Abstract
本发明提供一种冰箱阻尼器盖的安装构造,它不需要另外的连接件,便能把阻尼器盖安装在冰箱内壳上,节约了成本,简化了制造工序,提高了生产率,本发明的阻尼器盖安装在冰箱内壳的背面,在阻尼器盖的左右端部具有呈“コ”字形的两个凸起部分,在上述凸起部分之间形成凹陷的贴附部分,以及插入上述贴附部分的凹陷中,由上述凸起部分支持的,在上述内壳上形成的凸出的贴附凸起部分。
Description
本发明涉及冰箱阻尼器盖的安装构造,特别是不必使用其他的连接件就能把阻尼器盖安装在冰箱的内壳上的冰箱阻尼器盖的安装构造。
冰箱的壳体是由外壳和内壁板组成的,在外壳与内壁板之间填入聚氨酯发泡材料之类的绝热材料
如图1所示,壳体借助于其在内部中央形成的隔板而分为冷冻室1和冷藏室2,而由上述内壁板形成冷冻室和冷藏室的内壳9。
在冷藏室的下部装有压缩机4,在隔板内部装有和室内空气进行热交换的蒸发器5。由蒸发器进行热交换后所获得的冷气,借助于送风部件6,例如风扇,通过流道3供入冷冻室1和冷藏室2。
由送风部件6供入冷藏室2的冷气借助于阻尼装置10分流后排入冷藏室的各部分。阻尼装置设置在冷藏室内壳9后壁的外侧面上。
如图2所示,在阻尼装置10中有阻尼器盖15,上述阻尼器盖由引导冷气气流的隔板阻尼器12、冷气流过的流道13、以及具有让冷气排入各冷藏室中去的排出口14的阻尼器盖15。
标号16和17表示灯和灯罩。
阻尼器10可以根据各种不同的调节冷藏室温度的方法来设置。在美国专利文献4,914,928和5,191,774中揭示了安装阻尼器的方法。通常,阻尼器盖15都是用螺钉之类的连接件固定在冰箱内壳9后壁的外侧面上。
因此,为了把阻尼器盖固定在冰箱内壳上,必须一个一个地拧紧很多个螺钉,这是很麻烦的。
此外,为了冰箱内部的美观起见,必须使用螺钉盖18a,使得拧上的螺钉看不见。使用螺钉盖,使得冰箱的制造成本增大,还使得制造工序复杂化。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种冰箱阻尼器盖的安装构造,这种构造不需要使用其他连接件就能把阻尼器盖组装在冰箱的内壳上,在大大降低成本的同时,简化了生产工序,提高了生产率。
为达到本发明的上述目的,提供了一种冰箱阻尼器盖的安装构造,这种阻尼器盖安装在冰箱内壳的外侧面上,其特征在于,在阻尼器盖的左右端部具有呈“コ”字形的两个凸起部分,在上述凸起部分之间形成凹陷的贴附部分,以及插入上述贴附部分的凹陷中,由上述凸起部分支持的,在上述内壳上形成的凸出的贴附凸起部分。
最好,在上述内壳上形成弯曲部分,使得在上述贴附部分外侧形成的第一凸起部分的端部,和与该端部接触的上述内壳的接触面为最大,并且上述贴附部分的第一凸起部分的外侧面与内壳的外侧面在同一条直线上。
下面,参照附图详细描述本发明的优选实施例。附图中:
图1是表示普通冰箱的大致构造的断面图;
图2是具有以往的冰箱阻尼器盖的安装构造的冰箱阻尼器的断面图;
图3是具有按照本发明的冰箱阻尼器盖的安装构造的冰箱阻尼器的断面图。
在描述本实施例之前,要说明一点,即,凡是与图1和图2中所说明的现有技术实质上相同的结构要素,均标以同样的标号,并省略对它们重复的详细说明。
本实施例的冰箱阻尼器盖的安装构造如图3所示,它适用于阻尼器盖15口贴附在冰箱内壳9的外侧面上的冰箱。
按照本实施例的阻尼器盖的安装构造由下列各部分组成:在阻尼器盖15的左右两端分别在外侧和内侧形成的呈“コ”字形状的两个凸起部分20a、20b;在两个凸起部分20a、20b之间形成凹陷20c的贴附部分20;以及在内壳9上形成的,插入贴附部分的凹陷20c中并由凸起部分20a、20b支承的贴附凸起部分21。
为了使在上述贴附部分20的外侧形成的第一凸起部分20a的端部与内壳9的接触面积最大,而且使第一凸起部分20a的外侧面和内壳的外侧面形成同一个平面,使得外观更好看,在内壳上形成弯曲部分9a。
此外,在第一凸起部分20a和内壳的贴附凸起部分21之间填充聚苯乙烯之类的衬垫材料22,不让它存在空隙,并且密封固定阻尼器盖15,防止阻尼装置内的冷气流出来。
下面,说明具有上述构成的本实施例的工作方式和效果。
在图3所示的图面的上、下侧推压阻尼器盖15,贴附部分的第二凸起部分20b便一面后退,一面使凸出的内壳的贴附凸起部分21与阻尼器盖的凹陷20c结合在一起,把阻尼器盖15组装在内壳9上了。
此时,贴附部分的第一凸起部分20a的端部与内壳的弯曲部分9a相接,使第一凸起部分20a看起来和内壳9成为一个平面。
然后,在第一凸起部分20a和内壳9的贴附凸起部分21之间填入聚苯乙烯之类的衬垫材料22,不使它们之间存在空隙。借助于该衬垫材料牢固地固定阻尼装置的同时,防止了装置内冷气的流出。
综上所述,本发明的冰箱阻尼器盖的安装构造不需要另外的连接件,就能把阻尼器盖和内壳组装在一起,具有节约材料费用,使组装方便,提高生产率的效果。
Claims (4)
1.一种冰箱阻尼器盖的安装构造,它把阻尼器盖贴附在冰箱内壳的背面,其特征在于:
上述阻尼器盖的左右端部具有呈“コ”字形的两个凸起部分,在上述凸起部分之间形成凹陷的贴附部分,以及
插入上述贴附部分的凹陷中,由上述凸起部分支持的,在上述内壳上形成的凸出的贴附凸起部分。
2.如权利要求1所述的冰箱阻尼器盖的安装构造,其特征在于,为了使上述贴附部分外侧形成的第一凸起部分的端部,和与该端部接触的上述内壳的接触面为最大,并且使上述贴附部分的第一凸起部分的外侧面与内壳的外侧面在同一条直线上,在上述内壳上形成弯曲部分。
3.如权利要求2所述的冰箱阻尼器盖的安装构造,其特征在于,在上述贴附部分的第一凸起部分与上述贴附凸起部分之间填入衬垫材料。
4.如权利要求3所述的冰箱阻尼器盖的安装构造,其特征在于,上述衬垫材料是聚苯乙烯发泡材料。
