Background
In the existing office buildings and small and high-rise residential buildings, anyone can open the car door of the elevator and stay at any floor in the building, so that the elevator is often stolen due to the entrance and exit of strangers, and economic loss and mental injury are caused to owners.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the first object of the invention is to provide an intelligent elevator safety management system which has the characteristic of high safety.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
an intelligent elevator safety management system comprises a user terminal and an elevator control system, wherein the user terminal is in communication connection with the elevator control system and is configured with a corresponding floor code; the elevator control system is provided with a car operating panel; wherein,
the user terminal is provided with an information input module and a fingerprint input module and is used for acquiring identity information and fingerprint information of a user, generating corresponding user information according to the identity information and the fingerprint information and sending the user information to the elevator control system;
the car operation panel is provided with a plurality of fingerprint identification modules, each fingerprint identification module is provided with a floor code, and a fingerprint sensor is arranged; the fingerprint sensor is arranged on the surface of the car operation panel and is marked with a floor code;
the elevator control system is configured to transmit user information received from the user terminal to a corresponding fingerprint identification module in the car operation panel for storage according to the floor code of the user terminal; each fingerprint identification module is configured to send a corresponding floor delivery request to an elevator control system when correct fingerprint information is identified; the elevator control system is configured to control the car to reach the corresponding floor according to the floor arrival request.
Preferably, the car operation panel is further provided with a shooting module; the shooting module is configured to acquire image information of a user when the fingerprint identification module identifies wrong fingerprint information, generate corresponding wrong touch information based on the floor code and the image information of the corresponding fingerprint identification module, and send the wrong touch information to the elevator control system; the elevator control system is configured to send the mis-touch information to a user terminal of a corresponding floor.
Preferably, the user terminal is further configured with a face information entry module for collecting face information of a user; the user terminal is configured to generate the user information also based on face information entered by a user; the shooting module is provided with a face recognition unit, and the face recognition unit is configured to analyze face information in the image information and match the face information with user information in a corresponding fingerprint recognition module; the shooting module is configured to delete the false touch information after the face recognition unit successfully matches the image information.
Preferably, the elevator control system is further provided with a request terminal; the request terminal is provided with a key operation module and a fingerprint input module; the request terminal is used for sending an elevator use request to the user terminal, collecting fingerprint information of external personnel, generating temporary user information based on the fingerprint information of the external personnel and a floor code of the corresponding user terminal, and sending the temporary user information to the elevator control system; the elevator control system is configured to send the temporary user information to the corresponding fingerprint identification module according to the floor code for storage; the fingerprint identification module is configured to delete the temporary user information after finishing the verification of the fingerprint information in the temporary user information;
the user terminal is also used for receiving and confirming or rejecting the elevator use request.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide an intelligent elevator safety management system which has the characteristic of high safety.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
an intelligent elevator safety management method comprises the following steps:
a step that a user terminal collects user information and sends the user information to an elevator control system; the user information at least comprises identity information and fingerprint information;
the elevator control system receives user information from a user terminal, and transmits the user information to a corresponding fingerprint identification module in a car operation panel for storage according to a floor code of the user terminal; each fingerprint identification module is provided with a fingerprint sensor which is also used as a floor key;
the fingerprint identification module identifies and matches fingerprint information input by a user through a fingerprint sensor, and sends a floor delivery request to an elevator control system after the matching is successful;
and controlling the elevator car to reach the corresponding floor by the elevator control system according to the floor delivery request.
Preferably, the method further comprises:
a shooting module in the car operation panel acquires image information of a user when any fingerprint identification module identifies wrong fingerprint information, generates false touch information according to a floor code of the fingerprint identification module, and sends the false touch information to an elevator control system;
and the elevator control system sends the false touch information to a corresponding user terminal.
Preferably, the user information further includes face information of the user;
the method further comprises the following steps:
and the shooting module identifies the face information in the image information, matches the face information and determines whether to delete the false touch information according to a matching result.
Preferably, the method further comprises:
a step in which the request terminal transmits an elevator use request to a corresponding user terminal based on the operation of the user;
a step in which the user terminal confirms or rejects the elevator use request based on the operation of the user;
the method comprises the steps that a request terminal collects fingerprint information of a user after an elevator use request is confirmed, generates temporary user information according to a floor code of a corresponding user terminal and the fingerprint information of the user, and sends the temporary user information to an elevator control system;
the elevator control system sends the temporary user information to a corresponding fingerprint identification module for storage according to the floor code;
and deleting the temporary user information after the fingerprint information in the temporary user information is verified by the fingerprint identification module.
Preferably, the form of the elevator use request comprises voice, video or a combination thereof.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. the method comprises the following steps that floor keys on a car operation panel are replaced by fingerprint identification modules, and fingerprint information of users of corresponding floors is only stored in each fingerprint identification module; so, the user can only press the fingerprint sensor who corresponds with the floor that oneself lives and control the elevator, and can not reach other floors, and then avoids external personnel to use the elevator at will.
2. When a visitor comes, a request terminal is required to send a request to a corresponding user terminal, and the elevator can be normally used only after confirmation is obtained.
3. The car operation panel can generate corresponding information records and send the information records to corresponding user terminals when external personnel try to operate the fingerprint sensors which do not correspond to the floors of the car.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples and drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.
Example 1:
referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an intelligent elevator safety management system, including a user terminal, a request terminal and an elevator control system, where a user terminal is installed in an owner room of each floor, and a corresponding floor code is configured, and each user terminal is in communication connection with the elevator control system.
The user terminal is provided with an information input module and a fingerprint input module, and the information input module adopts a touch screen. After the owner enters the house, the name of the owner is input through the information input module, and the fingerprint information of the owner is input through the fingerprint input module; when there are many people in the owner's house, the information of many people can be recorded. And after the completion, the user terminal generates user information according to the information input by the owner and sends the user information to the elevator control system.
The elevator control system comprises a user management module and an elevator control module, and is provided with a car operation panel. The car operation panel is arranged in the car, the plane structure of the car operation panel is shown in fig. 2, and the car operation panel is provided with a plurality of operation keys, including floor keys such as 1, 2, 3 and 4 …, a door closing key and a door opening key; except the floor key No. 1, the rest floor keys are integrated by a single fingerprint identification module and are registered in the user management module, namely each fingerprint identification module has a single floor code; the fingerprint identification module is provided with a fingerprint sensor, and the fingerprint sensor is arranged on the surface of the car operation panel for the touch operation of a user.
Therefore, when the elevator control system receives user information from the user terminal, the user management module transmits the user information to the corresponding fingerprint identification module in the car operation panel for storage according to the floor code of the user terminal. When the owner takes the elevator, pressing the fingers on the fingerprint sensor corresponding to the floor where the owner lives to perform fingerprint input operation; the entered fingerprint information is input into the corresponding fingerprint identification module, the fingerprint identification module matches the fingerprint information, and if the matching is successful, the corresponding floor delivery request is sent to the elevator control system. Then, the elevator control system controls the car to reach the corresponding floor according to the floor arrival request received from the car operation panel.
In addition, the car operating panel is also provided with a shooting module which is provided with a camera arranged on the surface of the panel, and the camera is preferably a wide-angle camera. The shooting module is electrically connected with each fingerprint identification module; when the fingerprint identification module can identify wrong fingerprint information, for example, owners on other floors press wrong keys or unauthorized external personnel operate, the fingerprint identification module immediately sends a wrong instruction to the shooting module; and after receiving the error instruction, the shooting module immediately controls the camera to shoot for one time or multiple times so as to acquire the image information of the corresponding personnel. After the acquisition is completed, the shooting module generates false touch information based on the floor code of the corresponding fingerprint identification module and the image information.
The photographing module is provided with a face recognition unit for recognizing face information in the image information. Meanwhile, the user terminal is also provided with a facial information input module, and the owner inputs own facial information through the facial information input module when inputting the user information. Therefore, after the shooting module receives the error instruction, all owner face information is extracted from all fingerprint identification modules and matched with the currently shot image information, and if the matching is successful, that is, the people who touch by mistake is the owner of a certain floor, the shooting module deletes the information of touching by mistake.
And then, the shooting module sends the mistaken touch information to an elevator control system, and a user management module in the elevator control system sends the mistaken touch information to all user terminals of the corresponding floor according to the floor code. And after receiving the false touch information, the user terminal prompts the user terminal in a voice or other form.
Example 2:
on the basis of the above embodiments, the present embodiment provides a scheme for using an elevator when an outside person visits, specifically including:
referring to fig. 1, an elevator control system is configured with a request terminal configured with a key operation module and a fingerprint entry module. When the foreign person visits, the foreign person inputs the number of the owner to be visited through the key operation module to call. The request terminal generates corresponding call information based on the number of the doorplate input by the external person and sends the call information to the elevator control system. The user management module of the elevator control system sends an elevator use request to the corresponding user terminal based on the call information. When the user terminal receives the elevator use request, the owner is reminded in a voice or other mode. In this embodiment, the user terminal and the request terminal are configured with a voice intercom module, and the request terminal is further configured with a camera, so that when a request is sent to the user terminal, the user management module establishes a voice-video connection for the user terminal and the request terminal, and a voice-video conversation can be performed between the owner and an external person, so as to further confirm the identity of the external person. The owner then confirms or denies the request through the touch screen.
After the owner selects confirmation, the user terminal sends confirmation information to the elevator control system; after receiving the confirmation information, the user management module of the elevator control system sends an information entry instruction to the request terminal; and after receiving the information input instruction, the request terminal prompts an external person to input fingerprint information. Then, the external personnel input own fingerprint information through a fingerprint input module of the request terminal, and after the request terminal acquires effective fingerprint information, temporary user information is generated based on the fingerprint information of the external personnel and the floor code of the corresponding user terminal and is sent to the elevator control system; and the user management module of the elevator control system sends the temporary user information to the corresponding fingerprint identification module for storage according to the floor code.
Then, when the outside person operates the car operation panel, the outside person presses a finger against the correct fingerprint sensor to perform an identification operation. And the corresponding fingerprint identification module is configured to delete the temporary user information after the fingerprint information in the temporary user information is verified.
Example 3:
the embodiment provides an intelligent elevator safety management method, which is implemented based on the management system in the embodiment and specifically includes:
s1, the user terminal collects the user information and sends the user information to the elevator control system; the user information at least comprises identity information and fingerprint information;
s2, the elevator control system receives the user information from the user terminal and transmits the user information to the corresponding fingerprint identification module in the car operation panel for storage according to the floor code of the user terminal; each fingerprint identification module is provided with a fingerprint sensor which is also used as a floor key;
s3, the fingerprint identification module identifies and matches the fingerprint information input by the user through the fingerprint sensor, and sends a floor delivery request to the elevator control system after the matching is successful;
and S4, controlling the elevator car to reach the corresponding floor according to the floor delivery request by the elevator control system.
In this embodiment, the method further includes:
s5, when any fingerprint identification module identifies wrong fingerprint information, the shooting module in the car operation panel acquires image information of a user, generates false touch information according to the floor code of the fingerprint identification module, and sends the false touch information to an elevator control system;
in S5, the user information further includes face information of the user, and thus S5 further includes a step of the photographing module recognizing and matching face information in the image information, and deciding whether to delete the mis-touch information according to the matching result.
And S6, the elevator control system sends the false touch information to the corresponding user terminal.
Example 4:
the embodiment provides a method for using an elevator by a foreign person on the basis of the embodiment 3, which comprises the following steps:
a step in which the request terminal transmits an elevator use request to a corresponding user terminal based on the operation of the user; in this embodiment, the form of the elevator use request includes voice, video or a combination thereof.
A step in which the user terminal confirms or rejects the elevator use request based on the operation of the user;
the method comprises the steps that a request terminal collects fingerprint information of a user after an elevator use request is confirmed, generates temporary user information according to a floor code of a corresponding user terminal and the fingerprint information of the user, and sends the temporary user information to an elevator control system;
the elevator control system sends the temporary user information to the corresponding fingerprint identification module for storage according to the floor code;
and deleting the temporary user information after the fingerprint information in the temporary user information is verified by the fingerprint identification module.
