s31, comparing and analyzing the collected driver information with the vehicle owner information which is input in advance to judge whether the driver information is matched with the vehicle owner or not, wherein the vehicle owner information comprises identity information input by at least one person.
In step S31, the owner information may be entered into the vehicle terminal in advance, the information of multiple persons may be recorded, and only any one of the facial image, the voice, and the fingerprint may be entered.
Referring to fig. 3, in this embodiment, the steps of the method for starting the self-checking of the automobile further include:
s71, judging whether the state index of the target vehicle is in a preset vehicle state standard range or not according to the analysis report;
s72, if at least one item of the state indexes of the target vehicle is not in the preset vehicle state standard range, generating vehicle fault information, displaying the vehicle fault information on a display screen, and simultaneously sending voice prompt to a vehicle owner;
and S73, if each item in the state indexes of the target vehicle is in a preset vehicle state standard range, starting the vehicle engine.
In steps S71-S73, the analysis report is analyzed by the automobile terminal to determine whether the state index of the target vehicle is within the preset vehicle state standard range, and if any one of the state indexes of the target vehicle is lower than or higher than the preset corresponding vehicle state standard range, the fault information is displayed on the screen, and a voice prompt is sent to remind the owner of the fault; if the vehicle state is normal, the automobile can be started normally, so that the phenomenon that the automobile is further damaged by the fact that the automobile owner continues to start the automobile under the condition that the automobile is in a fault is avoided, and meanwhile, the safety of the automobile owner is also protected.
Preferably, the step of the automobile starting self-checking method further comprises:
s74, if at least one item of the state indexes of the target vehicle is not in a preset vehicle state standard range, acquiring fault information of the target vehicle;
s75, searching a preset maintenance scheme matched with the fault information according to the fault information of the target vehicle;
s76, or feeding the fault information of the target vehicle back to a remote service platform, and receiving a maintenance scheme given by the remote service platform according to the fault information of the target vehicle;
s77, or displaying a suggestion request containing the fault information of the target vehicle on a display screen interface, and generating a maintenance scheme according to the content replied by the remote service personnel on the display screen interface aiming at the suggestion request.
In steps S74-S77, when the vehicle has a fault and the vehicle owner cannot solve the fault, the fault information of the target vehicle can be obtained through the vehicle terminal, and a preset maintenance scheme matched with the fault information is searched in the database of the fault information, so that the vehicle owner can conveniently solve the fault according to the maintenance scheme, and can also obtain the help of a remote service platform through the vehicle terminal, and the fault is guided to be solved through the remote service platform, and meanwhile, a maintenance suggestion can be obtained on a display screen of the vehicle terminal, and the solution is generated through the reply of the remote service platform; the remote service platform may be a repair shop or an end service provider.
