Abstract

本发明提供了一种全新的相对运动的装置,特别是一种纯滚动摩擦的通用轴承。用以代替传统的带保持架和/或具有滑动摩擦的轴承,而且不仅仅适用于替代球状滚动体轴承,更适用于替代广泛使用的、承载能力大的、但缺点是滑动摩擦力更大的带挡边的圆柱、圆锥、腰鼓形滚子轴承和滚针轴承。本发明由内圈、外圈、滚动体、间隔滚动体以及自由环组成。不仅消除了现有球形滚动体滚动轴承由于用保持架进行隔离而产生的滑动摩擦和陀螺运动产生的滑动摩擦;不仅消除了带挡边的圆柱、圆锥、腰鼓形滚子轴承的保持架和滚动体之间的滑动摩擦;而且消除了轴承内、外圈挡边和滚子之间所产生的较大的滑动摩擦阻力。从而显著地减少了阻力,降低了能耗和噪音,提高了承载能力、极限转速和使用寿命,可以令使用本发明产品的机械、设备的精度和可靠性得到明显提高。

Description

纯滚动通用轴承
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种全新的相对运动的装置,特别是一种纯滚动摩擦的通用轴承。
二、背景技术:
现有的滚动轴承主要用内外套圈、滚动体和保持架所组成。为了滚动体相互之间以及滚动体在轴承中的相对定位,现有的滚动轴承都具有保持架装置,这种保持架不管它的结构采取什么样的形式,不管它使用什么样的材质和光洁度,都是通过滑动摩擦来制约高速运动的滚动体。而这种滑动摩擦阻力对于轴承性能和寿命的影响是至关重要的。
这种滚动体与保持架之间的相对滑动摩擦使轴承在运转中,特别是在高速和超高速运转时,产生一系列的问题,如润滑很困难;轴承的温升提高,噪声大。滚动体和保持架在高温高速条件下,应力会急剧增加,结果导致轴承损坏。而滚动摩擦阻力在轴承中相对其中的滑动摩擦阻力而言是微不足道的。这种滑动摩擦的存在也使得滚动轴承的承载能力和极限转速大大减小,能耗显著增加,在高速运转条件下,滚动体和保持架之间由于离心力的作用而使滑动摩擦力进一步急剧增加,摩擦应力集中也可导致轴承的迅速破坏。因此,滚动轴承的极限速度的提高也受到这种滑动摩擦力很大的限制.
特别是对于使用广泛、承载能力大的轴承内、外圈带有挡边的圆柱形、圆锥形和腰鼓形等滚子轴承,除了上述的滚子与保持架之间的滑动摩擦阻力所产生的一系列问题,而且显著增加了轴承内、外圈挡边与滚子之间的滑动摩擦阻力,使得这类的滚动轴承的摩擦阻力大大提高,能耗和噪音显著增加,使用寿命明显减少。因此这类滚动轴承的承载能力和极限转速进一步受到了限制。
三、发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种全新的纯滚动的通用轴承。它不仅仅取消了通常的保持架,也取消了通常的滚子轴承的挡边。全部采用滚动约束代替了滑动约束,在很大程度上减小了轴承的摩擦阻力;减小了能耗;降低了噪音;从而大大提高了轴承的承载能力和极限转速;进一步提高了轴承的使用性能并延长其使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种全新的纯滚动摩擦阻力(纯滚动)的通用轴承,包括一内圈、一外圈以及设置在内圈和外圈之间的若于个滚动体(滚动体可以是球形、圆柱形、圆锥形和腰鼓形等),其特征在于,它还包括设置在每两个相邻滚动体之间并与它们滚动接触的隔离滚动体,以及设置在隔离滚动体两端的滚道上并与之滚动接触的自由环.
本发明是这样完成的:在每相邻滚动体与滚动体之间沿周向安装一隔离滚动体,该隔离滚动体同时保证相邻滚动体之间的周向间隔距离以及被限制在轴承中的轴向位置,该隔离滚动体的径向定位是通过隔离滚动体两自由端滚道上的自由环完成。自由环与滚道的接触是点接触或线接触。而隔离滚动体中间的圆柱面和相邻的两个圆锥面与滚动体的圆柱体和两端的半球体分别形成滚动接触,该接触也是点接触或线接触。隔离滚动体可以做成整体式的或分体式的,隔离滚动体内部可以做成实的或空心的.它的任一横截面的都是圆形,该隔离滚动体两端滚道的纵截面可以做成凹形或凸形。该凹形或凸形又可以分别是V字形、单圆弧形、双圆弧形,隔离滚动体上的与该隔离滚动体中间圆柱面相邻的两端圆锥面与滚动体两端半球体接触的两个滚道7的纵截面,也可以组成V字形、单圆弧形、双圆弧形。相应地自由环横截面做成凸形或凹形。该凸形或凹形也可以做成V字形、单圆弧形、双圆弧形,以便与隔离滚动体的两端滚道相配合作滚动接触定位(该接触是点接触或线接触)。
本发明的轴承的内、外圈的滚道横截面上与中间圆柱面相邻两端组成单圆弧形、双圆弧形、V字形。并且该内、外圈考虑到加工和装配方面的问题,也可以做成整体式或分体式,即整体加工或分成若于分体,加工后装配成内、外圈。隔离滚动体在使用中是运动的,一方面进行自转,一方面围绕轴承轴线公转。滚动体与轴承内、外圈是点接触和/或线接触。本发明轴承,其中所有零件相邻接触,不论是点接触或是线接触,其所有接触点(线接触实际上是由无数的点接触所形成)的相对速度差为零(相邻的两个零件A和B在同一个接触点上,A点的相对速度减去B点的相对速度,即是接触点的相对速度差)。滚动体上分别与内、外圈上所有接触点的相对速度差为零;滚动体上与隔离滚动体上所有接触点,其相对速度差为零;而隔离滚动体上与自由环上的所有接触点,其相对速度差也为零。因此,根据纯滚动理论的判定准则,该轴承内部运动全部满足纯滚动的滚动(纯滚动),而不存在相对滑动摩擦,是名符其实的“纯滚动通用轴承″。本发明加工安装方便,成本较低,容易推广实施。

五、具体实施方式:
下面将结合二个较佳的实施例及附图对本发明作进一步详细描述:
如图1所示,在每两个相邻的滚动体1之间沿周向位置安装一个隔离滚动体 2,该隔离滚动体同时保证相邻滚动体之间的周向间隔距离以及被限制在轴承中的轴向位置.而该隔离滚动体的径向定位是通过设置在隔离滚动体2两端滚道5 上的自由环6完成。自由环6与隔离滚动体2的滚道5、隔离滚动体2与滚动体1以及滚动体1与轴承内圈3和外圈4的接触都是点接触或线接触,并且在所有这些接触点的两物体相对速度差都为零.因此,该轴承属于纯滚动轴承。
在该实施例中,滚道5的纵截面为V字形凹形,自由环6的横截面为圆弧形凸 形,从而形成滚动接触。相反地,令滚道5的纵截面为凸形并且自由环的横截面 为凹形也是可行的。隔离滚动体2与滚动体1滚动接触的与隔离滚动体中间圆柱面相邻 的两个滚道7纵截面形状组成V字形。另外,滚道5的纵截面、自由环6的横截面、隔离 滚动体2与滚动体1滚动接触的与隔离滚动体中间圆柱面相邻的两个滚道7纵截面形状都 可以组成V字形、单圆弧形、双圆弧形等多种形状。内圈3或/和外圈4是整体式或分体 的,其滚道的横截面上与中间圆柱面相邻的两端组成单圆弧或双圆弧形,也可以组成V 字形。而内圈3和外圈4的滚道横截面也可以分别组成V字形、单圆弧形、双圆弧形或沟 槽形等多种形状以便与滚动体1相配合作滚动运动。显然,双圆弧形与V字形和单圆弧 形相比,可以承受大得多的载荷,特别是径向和轴向双向载荷。内圈3和外圈4、滚道5 和滚道7的截面形状可以相同,也可以不相同。图3-A、图3-F是单圆弧形,图3-C、 图3-E是V字形,图3-B、图3-D、图3-G是双圆弧形。而隔离滚动体2,也可以做成整体 式和分体式。
图2是把隔离滚动体2靠近内圈3的一个实施例,即所有隔离滚动体2 的位置半径K小于滚动体1的位置半径F.
为了安装和加工的便利,可以将隔离滚动体2做成分体的,例如:将构成其端部滑道5的两个部分以及构成滑道7的部分分开制造,并通过过盈配合或螺旋配合等方式在装配时组合起来。当然,也可以将隔离滚动体2做成整体式,并一体地安装.
为了安装和加工的便利,可以将内圈3或外圈4、自由环6也可以做成整体式或分体式的。自由环6的安装可以利用自由环6和隔离滚动体2的弹性变形,用压入式进行装配.
图中的α、β和γ角大于0度小于90度,较佳的范围为大于10 度,而小于50度。
图3是内圈3和外圈4、滚道5和滚道7与滚动体1或与自由环6滚动接触的各种不同截面形状。
虽然上面巳结合二个较佳实施例对本发明进行了描述,但应该理解,熟悉本技术领域的人员在此基础上可以作出种种等价的变型.因此,本发明的保护范围应由所附权利要求限定。

Claims (9)

1.一种无滑动摩擦的纯滚动通用轴承,包括一内圈(3)、一外圈(4)以及设置在内圈(3)和外圈(4)之间的若干个滚动体(1),其特征在于,它还包括设置在每两个相邻滚动体(1)之间并与它们滚动接触的隔离滚动体(2);以及设置在隔离滚动体(2)两端的滚道(5)上并与之滚动接触的自由环(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纯滚动通用轴承,其特征在于所述的滚动体(1)中间是长度为L的圆柱形、而两端是半球状体或者成锥状体,以便使球状体或锥状体与内圈(3)和外圈(4)滚动接触。其接触是点接触或者是线接触。其L的长度主要取决于轴承载荷的大小。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纯滚动通用轴承,其特征在于所述的滚动体(1)是整体式的或者是分体式的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纯滚动通用轴承,其特征在于所述的隔离滚动体(2)是整体式的或者是分体式的。其任一横截面为圆形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纯滚动通用轴承,其特征在于所述的隔离滚动体(2)的两端的滚道(5)纵截面,可以做成凹形或凸形。而隔离滚动体(2)的中部的圆柱面和相邻的圆锥面(7)与相邻的滚动体(1)的圆柱体和半球体分别形成滚动接触。其接触为点接触或者线接触。
6.根据权利要求1所述的纯滚动通用轴承,其特征在于所述自由环(6)的横截面可以做成凹形或凸形,以便与隔离滚动体(2)的滚道(5)相配合作滚动接触。该接触为点接触或线接触。并且该自由环(6)是整体或分体式的。
7.根据权利要求2、5所述的纯滚动通用轴承,其特征在于所述的隔离滚动体(2)两端的滚道(5)以及隔离滚动体(2)与滚动体(1)两端的半球体滚动接触的滚道(7)的纵截面可以组成V字形、单元弧形、双圆弧形。该隔离滚动体(2)可以做成实心的或空心的。
8.根据权利要求1所述的纯滚动通用轴承,其特征在于所述内圈(3)和外圈(4)可以同时做成整体式或分体式,或分别做成整体式或分体式,并且内圈(3)和外圈(4)的滚道,与其中间滚道相邻的两端滚道横截面可以同时做成单圆弧形、双圆弧形、V字形或沟槽形。也可以其中之一做成整体的,另一个做成分体的,并且它们的滚道横截面形状可以是不同的。
