Abstract
一种擦拭无纺布,具有层状纤维网结构,所述擦拭无纺布的第一层、第二层、第四层和第五层均为主要由熔喷纤维组成的熔喷纤维网,所述擦拭无纺布的第三层为主要由木浆纤维组成的木浆纤维网,所述第二层和第四层的熔喷纤维网中的熔喷纤维部分交织于邻接的第三层的木浆纤维网之中,由于本发明的擦拭无纺布由五层纤维网组成,当第二层和第四层的熔喷纤维网固结时,与木浆纤维交织的部分会将交织的木浆纤维一同固结,从而形成阻止木浆纤维移动的防护网,而位于第三层外侧的第一层、第二层、第四层和第五层熔喷纤维网更是将木浆纤维层层防护,防止“掉毛”现象的发生。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及擦拭无纺布技术领域,尤其涉及应用于个人护理、婴幼儿护理用的一种耐磨擦、防掉毛的擦拭无纺布及其制造方法。
背景技术
目前,擦拭用棉柔巾由于携带及收纳相当的方便,且使用便利,因此受到广大消费者的喜爱。擦拭用棉柔巾可以是水刺无纺布制品,也可以是熔喷复合无纺布制品。较传统的布类或纸类棉柔巾,其生产方法方便,价格低廉,并且干湿均可使用。
但是现有的熔喷复合无纺布是由熔喷纤维层作为表面层,木浆纤维层作为中间层,经复合后而形成的,由于木浆纤维长度较短,容易从熔喷纤维层掉出,即出现所谓的“掉毛”现象,在擦拭过程中掉落的木浆纤维会残留在使用物体表面,反而造成清洁不干净。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐磨擦、防掉毛擦拭无纺布及其制造方法,克服现有产品及生产方法的缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明的解决技术方案是:
一种擦拭无纺布,具有层状纤维网结构,包括依序设置的第一层、第二层、第三层、第四层和第五层;所述擦拭无纺布的第一层、第二层、第四层和第五层均为主要由熔喷纤维组成的熔喷纤维网,所述擦拭无纺布的第三层为主要由木浆纤维组成的木浆纤维网,其中,所述第一层和第五层的熔喷纤维旦数为0.2旦~0.4旦,第二层和第四层的熔喷纤维旦数为0.5旦~2.0旦,所述第三层与所述擦拭无纺布的重量百分比≥65%,所述第二层和第四层的熔喷纤维网中的熔喷纤维部分交织于邻接的第三层的木浆纤维网之中。
所述熔喷纤维为聚烯烃纤维、聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚氨酯纤维、聚乳酸纤维或它们的混合物。
所述熔喷纤维为单组分熔喷纤维、双组分熔喷纤维或两者共混的熔喷纤维。
所述双组分熔喷纤维分别是由熔点相差20℃以上,且表面含有低熔点树脂的纤维构成,纤维结构为双组分皮芯型、双组分橘瓣型或双组分并列型。
所述第三层的木浆纤维网由木浆纤维与其他纤维或物质共混组成。
所述其他纤维为粘胶纤维、单组分或双组分化学纤维、或者其他天然纤维或它们的混合纤维。
所述其他物质为热熔粘胶物质或高吸水性树脂。
所述擦拭无纺布表面具有压花区域。
所述第一层的熔喷纤维网的上表面还具有亲水性涂层或功能性涂层。
本发明还提供上述擦拭无纺布的制造方法,包括下列步骤:
(1)浆粕板通过粉碎机粉碎打散,形成木浆纤维网,在辅助气流的作用下通过喷管进入第一熔喷复合工序中;
(2)第一熔喷复合工序,第一和第二熔喷纺丝装置分别位于所述木浆纤维网两侧,采用熔喷工艺,将热塑性树脂加热,熔融后进入第一和第二熔喷纺丝装置,在第一和第二熔喷纺丝装置中利用热气流将从熔喷喷丝板的熔喷喷丝孔中喷出的热塑性树脂的熔体细流吹散成纤维直径≤10μm的纤维束,从而伴随热气流形成熔喷纤维网;所形成的熔喷纤维网分别与邻接的木浆纤维网的侧面处相交汇,其中,所述熔喷纤维网与木浆纤维网的交汇夹角为15°~60°形成两侧是熔喷纤维网,中间为木浆纤维网的多层结构纤维网,即形成所述擦拭无纺布的第二层、第三层和第四层;
(3)第二熔喷复合工序,将所述的多层结构纤维网输送到第二熔喷复合工序中,采用熔喷工艺,通过第三熔喷纺丝装置在所述多层结构纤维网的上表面附着一层熔喷纤维网,即形成所述擦拭无纺布的第一层,其中,所述擦拭无纺布的第一层与所述多层结构纤维的复合夹角为90°。
(4)第三熔喷复合工序,将上表面附着一层熔喷纤维网的多层结构纤维网输送到第三熔喷复合工序中,采用熔喷工艺,通过第四熔喷纺丝装置在所述多层结构纤维网的下表面附着一层熔喷纤维网,即形成所述擦拭无纺布的第五层,其中,所述擦拭无纺布的第五层与所述多层结构纤维网的复合夹角为90°。
(5)固结工序,将所述擦拭无纺布的第一层、第二层、第三层、第四层和第五层通过加热装置将各层固结在一起,形成所述的擦拭无纺布。
所述熔喷喷丝孔的结构类型为单组分喷丝孔、双组分喷丝孔或两者相互混合排列。
所述的双组分喷丝孔为皮芯型、橘瓣型或并列型。
所述加热装置为热风烘箱、热轧辊或两者相结合。
所述固结工序后,进入后处理工序,将固结后的擦拭无纺布通过喷涂或辊涂方式在所述擦拭无纺布的第一层上涂覆亲水性涂层或功能性涂层。
采用上述技术方案后,由于本发明的擦拭无纺布由五层纤维网组成,其中第三层为木浆纤维,第一层、第二层、第四层和第五层均由熔喷纤维组成,并且位于中间位置的第二层、第三层和第四层采用部分熔喷纤维与木浆纤维交织分布的方式,当第二层和第四层的熔喷纤维网固结时,与木浆纤维交织的部分会将交织的木浆纤维一同固结,并且第二层和第四层的熔喷纤维旦数为0.5旦~2.0旦,纤维较粗,更容易与木浆交织在一起,而被固结的木浆纤维处于第三层的上、下表面,从而形成阻止木浆纤维移动的防护网,而位于第三层外侧的第一层、第二层、第四层和第五层熔喷纤维网更是将木浆纤维层层防护,防止“掉毛”现象的发生。第一层和第五层熔喷纤维网在与所述多层结构纤维网的复合夹角为90°,在形成的第一层和第五层熔喷纤维网时,不会与非熔喷纤维接触,所以形成的熔喷纤维网中仅存在熔喷纤维,并且第一层和第五层的熔喷纤维旦数为0.2旦~0.4旦,纤维较细,既可以形成更致密、均匀的纤维结构防止掉屑、掉毛,更加有利于第三层中木浆短纤维的防护,又可以增加擦拭无纺布细腻的触感。同时,处于擦拭无纺布表层的第一层熔喷纤维表面可以进行亲水、亲肤功能后处理,还可以通过调整第一层和第五层的纤维粗细度和密度,满足客户的不同要求,应用于不同领域。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
实施例1
如图1、图2所示,本发明揭示了一种擦拭无纺布1,具有层状纤维网结构,擦拭无纺布1的第一层11、第二层12、第四层14和第五层15均为由聚丙烯熔喷纤维组成的熔喷纤维网,擦拭无纺布1的第三层13为由木浆纤维组成的木浆纤维网,其中,第一层和第五层的熔喷纤维旦数为0.2旦~0.4旦,第二层和第四层的熔喷纤维旦数为0.5旦~2.0旦,第三层13与所述擦拭无纺布1的重量百分比为65%,第二层12和第四层14的熔喷纤维网中的熔喷纤维部分交织于邻接的第三层13的木浆纤维网之中,擦拭无纺布1的表面具有压花区域a1。
擦拭无纺布1的熔喷纤维可以为聚烯烃纤维、聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚氨酯纤维、聚乳酸纤维或它们的混合物,第三层13的木浆纤维网由木浆纤维与其他纤维或物质共混组成。其他纤维为粘胶纤维、单组分或双组分化学纤维、或者其他天然纤维或它们的混合纤维;其他物质为热熔粘胶物质或高吸水性树脂。
如图3所示,本发明揭示了所述擦拭无纺布1的制造方法,包括下列步骤:
(1)浆粕板通过粉碎机A13粉碎打散,形成木浆纤维网,在辅助气流的作用下通过喷管A14进入第一熔喷复合工序A1中。
(2)第一熔喷复合工序A1,第一和第二熔喷纺丝装置A11、A12分别位于所述木浆纤维网两侧,采用熔喷工艺,将热塑性树脂聚丙烯加热,熔融后进入第一和第二熔喷纺丝装置A11、A12,在第一和第二熔喷纺丝装置A11、A12中利用热气流将从熔喷喷丝板A15、A16的熔喷喷丝孔中喷出的热塑性树脂的熔体细流吹散成纤维直径≤10μm的纤维束,从而伴随热气流形成熔喷纤维网;所形成的熔喷纤维网分别与邻接的木浆纤维网的侧面处相交汇,其中,所述熔喷纤维网与木浆纤维网的交汇夹角θ11为15°~60°形成两侧是熔喷纤维网,中间为木浆纤维网的多层结构纤维网,即形成擦拭无纺布1的第二层12、第三层13和第四层14。
(3)第二熔喷复合工序B1,将所述的多层结构纤维网输送到第二熔喷复合工序B1中,采用熔喷工艺,通过第三熔喷纺丝装置B13在所述多层结构纤维网的上表面附着一层熔喷纤维网,即形成擦拭无纺布的第一层11,其中,擦拭无纺布1的第一层11与多层结构纤维的复合夹角θ12为90°。
(4)第三熔喷复合工序C1,将上表面附着一层熔喷纤维网的多层结构纤维网输送到第三熔喷复合工序C1中,采用熔喷工艺,通过第四熔喷纺丝装置C14在多层结构纤维网的下表面附着一层熔喷纤维网,即形成擦拭无纺布1的第五层15,其中,擦拭无纺布1的第五层15与多层结构纤维网的复合夹角θ13为90°。
(5)固结工序D1,将擦拭无纺布1的第一层11、第二层12、第三层13、第四层14和第五层15通过加热装置,即一对热轧辊D15,将各层固结在一起,形成擦拭无纺布1。
以上熔喷喷丝孔结构类型可以是单组分喷丝孔、双组分喷丝孔或两者相互混合排列,双组分喷丝孔可以是皮芯型、橘瓣型或并列型,双组分熔喷纤维可以分别是由熔点相差20℃以上,且表面含有低熔点树脂的纤维构成,这样形成的熔喷纤维为单组分熔喷纤维、双组分熔喷纤维或两者共混的熔喷纤维。
实施例2
如图4、图5所示,本发明揭示了一种擦拭无纺布2,具有层状纤维网结构,擦拭无纺布2的第一层21、第二层22、第四层24和第五层25均为由聚丙烯熔喷纤维组成的熔喷纤维网,擦拭无纺布2的第三层23为由木浆纤维组成的木浆纤维网,其中,第三层23与所述擦拭无纺布1的重量百分比为80%,第二层22和第四层24的熔喷纤维网中的熔喷纤维部分交织于邻接的第三层23的木浆纤维网之中,擦拭无纺布1的表面具有压花区域a2,并且在第一层的熔喷纤维网的上表面还具有亲水性涂层26。
擦拭无纺布2的熔喷纤维可以为聚烯烃纤维、聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚氨酯纤维、聚乳酸纤维或它们的混合物;第三层23的木浆纤维网由木浆纤维与其他纤维或物质共混组成。其他纤维为粘胶纤维、单组分或双组分化学纤维、或者其他天然纤维或它们的混合纤维;其他物质为热熔粘胶物质或高吸水性树脂。
如图6所示,本发明揭示了所述擦拭无纺布2的制造方法,包括下列步骤:
(1)浆粕板通过粉碎机A23粉碎打散,形成木浆纤维网,在辅助气流的作用下通过喷管A24进入第一熔喷复合工序A2中;
(2)第一熔喷复合工序A2,第一和第二熔喷纺丝装置A21、A22分别位于所述木浆纤维网两侧,采用熔喷工艺,将热塑性树脂聚丙烯加热,熔融后进入熔喷纺丝装置A21、A22,在熔喷纺丝装置A21、A22中利用热气流将从熔喷喷丝板A25、A26的熔喷喷丝孔中喷出的热塑性树脂的熔体细流吹散成纤维直径≤10μm的纤维束,从而伴随热气流形成熔喷纤维网;所形成的熔喷纤维网分别与邻接的木浆纤维网的侧面处相交汇,其中,所述熔喷纤维网与木浆纤维网的交汇夹角θ21为15°~60°形成两侧是熔喷纤维网,中间为木浆纤维网的多层结构纤维网,即形成擦拭无纺布2的第二层22、第三层23和第四层24;
(3)第二熔喷复合工序B2,将所述的多层结构纤维网输送到第二熔喷复合工序B2中,采用熔喷工艺,通过第三熔喷纺丝装置B23在所述多层结构纤维网的上表面附着一层熔喷纤维网,即形成擦拭无纺布的第一层11,其中,擦拭无纺布2的第一层21与多层结构纤维的复合夹角θ22为90°;
(4)第三熔喷复合工序C2,将上表面附着一层熔喷纤维网的多层结构纤维网输送到第三熔喷复合工序C2中,采用熔喷工艺,通过第四熔喷纺丝装置C24在多层结构纤维网的下表面附着一层熔喷纤维网,即形成擦拭无纺布1的第五层25,其中,擦拭无纺布1的第五层25与多层结构纤维网的复合夹角θ23为90°;
(5)固结工序D2,将擦拭无纺布2的第一层21、第二层22、第三层23、第四层24和第五层25通过加热装置,即一对热轧辊D25将各层固结在一起;
(6)后处理工序E2,通过喷涂装置E26在擦拭无纺布2的第一层21上涂覆亲水性涂层26,然后通过烘箱E27进行加热烘干,从而得到本实施例中的擦拭无纺布2。
以上熔喷喷丝孔结构类型可以是单组分喷丝孔、双组分喷丝孔或两者相互混合排列,双组分喷丝孔可以是皮芯型、橘瓣型或并列型,这样形成的熔喷纤维为单组分熔喷纤维、双组分熔喷纤维或两者共混的熔喷纤维。
掉粉率测试
仪器:掉粉率测定仪、天平
参考测试标准: GB/T 20810-2018卫生纸 附录B掉粉率的测定
测试步骤:
1、取约150g样品,用天平称其重量计为m1,将样品折叠成长度为200mm的试样,折叠时长边方向保持平齐。
2、将取好的试样长边一端固定在试样夹上,固定时应使试样的表面垂直于摆动方向,并确保测定过程中试样不应与箱体内壁接触。
3、启动仪器,让试样在箱体内摆动2min,往返摆动次数:180±10次/min,摆动距离:100±5mm。
4、试验结束后,关闭仪器,取下试样,称量试样质量计为m2。
5、试样的掉粉率按下式计算:

m1—试样处理前的质量,单位为克(g);
m2—试样处理后的质量,单位为克(g)。
耐磨性能测试
参照标准GB/T13775-92《棉、麻、绢丝机织物耐磨试验方法》
仪器:YG(B)401E型马丁代尔耐磨仪
试验使用材料:
标准垫料:平方米重量为750±50g/m2, 厚度为3±0.5 mm,直径为140mm的标准毡。
试样背面材料:厚度为3±0.5 mm,密度为0.04g/cm3, 直径为38±2mm的聚氨酯泡沫塑料。
取样器1:取样直径140mm的圆盘取样器,用于取样尺寸为φ140mm的下层磨料。
取样器2:取样直径38mm的圆盘取样器,用于取样尺寸为φ38mm的上层磨料。
样品预处理:将样品置于室温下24H。
试验程序:
1)用取样器1取直径140mm的下层磨料并将其覆盖在标准垫料上,然后在下层磨料上放置装样压锤,旋紧圆环夹,使磨料固定在试样台上。
2)用取样器2取直径38mm的试样,通过夹样器将试样装入重量200gA型摩擦头金属夹头内,金属夹与摩擦头之间衬垫一块直径38mm的聚氨酯泡沫塑料。
3)置试样夹头于摩擦平台上使芯轴穿过轴承插在试样夹头上,然后加上395g砝码(395g砝码重量+200g金属夹头重量产生的负荷为583.1CN)。
4)将仪器转速设为20转/分钟,转数为15次。设定结束后,点击“启动”按钮,仪器开始运转,仪器设定的测试次数结束后,仪器停止。查看下层磨料的起毛状况,根据起毛情况判定为L(耐磨性好)、M(耐磨性良)、H(耐磨性差)三个等级。
采用上述测试项目和方法,分别检测并评定实施例1和实施例2中所生产的擦拭无纺布和常规擦拭无纺布,所述的常规擦拭无纺布为两侧面层为聚丙烯熔喷纤维网,中间层为木浆的木浆熔喷无纺布。
采用上述技术方案后,由于本发明的擦拭无纺布1、2由五层纤维网组成,其中第三层13、23为木浆纤维,第一层11、21,第二层12、22,第四层14、24和第五层15、25均由熔喷纤维组成,并且位于中间位置的第二层12、22,第三层13、23和第四层14、24采用部分熔喷纤维与木浆纤维交织分布的方式,当第二层12、22和第四层14、24的熔喷纤维网固结时,与木浆纤维交织的部分会将交织的木浆纤维一同固结,而被固结的木浆纤维处于第三层13、23的上、下表面,从而形成阻止木浆纤维移动的防护网,而位于第三层13、23外侧的第一层11、21,第二层12、22,第四层14、24和第五层15、25熔喷纤维网更是将木浆纤维层层防护,防止“掉毛”现象的发生;并且第一层11、21和第五层15、25熔喷纤维网在与所述多层结构纤维网复合时,复合夹角θ12、θ13、θ22、θ23为90°,因此在形成的第一层11、21和第五层15、25熔喷纤维网前,是垂直于所述多层结构纤维网的,并且第一层11、21和第五层15、25熔喷纤维网仅是垂直的铺设在所述多层结构纤维网的表面,熔喷纤维是不会与所述的多层结构纤维网中的非熔喷纤维接触的,因而形成的熔喷纤维网中仅存在熔喷纤维,在固结时纤维网会更加致密,均匀,更加有利于第三层13、23中木浆短纤维的防护。如以上采用此发明方案,实施例1和实施例2的掉粉率为0.13%,0.14%,耐磨性等级为L(耐磨性好),而常规擦拭无纺布的掉粉率为0.25%,耐磨性等级M(耐磨性良),有效降低了擦拭无纺布的掉粉率,提高了耐磨性。同时,第一层11、21和第五层15、25中的纤维旦数为0.2旦~0.4旦,纤维较细,既可以形成更致密、均匀的纤维结构防止掉屑、掉毛,也提高了擦拭无纺布的整体柔软的触感,而第二层12、22和第四层14、24的熔喷纤维旦数为0.5旦~2.0旦,纤维较粗,更容易与木浆交织在一起。
实施例2中处于擦拭无纺布2表层的第一层21熔喷纤维表面还进行了亲水后处理,使得擦拭无纺布2的第一层21具有亲水性,增加了擦拭无纺布2的整体吸水性,在使用中,更加有利于擦拭无纺布2去除水渍、污渍,提高了其清洁功能。后处理工序中还可以通过喷涂或辊涂方式涂覆功能性涂层,如弱亲油剂、荷荷巴油、洋甘菊、芦荟、乳木果等表面活性剂来增加擦拭无纺布2的亲肤性能。同时,还可以通过调整第一层和第五层的纤维粗细度和密度,满足客户的不同要求,应用于不同领域。

1.一种擦拭无纺布的制造方法,其特征在于,所述擦拭无纺布,具有层状纤维网结构,包括依序设置的第一层、第二层、第三层、第四层和第五层;所述擦拭无纺布的第一层、第二层、第四层和第五层均为主要由熔喷纤维组成的熔喷纤维网,所述擦拭无纺布的第三层为主要由木浆纤维组成的木浆纤维网,其中,所述第一层和第五层的熔喷纤维旦数为0.2旦~0.4旦,第二层和第四层的熔喷纤维旦数为0.5旦~2.0旦,所述第三层与所述擦拭无纺布的重量百分比≥65%,所述第二层和第四层的熔喷纤维网中的熔喷纤维部分交织于邻接的第三层的木浆纤维网之中;所述熔喷纤维为聚烯烃纤维、聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚氨酯纤维、聚乳酸纤维或它们的混合物;所述第三层的木浆纤维网由木浆纤维与热熔粘胶物质或高吸水性树脂共混组成;
制造方法包括下列步骤:
(1)浆粕板通过粉碎机粉碎打散,形成木浆纤维网,在辅助气流的作用下通过喷管进入第一熔喷复合工序中;
(2)第一熔喷复合工序,第一和第二熔喷纺丝装置分别位于所述木浆纤维网两侧,采用熔喷工艺,将热塑性树脂加热,熔融后进入第一和第二熔喷纺丝装置,在第一和第二熔喷纺丝装置中利用热气流将从熔喷喷丝板的熔喷喷丝孔中喷出的热塑性树脂的熔体细流吹散成纤维直径≤10μm的纤维束,从而伴随热气流形成熔喷纤维网;所形成的熔喷纤维网分别与邻接的木浆纤维网的侧面处相交汇,其中,所述熔喷纤维网与木浆纤维网的交汇夹角为15°~60°形成两侧是熔喷纤维网,中间为木浆纤维网的多层结构纤维网,即形成所述擦拭无纺布的第二层、第三层和第四层;
(3)第二熔喷复合工序,将所述的多层结构纤维网输送到第二熔喷复合工序中,采用熔喷工艺,通过第三熔喷纺丝装置在所述多层结构纤维网的上表面附着一层熔喷纤维网,即形成所述擦拭无纺布的第一层,其中,所述擦拭无纺布的第一层与所述多层结构纤维的复合夹角为90°;
(4)第三熔喷复合工序,将上表面附着一层熔喷纤维网的多层结构纤维网输送到第三熔喷复合工序中,采用熔喷工艺,通过第四熔喷纺丝装置在所述多层结构纤维网的下表面附着一层熔喷纤维网,即形成所述擦拭无纺布的第五层,其中,所述擦拭无纺布的第五层与所述多层结构纤维网的复合夹角为90°;
(5)固结工序,将所述擦拭无纺布的第一层、第二层、第三层、第四层和第五层通过加热装置将各层固结在一起,形成所述的擦拭无纺布。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种擦拭无纺布的制造方法,其特征在于:所述熔喷喷丝孔的结构类型为单组分喷丝孔、双组分喷丝孔或两者相互混合排列。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种擦拭无纺布的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的双组分喷丝孔为皮芯型、橘瓣型或并列型。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种擦拭无纺布的制造方法,其特征在于:所述加热装置为热风烘箱、热轧辊或两者相结合。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种擦拭无纺布的制造方法,其特征在于:所述固结工序后,进入后处理工序,将固结后的擦拭无纺布通过喷涂或辊涂方式在所述擦拭无纺布的第一层上涂覆亲水性涂层或功能性涂层。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种擦拭无纺布的制造方法,其特征在于:所述擦拭无纺布表面具有压花区域。
