Technical Field

Background
At present, some intelligent door locks with remote unlocking functions in the market can inform a door lock owner of remote unlocking only by knowing the contact way of the door lock owner, so that visitors who do not have the contact way of the door lock owner are inconvenient. Therefore, under the condition that the visitor does not have a contact way of the door lock owner or the condition that the temporary unlocking password is sent and a reliable verification mechanism is lacked, the unlocking operation of the intelligent door lock can be controlled and realized on the basis that the visitor is effectively authenticated through the external equipment carried by the door lock owner, so that the safety and the convenience of the intelligent door lock are guaranteed, and the user experience of the visitor and/or the door lock owner is improved.

the intelligent conversation unit is used for starting an intelligent conversation with the visitor to judge the visitor type before the acquisition unit acquires at least one characteristic message of the visitor when the visitor visits;
the acquisition unit is further used for further acquiring at least one characteristic message of the visitor if the visitor is determined to meet the specific visitor type.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
and the unlocking permission judging unit is used for judging the unlocking permission of the visitor before the intelligent conversation unit and the visitor open an intelligent conversation so as to judge the visitor type and determine that the visitor has no permission to unlock.

and the remote interaction unit is used for entering a remote interaction mode with the external device after the communication unit sends the collected at least one characteristic message to the external device so as to realize remote interaction between the visitor and the external device corresponding to the door lock owner.

the remote interaction unit is further used for triggering the external device to exit the remote interaction mode by the door lock owner or triggering the door lock control device to exit the remote interaction mode by the visitor after the visitor completes remote interaction with the door lock owner corresponding to the external device, so as to finish remote interaction.
13. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the at least one characteristic information comprises the following information: text information, picture information, audio information and audio and video information.

the generating unit is further configured to, after the communication unit sends the collected at least one piece of feature information to the external device, directly generate a control instruction for rejecting unlocking if an authentication response message fed back by the external device is not received within a specific time period, and feed back an unlocking rejection message to the visitor.
