Description

CBD product composition containing plant extracts, preparation method and device
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of health care products, and particularly relates to a CBD product composition containing plant extracts and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Cannabidiol (CBD) is a pure natural component extracted from industrial cannabis sativa, which is widely used in the fields of medicine, health products and cosmetics. Cannabidiol has antioxidant, tranquilizing, antidepressant, antiinflammatory, and blood vessel dilating effects. Cannabidiol has no hallucinogenic and addictive effects, is a novel medicament for clinically treating breast cancer and epilepsy, and is favored in the field of cosmetics. The discomfort of throat such as throat itching and dry throat is gradually increased by the influence of environmental pollution, bad living habits, excessive use of throat and other factors.
At present, aiming at improving the discomfort of throat such as throat itching, dry throat and the like, antiviral, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drug therapy is generally taken as the main treatment or antipyretic adjuvant therapy, but drug resistance is easy to generate.
Therefore, a CBD product composition which can improve throat discomfort such as throat itching and dry throat, achieves the effects of clearing and moistening throat and is not easy to generate drug resistance is needed to be provided.

Further, in the step (3), the conditions of the extraction processes of the mint leaves, the thyme whole herb and the star anise are as follows: the extraction temperature is 40 ℃, the extraction pressure is 10MPa, the extraction time is 300min, the entrainer is methanol, and the use amount of the entrainer is 5 times of the mass of the materials; the conditions of the extraction process of the dried orange peel, the patchouli leaf and the eucalyptus leaf are as follows: the extraction temperature is 20-70 ℃, the extraction pressure is 2-30MPa, the extraction time is 200-500min, the entrainer is ethyl acetate, and the use amount of the entrainer is 5 times of the mass of the materials.
The cannabidiol can block the adverse effect of certain polyphenol on the nervous system of a human body, has a series of physiological activity functions of blocking breast cancer metastasis, treating epilepsy, resisting rheumatoid arthritis, resisting insomnia, diminishing inflammation and the like, and can reduce the release of interleukin-1 beta (interleukin-1 beta, IL-1 beta) and TNF-alpha in peripheral blood, thereby indicating that the cannabidiol has the function of protecting the respiratory system.
The fritillaria cirrhosa extract contains the sibiritin which regulates the expression of inflammatory genes by blocking a TLR 4-mediated MyD 88-dependent and TRIF-dependent signal pathway. In the MyD 88-dependent signal pathway, the sipeimine glycoside can inhibit NF-kB, ERK and p38 MAPK signal pathways simultaneously, but has no influence on the expression of JKMAPK signal pathways. Therefore, the sipeimine glycoside has anti-inflammatory effect.
The herba Menthae extract contains effective component menthol, also called menthol, which is a terpenoid organic compound with chemical formula C 10 H 20 O, also has anti-inflammatory effect.
The dried orange peel extract contains limonene, wherein the limonene has 3 isomers in natural plants, the most common is D-limonene and limonene monoterpene compounds, and the dried orange peel extract is orange red, orange yellow or colorless clear liquid and has specific fragrance; has the effects of promoting bile flow, dissolving calculus, regulating qi-flowing, promoting appetite, diminishing inflammation, and relieving pain.
The fructus Anisi Stellati extract contains trans-Anethole (ANE) as effective component, and has antiinflammatory, antioxidant, anticancer, neuroprotective and vasoactive effects. Their anti-inflammatory properties are mediated by their reduction of pro-inflammatory mediators, including tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha), matrix metalloproteinase 9 (mmp-9), and NO, and their inhibition of nuclear factor- κ B (NF- κ B).
The thyme extract contains thymol and has antioxidant, antibacterial, anticancer, antiinflammatory, and spasm resisting effects. In the present invention, therefore, thymol, in addition to its anti-inflammatory effect, may also be used as an antimicrobial agent for the preservation of the present compositions.
Patchouli alcohol is an important component in patchouli extracts, patchouli Alcohol (PA) is also called patchouli alcohol, is a sesquiterpene compound, has multiple effects of resisting inflammation, gastric ulcer, cancer, protecting lung and brain injury, resisting bacteria, preventing mastitis, colitis and atherosclerosis, resisting photoaging, treating diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome, resisting oxidative stress, vasodilatation, resisting injury and the like, and preliminary action mechanism research shows that the anti-inflammatory action of the patchouli alcohol is related to the aspects of inhibiting the production of proinflammatory cytokines by reducing the mRNA expression of inflammatory mediators, reducing NF-activated JB mediated by extracellular regulatory protein kinase (ERK) and the like.
The folium Eucalypti Globueli extract is rich in 1, 8-cineole, and has antiinflammatory, analgesic, and mucus secretion promoting effects, so as to dredge blocked nasal cavity and bronchus. Simultaneously, the medicine can stimulate the production and secretion of saliva, immediately activate swallowing reflex and inhibit the impending cough. Thus can be used as a gas inhalant for treating respiratory diseases, influenza, headache, and spasm.
The plant extract contains phenols, alkaloids and terpenoids which are secondary plant substances, and the generation and distribution of the secondary plant substances in the plant are limited, so that the corresponding components are prepared by adopting different parts according to the difference of each plant. In addition, the invention contains various secondary plant substances, and the compatibility of the plant substances can utilize the performance of each substance to achieve the synergistic anti-inflammatory effect, further improve the throat discomfort conditions such as throat itching, dry throat and the like, achieve the effects of clearing and moistening the throat and enhance the curative effect. The composition contains multiple kinds of secondary plant substances, and can reduce drug resistance of the composition.

Except group A, rats in the other groups were throat sprayed with 25% ammonia water 2 times a day (1 each time in the morning and afternoon), 3 times each (about 0.5 mL), and continuously sprayed for 3 days to replicate the acute dermatitis model in rats. Starting from the 4 th day after the successful modeling (congestion and swelling of mucous membrane at the pharynx part of the rat and scratching of the oropharynx), rats in each group are respectively given the corresponding substances or 0.9% sodium chloride solution once in the morning and evening every day for 7 days continuously.
Detection indexes are as follows: blood normal and inflammatory factors. Anesthetizing the rat after 1h of the last administration, and collecting 2 parts of blood from abdominal aorta, wherein 1 part is used for detecting the counting of neutrophils and leukocytes; and centrifuging the other 1 part of the extract for 10min at the speed of 4000r/min, taking supernatant, placing the supernatant in an EP tube, storing the supernatant at the temperature of-80 ℃, and detecting the IL-1 beta, TNF-alpha and PGE2 levels of serum by adopting an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
