Description

Normal-temperature transfer printing film release agent and preparation process thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of digital printing, in particular to a normal-temperature transfer printing film separant and a preparation process thereof.
Background
Digital printing is divided into digital direct injection printing and digital thermal transfer printing. The digital direct injection printing adopts a digital printer to directly print required patterns on various materials. Digital thermal transfer printing requires printing patterns on specialty paper and films in advance, and then the patterns are transferred to various materials by means of thermal transfer printing. The digital thermal transfer printing has the defects of high energy consumption, large pollution and the like, so some cold transfer printing processes are developed on the market at present, patterns or characters to be printed are printed on special paper and a film by using printing and printing methods, then the fabric and the transfer paper enter a transfer printing roller simultaneously, one surface of the transfer printing paper with dye ink is tightly sealed with the printed fabric, the dye ink is separated and stripped from the paper under the action of pressure, and the patterns or characters on the transfer printing film are transferred to the fabric. Cold transfer printing is therefore also referred to as wet transfer printing. Cold transfer printing has significant advantages in printing natural fiber fabrics such as cotton, wool, silk, etc.
In the process of normal-temperature transfer printing, after a release agent layer is coated on a printing film in a rolling way, the digital ink can be printed, and meanwhile, the ink bearing capacity saturation is generally about 85 percent. And because the temperature is lower during transfer printing, the ink transfer rate on the printing film is generally only about 60%, and the transferred pattern is not particularly ideal in the aspects of fineness, color and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides a normal-temperature transfer printing film separant and a preparation process thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a normal-temperature transfer printing film separant comprises the following components in parts by mass:

20 parts of polyvinyl alcohol glue water, namely,
10 parts of white latex, namely 10 parts of white latex,
70 parts of soft water.
A preparation method of a normal-temperature transfer printing film release agent comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing polyvinyl alcohol glue, namely preparing 1 part of polyvinyl alcohol resin and 99 parts of water by mass, heating the water to 80 ℃, adding the polyvinyl alcohol resin, and stirring at constant temperature for 40min; then stirring for 20min at constant temperature in an environment of 120 ℃ until the polyvinyl alcohol resin is melted and the glue is transparent;
s2, preparing soft water, and purifying and filtering tap water through cation resin and anion resin, wherein the ratio of the cation resin to the anion resin is 1;
and S3, mixing the three raw material components, uniformly stirring, and adding a thickening agent to adjust the viscosity to 45-60cps.
Preferably, the thickener is a polyurethane thickener or an acrylic thickener.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention relates to a normal-temperature transfer printing film separant which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of polyvinyl alcohol glue, 5-15 parts of white latex and 60-80 parts of soft water; the whole formula is simple, the manufacturing is convenient, the production cost is low, the manufactured isolating film has large ink bearing capacity, the ink transfer rate can reach more than 90 percent, the printed patterns keep bright colors, and the patterns are finer; meanwhile, the manufactured isolating film cannot be separated from the printing corona film after transfer printing, so that the isolating film and the printing corona film can be recycled uniformly after printing, the method is more environment-friendly, and the subsequent treatment steps of printing products can be reduced.
Detailed Description
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the concept of the present invention, the following detailed description will provide further explanation of the invention by way of embodiments.
A normal-temperature transfer printing film release agent comprises the following components in parts by mass:
15-25 parts of polyvinyl alcohol glue,
5-15 parts of white latex,
60-80 parts of soft water.
The preparation method of the normal-temperature transfer printing film release agent comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing polyvinyl alcohol glue, namely preparing 1 part of polyvinyl alcohol resin and 99 parts of water by mass, heating the water to 80 ℃, adding the polyvinyl alcohol resin, and stirring at constant temperature for 40min; then stirring for 20min at constant temperature of 120 ℃ until the polyvinyl alcohol resin is melted and the glue is transparent, and cooling to normal temperature for later use;
s2, preparing soft water, and purifying and filtering tap water through cation resin and anion resin, wherein the ratio of the cation resin to the anion resin is 1; the cationic resin and the anionic resin have the functions of softening water and adsorbing impurities.
And S3, mixing the three raw material components, uniformly stirring, and adding a thickening agent to adjust the viscosity to 45-60cps. Wherein, the thickener can be polyurethane thickener or acrylic thickener.
Next, the difference between the ink-receiving amount saturation and the ink transfer rate in the room-temperature transfer printing was measured by combining three specific examples and one comparative example. The normal temperature transfer printing film release agent of each example comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
examples 1-3 Normal temperature transfer printing film Release agent Components (parts by weight)
Example 1 Example 2 Example 3
Polyvinyl alcohol glue 20 15 25
White latex 10 5 15
Soft water 70 80 60
The release agent in the comparative example was an A + series release agent produced by a Chunji latex coating plant of Lanxi. During testing, the release agent is coated on a printing corona film (PET) through a mesh roller of a coating agent machine to form a release film, and then normal-temperature transfer printing is carried out. The test results were as follows:
test results of examples 1 to 3 and comparative example
Test items Example 1 Example 2 Example 3 Comparative example
Ink carrying capacity saturation 95% 89% 94% 86%
Ink transfer rate 94% 90% 91% 63%
Separation of the isolating film from the printed corona film Can not be disengaged Can not be disengaged Can not be disengaged Detachment(s)
The test results show that: the isolating films prepared by the normal-temperature transfer printing film isolating agent in the embodiments 1, 2 and 3 are superior to the comparative examples in ink bearing saturation and ink transfer rate, and meanwhile, the isolating films and the printing corona films in the embodiments 1, 2 and 3 cannot be separated, so that the isolating films and the printing corona films can be recycled uniformly after printing, and the environment-friendly effect is achieved. Therefore, the data are combined to see that example 1 is the best solution.
