According to the scheme, when the current driver is detected to enter the vehicle, the second identity information of the current driver is obtained; comparing the first identity information and the second identity information of the authorized driver, which are stored in advance, to obtain a comparison result; judging whether the permission verification passes or not according to the comparison result; and if the authority verification is passed, starting the vehicle so that the current driver can drive the vehicle. In the embodiment, when the fact that the driver enters the vehicle is detected, the identity information of the current driver is obtained and compared with the identity information of the authorized driver stored in advance, whether the current driver has the authority of using the vehicle self-starting function is verified, if the current driver passes the verification, the vehicle is started, the vehicle key is not needed in the whole starting process, and the problem that the driver cannot start the vehicle when the driver does not carry the vehicle key is solved.
Referring to fig. 2, a first embodiment of the vehicle self-starting method according to the present application provides a schematic flowchart, and the vehicle self-starting method includes:
step S10, when detecting that the current driver enters the vehicle, acquiring second identity information of the current driver;
the subject of execution of the present solution may be a vehicle system. In particular, an authorized driver, i.e. a driver having the authority to drive a vehicle, such as the owner, family or user of a domestic or public vehicle.
Specifically, the vehicle system may detect whether a person is in the driver seat in real time through a pressure sensor under the driver seat or a functional module such as a camera facing the driver seat, so as to determine whether a driver enters the vehicle. If it is detected that a driver enters the vehicle, the vehicle system automatically starts each functional module for acquiring identity information, such as a display screen capable of human-computer interaction, a camera facing a driver seat, a vehicle-mounted microphone, and the like, and further acquires the identity information of the current driver for use in the subsequent step of verifying the identity of the current driver.
Step S20, comparing the first identity information and the second identity information of the authorized driver, which are stored in advance, to obtain a comparison result;
specifically, the vehicle system stores the identity information of the authorized driver, and the identity information may be pre-authorized to be entered by the vehicle administrator or received and stored in other manners, and the authorized driver has the authority to use the vehicle self-starting function.
In order to determine whether the current driver is authorized to use the vehicle self-starting function, after the vehicle system obtains the identity information of the current driver, the vehicle system reads the identity information of an authorized driver stored in the vehicle system in advance, then compares the identity information of the authorized driver and the identity information of the authorized driver, mainly compares the biological characteristic information contained in the identity information, and obtains a comparison result whether the identity information of the authorized driver and the identity information of the authorized driver are matched.
Step S30, judging whether the authority verification passes according to the comparison result;
specifically, the comparison result obtained in the previous step includes two possible situations, one of the two possible situations is that the identity information of the current driver is matched with the corresponding information items in the identity information of the authorized driver one by one, which indicates that the current driver is the authorized driver, that is, the current driver has the authority to use the vehicle self-starting function, and the authority passes the verification; and the other condition is that the identity information of the current driver is not matched with the corresponding information item in the identity information of the authorized driver completely or partially, which indicates that the comparison process is wrong or the current driver is not the authorized driver, and at the moment, the current driver is considered not to have the authority of using the vehicle self-starting function, and the authority verification is not passed.
And S40, if the authority verification is passed, starting the vehicle so that the current driver can drive the vehicle.
Specifically, if the authority verification is passed, it indicates that the real identity of the current driver is an authorized driver, and at this time, the system may open a vehicle self-starting function to the current driver, and start a power system of the vehicle, for example, start an engine of a conventional fuel vehicle or start a driving system of a new energy vehicle, so that the current driver can drive the vehicle. In this way, the driver can drive the vehicle without using the vehicle key.
According to the scheme, when the current driver is detected to enter the vehicle, the second identity information of the current driver is obtained; comparing the first identity information and the second identity information of the authorized driver, which are stored in advance, to obtain a comparison result; judging whether the permission verification passes or not according to the comparison result; and if the authority passes the verification, starting the vehicle so that the current driver can drive the vehicle. In the embodiment, when the fact that the driver enters the vehicle is detected, the identity information of the current driver is obtained and compared with the identity information of the authorized driver stored in advance, whether the current driver has the authority of using the vehicle self-starting function is verified, if the driver passes the verification, the vehicle is started, a vehicle key is not needed in the whole starting process, and the problem that the driver cannot start the vehicle when the driver does not carry the vehicle key is solved.
Further, referring to fig. 3, a second embodiment of the vehicle self-starting method according to the present application provides a flowchart, based on the above embodiment shown in fig. 2, and before the step S10 of acquiring the second identity information of the current driver when it is detected that the current driver enters the vehicle, the method further includes:
step S001, receiving an identity information input authorization instruction;
in particular, since the vehicle self-starting function has a great influence on the safety of the vehicle, such an important function cannot be opened to all persons using the vehicle. For this reason, the present embodiment defines the identity of an administrator, which is generally the owner of the vehicle, or the person authorized by the owner of the vehicle to manage the vehicle, or other person that manages the vehicle by law.
If a driver needs to obtain the use authority of the vehicle self-starting function, before the driver enters identity information into a vehicle system, the driver needs to be authorized by an administrator, and the administrator can enter an authorization instruction into the identity information input by the vehicle system to indicate that the driver is authorized to use the vehicle self-starting function. Accordingly, the vehicle system receives the identity information entry authorization order input by the administrator to enter a subsequent identity information entry step.
For example, the administrator a authorizes the driver B to use the self-starting function of the vehicle, first logs in the vehicle system with the identity of the administrator through the human-computer interaction interface of the display screen of the center console, then finds and clicks the function button for identity information entry, which is equivalent to inputting an identity information entry authorization instruction to the vehicle system, and accordingly the vehicle system receives the identity information entry authorization instruction to enter the subsequent step of obtaining the identity information of the authorized driver.
And S002, acquiring the first identity information of the authorized driver according to the identity information input authorization instruction.
Specifically, after receiving an identity information input authorization instruction sent by an administrator, the vehicle system executes the step of acquiring the identity information of an authorized driver, receives character information such as a name or a nickname input by the driver through a human-computer interaction interface of a display screen of a center console, and in addition, the vehicle system starts a vehicle-mounted camera, a microphone or a fingerprint identification module to acquire biological feature information of the authorized driver. And storing the acquired text information and the biological characteristic information in a vehicle system, so that the identity information of the authorized driver is recorded to provide reference for the subsequent permission verification step.
For example, after receiving an identity information entry authorization command sent by an administrator, the vehicle system may perform one or more of the following information acquisition actions: displaying 'please input name' on a display screen of a center console to remind an authorized driver of inputting the name; starting a pressure sensor arranged under a driver seat to collect weight data of an authorized driver; starting a vehicle camera to collect static facial feature information of an authorized driver, displaying information such as 'please open mouth', 'please turn head', 'please look up', 'please look down' and the like on a display screen to command the authorized driver to execute corresponding actions, and recording facial feature information of the authorized driver about the actions by a vehicle system through the camera; starting the vehicle-mounted recording system, and displaying the following characters on a display screen: 123456' and when the authorized driver reads "123456" according to the prompt, the vehicle-mounted recording system records the voice characteristic information of the authorized driver.
According to the scheme, the authorization instruction is input by receiving the identity information; and acquiring the first identity information of the authorized driver according to the identity information input authorization instruction. In the embodiment, the identity information of the authorized driver can be input into the vehicle system only through the authorization of the administrator, so that the vehicle self-starting function is restricted by stricter authority, and the safety of the vehicle is guaranteed.
Further, referring to fig. 4, a third embodiment of the vehicle self-starting method according to the present application provides a flowchart, based on the above embodiment shown in fig. 2, and before the step S10 of acquiring the second identity information of the current driver when it is detected that the current driver enters the vehicle, the method further includes:
step S003, receiving self-starting setting information;
specifically, because the vehicle self-starting function has a large influence on the safety of the vehicle, the state that the vehicle self-starting function is started all day long is generally not set, and the function is started only in a time period when the vehicle is used frequently, so that the energy consumption caused by the standby of the vehicle self-starting function can be reduced. For this reason, an administrator who has a right to manage the vehicle self-starting function needs to input self-starting setting information to the vehicle system, and accordingly, the vehicle system receives the self-starting setting information and sets the self-starting effective time of the vehicle accordingly.
For example, the administrator enters the self-starting setting page through the center console display screen of the vehicle, and inputs the time period for which the self-starting function is turned on, such as two time periods of 7 to 9 (on duty time period) and 18 to 00 (off duty time period) or is set to be turned on all day. Accordingly, the vehicle system receives the self-start setting information input by the administrator.
Step S004, setting the self-starting effective time of the vehicle according to the self-starting setting information;
specifically, after receiving the self-starting setting information input by the administrator, the vehicle system updates the data of the self-starting function configuration file according to the self-starting setting information, so that the vehicle can start the vehicle self-starting function only in the time period set by the administrator.
For example, the vehicle system writes corresponding data to the self-starting function profile according to the self-starting setting information (7.
Step S10, when it is detected that the current driver enters the vehicle, acquiring second identity information of the current driver for further refinement, further comprising:
step S101, when the current driver is detected to enter the vehicle, judging whether the system time of the vehicle is within the range of the self-starting effective time;
specifically, the vehicle system has a system time, which is generally synchronous with the real time, and the self-starting effective time refers to the time when the vehicle self-starting function is turned on, and the driver cannot use the vehicle self-starting function outside the time range. The vehicle system detects whether a person is in the driver seat through a pressure sensor under the driver seat or a camera in the vehicle. And if the driver is detected to enter the vehicle, reading the system time of the vehicle, comparing the system time with the preset self-starting effective time, and judging whether the system time is in the time range of the self-starting effective time. For example, the system time of the vehicle is 7.
Step S102, if the system time of the vehicle is within the range of the self-starting effective time, the second identity information of the current driver is obtained.
Specifically, the result of the judgment in the previous step indicates that the vehicle self-starting function is in an effective state when the system time of the vehicle is within the range of the self-starting effective time, and then the vehicle system automatically starts each functional module for acquiring the identity information. For example, the vehicle system may perform one or more of the following information acquisition actions: displaying 'please input name' on a display screen of a center console to remind a current driver of inputting the name; starting a pressure sensor arranged below a driver seat to collect weight data of a current driver; starting a vehicle camera to acquire static facial feature information of a current driver, displaying information such as 'please open mouth', 'please turn around', 'please look up', 'please look down' and the like on a display screen to command the current driver to execute corresponding actions, and recording facial feature information of the current driver about the actions by a vehicle system through the camera; starting the vehicle-mounted recording system, and displaying the following characters on a display screen: 123456 ' and when the current driver reads the ' 123456 ' according to the prompt, the vehicle-mounted recording system records the voice characteristic information of the current driver.
According to the scheme, the self-starting setting information is received; setting the self-starting effective time of the vehicle according to the self-starting setting information; when the current driver is detected to enter the vehicle, judging whether the system time of the vehicle is within the range of the self-starting effective time; and if the system time of the vehicle is within the range of the self-starting effective time, acquiring the second identity information of the current driver. In this embodiment, the administrator inputs the self-starting setting information to the vehicle system, the vehicle system sets the self-starting effective time according to the setting information, and the vehicle self-starting function can be used only within the self-starting effective time, so that the safety of the vehicle is improved, and the power consumption caused by the standby of the vehicle self-starting function is reduced.
Further, referring to fig. 5, a fourth embodiment of the vehicle self-starting method according to the present application provides a flowchart, and based on the embodiment shown in fig. 4, after the step of determining whether the system time of the vehicle is within the range of the self-starting effective time when the current driver is detected to enter the vehicle, the method further includes:
and S005, if the system time of the vehicle is not within the range of the self-starting effective time, pushing a first abnormal prompt to the current driver.
Specifically, the result of the judgment of the previous step indicates that the system time of the vehicle is not within the range of the self-starting effective time, which indicates that the vehicle self-starting function is in a failure state at this time, and further the subsequent self-starting step cannot be executed. In addition, the vehicle system can push reminding information to a user in a display screen display or voice broadcasting mode to remind a driver of starting a vehicle in other modes, such as starting the vehicle by using a vehicle key.
For example, the system time of the vehicle is 6. Meanwhile, the vehicle system can display or broadcast the 'vehicle self-starting function is not effective and please start by using the vehicle key' on the display screen so as to remind the user of starting the vehicle by using the vehicle key.
Through the above scheme, in the embodiment, a first abnormal reminder is pushed to the current driver specifically by the method if the system time of the vehicle is not within the range of the self-starting effective time. In the embodiment, if the system time of the vehicle is not within the range of the self-starting effective time, the vehicle system can push a prompt about non-effective self-starting to the current driver, so that the humanization degree of man-machine interaction is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 6, a fifth embodiment of the vehicle self-starting method according to the present application provides a schematic flow chart, and based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the step of detecting that the current driver enters the vehicle and acquiring the second identity information of the current driver includes:
step S103, acquiring weight information through a pressure sensor arranged below a driver seat;
specifically, the vehicle system needs to determine whether a driver enters the vehicle and prepare to drive the vehicle before self-starting. For this reason, the vehicle system calls a pressure sensor below the driver seat to acquire pressure data in real time to judge the presence of a person or an object on the driver seat.
Step S104, acquiring image information of the position of the driver seat through a camera;
specifically, since the data source of the pressure sensor of the previous step may be a person seated on the driver's seat or a weight placed on the driver's seat, it is not possible to accurately know whether or not a driver enters the vehicle interior only from the pressure sensor data of the previous step. Therefore, the vehicle system calls a camera to shoot a single frame or continuous multiple frames of pictures towards the driver seat so as to be used for analyzing whether a person is in the driver seat or not subsequently.
Step S105, judging whether the current driver enters the vehicle or not according to the weight information and the image information;
specifically, after the pressure data of the driver seat is collected, whether the pressure data belongs to the preset human body weight data range is judged, if the pressure data enters the human body weight data range, the driver seat is probably a driver. Meanwhile, if the picture shot by the camera is a single-frame picture, whether the single-frame picture contains a human face or not is analyzed, and whether the driver seat is in a position or not is judged; if continuous multiple frames of pictures are shot, whether the continuous multiple frames of pictures contain human faces or have motion characteristic information or not is analyzed, and whether people exist in the position of the driver seat is judged.
For example, the vehicle system records a human body weight data range of 30KG or more, and the pressure data of the acquired seat position is 65KG, and the pressure data is within the human body weight data range, which indicates that there is probably a person in the seat. Furthermore, the vehicle system shoots a picture towards the driver seat through the camera, analyzes whether the picture contains a human face, and if the analysis result shows that the human face exists, the situation that the human face exists on the driver seat is probably indicated. And comprehensively judging whether a person is in the driver seat or not by combining the pressure data and the picture, namely whether a driver enters the vehicle or not.
And step S106, if yes, acquiring the second identity information of the current driver.
Specifically, if the result of the previous step judgment indicates that a driver enters the vehicle, the vehicle system may perform one or more of the following information acquisition actions: displaying 'please input name' on a display screen of a center console to remind a current driver of inputting the name; starting a pressure sensor arranged below a driver seat to collect weight data of a current driver; starting a vehicle camera to acquire static facial feature information of a current driver, displaying information such as 'please open mouth', 'please turn head', 'please look up', 'please look down' and the like on a display screen to command the current driver to execute corresponding actions, and recording facial feature information of the current driver about the actions by a vehicle system through the camera; starting the vehicle-mounted recording system, and displaying the following characters on a display screen: 123456", when the current driver reads" 123456 "according to the prompt, the vehicle-mounted recording system records the voice characteristic information of the current driver.
According to the scheme, the weight information is obtained through the pressure sensor arranged below the driver seat; acquiring image information of the position of a driver seat through a camera; judging whether the current driver enters the vehicle or not according to the weight information and the image information; and if so, acquiring the second identity information of the current driver. In this embodiment, the vehicle system obtains relevant information through the pressure sensor and the camera, comprehensively judges whether a driver enters the vehicle, further obtains the identity information of the current driver by using the judgment result as a trigger condition, and provides necessary materials for the subsequent permission verification step.
Further, referring to fig. 7, a sixth embodiment of the vehicle self-starting method according to the present application provides a flowchart, based on the above embodiment shown in fig. 2, in step S20, comparing the pre-stored first identity information of the authorized driver with the second identity information, and further refining the comparison result, and further includes:
step S201, comparing corresponding comparison items in the first identity information and the second identity information to obtain a comparison result about whether the first identity information and the second identity information are matched, where the comparison items at least include one or more of a driver name, weight data, a facial feature, and a voice feature.
Specifically, after the identity information of the current driver is acquired, the identity information of the current driver needs to be compared with the identity information of the authorized driver stored in the vehicle system, whether the identity information of the current driver is matched with the identity information of the authorized driver is determined, and whether the current driver has the authority to use the vehicle self-starting function is determined. The two kinds of identity information comprise one or more items of information with the same property, such as weight data, facial features or voice features, and the vehicle system compares the information items as comparison items to obtain a comparison result of whether the comparison items are matched.
For example, after acquiring the identity information of the current driver a, the vehicle system reads the pre-stored identity information of the authorized drivers (the authorized drivers have three, B, C, and D) for comparison: the name input by the current driver A through the human-computer interaction interface is the same as that of the authorized driver B, and the name items are matched; when the weight data of the current driver A is 65KG and the weight data of the authorized driver B is 64KG, matching the weight data items (allowing certain errors in the weight data); if the facial features of the current driver A and the authorized driver B reach preset similarity, matching the facial feature items; if the voice characteristic of the current driver A and the voice characteristic of the authorized driver B reach the preset similarity, the voice characteristic items are matched. After the name item, the weight data item, the face feature item and the sound feature item are respectively matched, a comparison result of matching the two kinds of identity information is obtained; if some or all of the pair-not-matched items do not match, a comparison result that the two kinds of identity information do not match is obtained.
Step S30, judging whether the authority verification passes the further refinement according to the comparison result, and further comprising
Step S301, if the first identity information is matched with the second identity information, the authority verification is passed;
specifically, the comparison result obtained in the previous step indicates that all comparison items in the identity information of the current driver and the identity information of the authorized driver are matched, so that the identity of the current driver is the authorized driver, and the vehicle system can confirm that the current driver passes the authority verification and open the vehicle self-starting function for the current driver. For example, the vehicle system confirms that the current real identity of the driver a is the authorized driver B through the comparison result, and then performs the subsequent vehicle self-starting step.
Step S302, if the first identity information and the second identity information do not match, the permission verification fails.
Specifically, the comparison result obtained in the previous step indicates that the identity information of the current driver and the comparison items in the identity information of the authorized driver are not matched partially or completely, and then the current driver does not have the authority to use the vehicle self-starting function. For example, the vehicle system confirms that the identity information of the current driver a does not match the identity information of any authorized driver in the system through the comparison result, and the subsequent vehicle self-starting step cannot be executed.
In this embodiment, by using the above scheme, a comparison result about whether the first identity information and the second identity information are matched is obtained by comparing corresponding comparison items in the first identity information and the second identity information, where the comparison items at least include one or more of a driver name, weight data, facial features, and voice features; if the first identity information is matched with the second identity information, the authority verification is passed; and if the first identity information and the second identity information are not matched, the authority verification is not passed. In the embodiment, comparison items corresponding to the identity information of the current driver and the authorized driver are compared, and whether the current driver has the permission to use the vehicle self-starting function is verified. The comparison relates to a plurality of biological characteristics, and whether the identity of the current driver is an authorized driver or not can be accurately judged.
Further, referring to fig. 8, a seventh embodiment of the vehicle self-starting method according to the present application provides a flowchart, and based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2, after the step of determining whether the authority verification passes according to the comparison result, the method further includes:
and step S006, if the authority verification fails, pushing a second abnormal prompt to the current driver.
Specifically, if the authority verification in the previous step is not passed, it indicates that the current driver is not an authorized driver, and the vehicle self-starting function is not used, and at this time, the current driver cannot start the vehicle in a self-starting manner, and the vehicle system may push a reminding message to the current driver in a display screen display or voice broadcast manner of the center console, for example, "the authority verification fails, please re-verify or start with a vehicle key", and the current driver only starts the vehicle in a re-authority verification manner or in a traditional vehicle key starting manner.
According to the scheme, if the authority verification is not passed, a second abnormal prompt is pushed to the current driver. In the embodiment, the condition that the authority verification fails is considered, the vehicle system can correspondingly push the reminding information to the user to remind the user to re-verify or start the vehicle by using the key, and the humanization degree of man-machine interaction is improved.
Referring to fig. 9, an eighth embodiment of the vehicle self-starting method according to the present application provides a schematic flow chart.
Firstly, an identity information input authorization instruction needs to be input into a vehicle system by an administrator who has the authority of managing the vehicle self-starting function, and the vehicle system acquires the identity information of an authorized driver after receiving the identity information input authorization instruction, wherein the identity information specifically comprises name, weight data information, facial feature information and sound feature information.
Then, the administrator needs to input the self-start setting information to the vehicle system (the vehicle system defaults that the vehicle self-start function is turned off before the self-start effective time is not set), and the vehicle system sets the self-start effective time according to the self-start setting information.
When the vehicle system detects that a driver enters the vehicle, the subsequent execution steps are determined according to whether the system time of the vehicle system is within the self-starting effective time range. If the system time is not within the self-starting effective time range, pushing abnormal reminding information to the current driver to remind the driver to start the vehicle by adopting a traditional vehicle key starting mode; and if the system time is within the self-starting effective time range, acquiring the identity information of the current driver.
And comparing the acquired identity information of the current driver with the pre-stored identity information of the authorized driver, and further judging whether the permission verification is passed (verifying whether the current driver has the permission to use the vehicle self-starting function). If the authority verification fails, pushing abnormal reminding information to the current driver to remind the driver to re-verify or start the vehicle by adopting a traditional vehicle key starting mode; if the authority verification is passed, the vehicle system starts the vehicle so that the current driver can drive the vehicle.
In the embodiment, the identity information of an authorized driver is firstly acquired, then the identity information of the current driver is acquired when the driver enters the vehicle, whether the current driver has the authority to use the vehicle self-starting function is verified by comparing the two kinds of identity information, whether the current driver has the authority to use the vehicle self-starting function is further verified, if the authority is verified, the vehicle is started, a vehicle key is not needed in the whole starting process, and the problem that the driver cannot start the vehicle when the driver does not carry the vehicle key is solved.
