Description

Skin-friendly fabric for children's garments and preparation process thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a skin-friendly fabric for children's garments.
Background
Along with the development of prevention and treatment technology and the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, the demands of people on textile clothes and fabrics are gradually developed in the direction of individuation and differentiation, and the fabrics are developed into the concepts of comfort, attractive appearance, fashion and the like at present from the initial wind shielding, rain shielding and heat preservation. Especially, for the fabric used for the children's clothing, the fabric needs to be diversified, children are very active, the children can continuously know and receive external fresh things, and a great deal of sweat can be generated by the children during exercise. As a daily necessity wearing article for people, the requirements of softness, fineness, fit, warmth retention and the like are often important factors for the clothing to be selected by consumers, however, along with the increasing of the living standard of people, the requirements on mildew resistance and antibacterial performance of the clothing are also higher and higher, children are taken as a group with more movement and less silence, the worn clothing is often stained with stains due to activities such as playing, alarming and the like, the stain resistance and antibacterial capability of the children are also often considered by parents, however, the current children's clothing fabric is mostly required to be cotton and has good warmth retention effect, and the operation space for coating modification treatment of the children's clothing fabric is restricted to a certain extent because the clothing modified by the coating is either not skin-friendly, not warm-keeping or not soft enough. Therefore, how to produce and prepare the antibacterial skin-friendly fabric for the children's garments is a problem to be solved at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide the skin-friendly fabric for children, which is made of skin-friendly fiber materials, has good air permeability and good antibacterial capability after antibacterial treatment and padding treatment; and the impregnating solution impregnated on the yarns can be effectively removed during yarn treatment, so that the quality of the yarns is ensured.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is to design a skin-friendly fabric for children, which comprises a flax fiber layer, a protective layer, an air permeable layer, a polyester fiber layer, a chitosan fiber layer and a skin-friendly layer which are sequentially arranged, wherein the skin-friendly layer is formed by weaving yarns, and the yarns are formed by blending silk cotton fibers and American leather Ma Changrong cotton fibers;
the texture of the four layers of the protective layer, the air permeable layer, the polyester fiber layer and the chitosan fiber layer are different, and the textures of the upper layer and the lower layer are arranged at a certain angle; the angle is 15-90 degrees. The layer closest to the skin of the child is formed by blending silk cotton fibers and cotton fibers containing skin-friendly fiber components, and has good skin-friendly property. The texture of each fabric layer on the skin-friendly layer is crossed, so that the strength and durability of the whole fabric are enhanced, the use condition of the children's garments is met, and the service life of the children's garments made of the fabric is prolonged.
The further technical proposal is that the ventilation layer is woven by bamboo fiber yarns; the protective layer is a gauze layer; the skin-friendly layer has a thickness of 80-220 μm.
The further technical proposal is that the American leather-horse long staple cotton fiber is American leather Ma Changrong cotton fiber with A-class MACrypton value; the weight ratio of silk cotton fiber to American leather Ma Changrong cotton fiber is 2:8-6:4.
The invention also provides a technical scheme that the process for preparing the skin-friendly fabric for children comprises the following process steps in sequence:
s1: respectively blending silk cotton fibers and American leather Ma Changrong cotton fibers to form warp yarns and weft yarns;
s2: loosening the warp yarns and the weft yarns obtained in the step S1 by adopting Swiss SSM equipment;
s3: treating the yarn loosened in the step S2;
s4: weaving the warp yarn and the weft yarn treated in the step S3 into a skin-friendly layer fabric by taking a plain weave as a fabric weave;
in the step S1, the weight ratio of silk cotton fibers to American leather Ma Changrong cotton fibers in the warp yarns is 2:8; the weight ratio of silk cotton fiber to American leather Ma Changrong cotton fiber in the weft yarn is 6:4; in the step S2, the yarn density of loose yarns is 0.37-0.42 g/cc, and the weight of the yarns is 0.9-1.1 kg/yarn;
after the step S4, preparing a flax fiber layer, a protective layer, an air permeable layer, a polyester fiber layer and a chitosan fiber layer respectively; the flax fiber layer is woven after being woven into yarns through flax fibers; the protective layer is formed by adopting yarn warp batch warping, drafting, reed drawing, machine trial weaving, inserting a warp stop sheet and weaving; the air permeable layer is woven by weaving bamboo fibers into yarns; the polyester fiber layer is woven by spinning polyester fibers into yarns; the chitosan fiber layer is woven by spinning chitosan fibers into yarns;
each layer of fabric is woven by warp yarns and weft yarns, and then the fabric is sewn into the final skin-friendly fabric. The fabric for children after the antibacterial treatment and padding treatment has good air permeability and antibacterial capability. Similar antimicrobial treatments and padding treatments may be employed for each of the constituent yarns of the flax fiber layer, protective layer, air permeable layer, polyester fiber layer and chitosan fiber layer other than the skin-friendly layer.
In the step S3, the pretreatment and/or the antibacterial treatment and/or the padding treatment of the yarns are adopted as the treatment procedure;
the pretreatment process comprises the steps of immersing the yarn into chelating agent, refining agent and hydrogen peroxide for treatment, wherein the temperature is 105-115 ℃ and the pretreatment time is 40-60 minutes;
the antibacterial treatment process adopts antibacterial treatment equipment to perform antibacterial treatment on the yarns;
and padding the yarns by padding equipment in the padding treatment process.
The further technical scheme is that the antibacterial treatment equipment and the padding equipment both comprise a yarn-wetting box, and the yarn-wetting box is provided with a wire-feeding wheel, a wire-releasing wheel and a yarn surface-wetting liquid, namely an antibacterial treatment liquid or a padding liquid removing mechanism; the bottom of the infiltration box body is provided with a steering roller for steering yarns. Because the yarn surface of the yarn subjected to the antibacterial treatment or padding treatment can be adhered with the impregnating solution (namely the antibacterial treatment solution or the padding treatment solution), if the yarn cannot be removed thoroughly, the quality of the yarn is affected, various problems are caused, the quality of the fabric is finally affected, and the impregnating solution adhered on the surface of the yarn cannot be removed thoroughly by the conventional impregnating solution removing mechanism. The removing mechanism provided by the invention can thoroughly remove the impregnating solution adhered to the surface of the yarn and improve the quality of the yarn.
The removing mechanism comprises a pair of rollers arranged on the inner side wall of the box body of the infiltration box, wherein two rollers of the pair of rollers are rotationally connected with roller shafts, and the two roller shafts of the pair of rollers are fixedly connected on the inner side wall of the box body of the infiltration box;
the wire inlet wheel, the steering roller, the counter roller and the paying-off wheel are sequentially arranged along the wire inlet direction of the yarns; the yarn passes through the pair roller after bypassing the wire inlet wheel and is wound on the wire releasing wheel; spiral curved grooves connected end to end are arranged on the wheel surface of the paying-off wheel; the yarn is wound on the paying-off wheel and then wound on the take-up wheel of the subsequent station. The spiral grooved drum on the spinning (referring to the grooved drum structure on the winder) is applied to the infiltration box, so that the yarns can be wound left and right back and forth through the paying-off wheel and then enter the take-up wheel of the subsequent station when passing through the infiltration box, and the surface of the yarns is not removed by the infiltration liquid adhered to the surfaces of two sides of the yarns (only the surfaces of partial yarns are covered) by the pair roller in the process of winding the yarns left and right back and forth, so that the infiltration liquid (namely the antibacterial treatment liquid or the padding liquid) adhered to the surface of the yarns can be thoroughly removed after the infiltration box is infiltrated by the yarns.
The further technical proposal is that an antibacterial treatment liquid or padding liquid with the liquid level lower than that of the gear motor is arranged in the infiltration box.
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that: the skin-friendly fiber is made of skin-friendly fiber material, and has good air permeability and good antibacterial capability after antibacterial treatment and padding treatment; and the impregnating solution impregnated on the yarns can be effectively removed during yarn treatment, so that the quality of the yarns is ensured.
The spiral groove drum on the spinning is applied to the infiltration box, so that the yarns can be wound left and right through the paying-off wheel and then enter the take-up wheel of the subsequent station when passing through the infiltration box, and the surface of the yarns is not removed by the infiltration liquid adhered to the surfaces of two sides (only the surfaces of partial yarns are covered) of the yarns through the pair roller in the process of winding the yarns left and right, so that the infiltration liquid (namely the antibacterial treatment liquid or the padding liquid) adhered to the surface of the yarns can be thoroughly removed after the infiltration box is infiltrated by the yarns.
