In some embodiments, the above-mentioned feature can be used between the support arm 3 and the rotation rod 31 as shown in fig. 4. Referring to fig. 4, the supporting arm 3 is fixedly connected with a rotating motor 311, a body of the rotating motor 311 is fixedly connected with the supporting arm 3, a power output axial direction of the rotating motor is parallel to a left-right direction, and a power output end of the rotating motor is coaxially connected with an end face of one end of the rotating rod 31, so that automatic switching of the rotating rod 31 between a first rotating position and a second rotating position is realized, and efficiency and stability of the device in actual use are improved.

Claims (10)
1. Red date device that denucleates, its characterized in that includes:
the base is used for being installed on a horizontal plane; the base is connected with a door-shaped frame extending from bottom to top, and the rear side surface is also connected with a lifting seat in a sliding manner along the up-down direction;
the water containing piece is arranged on the upper surface of the lifting seat and used for containing liquid, and the water containing piece is connected with an electromagnetic heating element used for heating the liquid in the water containing piece;
the supporting arm is used for being fixedly arranged on a horizontal plane; a rotating rod is rotatably connected to the supporting arm in the left-right direction, and the outer peripheral wall of the rotating rod is connected with a first shell through a bending arm; the outer wall of the first shell is provided with a first accommodating cavity, and a plurality of discharging holes communicated with the first accommodating cavity are formed in the outer wall of the first shell;
the second shell is detachably connected to the first shell, a second accommodating cavity suitable for being communicated with the first accommodating cavity is formed in the outer wall of the second shell, and a plurality of through holes communicated with the second accommodating cavity are formed in the second shell; the first accommodating cavity and the second accommodating cavity are combined to form an accommodating cavity for accommodating red dates; and
the lifting plate is connected in the door-shaped frame in a sliding mode along the vertical direction, and the lower surface of the lifting plate is connected with a plurality of insertion rods which are suitable for being inserted into the discharge holes in a one-to-one corresponding mode; the inserting rod is used for penetrating through the red dates and ejecting date pits out, and the date pits pass through the discharging hole;
the rotating rod is provided with a first rotating position and a second rotating position;
when the rotating rod is in the first rotating position, the assembly of the first shell and the second shell is positioned right above the water containing part, and the second shell is positioned below the first shell; lifting the lifting seat to enable the assembly to enter the high-temperature liquid or to be separated from the high-temperature liquid and contact the high-temperature steam;
when the rotating rod is located at the second rotating position, the assembly is turned over to be right below the lifting plate, and the second shell is located above the first shell; the second shell is manually separated and the lifting plate is lifted, so that the plurality of jujube pits in the first accommodating cavity can be output through the plurality of discharge holes.

The red date pit-removing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aperture of the discharge hole is smaller than the cross-sectional circle diameter of red date and larger than the cross-sectional circle diameter of the date pit; the density of the arrangement of the through holes on the second shell is less than that of the arrangement of the discharge holes on the second shell.

A red date pitter apparatus as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, wherein, in a direction along said first receiving cavity towards said discharge opening, said discharge opening is of a throat configuration; when the rotating rod is located at the second rotating position, the necking structure is suitable for being embedded by the red dates.
4. The red date pit-removing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a screw extending towards the first shell is fixedly connected to the second shell, and a through hole suitable for the screw to pass through is formed on the first shell; and a nut which is suitable for abutting against the outer side surface of the second shell is connected to the end part of the screw rod in a threaded manner.
5. The red date pitter apparatus of claim 1, wherein the red date pitter apparatus further comprises:
the recovery piece is fixedly arranged on the base and is positioned under the lifting plate, and the upper surface of the recovery piece is provided with a recovery groove for the date pits to fall into.
6. The red date pitter device of claim 1, wherein the bent arm comprises:
one end of the first extension arm is fixedly connected to the peripheral wall of the rotating rod, and the extension direction of the first extension arm is perpendicular to the axial direction of the rotating rod; and
one end of the second extending arm is fixedly connected with the extending end of the first extending arm, and the axial direction of the second extending arm is vertical to the axial direction of the first extending arm;
wherein the extending end of the second extending arm is connected to the first housing.
7. The red date pitter apparatus of claim 1, wherein the front side of the base has a stepped structure extending from bottom to top toward the rear, and an upper end of the stepped structure is connected to an upper surface of the base.
8. The red date pit removing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first linear cylinder is connected to a lower surface of the lifting base, a cylinder body of the first linear cylinder is adapted to be mounted on a horizontal plane, and a power output axis is parallel to an up-down direction.

The red date pit-removing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a second linear cylinder is fixedly connected to the gate-shaped frame; and the power output shaft of the second linear cylinder is parallel to the vertical direction, and the power output end penetrates through the door-shaped frame from top to bottom and is connected with the upper surface of the lifting plate.
10. The red date pitter of claim 1, wherein a rotary motor is fixedly connected to the support arm; the power output shaft of the rotating motor is parallel to the left and right directions, and the power output end is coaxially connected with the end face of one end of the rotating rod.
