技术领域:
本发明属于挤出发泡垫技术领域,涉及三元乙丙橡胶和丁苯橡胶并用挤出发泡垫及其制备方法。
背景技术:
三元乙丙橡胶是乙烯、丙烯和少量的非共轭二烯烃的共聚物,是乙丙橡胶的一种,以EPDM(Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)表示,因其主链是由化学稳定的饱和烃组成,只在侧链中含有不饱和双键,故其耐臭氧、耐热、耐候等耐老化性能优异,可广泛用于汽车部件、建筑用防水材料、电线电缆护套、耐热胶管、胶带、汽车密封件等领域。
丁苯橡胶,简称SBR,是Polymerized Styrene Butadiene Rubber的缩写。丁苯橡胶是橡胶工业的骨干产品,是最大的通用合成橡胶品种,也是最早实现工业化生产的合成橡胶品种之一。按聚合工艺,丁苯橡胶分为乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)和溶聚丁苯橡胶 (SSBR)。与溶聚丁苯橡胶工艺相比,乳聚丁苯橡胶工艺在节约成本方面更占优势,全球丁苯橡胶装置约有75%的产能是以乳聚丁苯橡胶工艺为基础的。乳聚丁苯橡胶具有良好的综合性能,工艺成熟,应用广泛,产能、产量和消费量在丁苯橡胶中均占首位。充油丁苯橡胶具有加工性能好、生热低、低温屈挠性好等优点,用于胎面橡胶时具有优异的牵引性能和耐磨性,充油后橡胶可塑性增强,易于混炼,同时可降低成本,提高产量。
发泡垫广泛应用于体育用品中,起到减震缓冲的作用,目前发泡垫大多数采用一般橡胶或者PVC,具有一定的异味(橡胶的气味),而且含有甲酰胺,易老化,使用寿命短等问题,因此,需要一种新型材料的发泡垫,为此,申请人经过研究,结合三元乙丙橡具有优异的耐热、耐臭氧、耐酸碱、耐天候老化、抗疲劳、抗撕裂等性能,可以在零下50度至零上130度条件下长期使用;而丁苯橡胶具有较好弹性和耐磨性、耐龟裂性、抗湿滑性;得到了一种新型的发泡垫。
发明内容:
针对传统发泡垫橡胶老化、有异味不环保的问题,本发明提出一种三元乙丙橡胶和丁苯橡胶并用连续挤出一次性发泡成型垫及其制备方法,此产品具有优异的抓地性、止滑性,和肌肤亲和性好,弹性好,比重轻,无味道,环保美观,可多种颜色搭配,无龟裂,可大规模生产,成本低、效益高,具有广泛的用途,良好的市场前景及深度。
本发明提供一种三元乙丙橡胶和丁苯橡胶并用挤出发泡垫,所述三元乙丙橡胶和丁苯橡胶并用挤出发泡垫的制备原料包括三元乙丙橡胶、丁苯橡胶、硬脂酸、氧化锌、 SH-SA、促进剂和1,5,7-三氮杂二环[4.4.0]癸-5-烯,其中,所述SH-SA的化学式见图1。
其中,所述促进剂包括MBT,DPTT和ZDEC。
其中,所述三元乙丙橡胶和丁苯橡胶并用挤出发泡垫的制备原料还包括:软化剂、补强剂、分散剂、物理润滑抗老剂、发泡剂、补强着色剂、消泡吸湿剂和发泡助剂。
其中,所述补强着色剂包括炭黑,白炭黑,钛白粉,色胶。
其中,所述软化剂为环烷油KN4006、补强剂为滑石粉、分散剂为PEG6000、物理润滑抗老剂为58#半精炼石蜡、发泡剂为ADC D10、消泡吸湿剂为CaO-80、发泡助剂为ACP-J。
其中,按照质量份,所述三元乙丙橡胶60~70PHR、丁苯橡胶30-40PHR、硬脂酸 2-6PHR、氧化锌2-5PHR、SH-SA,1-2PHR、促进剂2-5PHR、1,5,7-三氮杂二环[4.4.0] 癸-5-烯0.2~0.8PHR。
其中,所述软化剂60~70PHR、补强剂50-70PHR、分散剂2-4PHR、物理润滑抗老剂4-8PHR、发泡剂10-25PHR、补强着色剂0-60PHR、消泡吸湿剂0-3PHR和发泡助剂5-10PHR。
一种元乙丙橡胶和丁苯橡胶并用挤出发泡垫的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
①按照上述质量份将三元乙丙橡胶、丁苯橡胶混合密炼,加压至6-8kg,捏炼20-50秒,恢复常压,依次按照质量份加入滑石粉、发泡剂、补强着色剂、硬脂酸、物理润滑抗老剂、分散剂、消泡吸湿剂和软化剂,二次加压至6-8kg,捏炼10-15分钟,保持温度为120℃出料,得到密炼的胶料;
②将密炼的胶料塑炼2~5分钟,在28~35℃的条件下切刀出片,随后冷却至15~25℃,存放12小时以上,得到胶片;
③将步骤②得到胶片二次密炼,加压至6-8kg,塑炼50~80秒,恢复常压后依次加入SH-SA、TBD、氧化锌、发泡助剂、s-80和促进剂,随后继续加压至6-8kg,塑炼 2~4分钟,温度保持在65~75℃出料,得到二次胶料;
④将二次胶料塑炼1~5分钟,温度保持在28~35℃条件下切刀出片,得到二次胶片,随后冷却至15~25℃;
⑤将二次胶片真空连续挤压成型,挤出机压力保持在2-4MPA;
⑥将挤压成型的二次胶片放硫化发泡,发泡完成后得到三元乙丙橡胶和丁苯橡胶并用连续挤出发泡垫。
有益效果
本发明首次将三元乙丙橡胶和丁苯橡胶并用挤出,在交联剂、促进剂和催化剂等综合作用下,将两种橡胶完美的融合在了一起,且二者并用可以发挥两种橡胶的优势,同时可以物理回收,达到理想的效果。该交联方式绿色环保,避免了传统硫化的污染问题;通过本发明的交联剂和催化剂的共同作用,该橡胶在交联后也可以重新物理回收,容易降解,回收后的原材料可以重复使用,不仅具有环保作用,而且降低了材料成本。本发明的交联剂和催化剂的结合可以让这两种橡胶可以物理回收,同时增强了三元乙丙橡胶和丁苯橡胶同时挤出的稳定性,在挤出时不会因为橡胶原料的不同而产生裂纹等现象。
其次,本发明采用连续挤出一次性发泡而制成的发泡体,经深加工可以制成体育用品垫,这种体育用品垫具有环保无毒,不含甲酰胺,无味,美观等特点,目前市场上还没有发现采用此工艺而制成的体育用品的报道,此产品可大规模生产和推广,具有广泛的市场前景及深度。

下面结合具体实施例和附图对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
三元乙丙橡胶和丁苯橡胶并用连续挤出发泡垫由以下质量份配比的组份制成:

所述交联剂SH-SA的化学式如图1所示。
所述三元乙丙橡胶和丁苯橡胶并用连续挤出发泡垫的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1.按照上述质量份将三元乙丙橡胶、丁苯橡胶混合密炼,加压至6-8kg,捏炼20-50秒,恢复常压,依次按照质量份加入滑石粉、发泡剂、补强着色剂、硬脂酸、物理润滑抗老剂、分散剂、消泡吸湿剂和软化剂,二次加压至6-8kg,捏炼10-15分钟,保持温度为120℃出料,得到密炼的胶料;
2.将密炼的胶料塑炼2~5分钟,在28~35℃的条件下切刀出片,随后冷却至15~25℃,存放12小时以上,得到胶片;
3.将步骤②得到胶片二次密炼,加压至6-8kg,塑炼50~80秒,恢复常压后依次加入SH-SA、TBD、氧化锌、发泡助剂、s-80和促进剂,随后继续加压至6-8kg,塑炼 2~4分钟,温度保持在65~75℃出料,得到二次胶料;
4.将二次胶料塑炼1~5分钟,温度保持在28~35℃条件下切刀出片,得到二次胶片,随后冷却至15~25℃;
5.挤压:将二次胶片放入150抽真空挤出机喂料口进行喂料,然后通过和挤出机相连的液压式模具,连续挤压成型为800毫米宽、4毫米厚的胶片,放置到牵引板,送入热风式硫化发泡炉中,胶片温度保持在50-55度,挤出机压力保持在2-4MPA。
6.二次胶片放入硫化发泡炉中,通过转动的滚棒,不断前进顺序同步硫化发泡,至硫化发泡炉末端箱口,得到三元乙丙橡胶和丁苯橡胶并用连续挤出发泡垫。

1.一种三元乙丙橡胶和丁苯橡胶并用挤出发泡垫,其特征在于:所述三元乙丙橡胶和丁苯橡胶并用挤出发泡垫的制备原料包括三元乙丙橡胶、丁苯橡胶、硬脂酸、氧化锌、SH-SA、促进剂和1,5,7-三氮杂二环[4.4.0]癸-5-烯,其中,所述SH-SA的化学式如下:

②将密炼的胶料塑炼2~5分钟,在28~35℃的条件下切刀出片,随后冷却至15~25℃,存放12小时以上,得到胶片;
