪高710分散剂 0.3-1%
迪高270润湿剂 0.3-0.8%
迪高4100消泡剂 0.3-0.8%
水性铝浆 5-10%
银浆排列XH-19 0.5-2%
水溶蓝色粉 0.2-0.5%
银粉乳化膏 0.5-1%
氮气 1-5%
丙丁烷 15-20%。
其中,所述水性乳液树脂为成膜树脂,乳液采用EVA乳液、苯丙乳液、醋丙乳液中的一种;去离子水作为助溶剂、稀释剂;迪高710分散剂为碱性聚氨酯共聚物溶液,活性物含量约35%,溶剂:醋酸丁酯/丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯为3:7;迪高270润湿剂为聚醚硅氧烷共聚物;迪高4100消泡剂为有机硅双生结构表面活性剂;水性铝浆为颜料;银浆排列XH-19为银粉排列助剂;水溶蓝色粉为着色剂;银粉乳化膏为乳化剂;氮气、丙丁烷作为抛射剂;以上材料均为环保材料。
本发明还提供一种上述环保水性蓝白锌喷漆的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)称取准确所需的水性乳液树脂、去离子水、水性铝浆、银粉乳化膏混合均匀后加进反应釜,700转/min搅拌,温度加热到65度,持续35min后温度下降到50度,然后500转/min持续1h,然后静置24h;
(2)再加入所需重量迪高710分散剂、迪高270润湿剂、迪高4100消泡剂、银浆排列XH-19、水溶蓝色粉,800转/min搅拌45min;
(3)待步骤(2)完成后200目滤布过滤,然后通过抽料泵抽进马口铁气雾剂瓶,封口充填抛射剂氮气及丙丁烷。
本发明环保水性蓝白锌喷漆及其制备方法的有益效果是:本发明具有0 VOC、高效、干燥速度快、附着力强高硬度的特点,可以达到真正意义上的水性环保,完全具备替换现有的油性蓝白锌喷剂。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易被本领域人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例1:
称取40%水性乳液树脂、30.7%去离子水、6%水性铝浆、0.7%银粉乳化膏混合均匀后加进反应釜,700转/min搅拌,温度加热到65度,持续35min后温度下降到50度,然后500转/min持续1h,然后静置24h;
(2)再加入0.5%迪高710分散剂、0.4%迪高270润湿剂、0.4%迪高4100消泡剂、1%银浆排列XH-19、0.3%水溶蓝色粉,800转/min搅拌45min;
(3)待步骤(2)完成后200目滤布过滤,然后通过抽料泵抽进马口铁气雾剂瓶,封口充填2%抛射剂氮气及18%丙丁烷。
实施例2:
称取45%水性乳液树脂、30%去离子水、5%水性铝浆、0.5%银粉乳化膏混合均匀后加进反应釜,700转/min搅拌,温度加热到65度,持续35min后温度下降到50度,然后500转/min持续1h,然后静置24h;
(2)再加入1%迪高710分散剂、0.8%迪高270润湿剂、0.8%迪高4100消泡剂、0.5%银浆排列XH-19、0.2%水溶蓝色粉,800转/min搅拌45min;
(3)待步骤(2)完成后200目滤布过滤,然后通过抽料泵抽进马口铁气雾剂瓶,封口充填1%抛射剂氮气及15.2%丙丁烷。
实施例3:
称取35%水性乳液树脂、35%去离子水、5%水性铝浆、1%银粉乳化膏混合均匀后加进反应釜,700转/min搅拌,温度加热到65度,持续35min后温度下降到50度,然后500转/min持续1h,然后静置24h;
(2)再加入1%迪高710分散剂、0.8%迪高270润湿剂、0.8%迪高4100消泡剂、2%银浆排列XH-19、0.5%水溶蓝色粉,800转/min搅拌45min;
(3)待步骤(2)完成后200目滤布过滤,然后通过抽料泵抽进马口铁气雾剂瓶,封口充填1%抛射剂氮气及17.9%丁烷。
上述三个实施例的性能测试参考结果见下表:
通过上表可以明显看出,本发明的各项性能参数是明显优于现有技术的。

1.一种环保水性蓝白锌喷漆,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:
水性乳液树脂 35-45%
去离子水 30-35%
迪高710分散剂 0.3-1%
迪高270润湿剂 0.3-0.8%
迪高4100消泡剂 0.3-0.8%
水性铝浆 5-10%
银浆排列XH-19 0.5-2%
水溶蓝色粉 0.2-0.5%
银粉乳化膏 0.5-1%
氮气 1-5%
丙丁烷 15-20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保水性蓝白锌喷漆,其特征在于,所述乳液为EVA乳液、苯丙乳液、醋丙乳液中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保水性蓝白锌喷漆,其特征在于,所述迪高710分散剂中,活性物含量为35%,溶剂醋酸丁酯/丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯比例为3:7。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一项所述的环保水性蓝白锌喷漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取准确所需的水性乳液树脂、去离子水、水性铝浆、银粉乳化膏混合均匀后加进反应釜,700转/min搅拌,温度加热到65度,持续35min后温度下降到50度,然后500转/min持续1h,然后静置24h;
(2)再加入所需重量迪高710分散剂、迪高270润湿剂、迪高4100消泡剂、银浆排列XH-19、水溶蓝色粉,800转/min搅拌45min;
